They are selling a really quality product and have great customer service. There are cute gifts to by, but I like the Lavendar Fog.

I have been a customer of Tebella for over a decade and have always loved my chats with the baristas. However, I came in on Saturday to the Davis Island location and one of the girls was extremely rude to me. I believe her name is Ashley. She wouldn't make eye contact with me and was very short and cold. I was very uncomfortable and it made my experience very unpleasant. I left feeling was very disappointed as I usually look forward to going to get tea. I hope this issue gets resolved soon as I love Tebella and want to continue going there.

i’ve been to this shop a few times and each time had a pleasant experience. the quality of the drinks are great and the employees are delightfully friendly, knowledgeable and patient. the place feels peaceful and welcoming

This is a beautiful place! My niece Melissa and I had the Ginger and Tumeric on ice with honey! Delicious. My grandniece had Watermelon, also wonderful. Young lady that served us was so nice, a great experience.

We did a afternoon tea date with the children. They loved their handcrafted teas. The people were very friendly. You can even sit outside and enjoy downtown Davis island. .

Very very delicious tea. And in a nice area to take a stroll on Sunday afternoons. I got the golden Assam and it definitely tasted golden. I love places like this because I don't drink coffee and most tea places are Boba or a kratom tea. But this place is great for a good quality loose tea. Coming back for sure 😀

I went on to buy tea for the first time. A friend of mines always buys tea from there. The problem is they are using the same scooper for all the teas and that’s an allergy issue. There should be a scooper for each can that they have. Cross contamination for a person that has some type severe food allergy is to be taken seriously. I want to make clear the ladies there were very nice.

I love this tea shop. The staff are so knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They were able to answer all my questions regarding Chinese Pu-erh, silver needles, and gave me amazing recommendations for new brews to try. The owner also handpicks their teas from overseas, so you truly know the source and farmers you’re helping support. If you’re brand new or already love tea, this is the place to be.

Great selection of high quality tea and products. The Key Lime Sublime was superb. The staff is knowledgeable of all the teas and are more than happy to offer advice and allow you to smell the loose leaf tea before you make a decision. Highly recommend if you are looking for a non-Starbucks, legit tea!

When Teavana went out of business, i was really upset because my husband and i are avid tea drinkers. And i was going to buy my tea online, but i was really really skeptical about that. Then we happen to find the Sarasota location, i was in heaven!!! This was 3 plus years ago...The employees are super nice. When we go in, they are super friendly and happy to be there. The knick-knacks and kettles and what not are a bit price, but this is a small business, so that's expected. But the tea! Oh man I can go on and on about it. First off, the costs is way cheaper than teavana ever was. I was explained by the staff that the owner doesn't have a middle man to pick the teas. She does it herself and that she works with farmers directly. Also when the pandemic hit, they didn't inflate their costs at all. Only last year, or late 2021 the owner had to raise the prices up just by a bit, which didn't even hurt the wallet. SO THANK YOU!!! My favorite tea is the black caramel tea. You smell it and its like biting into a caramel candy. I like to pair it hot or cold with my pumpkin spice creamer. the sugar they use is really good on price. Its a bit cheaper than what i found online. And it makes my tea taste sooo good. Don't use regular white sugar with their tea! Any ways we like going to either davis island or sarasota location. its clean and cute and people are super nice. I tell the folks that work there that i love the locations and to keep trucking. I love this shop and if I can give you guys 6 stars i would.

I love TeBella! TeBella has an amazing tea selection. They have such a large variety you can choose from, it’s hard to try them all! I tried their banana bread fog tea and was so good, it tasted just like a banana bread. I enjoyed it iced after a morning run. The lady recommended I pair it with almond milk and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

On Saturday morning, I decided to visit TeBella to take part in the Yelp tea experience. I chose to visit their Davis Island location and upon entering the shop, I was delighted to see the beautiful interior decor of TeBella. I was in awe of the ambiance. Rachel, my host, warmly welcomed me and gave me a brief history of the store. She also introduced me to the different tea flavors they offer, including their autumn specials. I decided to go with the Banana Bread Fog, which was exclusive to the Yelp elite squad. It was a cold drink and tasted absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of the flavor. I want to thank Yelp for introducing me to this amazing local business.

Delicious tea prepared by experts! Not entirely wheelchair accessible, but in this footprint that's difficult to achieve.

Went there twice on our vacation, the first time, the ladies were not so nice, but the second time, the only lady working there was sweet and gave us a punch card. Tea was good.

Yesterday I found this cute tea place on Davis Islands and I am in love! I had the lavender fog tea and it was perfect. They also have fine chocolate and macarons. The girls there were so nice and helpful. They have a huge catalog of loose tea that you can buy and have their marvelous tea at home. I'm so happy I found this place!

I order tea online from this location and they were SO accommodating! I had a friend I was ordering a mystery box for who is allergic to fruit teas and the company called to go over what other tea options were available and were so attentive to her needs. They care so much about you loving the product and they’re packaged with care. The tea itself is high quality and I have so much still to drink haha

Very disappointing. I'm a tea lover and stopped here on vacation expecting a good but maybe slightly expensive treat. The prices were ridiculous, so although I would have liked tea on the spot, I decided to be sensible and buy tea to make at home. I chose two flavors I thought I would like--Florida Orange Blossom and Blackberry Jasmine--and got two 2 oz. bags for $24 (gulp), hoping for some great tea later. Kudos to them for putting clear instructions on the bag, because it's important to use the right temperature and time for each tea. But although I followed the instructions and tried time after time, I could never get a really good cup of tea. I know these are green teas with light flavors, but I could only taste a bit of lemongrass in the "orange blossom" tea and a hint of berry flavor in the other one. I wouldn't call it blackberry OR jasmine. Overall, I get better flavor from Lipton and Bigelow and Twinings teas. I've had other premium teas from tea shops, including Teavana (good but not even the best), so I'm genuinely confused about my experience. Did I just happen to pick the only two tasteless teas they sell?

The barista was so sweet & helped me pick out to go tea for the first time!! So many teas to choose from but the list to show all of them & help from the barista made it easy!

I am disappointed. Salesman said they have original Chinese high quality tea and owner selected all tea and delivery from China. I bought White Peony and Silver Needles. I expected to get Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) and Bai Hao Yin Zhen (silver needle) but it was something weird. I drink green tea last 15 year, since when I first time visited China but flavor and aroma is so different from original tea , tests like old broom after sauna, looks like they use old and blend it with very low quality green tea to reduce tea costs. Definitely this is my first and last time when I bought tea in this tea shop.

IT SMELLS SO GOOD IN THERE. Iced loose leaf tea taste amazing 😋 havnt tried it hot but I'm sure the flavors are fresh. Costumer service was Friendly.

If want to get the largest tea selection this is the spot to go to. Plenty of deals to take tea togo, they will make you a hot or cold one for you if you like . They also had a really good selection of fine chocolates.

My first time visiting this cute little tea shop. It has a little bit of everything for tea lovers, gifts for anyone, and also a huge selection of looseleaf teas. I opted for the green tea tropical fruit and purchased a large tin to have my tea stored in. The service was very professional , knowledgeable and courteous.. Looking forward to enjoying my tea in this evening. I hope they expand towards Wesley Chapel as the downtown area is very congested with traffic and construction work.

Lovely little tea shop with a very large selection of excellent teas. Think Teavana, but much better. The hand crafted candies and tea paraphernalia are also a treat.

First time at the store. Nice little spot with a big selection. Besides tea they have the items needed for steeping and I also picked up honey with and without the comb. Young woman at the counter explained and was very helpful in picking out my selections. Items purchased were gifts for friends and family.

Kind staff with quick service! They were also enforcing covid safety precautions which I appreciate. The chai tea was delicious, but I do wish the lid would have fit so it didn't get everywhere.

It’s soooo good have to do it again!!! I am a tea junkie now, had to make a cabinet for tea only!!! Again the Salted Caramel Latte is a tea lovers dream... it’s worth the trip to Davis Island, OR, I convince myself to go get food from Oxford Exchange and then get some tea.

The best service I’ve ever encountered. I wanted to try a specific tea and one of the employees (I recall his name as Mason) made a cup just for me and it was delicious. I bought the lavender tea and it worked wonders for my anxiety attacks, and it was so easy to make. You guys are awesome people, thank you.

This tea house is by far one of the best tea shops I've ever been to! The girls that work behind the counter are so sweet and knowledgeable. Their inventory is so full of options to where it is almost overwhelming to decide what to choose from. However the staff is so experienced in this and extremely helpful in helping you choose what is best for you. Their atmosphere has one of the best vibes and they have even gone above and beyond to make us feel safe during this period of uncertainty due to COVID-19. They keep everything clean and the quality of each tea is there every time. If you don't go here you're doing yourself a huge disservice to your taste buds!

Tebella Tea Company is the only tea for me. They have an impressive selection of teas to choose from. I don't worry about COVID-19 because they do an amazing job keeping their customers safe and the establishment clean and sanitized. The atmosphere is super friendly and the service is fast. Ashley is great and her recommendations are always on point.

Love this place! I love Chai Lattes and I use the Masala Chai from Te Bella with Steamed Milk to make a Chai Latte that is as good, if not better, than Starbucks (and a LOT less expensive)

ve tea? This is the place for you!! They have over a 150 varieties including seasonal blends. You can purchase loose leaf tea by the 2 ounces. Know you are going to he a frequent visitor? Grab one of their refillable tins available in 2 different sizes. They even have a tea bar. You can pop in and grab a freshly brewed cuppa. The baristas are all knowledgeable and happy to share their faves. Each tin is labelled green, black or non caffeinated. It's a great little shop! They carry several different varieties of tea accouterments from mugs, towels, iced tea brewers, books, etc. Anything from a beginner to pro tea lover may need.

What a fantastic little store! The staff here is super helpful and knowledgeable on all things tea. They are happy to let you smell literally EVERY tea they have in store if you want! Our tea was packaged neatly and professionally and my tea latte was delicious. The store has bulk tea as well as a large assortment of tea accessories and smaller gift items. If you are a tea lover, make sure you stop in. We'll be back to restock and enjoy a lovely cuppa!

This is the cutest tea shop in Tampa. They have a wide selection of teas ranging from herbal to the standard green, black, white, etc.... There is a little nook in the back where you can sit and study while enjoying your tea. You can get it hot or iced, as a latte or as a fog, as well as take some loose leaf home with you too! There are multiple locations to include an outlet at Oxford Exchange and an outlet in St. Pete inside Station House. Compared to all the overcrowded coffee shops around town, this hidden gem keeps me coming back for a quiet space to read and study.

Store was clean. Lots of merchandise that can given as a gifts. Tons of tea. They also have herbal tea as well. Fruit teas plus many more. I purchased the Peach Passion tea, its delicious.

I had a very pleasant time at TeBella's pin event.Even though only 3 others attended the event it was very enjoyable. The owner/host was very nice and gave us to-go cups with ice for the tea they were sampling at the event. Overall really fun time. Cant wait to come back soon : )

THE tea place in Tampa. Huge variety to choose from. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. Not a big variety of things to have with tea, which I usually like, but it didn't matter. Attended tea-blending session which was fun and interesting. Davis Island location has widest selection, but Oxford Exchange location is especially comfortable with a terrific staff.

Such a wide variety of teas and very friendly staff but i have to be honest....out of 7 different tea varieties i bought i only loved the taste of two.

I had such a great experience. Fresh tea. Friendly service. Clean store. Service was quick. Today was my first visit and it won't be my last. I wanted mint tea but didn't see it on the menu. I wanted to make sure I had plain mint (not the morrocan mint) because I cannot have caffeine. The girls who helped me were super friendly and told me they could make it as a plain mint tea. The tea itself was lovely. It was refreshing and it didn't have that icky after taste that the mint tea from starbucks has. Prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be back. The only thing you might want to consider is parking can be tricky during lunch hour on a weekday. Luckily I did fine parking right in front. I am not familar with Davis Island so I do not know if there was a bigger parking area close by.

The Jasmine Silver Needle is a delicate gorgeous white tea. TeBella has lovely teas for sale online and at their tea shop at the Oxford Exchange in Tampa.

Absolutely LOVE Tebella! So many yummy teas to choose from, there's something for everyone. The fogs are soooo good and I wish the peppermint fog was available year-round because wow. The staff is cool and so helpful when you're trying to figure out what you want or what you'd like. Love.
