I understand not all locations participate with coupons because the location actually closest to us has signs up saying they don’t accept coupons, so we decided to go out of our way and try this location since we received some coupons in the mail. Our first visit we were able to use a coupon no problem, but our second visit we were told they don’t accept coupons which is annoying because again this location is further from us and overall the quality is very inconsistent even with the food. Also after both visits it’s safe to say they have pretty bad customer service.

My wife ordered Subway. When we received the sandwiches they were supposed to be double meat on the BLTs and there were a total of 4 pieces of bacon and the bacon was ice cold on all three sandwiches. My wife sandwich was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't. There was barely any lettuce on any of the sandwiches. This is a very poor example of Subways quality.

Very stingy with meat and toppings I ask for black olives and get 9... Fresh ingredients taste and smell old. I could care less about customer service but at over $10 a sub I expect a decent sandwich. Should have went next door to publix.

Place sucks and owners are extremely greedy barely put any meat on their mobile orders. Will be getting my subs from Publix from now on. And disputing my order for a refund

Speak ENGLISH PLEASE. I dont speak Hindi!! If you are going to serve the Engish population then have someone who can at least interpret. OMG!! 10 mins to communicate by pointing to things. I wont be back.

Excellent place to eat, fresh food and very clean place. When I am near this place I will return….

Nasty! Old vegetables, gooshy tomatoes..... disgusting. Not the Subway I've always known. They can't even put mayonnaise and mustard on the bread. They think it belongs on top of the lettuce. I don't put mustard on my salads or lettuce. Bought the sub, came home, took one bite of bread and put the entire thing down the GARBAGE disposal. Wasted my money on trash.

*** Another great purchase 4/2/24 ******* The Two young ladies who waited on us for dinner were great. Courteous, friendly and worked well together getting our orders. Always like coming to this Subway! ********* The Best Subway around. Both of the owners have always been friendly every time we’ve been there which is regularly. Fresh ingredients and great selections. People complaining about the coupons need to realize it says right on them not every place may participate. Friendly service and great location make this our favorite Subway!

I asked to opt out of the bread and she refused to do so. I ordered a 6 inch so after she cut the meat 70/30 I guess I drew the short straw. She proceeded to take the meat apart to make sure it covered the bread.She had a attitude the whole time. I'll never go back to this Subway.

The owners wife is incredibly rude, I was coming regularly for breakfast and lunch. I receive coupons in the mail that I like to use to offset the high prices. The last time I was in the store she informed me they will no longer accept coupons. She is always rude, barely speaks barely and english which makes it virtually impossible to understand her. I usually deal with the husband and there are no issues, but whenever she is in the store there is always something she complains about.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! If you can manage to order (big language barrier here) you’re treated like it’s an honor for YOU to be there. You’re not a customer at this location, you’re a nuisance. I gave this place three attempts which included one online order but they don’t allow that so you can’t get any specials like buy one get one half off, and two in store tries. I’m done. I love Subway but I’ll never go back to this one. Also, question how old the meat is. This owner/operator is a cheapskate. Got sick from their tuna and I mean full blown food poisoning sick. Buyer/customer BEWARE!

I enjoy the service at this location, they are always polite, and very clean and organized. 5 star rating from me. Now go get a sub, what ya waiting for???

I asked for a cold cut combo. It looked like all bologna so I tried to say something twice. The older lady behind the counter kept dismissing my concerns and talking over me saying "that's what you ordered!" When I got to my car I couldn't tell the difference between what was suppose to be bologna, ham and salami. Most of the meats had a green sheen to them (listeria) and it looked nothing like the ham and salami behind the counter. I went in to see if maybe I mis-ordered or could maybe pay to add regular ham and salami. I immediately got scolded by the older woman. Shouting that I got what I asked for. The younger lady was atleast nice and explained that the cold cut combo is all inferior cuts to their normal ham and salami and all looked alike. I left with my disgusting sandwich and ate chips for lunch, so I wouldn't be yelled at by the older lady anymore. I'm not sure how much more passive I could've been, or how else I was suppose to let them know my concerns. It's obvious they just don't care. (Not to mention they all put on gloves without washing their hands, which is against health code)

I love this Subway in particular. Friendly service, clean and food was always delicious.

Great experience. Sam our sub artist was working alone and there was a line of customers. I had 3 footlong orders and she knocked them out with precision and detail.
