Service is rude and slow my stuff was just threw in bag and quasadillas were in a ball in bag and not even cut i would give all of them a pink slip 700 oclock labor day if you want to know shift but owner will mot look at reviews do nothing will change excrpt i wont go back there!!!!!!

This taco bell is so close to our home which makes it super convenient!! Outside of this taco bell being "taco-tastic" this is probably the only one that never gets our order wrong- TY 😊

Not sure who was managing Sunday July 21st at 7:30 But the manager was so rude when I asked a simple question if I could use a coupon I had I forgot to mention at the window I specifically said “if not that’s totally fi-“ and she cuts off with “The way we’re going right now yah no you need to go around” I responded with a simple that works no worries / I asked the girl working the window (because the entire time before she could even answer me the manager was yelling awkwardly over her to answer me) I ask the girl if my box has the avocado salsa and before she could even answer the manager yells “it’s two per box they’re in the box” Low and behold i drive all the way back to work guess what I didn’t have? 😂 I drive back thru the drive thru ask for the sauce because it wasn’t in the box and she literally hands me 1 sauce Don’t get me wrong. I’ve worked in the food industry, but they’re literally was no reason for her to sass me and be so rude. Step it up tacobell #disappointed

Very rude drive through lady, impatient and corrected me very rudely, and made me feel upset. Food was cold, messy, and downright unsatisfying. Very improper customer service, I’m now reminded why I never go to taco bell.

Sometimes they jack up my order or it's made sloppy. So today, I tried them again after a long break from taco bell and unfortunately I was reminded why I don't go. As usual I placed my order, no lettuce or tomato on anything and half my order had lettuce and tomato on them. Plus the flour tortillas were dry and stale. I'm done with taco bell.

Breakfast was amazing!!!! Favorites were the Cali crunch wraps!

Took 30 minutes to have food made inside while 10 cars made it through to drive thru in the same time. Then it was a blame game on the delay, with attitudes “your going to have to wait, sit down!”

Chalupa shell was cold and tasted old. Asked for no sour cream but got it anyways. Just overall not even eatable food. I will not be wasting my money on any Taco Bell’s in the future. To expensive for food that is literally not made right to begin with and then not made with any type of caring for the customer.

Prices are absolutely horrible. Taco Bell is now with Chipotle. Mediocre food, high prices, extra small portions. Smh

Asked me if I wanted sauce and still no sauce the chicken quesadilla was pretty much like eating a block of cheese.

Honestly theyvw raised prices so high it's no longer worth it. You can eat at almost any other Mexican place in area for same price (or less) than a combo here now and that's sad.

Same core crew has been here for years. All are really wonderful people. Bathroom nicely remodeled. Dining room and bathroom are accessible.

I ordered a beef melt but asked them to hold the rice. It is now one of my favorites at taco bell. We went through the drive thru and the lady who took our order was exceptional.

Gave us the entirely wrong order and half of the items they gave us were unwrapped and loose in the bag. Completely unacceptable.

Don't ever call Taco Bell because somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. Had an attitude and I don't deal with attitude, people cause I had a little question for them, and they had an issue with it. They said, I don't know how the hell am I supposed to know? The new shredded beef taco was not appealing. However, the person ordering it said no cheese. I think that's why it was tasteless.

Love the service super fast and the order came out just like I ordered a veggie burrito and a just bean burrito.

They never wiped the tables dw anymore! Every time we're there, Their always dirty & not a customer is there!! It's liked their lazy! Would they eat at a dirty table w all went on w covid & all?! I can see how everyone jus about got covid & how germs go around... Do your job! And especially for customers Geesh!! But they sure do liked to talked in the bk area in the kitchen there, And they don't even respond to you, If u do want them to order for u anymore... Really has gone dw hill. Maybe they need to get new workers in there, they got to comfortable w their jobs.

The food isnt always great, but people like Micheal make coming here worth it. Always smiles and kindness from everyone here. He accidentally made an extra taco and decided to just give it to me and I really appreciate that.

If you're looking for the $5.99 cravings box that is advertised on TV, don't look here. Their box is $8.99 plus tax, and it isn't that good. (Food is more than likely to be cold.) Go to the Taco Bell on Redman Rd towards Plant City. They have the $5.99 box.

Idk who the hell was working, July 10th and 1am, but you completely messed up my doordash order, everything was either wrong or straight up missing.

Went through the drive through about 15 minutes before closing 6/21/23 and the service that i received was horrible!! She ANGELA B literally told me how aggravated she was to be taking my order so close to closing. She was very blunt about the fact that she wanted to go home and people were still coming to through the drive through even stated " WHO THE HECK EATS TACO BELL AT 3 IN THE MORNING ". I find this behavior VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. She does not represent this company very well. I work overnights and and i am a frequent customer, i DO NOT like the way i was treated at all. I will not be coming back here.ANGELA B shame on you!

This location is guaranteed to mess up your order, EVERY time we've ordered from this location they've missed something. This last time my partner went to pick up the order and forgot to check the bag, of course it was missing two items a crunch wrap supreme and quesarito. Tried calling the restaurant however that was futile effort as they don't answer. We're out the money for missing items, won't be ordering Taco Bell again for a while, definitely not from this location.

Went through the drive through around 9 pm and got a chalupa supreme and it tasted like it had been sitting there all day. The outside of the chalupa was tough and stiff and there was one tiny spot of sour cream on the very end of it. Sad quality. No bueno Taco Bell.

I ordered 2 enchiritos yesterday and when I got home we opened the containers to find a big fat greasy mess. A lot of the liquid had spilled out and it was sloshing around in the container. This is absolutely not what an enchiritos consist of. So excited they brought them back but this location needs education on how to make them. Couldn’t eat them threw them away. Disgusting.

This is the best Taco Bell. I come all the way from Riverview(11 miles). They make the fabulous tacos and the staff here definitely deserves a raise and a pat on the back!

Price difference between locations is INSANE. A combo box costs 9 dollars at a location nearby and y'all are charging 13...

Food was good but the drinks taste like mold. We bought two slushy blue drink and it tasted so bad we couldn’t drink them. You have to clean out the fountain drink hoses and ect. It was really nasty

While the cost of Taco Bell is rising, and while they no longer have the charming little dog to “yo quiero,” TB is still a staple for bad choices.

Missing tomatoes from 3 supreme tacos that I paid for. I asked for no sour cream but wanted everything else. Paid extra for nothing!

At this point I don’t even care if it’s good, as long as it’s edible. Taco Bell in plant city was unable to take my order because apparently 4 cars is too many. Legit asked me to park For 10 minutes and come back. Thanks Taco Bell valrico for being available.

Great service!! Got the steak Powerbowl with extra sour cream and extra cheese amd my husband got two crunchy tacos with extra meat, however I love and eat these steak bowls often and this was thw best onw so far! Not to mention the staff for very pleasant and service was fast. Clean tables and restrooms! 5 stars all day!!

The ordering phase was very pleasant. Respectful and professional. Very clear on order details. At the exchange window, their hands were clean. No grease on my card and there wasn’t any side drip on the cup. The staff was friendly at the window, it made the drive-thru experience a positive experience. The ingredients were fresh and the food felt like it was cooked to order. The food tasted very good! Anytime I want taco bell, I want it from this store. The staff always make me feel like my order is handled with care.

Ms. Liz made my meal. It was excellent. Definitely coming back for more.

Mexican Pizza is $7 at this location

I don't eat here often but came to see Angie & got some take out. She's really a hard worker & keeps the place very clean & makes sure you order is correct. I will return as long as she's working.

Over 25 minutes waiting, $65+ later, 8 other cars, husband goes ballistic inside wanting to know what the hold up is and finally going home to toss it all out because we didn't trust the food. Don't say they were short handed over 5 people working.

So far, every person I have encountered here has been nice and courteous. The food is usually pretty good, I have even tried a couple of new items like the double steak grilled cheese burrito, and wow, I thought it was great, and I don't usually order things like that. I'm a nachos bell grande without some things like beans or guacamol, just to name a couple and a cheese roll-up, which I love. I also like the steak casdia with sourcream, of course, lol. I haven't eaten inside before. I have just gone through the drive-through, and yes, I am aware you should always check your bag, but sometimes when there is a long line or your in a hurry this option is not always available and you only ordered like 3 to 6 items and for me 3 of those items are the same and in my opinion everything you ordered should all be in the bag. I could understand if I ordered 10 to 16 items, but like many fast food establishments, this is a common occurrence that I wish could be fixed as you pay a pretty penny for food and if your like me you don't want to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get what I feel in my opinion something that should be in the bag to begin with, and/ or call the restaurant and go through that mess. Other than that, as I said before, the staff (people) are nice, and the food has been good, in my opinion.

Updated review... I go to a Taco Bell further from my house as they at least get orders correct and give you sufficient meat/extras in your order. Taco Bell siiiii! Aqui? Noooooooo!!

When I am out and about in the Valrico Area. I always end up going to Taco Bell for my Favorite Combo Meal.

Idk about the day crew but whenever I stop at night ,service is great and the food is on a different level. I'm never disappointed.

Food is good, but prices are RIDICULOUS! $6.50 for a Mexican pizza?!!! Get outta here! I missed them, but not that much. For how much it costs to eat at TB, you can go to a sit down restaurant.

First off, I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, but even so I think minimum standards need to be observed. My complaint is that there was such a small amount of meat in the soft shell tacos that my young daughter said "wow!" I have eaten at various Taco Bell establishments around the county and this particular establishment served the smallest amount of Taco meat that I've ever had!! The taste however was what is to be expected. I also ordered three chicken Chipotle melts and what I was given was nothing resembling the picture on the menu. Again, the size was so small compared to other locations! It's highly unlikely that I will return to this restaurant after this experience.

I love the Valrico Taco Bell the good is great and fair priced. My order is always correct even with special orders. Lorenzo is great always smiling and has the best customer service.

When you go through the drive thru they make you park everytime to keep their times down. Every time. Even when you're the only person in line. Then they make you wait forever and 1/3 times they give you the wrong order and you have to end up going inside anyway. The staff is friendly at least.

Ordered from here through door dash and they got not a single item correct and I was missing items as well. When I called to ask about if they didn’t have what I wanted, the employee answered the phone ignoring myself and talking to another employee about playing with the phones. It was completely unprofessional. They either need a better manager or glasses to see their order receipts better, because this was ridiculously handled. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location. But it will surely be my last.

Absolutely terrible, waitied 25 minutes for 1 crunchy gordita and 1 soft taco!! I was the only person inside for 20 min before others came in, maybe 6 cars in drive thru, all got their order then 3 people come inside and all got their order.. no refund, acted like it was no big deal, manager goes outside with her boyfriend or whoever it was...UNREAL!!

We eat at Taco Bell regularly. We enjoy the food and this Taco Bell does well on their portion size.

Loved the taco bell 🔔 BUT: They seriously need to keep their tables wiped off & sanitized! EVERYTIME: We stopped in their tables r always dirty... Then I hv to bring my sanitized in & put some on the table & wiped it clean!!!

This is one of my favorite taco bells. I might be bias cuz I grew up in this area going to this taco bell but they are usually consistent with quality.

Worst service ever! No Mexican Pizza at this location ever! They don't sell them. Deep fryer goes out constantly as well.
