Food was very good. Prices are on the high side.

The food was good, not a very friendly place that day.

I used the app to place my order and went and picked it up. It was done in an orderly manner. I only had to get my own drinks which I didn't mind. Only thing wrong was the Sprite dispenser wasn't working correctly. It sprayed all over the place.

Really expensive 28.75 for two 12" roast beef grinders.

Staff was quite rude and ignored me while I stood there. I left without getting anything.

The sandwiches are very good. But they nickel and dime you for every little thing.

They wouldn't accept my subway coupons.

Everything was very good. I live the BMT. Every grinder is always good.

The young lady who made my sandwich did not have good customer service and I felt very uncomfortable 😐 sorry but not sorry

Giving it three stars because the girls working were great, the pale red headedish looking kid running register was a jerk to them and clearly sucks at his job because he told the guy in front of me he gave him the wrong money when me standing from the back could clearly see he gave him the right money, then when that gets settled he just sits there mumbling and cussing, terrible customer service

They weren’t wearing mask and disgusted my grandmother. Ewww 🤢please try to do better. This was a few months ago… just saying.

The workers weren’t friendly at all. I couldn’t even stand at the counter because of an employee’s hygiene issues smelled horrible. The subs were gross and way overpriced. Waited 20 minutes for three subs. The floor and counters were grimey and nasty. The workers are super immature and gossiped about nonsense the entire time we were trying to order. Not a clean establishment and needs employees who work and not just lounge around and do nothing while there is a long line.

I always go to the one 8n Williams Town because it seems to be cheaper there

Super friendly folks!!! I needed special order with a couple veggies in side cups. They were happy to help. Inside was clean and looks recently remodeled. Great Subway!!!

There grinders don't have enough meat or cheese on them will not buy from they again just nasty

This subway is truly awful. It’s nice and new in the inside but the way they treat customers made me walk out the door. I honestly think some of the people working there are on something.. and the manager is rude and disrespectful. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Sub was as expected and sandwich artists were friendly and quick

It is not easy ordering online; the website isn't that great. But the sandwiches were worth it. Fresh, full of meat and veggies and ready on time, as ordered. If they improved the website ordering experience it would be 5 stars for me.

I wanted to place an order for delivery last Friday. The restaurant wasn't listed in Doordash anymore, so I called to ask if they still offered delivery. The employee who answered the phone struggled to understand and answer my questions, and their answer boiled down to "I don't know." There was no attempt to find out or ask a manager. He suggested I place a delivery order on the website. The website is awful. I looked up the location but the site didn't specify whether delivery was available. The site was, for some reason, very slow, and difficult to navigate. You can only order six items, but you aren't informed of this until you try to add another. I placed an order for pickup as the site and the store both couldn't confirm whether delivery was available. We ordered four sandwiches and two personal pizzas. This location doesn't make the pizzas - so why are they available on the ordering menu? Instead they made us two identical cold footlong subs with pepperoni, provolone, and slices of mozzarella cheese to replace the one pepperoni and one plain cheese pizza. The two kids who were expecting personal pizzas were very upset. Two of the sandwiches were made as ordered, and two were missing ingredients that had been requested while also having extra ingredients that hadn't been requested. This is one of my kids' favorite local restaurants, but every order I place when not in person turns out wrong. There's no communication from the store when they have questions or changes on an order, and they don't know if they offer delivery or ever will again. I'll just make my own subs at home or go to one of the several places in town that make excellent ones - Martin's and the Benmont store are consistently great. I just wish it was possible to get good subs, made to order, delivered in a timely manner in this town.

None of the employees were wearing masks, took forever to make me and my girlfriends sandwiches, and cut hers in half with a sopping wet knife. Overall very incompetent.

The prices certainly have gone up, but that's true most anywhere these days. A good healthy sammich made for you by friendly bros. This is one of the very few options open in Bennington after 8!

There was a wonderful woman making our food, she was so fast, and doing so many things at one time! And everything was perfect, she was so pleasant the whole time! 👏👏👏 nice and clean space... 👌

Nice place to stop easy parking and the shop and bathroom were clean. Staff was efficient in getting my sub made quickly and as I described. Only downside is price over $10.00 for a foot long sub (Ouch).

The ladies behind the counter were patient and helpful. They told me they can't get oregano any longer. An Italian sub with no OREGANO? C'mon Subway Corporate! Get your franchises what they need to make real sandwiches! Other than this..lunch for five: $30 before tax. Not bad at all.

Okay, I just visited today and got the ultimate spicy Italian sandwich and it was phenomenal! Garlicky and cheesy and just the right amount of meat with strong flavors that you don't usually see in a fast food restaurant.

So many healthy choices ,and a pleasant atmosphere-u can dine in or take out-they have Wi-Fi too

They were quick to make the wrap I ordered during lunch time rush..don't think I was waiting more the 5-10 minutes.

Had a long wait and they were great about it! Food is good too!

Bennington made my sub alot better than their other locations due. My rotisory chicken was not soggy.

Staff was very friendly tonight! 06/14/18! Sometimes if you go in that is not always the case but tonight it was a good couple of people. There is some seating to sit down and eat. Some of the softer chairs looked worn and could probably just be replaced. Otherwise we were happy with the selection and the atmosphere and most of all having our food made the way we wanted it.

Ordered online for lunch. Had friend pick up for lunch. Order was all wrong for one sandwhich. And barely any gaucamole to on sub which was suppossed to be a,wrap.The other sub was to be hot was not. Other sub was ok. Disappointed on service.

Despite the fact that this place gets robbed a lot it's a good stop to quickly pick up dinner when work gets out of control or to grab a quick, fairly priced lunch. Staff is somewhat aloof and often disappear but they're mostly kids so what do you expect?

Subway, they make sandwiches, can get cramped during lunch and dinner rush, and the parking lot is a bit cramped, other than that never had an issue with them.
