Spicy Cheese Bread is the best!

We always have a great experience at Stella's! The food is excellent and great service! Our favorites are Hot and Spicy Cheese Bread, Cinnamon Rolls(love the frosting), and Pecan Rolls. I am eager to try the spinach and cheese empanadas! When we come back to visit we always stop he more than once!!!

There absolutely must be crack in the hot and spicy cheese bread. It is amazing. Not that spicy, but it does have a very light kick, with the spice flavor. And cheese of course. I’ve been in Madison for three years and this is my first day having it. My life is absolutely changed.

It's just a very small bakery, but it isn't the size it's the quality. This is the same cheese bread that sells out weekly at the farmers market, just here it's always hot, not on a shelf and you can get it right out the oven. Also this company makes many amazing things other than spicy cheese bread! Stop by and see

Only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because of their "hot and spicy" cheese bread. Tasty? Yes. Hot and Spicy? Nope. I don't get a kick of any spices when eating this bread, which is rather disappointing. Other than that though, their breads and pastries are always good! Would certainly recommend.

Nothing beats spicy cheese bread! Always nice to grab some if I didn't at the farmers market.

I love the sweet rolls, but what I truly love are the extra spicy cheese buns. I've eaten in many parts of the world and can say that their spicy cheese buns are the ultimate bread for any sandwich one can conjure. Thanks for making amazing treats!!!!.

Their spicy cheese bread is to die for! Have had it numerous times, and also served it as a late-night snack at our wedding and the numerous loaves were eaten up quickly by friends and family!

May 5 went to the capitol farmers market in madison. Got some of there bread and when I ate it I thought I died and went to heaven. The bread is awesome. Wish I lived in the area. I would be buying this all the time. Keep up the great baking.

I first met Stella's bakery at the Capitol square farmer's market. Their spicy cheesey bread is to die for. Since it's not farmer's market season I went out to their storefront location to get bread. Also purchased a raspberry cream cheese Danish which was amazing and a pecan roll which was equally amazing. Facility was really clean and staff was friendly. So why a 3 stars? Same complaint as another reviewer put, the lack of cheese in the spicy cheesey bread. Huge disappointment. There was pretty much no cheese in it just all bread. Definitely need to look at the quality of your bread and get this issue corrected since this seems to be a frequent issue.

Not just for farmer's markets anymore. Selection varies. Lots of pies available before Thanksgiving, but none on a recent, non-holiday Saturday. All goods are premium quality, and prices. Highly recommended.

Bit of advice: If you're ordering for pickup online, tip like it's Christmas. You won't be disappointed!

We were huge fans of their breads when we were in Madison. We bought the large cheese bread and some smaller cheese buns. They are both as good as usual. This is our first time to their store though, which is a great option when their stand in the farmers market is not available.

Made family size bacon burger on the Hot & Spicy Cheese Loaf. Fabulous! Best bread ever!

Pecan roll is to die for, danishes were amazing, hot cheese bread was fantastic. Prices are high, but the quality makes it well worth it.

It is so good! I got it in the farmer's market next to the state capital. Love the flavor & texture. Highly recommend, you have to try it!

Love getting their donuts and spicey cheese bread at Farmers Market but as a person with hearing aids, that are useless in a crowd of people talking and staff wearing masks (which I would too) not having prices clearly displayed on everything is not handicap friendly.

Sometimes I dream about the spicy cheese bread. I moved away from Madison but i miss spicy cheese bread so much I paid for overnight shipping to get one for my birthday. It is that good.

Nice little secret that shouldn't be a secret. It's great at the Farmer's Market, but if you want fresh spicy bread, or if you want an empanada for lunch, definitely find this place!

I always bought two of breads Why. Ur slice for toast every Morning with light peanut butter or just eat toaster. Always five stars But I put one star. Why. They closed on Monday 😤 when I am in town for appointment I live out of town !

I came back to Madison after 5 years, this was the first destination for my family. Never disappoints!
