I wish there was a 4.5 rating, because so much about 5th and Taylor was great on our visit. But, there was a major miss with one of our entrees that caused me to give it 4 stars. The atmosphere is fabulous - trendy, spacious, perfect lighting, and a great vibe. Our server, Miriam, was absolutely stunning and provided great service. My two guests got filet's and were very happy with their choice. I had a bite and would have to agree. I got the Tilefish, which was cooked properly and tasty. The problem was that it was swimming in dill sauce (way too much) and was accompanied by a cold peach salsa. I did not realize how soaked the fish was in the dill sauce until I had already started to eat it or else I would have said something upon it being delivered to our table. The sausage/cheese biscuits were outstanding and the brussel sprouts were good too. Finally, the drinks were spot-on all night.

The food was delicious and plentiful. Our server Ellen was a delight. The space had a great atmosphere. We even found free parking on the street near the restaurant.

Loved this restaurant! The urban hipster vibe was great in this historic industrial building (former burlap factory) with its exposed beams & brickwork with contemporary art and understated decor. The service was fast and friendly- the food, filling and delicious. Great place to go on a Saturday night to avoid the chaotic masses on Lower Broadway.

Eclectic menu, ambiance, and most spacious restaurant with very good menu. Very good place for Business or team dinners. Vibe, Service, and food quality are impeccable

My wife and I visiting from out of town had dinner. The space is wonderful and inviting. Our Waitress, Emily was terrific! From explaining menu items to the General Nash statue significance in the restaurant and simply being delightful throughout our dining experience. We also had a wonderful conversation with the GM, Skylar. As we wanted to let her know about our great experience and the great staff she has in place. We will be back next time we are in Nashville.

This place historically has been an icon in the community. They use to hold all type of community events and support the community. To hear that it may be dissolved is sad but they have to do what they have to do. The jobs they offered the community and the overall purpose they served has been great. Kept a lot of people off the street and out of jail drugs etc. It’s been real! Thanks
