Normally I have a great experience every time I come to this Subway, but today was a major disappointment which is why I only gave 2 stars. Usually my sandwiches are top notch, but today I ordered online and picked up in store. When I got there, a young lady with pinkish hair was propped on the cash register and although she saw me walk in, I stood there a good minute before she turned back to face me. She seemed as if she did not want to be there, and was not trying to hide that fact. When she finally acknowledged that I was standing in the express pick up line, she looked at me and really didn't say a lot, just mumbled something and when I told her I was there for an online order, she turned around and handed it to me like she had just had a manicure and her nails would smudge by touching my bag. It was a very off putting and not the normal treatment I get every time I come in there. I thoght that was bad enough, but once I got home, and my boyfriend and I got our sandwiches out, I instantly regretted choosing Subway for dinner tonight. My boyfriends meatball sub looked more like a footlong pretzel stick with something inside(not resembling meatballs, but after opening it, there were some although they were smashed inside the bread). My 6" cold cut combo on flatbread was very lackluster and the meat was a good inch and a half or more from the end of the bread. There were very little vegetables on the sandwich and the whole thing lacked taste. I will continue to eat there, but I will now make sure to go and order my food fresh because the care that usually goes into my food was severely lacking.

This Subway Franchise has new ownership & they are doing a phenomenal job. I grudgingly went there about six months ago & was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service & food. That's when I learned they had new owners. Now I'm grabbing Subway at least once a week. Two 12" subs make two meals for me & my husband. In THIS economy, that is a wonderful thing.

That New Girl Courtney made me one heck of a Flat bread breakfast sandwich.. Sure beats the fast food joints... Fresh veggies make it any way you want it..Will Return Soon.

I showed up an hour before closing time and there was not much available to eat. No ham, no tuna, no salami, no bread, no lettuce. I can't even rate this with stars to be honest. I didn't get food here. I love Subway but these guys couldn't even make a legit sandwich with the given ingredients.

Stopped in Tue 11/14 and ordered the steak & cheese. Service was excellent, sandwich was excellent and the restroom was clean. Need I say more?

I put a order in online I always schedule it for 1 because that's when I go to lunch we got a swarm of people and I have to stay until 2 well I call subway and ask them to remake it for me and they told me I had to pay even though I did online I asked for a refund and pretty much got yelled at saying I do this all the time. I can't control when I go to lunch and I understand maybe I shouldn't order online but there was no need for the manager to act the way he did very rude and unprofessional.

We ordered our order 1 hour before pickup and when we got notice thT our order was ready for pi kup we had to waite for another 20 minutes get ir .

It's been a long time since I have been able to give Subway a good review. Today they did a great job. Clean lobby, nice atmosphere. And my food was correct. There was a few things that were a little inconvenient, but not so bad that we didn't enjoy our meal. The chip selection was really low, and there is only one choice for the wrap option. The biggest concern though, is the area for the line goes right thru the dinning room. So as we're eating there are "hinnies" at table level as they're walking through. Overall, we left happy.

Boy kept seeing all the commercials Subway has definitely upgraded its stuff. Got in Mexicale sub for lunch, then saw the great variety of breakfast sandwiches they had to offer. Tried the steak an egg and it was fantastic!

Best customer service, hands down!!! Everytime I go in, I'm greeted by the cutest sandwich maker, Angelissa, and she goes above and beyond to make my sandwich perfect every single time. Her smile and her overall attitude is top notch!!

Disappointed today. Normally I love this place, but all new crew and they devastated the bread (the top of several sandwiches in pieces). Then while helping the guy behind me (which is normally fine), they gave him the last of the meatballs knowing that's what I was ordering so I had to sit and wait 15-20 minutes while they heated more. Lastly, the lady behind the counter never smiled, said hi, anything. Really seemed unhappy. We all have bad days so I may change my review after next visit.

Love Subway! It's spacious & modern! Well sanitized & visibly clean restaurant & hygienic employees. Great American menu, with a southern spin at a great price! Nice new veggies & fresh bread! Don't forget to grab cookie or 2 for dessert, you can choose from 4 different baked cookies! Enjoy!

If you want your order done right do not I repeat do not do it online because they will mess it up completely and then if you try to call and tell them about it they act like they don't know what you're talkin about. so online is a no no.

The food is always good here as well as the staff! Staff are always professional and friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

I like this subway, it's the only one in this town. Serving Fresh every day with a variety of choices to select from their menu. All new store in the same convenient location. Friendly, normally fast service. Gratitude's accepted if you wish to.

There is a kind and beautiful angel there (Trinny?). Sandwiches were great too.

They did not answer the phone for a take out order, it has been twenty calls and the shop hasn't answered the phone.

Ordered online a steak and cheese. The app offered shredded mozzarella, which I selected. The restaurant apparently does not carry this cheese and I did not know since this was my first time visited. I picked up the sandwich and took home to eat. NO CHEESE! I called to report, and was told by the person who made the sandwich that she thought it was better to not add any cheese then the wrong cheese. They said they will remake. We'll see.

A typical Subway, nicely maintained... one question: Why is the bread not fresh? At least it was not when we were there last Sunday. Perhaps they make it fresh more often on busier days...

good place has its ups and downs. occasionally messes up when ordering lil pricy compared to other places but makes up for in quality usually only issues are human error but that's to be expected
