Never to far to drive for Taco Bell

This location doesn’t use mobile order for the Taco Bell side. They have a very limited menu already and every order I asked for I was informed they didn’t have it or they were out of it. Told me it would take 20 minutes for eggs. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I've been to a lot of Taco bells and this one you got half the product in your taco shell

Ordered 4 soft taco Supreme and 2 bean burritos. I got 4 of the worst plan tacos ever nothing but lettuce and meat and the bean burritos omg they tasted like they were under the heat lamp for hours nasty and hard all the shells were like rubber. Worst meal ever. Oh and all the napkins look like they came out of someone's pocket balled up and wrinkled

Got my taco in 1 minute & it was very good & hot!

Walked in to order food. People where talking in back stood there no one to take order so I left

First and last time coming to this location. Bad experience, bad food, and I hope we don't get food poison from the food. It's really bad gross and bad after taste. The cinnamon twist not edible, have really bad chemicals taste. The Mac n cheese I took a bite spit it back out, it's really horrible tasting and Soggy. The famous bowl had 4 small hard pieces of chicken with too much gravy. Fried chicken hard and over cook. Just horrible. Spend 40.00 and for horrible food. I don't recommend this place at all. If I could give it -0 stars.

Idk how many bad experiences we need to have with these employees until the GM does something about it. Crew members act like they are the managers and argue with the customers over simple things. The manager with the red hair is very rude to customers and employees. I've heard her refer to the employees as offensive things and have seen her argue with multiple customers. Why hasn't she been fired? The food is usually good as long as my order is correct but she will argue with you if you go in and complain. Maybe she needs more customer service training because that's not how a manger should be acting.

Lost my food not once but third time this year they tell you to pull up and give your food to wrong person then act like your lying when you confront them

girl at drive through was very rude, food was wrong gave us attitude when we said order was wrong. shut the drive through window on us before we could finish talking and handed us the food and shut the window before we could answer. 2/24 @9:50

Paid for mashed potatoes and gravy made it home and no mashed potatoes.. figures.. called and manager arguing with me said my food was received. Was very rude.

Chalupas were good. Pintos n cheese were really tasty.

Tacos 🌮 grease came right through the bottom of my broken hard shell taco NO CHEESE to speak of just thrown together

Soft Tacos were so SOGGY that we had to throw them in the garbage.. a total of 10 tacos. I went thru the drive thru and drove 7min to home. Ridiculous and such a waste of money.

I will NEVER go to this location again. Door and website say they open at 8am. I had a lovey gentleman tell me they arent ready just yet it would be a little before i would get helped. I decided to stay anyway i was ok with the wait just spending time with my daughter no real place to be. She is 4 so she got tired of siting. 15 mins later. So i was walking her around the restaurant to get her to be a little quieter cuz they were trying to get this ready to open for the day. Again i was told about the wait so no big deal. Till a SUPER rude woman comes out and is super annoyed we are there. Looks at me and my daughter with a huge attitude says "oh your gonna have to give me a while we arent even open yet." Just purly discussed that we were here. So i took my daughter and i left. But there was NO reason we were treated so rudly for wanting to have a nice breakfast together.

Food okay, service terrible. Waited 30 minutes for takeout while drive thru got priority. Gave my meal away and had to wait again. Cashiers were more interested in the trucks in the drive thru than the customers waiting.

Went there in August 2023. It was ok. How busy? I went in the afternoon. They weren't busy inside, and the service was fast. Menu. It looked like most of the food was for KFC, and it took me a few seconds to find the taco bell menu. Food. The food was good. I got a couple burritos with the Doritos in them but can't remember the names. The beef one was better than the chicken. Cleanliness. The eating area was pretty clean, and I saw a couple different employees cleaning. I will say the bathroom floor was a little slippery... maybe they had just finished cleaning it. 🤷‍♂️ Another thing that stood out was when a couple of the employees were off, they were a little loud while sitting in the eating area. It didn't really bother me, and I understand they were probably waiting for rides and just happy to be off work, but I would think it could bother someone else. Overall it was a good experience for me.

Asked us to park and we sat there for 20 minutes while 4 other cars came and went. Worst Taco Bell location

They were out of almost everything. I'm not sure why they stayed open that night if you didn't have product to offer.

I wanted to try the Taco Bell today. It shares a location with Kentucky Fried Chicken the menu for Kentucky Fried Chicken is such large letters it overrides everything but the menu for Taco Bell is so small even though I have my glasses on I could not read it no one bothered to come to the county to see if I need any help I guess I won't get to try Taco Bell.

We will never order the KFC from here again as the food is dried out and old. We occasionally will get the Taco Bell, but today went to place an order online for my husband to pick up on his way home. They don't do online orders at this location for Taco Bell only KFC, and they will not take a phone in order either. The employee on the phone was severally rude and while talking to me kept talking to another employee about me on the phone at the same time.

Split KFC/Taco Bell store. Ordered 8 crunchy tacos. All well made and tasty. Thank you, Taco Bell Crew!

My family and I went thur the drive thru and after seeing that we were missing a cheese quesadilla I went inside. What I went inside I spoke to one of the managers and I think it was one of the rudest experiences I have had with fast food.

Always under new management. Always getting my order wrong when I normally just get some tacos. Wouldn’t recommend it unless your desperate for tacos and remember you’ll be waiting for 30 minutes

Half a star service ordered $35 worth of food and got one of the 4 meals i ordered. I called the store 20 times and didn't get anyone to answer.

Well if u don't call immediately after getting a messed up order even if they are closed which why I didn't call last night don't even bother trying. The manager is beyond rude so don't even waste your time calling trying to get anything fixed I spent 46.58 last night my food was old and cold plus two items wasn't even in the bag I'll never go back there I work hard for my money it's ridiculous

Pretty good for fast food. May order is always correct, the only negative is the slow service, but in their defence it is hard to get enough help these days.

I drove 30 minutes away to go to kfc because it said they were open online, when i got here they were closed. i tried ordering taco bell at 10:57 and the lady waited til 10:59 before trying to take my order and told me she couldn’t serve me.

I placed my order through the drive thru at 5:08 and was asked to park to wait for my food. At 5:34 I finally got my food. They forgot about my order! I will never pull forward or park again! I will wait at the window until I get my order. Lesson learned!

20 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me and didn't even get to place an order. Witnessed employees going back and forth from their cars to the restaurant. A couple took out a bag of trash and were talking about forgetting their weed inside. Blacklisted for sure

Girl at drive Thru was rude. Lacked any type of hospitality service. She definitely did not want to be there on 7:00 pm on 9-10-22. Manager needs to move this girl to back of house.

Terrible location. Almost forgot part of my order stopped me before I walked out… then I bit into my Crunchwrap supreme while I was back on the road and there was no meat in it. No one answers the phone. Two thumbs down

Went thru drive thru and ordered my food. I got a Nacho Bellgrande asked for my chips separately and the lady taking my order told me I was pushing my luck. Thats no way to talk to a customer That was just plain rude of her. This happen today. Around 11:45 am.

honestly really hate driving to this location when they never have anything... it is sad that when taco bell and KFC is in the same building but only KFC does DoorDash when tacobell should too...

Went there and got home and didn't have the right food. Called and talked to manager(Ryan). he said to come back and he would make it right. I went back 2 months later and Ryan remembered my name and was so nice about giving me my free food. Yay. made my night!

Stopped in this place at 4:30 on Aug.5,2022..was told i would have to wait 15 minutes for 6 tacos..this is the second time this happened to me..Not a good place to eat..can't wait for Popeyes to open..avoid this Taco Bell..Go to Burger King or MacDonalds..very poor service..

Food was good. Had to wait a few min went through drive through. Was greeted with a lady with a big smile. This was at the Bushnell Fl KFC/TOCO BELL.

I just thought I'd give this taco bell one more try after the new management sign. I ordered 3 soft tacos to find out they charge 2.19 each for a regular plain soft taco. Then I get the tacos and there is the smallest amount of toppings in them.

A bit slow, but the staff are nice and gave us free desserts for waiting.

Bought 2 deluxe boxes, items in BOTH had long dark hair in them. Manager had the nerve to initial refuse refund because she said the food was partially missing. Yea cause we were eating til we found the HAIRS 🤢 it's disgusting

Great customer service at the drive thru. This location has new management and it certainly shows . I have been in and out of this location for over 20 years and usually leave disappointed..not tonight. I was 7th in line but it went quickly. I ordered 24 soft taco supremes and am so pleased with how quickly they were made .

The managers and workers hands are dirty and they don't use gloves. Pay attention when you go

The food is good, as to be expected, but the wait is (and has been for years) absolutely horrible. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for "fast" food. I was going to give this location a second try after declaring I'd never go there again, and I immediately regretted it. Save yourself the headache. Pass up this Taco Bell

The crunchy taco supremes were mushy.. the meat didn't taste right either... My taco had to have been made way before I ordered them. I live 1.5 minutes away from there. No reason for them to be soggy and cold

I love how on the website it says there is a $5 build your own box, you wait in line just to find out they don’t have a $5 box they have an almost $8 but, okay, that’s fine, but you can’t substitute anything in the box for anything else like a build your own. Dumb. Not to mention the time you sit here, I’ve been in line for almost an HOUR!!! I understand places are short staffed and all, but and HOUR!? That’s a little ridiculous for a drive thru Taco Bell!

This was only my second experience with this location, even though it's under 'new management', it's obvious it has a staffing issue. The sign out front says 'Order On-Line' but when using the on-line app it says that on-line ordering for this location isn't available. All their prices are higher than the corporate locations with their $1 value menu items being $1.49! Unless/until improvements are made I recommend avoiding this location, I'm surprised that they manage to do the business they do.

Went thru drive thru and ordered Baja blast and Pepsi with order . Woman handed us the Baja blast it was extremely light and when I tasted it u can tell it was running low , I asked for something else n offered cup back she shut window and then opened it with a lil cup tasting it and saying “uhhh it’s sweet as hell. “ basically refusing me a different drink there for I asked for water. . Hope when she goes somewhere n not like something they make her keep it too. Karma. Ohhh and she ain’t give me any receipts only my change so I had to do review on here not taco bell site

I don't remember having a good experience here, but since it is under new management I stopped in because I really like taco bell. I honestly think this place needs to be taken over by corporate, it's obviously a franchise. The drive through window was disgusting, I got the wrong food, and it tasted nasty. My tacos actually had a sour taste to them. I don't think I can go back to this location again.

Just tried to order a 12 pack of soft tacos earlier and was first told they ran out of meat. Then they said the best they could do was 8, because they were closing soon. Taco Bell is usually pretty skimpy on their cheese, but I've never heard of them running out of toppings until tonight. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, but it was the only way I could give this review. There's a reason this location has so many low reviews, the Wildwood one is alright but the Bushnell Taco Bell SUCKS and should be shut down for how they're operating it. Don't waste your time or money here!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Taco Bell. The inside is closed due to lack of staffing the food was cold when we received it we waited in line for 45 minutes at the drive-thru they burnt the crunchwraps and the person had representing their drive-thru had no teeth then I called to explain to the manager that I spent almost $100 there and she wanted to tell me that the reason the crunchwraps were burnt was because apparently they need to call the maintenance for the machine she wanted to give me excuses that I did not want to hear when all my food was cold and it was horrible the worst experience I've ever had and if this is how Taco Bell runs and Bushnell y'all are in bad shape

Kirstean was a horrible manager, asked a question, why cant we do two seperate orders said ok i understand an why is the lobby closed an snapped at us an didnt even take our order after we waited a half an hour in line. Then tried to call the cops on us. Horrible i hope they fire her an were never going to taco bell again. Mcdonalds is better anyway, better MANAGERS and better food!

They threw out breakfast items 20 minutes before the cutoff. Ended up not getting anything because I only went there for the breakfast.

They only open at 8am 7 days a week NOT 7.

I can only imagine with how rude the female, African American manager is with customers how bad she must be with employees, especially given one of the employees mentioned how they can't keep workers there. Upper management needs to check cameras of her interactions with customers. She says yall don't need or care about our business. Well you've lost it for sure.

Took 10 minutes for a taco pack, no receipt, the hard shell tacos were soggy by the time I got them. The young lady that gave me the food acted as if my request for taco sauce was a hassle. Won't be returning to this location.

Absolutely the worst. Avoid this place and spare yourself some frustration and terrible food. I ordered pinto beans but they had no forks or spoons to eat it with. In addition, they were cold and the serving size was pitifully small. I also ordered a bean burrito but it was cold too. Wealthy people buy fast food franchises and then staff them with woefully unqualified employees. Put these people out of business

Had to wait in line for 16 minutes, there were only 3 workers in there at lunch rush, but they did their best and food was good

I'm tired of going to Taco Bell in Bushnell, Florida and getting tacos that have very little meat, cheese, and lettuce. And the nacho boxes having very few chips in the box. Nothing has the toppings like they show on the commercials. We should be getting what we pay for.
