This store does not know how to prepare sandwiches and when you tell people that they are poorly prepared and without the requested ingredients, they become rude and do not resolve complaints.

I always have my reservations when eating at fast food restaurants because of the issue of cleanliness…. But this place left me pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathrooms 🤩 Super friendly and attentive staff

Went to this subway last night for the first time with my girlfriend and the young man working was very kind and helpful! He gave us his own recommendations when I was unsure of what to order and the sandwich was great! Restaurant super clean too. Definitely will be back

Aida nos mando 2 sándwich equivocados , fue por ubereat, la bolsa tenía el ticket correcto pero no el contenido , culpa de subway, la chica nos dice que aunque nosotros no comemos atún y estamos enfermos en cama con fiebre por eso pedimos para llevar , pues tenemos que llevarle los dos sandwich a la tienda para poder cambiarlo, si no cuando ella acabe el turno los trae en su carro dentro quién sabe cuánto tiempo , ósea 0 solución , ni siquiera podía regresarnos el dinero por que fue por una empresa pero subway cometió el error , resumiendo seguimos llenando formularios en Uber eat y ya ha pasado una hora de esto , nos dijo primero que si estaba la manager y que tenia que ver los sandw y luego nos dijo que no podía pasarnos la manager por que no estaba , terrible todo

Solicite un pedido el cual fue enviado incorrectamente , llame por teléfono para hacer la notificación y la sta. Aida no me dio ninguna solución viable y aparte no dejaba de reírse , una total falta de educación y de respeto , una persona como está niña no debe trabajar en atención al público , que pena da ella …

Hoy fui a comprar y la muchacha q atendia no dejaba el telefono, me acerque a decirle que si podia atenderne y seguia hablando, espere mas de 5 minutos y me volvi acercar y me dijo q eseperara y descaradamente seguia en el telefono, al final tuve que retirarme del lugar sin poder comprar nada. Por favor señores de Subway tienen q contratar gente capacitada para la atencion.

My dad went to subway yesterday (03/31/23) at 9:10pm the young lady didn't want to attend and prefer to talk to her on the phone, she was like that for 5 mins, it is the first time I see that kind of attitude. You should hire people who want to work and not irresponsable kids.

This guy with these LED headphones who works there went outside to throw away the garbage and didn’t come back for 12 minutes after he came back and went to clean the restroom completely ignoring me and acted cleaning the restroom he did my order and he didn’t even wash his hands or wore gloves while making my sub. This is disgusting

Horrible sandwich come always cold from the big microwave they got there only one person working i been waiting 45 min just to order a sandwich he had no name tag but he was high cause he was going so slow eyes red i been coming here for years and it never been these bad ask for bacon put 2 strip on a footlong last time i come smh .

Came in to eat during the evening shift ordered a sub with chicken. The chicken had green mold on it. The young woman still proceeded to put it on the sub and tried to pick the bad parts. Not only she noticed the chicken was not good but she was willing to serve it to a customer. I finally brought it up and she showed it to her coworker and yes it was bad. I'm not sure what kind of training they're giving to employees to have them think this is ok. I also question the storage conditions of their products!

I look forward to going to grid Subway, as I've done since they opened in North Bay Village. Staff is always super friendly and make my sandwiches exactly as I like them every time!

You should visit this subway. The cookies are out of this world. Customer service is amazing. This subway is probably the best restaurant I’ve been to. Believe it or not, this is the Cleanest subway in the world. You should start your car and get over here

No sé si cada tienda hace su propio pan, pero pienso que por ser una franquicia la receta debería ser la misma, sin embargo, el pan estaba muy diferente a otras tiendas.

Always I order subs in this Subway, to dine in, take out or to be deliver, and every time tasted fresh and delicious. The place is always clean, really good located and convenient, and easy to find. Subway is one of my fav fast food places and I already tried others locations and this store is one of the best ones

Este lugar me parece excelente! Primero que nada, el servicio. Son amigables, pacientes y siempre tienen muy buena actitud, a la hora que sea. La manager Luisa y todas las demás siempre te atienden de maravilla y los sándwiches a tu completo gusto! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 El lugar muy limpio, amplio agradable y con una vista muy relajante a la bahia, para comenzar el día desayunando aquí es espectacular! Great place. Clean and fast. Please ignore racist remarks on other posts. I speak both Spanish and English and have always been addressed in English. I live 0.5 miles from this location and have ordered from there countless times and always received very nice service and excellent sandwiches.

Clean location with excellent bilingual service. Please ignore the racist reviews of this location. One of the only Subways in the area that will consistently allow customers to order off the breakfast menu at any time of the day without incurring extra cost. Very generous with toppings and dressings as well.
