Horrible burgers. We ordered hamburgers: bad and dry bread, cold, weird meat taste, the sauces without taste. If you want to have business relate to food, make small menu and put your heart in to the food. Sorry, don’t like to do this, but, They have lot to learn.

I placed an order for X-Egg bacon and when I opened the snack packaging, I could smell the rotten smell, in addition to not having the correct order. I also filed a complaint with the establishment.

I honestly can't figure out why this place is still open. I will say that the lady who took our order was very nice. However, when they charge $28 for two sandwiches, being nice isn't good enough. First of all the menu on the window outside was very outdated and the menus inside looked old and had the prices marked over. According to the old menus the sandwiches should have been $6.50, but the price was double that. I wouldn't have been that upset if the food was actually good. The sandwiches were not hot and the bread was stale, which was crazy because we were the only customers in there and we had to wait a while for the food.

Clueless staff and rude. Lost the order after waiting more than an hour. Place smells disgusting.

The prices are too high and the portions are very small. We used to order hamburgers from here but now a single one costs $19. It's not worth it if you buy hamburgers or other hamburger places. The prices are more reasonable. I see a lot of comments like this so I imagine they open. I lost a lot of customers with these changes, especially with the prices and portions so small.

Wow , this place is ridiculous , the prices are insane for garbage food. First of all I used to come here years ago and it never was like this . Kind of ridiculous. Used to go here years ago and was in the area, so decided to grab a quick lunch. Lunch is an overstatement. When I got there, all the prices were scratched out of the menu, and the girl told me I had to ask her about each individual item. No wonder, because the “burgers” were $15+ each… they used to be half of that. So I decided to go with a Coxinha at $5 a pop, when I tell you it was bitesized, literally 2 bites, I’m not even kidding. And gross tasting. Didn’t even get to have my lunch. Went to the drive thru. SO overpriced, and the food is rationed to half the size it’s supposed to be. No wonder it was empty inside. But that’s every Brazilian restaurant in Newark now. Charging gourmet NYC prices for food your auntie made. Left hungry. What a scam.

I paid 14 dollars for that Hot Dog with Bacon there. If you find bacon, let me know, I'm still looking for it today. The drumstick was so dry that it made me thirsty. Hot Dog pure mayonnaise. The straw potato was more withered than Biden and the sausage looked like Trump because it was so yellow. The flavor is horrible. Never.

Horrible food. I ordered 5 pastels with meat, and 3 cheese, and they all smelled and tasted very weird. Thought the meat might be bad, so I went back inside to complain to the cashier. He said the meat was brand new and didn't even want to look at it. He wouldn't even give me a new one. My family couldn't eat the meat ones because of how bad it tasted (sour and expired). We ended up attempting to eat the cheese ones, but even those tasted a little weird. Not sure about the rest of the food there, but definitely DO NOT recommend you eat the pastel. I paid more than $75, and had to throw it all away. The food there is just very expensive and isn't even worth it.

It was once one of the best places for a quick snack. Today, a (coxinha) is half the size and twice the price. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

I love the burgers and more than anything there empanadas a the best and biggest so delicious and fresh. The cheese a classic and the Romero Julieta sooo good . The only issue I have is the prices have gone up so much and the service has decreased. They also make you pay before so if u want to add anything else after you have to get up again and pay again which is ridiculous because you may want to order desert or extra drinks but other than that the food is what keeps me going

Nice spot to eat when in the area. I recommend the empanada. Guava and cheese empanada is very tasty.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and was so good and tasty

Showed up after 3am. Had an amazing frango burger with everything. The pink and green sauces are amazing and thr chicken was NOT rubbery. All ingredients felt fresh even at 3am. The cashier had a good sense of humor and the spot was clean.

I personally love this place. One big plus is that it is open 24 hours and the food is good, I need to mention if you are looking for the super gourmet food this is not the place for you, but instead this is the spot where you can come hungry and leave satisfied.

First you increase your prices, $15 for a pasta with shredded chicken and noo actual chicken breasts and none of the other ingredients that are promised on the menu like olives corn & peas etc. You just keep downplaying it and you use to have good food. Now its laughable

If you like roaches EVERYWHERE around the restaurant you get your food from, this is the right place! I counted 4 climbing the wall next to where I was eating, and I had to stop counting in the bathroom that has a exposed urinal grey water pipe with a wet bag inside of it…

Prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Just look at this picture and you’ll see what I mean. This is supposed to be the “bacon”. It looked like a very slow day, and they still serve me this. Very disappointed as I used to love this place. Will not be coming back.

Experiência muito negativa que tive com este restaurante, o "crepe"nao é crepe, é massa de panqueca, a Nutella não é Nutella, é uma calda de chocolate, o açaí é muito caro pela qualidade do produto e principalmente pela quantidade. Pedi "xtudo" muito caro também, ele mais se parece com um hambúrguer normal. Espero que meu post ajude as próximas pessoas a escolherem melhor seu lanche de fim de semana pois eu tive que pedir em outro lugar depois de ter gasto mais de 100 dólares e não ter consumido. E que o estabelecimento pelo menos sirvam oque realmente propagam no cardápio. Famosa propaganda enganosa.

I've always been a soft flavor customer, but they just lost another customer. I went to buy crepes and they wanted to charge me $15,50 for the chicken in the catupiry. Being that you buy a roast chicken with fries,rice and salad for the same price. Let's have a sense of ridiculous, raising the price of your food is one thing,now getting your hands on the people is another. This is called dishonesty!

Un lugar donde pague $86 por mi comida y comí en el lugar y cuando estaba por la mitad de mi comida salieron 3 cucarachas y ya al final una tercera cucaracha del lado de la pared pegada a la mesa . Pedí hablar con el dueño y ella solo respondió que no sabe que hacer 😤. Pésima atención al cliente tanto como en persona y por teléfono .

I've changed my rating for atmosphere because i visited this morning (approx 2 hours ago) and i ordered my usual (small coffee) then walked to the restroom. Now the restroom is usually ALWAYS clean, however, after I've washed my hands i start using their turbo hand dryer and GUESS WHAT? A HUGE ADULT COCKROACH WALKS TO THE FRONT OF THE DRYER FROM THE LEFT BACKSIDE OF THE MACHINE!!! I tried to grab my phone quickly 2 snap a picture but it has crawled behind the dryer machine I'm assuming! So NASTY! In the bathroom there's a locked door that I'm assuming leads to the kitchen possibly but i know the kitchen is on the other side of the part of the wall, so did that cockroach come from the KITCHEN? I can ONLY IMAGINE the cleanliness state of the kitchen if there are ADULT SIZED roaches in the CLEAN bathroom!! Now the bathroom is usually clean BUT YES they could use better cleaning methods but that's not why that cockroach was in the bathroom! It's because it obviously came from the kitchen!!

I went there because Altas Horas did not have more coxhina. I ordered 4 coxhinas and they were all bad. The chicken was old, it smelt like fish. Those coxhinas weren’t fresh. It was a waste of money, and I was very dissapointed

Never order food from a place that has a laundry list of options. It appears they cant deviate from the menu or alter a sandwhich. As if the food is pre-made...

Horrendous customer service even speaking in Portuguese they don’t get the correct information. Waiting for the past hour and a half for my food to get delivered even after correcting them on the incorrect phone number. Then consistently calling them to see the status on the delivery and they hang up. Joke of employees do better suave. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Saw three cockroaches while I was eating. Told the manager who didn’t seem to be impressed and was unapologetic. Needless to say I will never come back and recommend you to stay away. Hopefully I won’t die of food poising tonight.

Eu, meu namorado e um casal de amigos frequentamos o Cozzys Sport bar mas devido a hora, já estava fechado e então decidimos ir no suave sabor às 03:00AM e fomos atendidos apenas às 05:00AM, meu namorado chegou a questionar a demora para o rapaz do caixa e ele simplesmente respondeu que infelizmente ia demorar e meu namorado disse que já estávamos há pouco mais de 1 hora e ele apenas respondeu “🤷🏻‍♂️“… Em compensação, a comida é boa. Mas pretendo não voltar mais.

Ordered online for pick up. They made my sandwich 45 minutes before arriving so when I did arrive the sandwich was soggy cold and not good at all. My friend got sick from her sandwich she had to puke. I threw mine out.

the worst service I've ever had in my life and I think it coincides with the longest waiting time I've ever had, the two girls who attend just laugh and laugh and don't tell you anything. I spent an hour waiting for the food that was a single hamburger for an Uber order that I was picking up. I always thought that it was going to come out and I asked if it would be a long time and they only told me that it was going to come out. I had also gone the day before and waited 35 minutes for an order. both times the restaurant only had two tables occupied. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO THERE.

E ido 2 veces a este restaurante la primera vez el costumer services malísimo pero dije voy a volver a ir para darle una segunda oportunidad pero esta vez fue peor que la primera 2 niñas como entre 16 y 17 años hablando y hablando y riéndose les decía que estaba esperando mucho por mi comida y me decía ya va a salir casi ignorándome y seguir hablando hasta les dije que iba a cancelar mi orden espere 1 hora por 1 hamburguesa les preguntaba y no les importaba lo que yo decía!! Más nunca volveré ir ahi!! Y no le recomiendo a nadie que vaya!! Si me preguntan por ese lugar créeme que hablaré de la mala experiencia que tuve ahí!!

Very good place for food! Their X-tudo is so good. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that sometimes their food can taste a bit stale, like if some of their ingredients are a bit old. But this has only happened 3 times out of 10. I still go because it's so good. You just gotta mention it so they can change it!

My spot to get PUDIM. I would say, I have to drive to them so often to get it. Best pudim in town, for sure.

I give 3 stars because the young lady at the register was very, very nice, polite, and engaging. I tried a few of the fried prepared snacks in the warmer. One snack was $2.50, the other was $3.50, I purchased to of the Brazilian can sodas, and 2 home made sauce cups. Somehow my total came of to $14, and some change. Idk how, but w.e. After I ate half of each of the snacks about 7 minutes later... My stomach was hurting sooooooo badddddd. That didn't end well.

Good Food, Good People, and a little bit expensive. Careful when you order from Grubhub.com, I ordered something 5 hours in advance, and it still hasn't shown up yet. I placed the order at 11:08am to be delivered at 4pm, its about to be 5pm. I spoke to someone at the restaurant right now asking about the order, and they told me that they never received an order at all.

Open 24 hours on the weekend, this Brazilian burger spot is definitely the place to stop by after a night. Burgers are a good size that I usually don’t even have to order fries. Also the price is very affordable, I believe that no burger passes the $10 mark. Make sure to try the different sauces, the green one is a fan favorite among my friends. Only reason for a deduction is that the wait time can sometime be a little ridiculous. I have waited over 45 minutes for a burger to go.

Fiz um pedido de 2 hambúrgueres, depois de 1 hora e meia liguei pro restaurante e fui informado que o entregador já havia saído. Passou mais 1 hora e meia, isso aí, 3 horas pra entregar 2 hambúrgueres e simplesmente não apareceu. Nem uma ligação pra dar uma satisfação pro cliente eles fizeram. Nunca mais!

It maybe a little on the expensive side. (Then again, I'm just poor lol). Their food is really good. Close friend of mine told me about this amazing spaghetti they had. (Corn, Spicy beef and eggs are just the tip of things they put in your spaghetti). Heck it may have costed me about 10-12 bucks for a plate of it but then again if you want higher quality things then you need to possess higher quality money :D

Fast service, big portions and tasty food. They have natural juices and they are great. The pinneaple juice was delicious. The deserts are also excellent. We had the passion fruits mouse and could not get enough. Will definitely be back with the whole family. Best sandwich on Ironbound.. Open 24 hours and the service is always good it doesn't matter what time are going there ! Very tasty hamburgers

The food is great but the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. Our order is usually always wrong and when you tell them you either get questioned if you’re sure or an eye roll. This would definitely be a great place if the customer service was drastically improved.

The food was okay, not bad.. it's the customer service that's sucks! If you dont know how to speak Portuguese, dont order from here. The employees could barely speak English. My husband and I discovered this place through Ubereat.. the food was decent. Ordered again the second time.. we drove 20 min away to pick up the food just to go home and get ready to eat just to receive the wrong order. We've called, someone answer and just hung up the phone and couldnt contact them after that so we decided to drive 20 minutes again to replace the order. No apology, no nothing. Its whatever. I've decided to give it a third time and it just keep getting awful. The third time, the burger is just plain sloppy.. my husband asked for the ketchup-mayo sauce and they couldn't even understand that. As much as we enjoy their food, this would be the last time we'll order from here. Terrible customer service. Staff are rude. Maybe if they actually have at least one person who could understand English, this place might just be good.
