The old man messed up my order most of the time But the food is great

The woman seemed rude, there were a couple issues with our food and things missing from our online order. When I got home with our sandwiches I tried calling to see if anything could be done a couple times and no answer everytime. I’ll try calling in the morning again. The guy that was here this morning was super nice, fixed the order. And remade everything. Awesome service from this guy.

I understand not all locations participate with coupons because the location actually closest to us has signs up saying they don’t accept coupons, so we decided to go out of our way and try this location since we received some coupons in the mail. Our first visit we were able to use a coupon no problem, but our second visit we were told they don’t accept coupons which is annoying because again this location is further from us and overall the quality is very inconsistent even with the food. Also after both visits it’s safe to say they have pretty bad customer service.

My wife ordered Subway. When we received the sandwiches they were supposed to be double meat on the BLTs and there were a total of 4 pieces of bacon and the bacon was ice cold on all three sandwiches. My wife sandwich was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't. There was barely any lettuce on any of the sandwiches. This is a very poor example of Subways quality.

Very stingy with meat and toppings I ask for black olives and get 9... Fresh ingredients taste and smell old. I could care less about customer service but at over $10 a sub I expect a decent sandwich. Should have went next door to publix.

Place sucks and owners are extremely greedy barely put any meat on their mobile orders. Will be getting my subs from Publix from now on. And disputing my order for a refund

Speak ENGLISH PLEASE. I dont speak Hindi!! If you are going to serve the Engish population then have someone who can at least interpret. OMG!! 10 mins to communicate by pointing to things. I wont be back.

Excellent place to eat, fresh food and very clean place. When I am near this place I will return….

Nasty! Old vegetables, gooshy tomatoes..... disgusting. Not the Subway I've always known. They can't even put mayonnaise and mustard on the bread. They think it belongs on top of the lettuce. I don't put mustard on my salads or lettuce. Bought the sub, came home, took one bite of bread and put the entire thing down the GARBAGE disposal. Wasted my money on trash.

*** Another great purchase 4/2/24 ******* The Two young ladies who waited on us for dinner were great. Courteous, friendly and worked well together getting our orders. Always like coming to this Subway! ********* The Best Subway around. Both of the owners have always been friendly every time we’ve been there which is regularly. Fresh ingredients and great selections. People complaining about the coupons need to realize it says right on them not every place may participate. Friendly service and great location make this our favorite Subway!

I asked to opt out of the bread and she refused to do so. I ordered a 6 inch so after she cut the meat 70/30 I guess I drew the short straw. She proceeded to take the meat apart to make sure it covered the bread.She had a attitude the whole time. I'll never go back to this Subway.

The owners wife is incredibly rude, I was coming regularly for breakfast and lunch. I receive coupons in the mail that I like to use to offset the high prices. The last time I was in the store she informed me they will no longer accept coupons. She is always rude, barely speaks barely and english which makes it virtually impossible to understand her. I usually deal with the husband and there are no issues, but whenever she is in the store there is always something she complains about.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! If you can manage to order (big language barrier here) you’re treated like it’s an honor for YOU to be there. You’re not a customer at this location, you’re a nuisance. I gave this place three attempts which included one online order but they don’t allow that so you can’t get any specials like buy one get one half off, and two in store tries. I’m done. I love Subway but I’ll never go back to this one. Also, question how old the meat is. This owner/operator is a cheapskate. Got sick from their tuna and I mean full blown food poisoning sick. Buyer/customer BEWARE!

I enjoy the service at this location, they are always polite, and very clean and organized. 5 star rating from me. Now go get a sub, what ya waiting for???

I love this Subway in particular. Friendly service, clean and food was always delicious.

What a disappointment. I tried for over an hour to place an order online, the system was down and I am sure that is corporations fault not the stores fault. But I called instead to place an order and the woman who answered did not even understand what I was saying about making an order. She then passed the phone to a gentleman who also could not understand what I was saying. I am pretty sure there should be at least 1 person working on each shift who can communicate in English. From there I decided, well I should probably go into the store and just make the order in person and pick up. Both of the people on the phone were in the store and the only people in the store. They could not understand how to make my order because they didn’t have any bacon and they were trying to communicate something about the wraps vs the sandwich. I then threw in the towel, no longer willing to waste another minute on incompetence. I am sure this is individually owned and getting employees right now is difficult but I hope things turn around here.

Great experience. Sam our sub artist was working alone and there was a line of customers. I had 3 footlong orders and she knocked them out with precision and detail.
