The kids at this place are working hard, they are just teenagers, but they get the job done and they are all really nice and helpful. Always have fresh food and the place is always clean. This is my favorite location. Leave the kids a tip and let them know they are doing a good job. A compliment goes a long way

Food is probably ok but employee was extremely rude. Come on man if you hate your job so bad don’t take it out on me. I’m just trying to get a sandwich and be on my way.

Great management & they're faster than Jimmy John's

I occasionally do doordash and had never been in this subway until today when I got an order for here. When I walked in the guy was complaining about how doordashers get their too quickly. I don't control when the app sends me orders, doordash does. From other reviews it seems like the workers like to complain and argue with people. I was willing to wait for the food had it not been made yet, I do know how to be a patient person.

Called me a liar the last time I was there. Their prices keep going up for the same item. Talking and laughing over all the exposed food while they are making the sandwich. I'll never go there again. They can get their money to pay for the millionaires in their commercials from somewhere else.

We've used this subway several times now as it has proven way better than the other subways in the area. Food is fresh and tasty and everyone has been so friendly

I actually didn’t eat or go in here but Subway always smells so yummy ! Google asked me to review it so I did!! If I had to pick I would go for a Publix sub but Subway’s Chicken roasted sub is delish!!

Stopped off for a quick bite. Good service good sandwich. Right off the highway.

Young, arrogant jerk walked out of the storage room and said, “How many subs?” I told him I’d like a wrap. He said nothing while throwing together my order, seemingly disgusted with his job and me. I could not believe I tipped him (out of habit) and now want my $1.15 back. So I got a wrap for $10 which I could have easily made myself for $3 and dodged this surely jerk. I only went there for convenience but will not make that mistake again. Bye Subway on Toledo Blade. Never again. Franchisees need to wake up to the damage kids with terrible attitudes do to their businesses.

Worst costumer service ever!!! I went inside but order through the app because only online they have the coupons. But the guy inside was very rude because he knew I was the one placing the order. He almost didn't want to make the order. He DIDN'T STOP SAYING how bad is to use the app instead of ordering there. Bottom point of is that we actually understood that he is racist and was arguing about everything. The store was empty by the time he finished, so he wasn't even rush, and it was only 9:00 am can't imagine him later during the rest of the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The manager has the worst attitude very very nasty and very rude from the start of making the order he had a attitude and was throwing the meat back in the container with issues after asking to toast. I won't ever be back there. And I would Dvise others as well.

As a multi business owner I can say that Conner has a great work ethic. I showed up right at closing and wasn’t obligated to be served and he didn’t hesitate to take my order. I hope management can see what a great worker they have and hope he is compensated accordingly!

Cold hoagies are consistently great here. They compete big time with my old Jersey hoagies!

Heard the manager ask the guy in front of me to write him a good review. I thought I'd leave an honest one. The food safety protocol is never fully followed. I would just go somewhere else.

Sure, it's out of the way and a little hard to find considering it's so close, but the food is great, the staff are friendly, and it's a great place to eat.

The man helping me was super nice. I have never had subway before and he was really sweet and helpful about all the options and made sure everything was right. Plus we had a nice chat, overall just awesome service. The place was clean and welcoming, would come again on my next road trip 25 hours! :)

We ate at Subway for the first time. Both young men were professional and helpful. They answered questions for us as to the community. Food was good and it was a very clean place to eat

Great subway place that I eat at almost weekly. The manager Chris there is a great person with great customer service. He knows a lot of the customers by name and what they eat before we even ask.

Subway is Subway, sorry guys but your food is plain & a bit boring. Why would someone stop for a sub when there are so many other choices out there? Bring out some new items and maybe Subway will change a few of our minds. I'm willing to try something new at Subway. I bet many others are too!

Classic subway experience. Great service, good ingredients. Delicious and consistent quality. Store was well merchandised with fully stocked racks. Everything was clean. Looks like a well managed store.

The food was good and the floors were not sticky.🤷 However, when my sub was being wrapped, the employee tucked the paper into my sandwich and rolled it up. 🤦 Please don't do this. My food ends up falling out of my sub and it isn't pleasant. Thank you

Great staff of young and energetic people! Had a bunch of special requests for 6 subs... not one mistake! I only wish that there was an option to leave a tip on a credit card. I hardly ever carry cash. I felt bad not being able to leave a few dollars for them!
