You guys have this black young lady working there with bad customer service stank attitude. And this is all the time! Work with one glove. I walked out today won’t get me dollars with her missy and nasty attitude. And you don’t like your job fine better. Until change your attitude! Your attitude makes you look so ugly!!!! God bless!

The chef and Flaka hold it down. In and out within 7 minutes, my bacon egg and cheese is as close to perfect as you can get it. Thank you.

Great food, but it depends on the cook, but for the most part, everyone is great. Along with the food update, the new stafe sucks that they close early or when they feel like it but from what I can see it was only one person working and a female so I don't blame her of she closed the doors early being where she os located

I used to order the bbq pork cheese fries almost daily till they removed it. Really sad to see it go

My Sub was great! But the customer service rep!! She was rude confrontational! We didn’t know we had to wait for the veggie bar because it’s in the back of the counter so we walked towards the register!! Young lady blond short curly hair!! Was like oh I guess y’all don’t want nothing on your sub! Whatever” shrugging her shoulders! I was like oh we didn’t know that was there she was like well he walking away and you are too, he as in my husband! I was like you’re being confrontational over a sub! You should calm down it’s really not that serious! She was like nah I’ll try to be better tomorrow but not today! I was about to seriously walk out but we had already paid for the food!! I will never go back here again! You don’t treat customers like this! Because they walk away from a veggie bar!! She needs better training!

Great cold cut very polite and the food was amazing

They lazy and don’t like to work, especially the white boy named Toby. He always got an attitude and tries to close the restaurant early all the time. Save your money and don’t eat here!

The Cross eyed guy on the grill and the dirty looking guy with the hat very unprofessional can’t even work under pressure in there catching attitudes like women yep they just loss my service n I been going for years.they need to learn more with his broke down eye

Best quick breakfast and Subs in town.

Ordered online but they didn't realize there was an order so I had to wait while they got it ready. Then they drowned one sub in hot sauce, so much it was dripping off. Chicken tenders were burned and then they drowned them in honey mustard. Won't be going back any time soon. Will be letting my friends they should not either. Very disappointed!!! They use to be awesome when at other location on US1.

Upon entering this establishment I walked straight to the back to the restroom and to my surprise upon entering there was no soap in the dispensers. Mind you, there was an employee exiting as I was entering 😳 I immediately and angrily stormed out of the restroom 😡 I stood back and watched as the cook took chicken and bacon from boxes with ungloved hands and placed them on the grill. I went to the manager who was counting money at the register and asked her if her employees were required to wear gloves. She looked up at me and rudely replied, “yeah we wear gloves”. Looked back down and continued counting. I said well your cook isn’t wearing any and your restroom has absolutely no soap in it. She replied “ok” sarcastically, never looking up, while continuing to count money. I’m done with their 🤬 By the way, This is in Cutler Bay #subrageous

Love the night-time crew.Very attentive, skillful, and they keep the store really clean. They always make me and my brother's subs really good despite me usually coming in 30 mins before they close.(Sorry 🥺) I appreciate them alot. Shoutouts to the cook!

Cheap, fresh, great service will be back

POOR customer service!!!! I have been here a couple of times for breakfast, the food is great and well seasoned. But the customer service is terrible from the whole front line! I was rudely asked ro MOVE out the line so other customers can order and there was no one waiting behind me. I was trying to scan the QR code with my phone to be able to place an order online the next time. But NEVER AGAIN!!! Then when I asked the crossed eye guy that told me to move what was his name? “He yelled at me and said whats your name”

I wish I can give them 0 stars to be honest. I made an online order at 3:56 said it'll be ready at 4:46. Went to pick up my order. & my food wasn't even ready They was calling out my name for the online order. The ticket was sitting there the while time hasn't been even made!! Wasted a whole hour waiting to come and wait another 15 min. Nobody was attending the front. All the the employees were at the back just talking. Never again will I order from this raggedy place.

Good customer service but too pricey for a sandwich

Took forever to get my food even after ordering online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the price.

Sign on door says they close at 8pm however, I have gone in the last 3 days and arrived at 7:30 and the door has been locked and the girl who works there told me they are closed. If you close at 7:30 then change your sign to reflect that. I called to speak to a manager this morning and the guy who answered the phone was rude and said he was busy but didn’t even care to know why I was calling. It seems like all employees here really don’t like their job and can care less about customer service. It’s a shame because their food is good.

I had the chicken cordon Blu it was good. I would recommend to ask them to cook your chicken with salt and pepper. My friend had the Italian sub. I didn't like the pre sliced deli meat. The bread was fresh. The brownies look better in the picture then it actually was. The onion rings were fresh from the frozen bag. Nothing to write about. They do have the mini cookies, that I love.

Great options, i test evey sub by the italian grinder/hoagie/ sub/ or whatever you call it and i gave them a 4 cause they need to step that sandwhich up. Just my input. Over all they have great cold and hot options. The chicken buffalo and blue cheese philly on wheat was slamming. Including wraps.

OMG, I had the chicken sub and it was delicious👍, my daughter brought me here for lunch. I definitely will be coming back. The workers were very nice👍 and the food was prepared quickly👍. I really liked how cleaned the place looked and they were practicing the safety guidelines. ⭐⭐

They still with that covid tax on all meat items on the menu. Get a new supplier it ain't no filet mignon to be paying extra for regular steak nd chicken. What a hustle lol

Very clean, great customer service

Not all sub shops are created equal. Although they share the same name, this particular location of Subrageous is vastly superior to the others. The food here is top notch especially the subs and sandwiches. They definitely know their way around a grill. The staff is fantastic, courteous and are on top of their orders. Customer service seems to be a priority here, which in this day and age isn't always the case these days.

My first time experience in Subrageous has been amazing. The food was great and the customer service was phenomenal. I would definitely consider this place one of my top favorites and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Best of the best. If you want a quality sub, this is the ONLY place in Florida that will go above and beyond your taste buds expectations 🤤🤤 and the hot sauce is an absolute must.

don't be fooled by the look. Breakfast was incredible. Relatively cheap and not disappointed. Eggs were perfect and the bacon was crispy every bite. Pancakes were outrageous. I could not finish due to the sheer size of the pancakes. Not only were the pancakes big, but they were fluffy and easy to cut through. I would definitely come here again and perhaps try the subs and or the barbecue. Easily one of my favorite places already and would recommend this joint to anyone looking forward to a delicious, Saturday meal.

Best sandwiches in town. If you ever think Subway, stop yourself and go here instead. No kidding, food that actually tastes like food. Fresh and cooked on spot. You won't be disappointed and no, this is not a fake review but rather a happy customer.

Great food and prices the only issue is I eat here all the time and work right next door but they couldn't let a simple styrofoam cup go I'm sure the bulk proce is cheap so 50 cent charge for a cup since my boss hadn't gotten any for the warehouse blew my mind not cool to charge a recurring Customer for an empty cup and then everybody talking about it like oh they had a better story well then freaking speak up don't talk behind somebody's back.
