The food was delicious, the service and management was the wost I have experienced in my 30 year's of traveling the world with the US Navy Seabees. Be prepared to be welcomed with an attitude if you do not speak English!!

The place is not very attractive, neither from the outside nor from the inside..., but it is interesting from a cultural point of view. Of course, the seasoning is excellent and the service is very good! Closes early, doesn't open after 4 or 5 pm, so go early. I will return earlier another day since when I went they were almost closing and the options were scarce

I ordered the Steak burrito with cheesy , verde sauce. The steak had soooo much flavor and was cooked perfect. The beans were so delicious . Rice was great. Family owned and operated. I went with a friend for lunch but can't wait to take my family.

Best authentic Mexican food in Apopka. My go to place when craving Mexican. Also, their spicy shrimp and beef caldos are some of the best I have ever experienced.

Food have great flavor, place is not fancy but they have good service... it's good for lunch and they offer reasonable pricing.

The food was really good. Menudo was excellent. Caldo de rese was also excellent. The waitress was very polite and very respectful. They speak English and Spanish. A place to stop and try. It's not fancy but the food is good.

Easily the best taco place in the area.

Hubs and I came for dinner. We had mostly tacos, he had a drink as well. Was okay, the meat was pretty under seasoned, but otherwise not terrible. Service wasn't amazing, but we got our food in a timely manner.

I got the 4 taco plate and it was great. I got 2 chicken and 2 steak. The steak was straight 🔥 and the chicken had a good flavor. The refried beans and rice were also good. Don't forget to get the Horchata, looks like it's made fresh daily.

Really liked the tortillas here the flavor of the meat was really good not to greasy . I would definitely go back service was excellent

My dad and I work behind the restaurant and we smell the aroma from cooking every time. At here for the first time and it was good. Food came out quick. Food was a little bit too salty I think.

I consider myself a connoisseur of Mexican food. I will go way out of my way to come here again. Amazing!

Very good and authentic. I got pollo, carne asada, and birria (weekend special) tacos, and a pastor quesadilla (don't judge I was starving lol). My husband and brother in law both got lingua burritos that were SO good, and my sister got the enchiladas. Every plate was wiped clean it was so delicious.

Every time I am in Apopka, I have tacos at Don Pepe's. They are 100% authentic, just like from a stand on the street in Mexico. I suggest getting the 4 taco plate with 2 carne asada and 2 al pastor. Full of flavor, all hand made, and priced right. Not a fancy place by any stretch of their imagination, but chock full of delicious, wholesome food served with a smile.

Frequent here a couple Sundays out of the month. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Mr.Pepe himself is always there greeting and working. The food is consistently delicious ! Excited to see that they are expanding and can't wait to see what the future brings ! Definitely recommend this place !
