Very good food. Reasonably priced

Great quick food option. The portions are always enough to fill me up and a great source of protein. They cook it fresh and it’s loaded with flavor. Eating inside is a bit gloomy. It’s dark inside and small so you feel surrounded by seats and others. Last time I went they had a family there with a kid who was screaming like a car alarm and they let him scream for like 40 mins and just made all the other guest suffer through it. It’s not their fought but they’re also able to mention it to the guest in respect to others.

Ordered on Doordash with a coupon. We got the teriyaki chicken bowl. White rice and veggies. It came with their signature sauce. Very tasty! They work quick and deliver fast! The food is very tasty and the chicken was tender and juicy. I will definitely order from Teriyaki Madness again!!!

Went for job interview..ordered food to take home (first time there)...it was fantastic!!! Service was great!! Even if I don't get the job...definitely one of our go too spots for sure!! It was delicious!!! Thank you..

Chicken Katsu and orange chicken bowls are delicious - excellent service with both delivery and pickup.

Food was good here, but my experience today was a little off putting. I got the spicy chicken bowl, so naturally I asked for a cup of water. The cashier said they are out of water cups so she couldn’t give me a water cup. So I asked if I could just have a regular cup to fill with water since they didn’t have water cups. She said that I could get some water if I had my own cup on me. So I literally had to pay for a fountain drink just so that I could fill the “fountain drink” cup up with water. If the price of “fountain drink” cups and “water” cups are different in pricing I get it, but I’d be happy to pay the 50 cents or however much the paper cup costs rather than being required to pay for a fountain drink when I just needed water for my spicy chicken bowl.

Lazy workers decent atmosphere, good food

We spent way too much on two meals, which were made completely wrong. We were given salmon then lied to and told it wasn’t salmon when it was clearly salmon.. they didn’t even make a new dish just made a new piece of meat and made both dishes wrong, I called multiple times and the owner is never there. I finally got ahold of the owner and they said they would add points to my account so I could get more bowls to make up for it , and they never did. I called again and guess what, owner isn’t available and I have to call back another time AGAIN. It’s probably been a month of playing games with these people.

I'd give them a zero if I could. The owners are hiring disabled folks for festivals and busy times and then firing them. Becky should check with the other dish washer because she was indeed the one not washing your dishes and not caring. When you drop silver ware on the floor that's crawling with roaches, you don't pick it up and rinse it off before using it again and that was the owner who did that. Perhaps, it is you Becky that will NEVER learn how to do dishes. Dirty floors and all you have to do is look at some of the cashiers teeth to see that hygiene and sanitary conditions are below par.

I originally had a fairly negative review here. Things have really turned around since then and I can now recommend this place highly.

Love this place, me and my boyfriend cant get enough, the veggies are so fresh, rice and chicken cooked perfectly! I always feel good after eating! I always recommend this place!

Food wasn’t good , super dry and no flavor

I called ahead to place an order because I had limited time for work the lady took my order and asked if I'd like to pay over the phone or in store I informed her I only had cash on me she said ok.. fast forward to my arrival I go in and pay it had already been 15 minutes and my order had not even been started upon my disbelief she mentions that they cannot start the order until its paid for but didn't care to mention that when I called in the order now I'm sitting here wasting time I won't be back the food is above avg but the service in my opinion is well below average that's unacceptable

Didn't like that the sauce was separate from the food ... And I have already taken the food and didn't realize and needed more sauce.

I got the spicy chicken, and it did not disappoint. I also got the crab lagoons. They were delish. I will go back again.

Staff was excellent and smelled good inside and was clean.

Food takes about 10-15 minutes so make sure you have time. Which is not a bad thing, but if you're in a rush, it won't be fast. Great food!!

Dry chicken and the food was very cold the smell was like it was made days ago and the onions were old

I ordered Steak Teriyaki. My husband went to pick up the order and was informed they were out of Teriyaki so they just gave me plain steak, veggies and rice. No option of getting something else. I reached out about my experience and was told by someone named RaeDyne that my complaint was shared with the shop owner and they should be reaching out to me... But that never happened. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Found by accident looking for a new place to eat.... Highly recommend!!!

Too expensive and food is not that great at all.

AMAZING PLACE, especially if you have dairy and gluten allergies. BECKY went above and beyond to take care of our family while we were in town from Atlanta for the Great American Teach In. Whenever we are in Lakeland we always order the Teriyaki Bowls for our family, as our daughters cannot have wheat or dairy. So it is always nice to treat them to something where you don't have to worry about the allergens or bland flavors. Our food was delicious, well portioned, and consistent every time. The staff is always so friendly, Joshua is the person who let me know that all of the original teriyaki is gluten free, as I always used to add this to the notes, and he pointed out a few months ago that there was no need to do that as the sauce is safe. I appreciate the love that goes into the customer service as it is always nice to be greeted by kind people who enjoy working with the public.

We ordered thru GrubHub (steak teriyaki bowl with noodles) but OMG I forgot to take a picture because I tasted it and liked it so much that I didn't stop, I just continued eating until it was almost gone. Stuffed to the max. It's a little pricey you may think but any food that's that amazing is well worth the cost! We will be ordering again soon! Thank you Teriyaki Madness for being our favorite go to place now!

Always seek out a Teriyaki Madness when traveling. Perfect location downtown Lakeland near my hotel and the train station. Food delicious and filling.

You couldn't convince me this food wasn't microwaved

Awesome. Been waiting to try and got the spicy chicken. It was really good. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce over the phone and the girl def hooked it up. Thank you !!

I know it's normal for restaurants to up their prices for UberEats and other delivery services, but charging 16.50 for an item that costs 10 and 20.11 for an item that costs 13 in store should be criminal- especially when the last couple times I ordered, the chicken was just about mummified.

Great sushi!...If you're in the area, you should definitely try this place!!...Its not a big place, so it gets filled up pretty quickly!!

I’d give them place 5 stars but the music was too loud so you had a hard time talking with the people around your table. The food is excellent and this place is very gluten friendly.

Good food very good customer service

It was ok. Noodles were stuck to each other and flavorless. It was supposed to be chicken teriyaki but tasted no flavor of it. Veggies were Veggies 👌 (good)

THE BEST TERIYAKI CHICKEN BOWL I'VE HAD. I love the food at this place. It's a bit pricey, but so worth it even if you don't do it often.

We love Teriyaki Madness! Sundays kids eat free woth purchase of adult meal and my boys love getting their kids bowls. I also love that the staff is so sweet with them. We play chase and have so much fun (when others aren't in the restaurant of course) and they just love watching. No one angry that we had toddlers with too much energy. I just love this place and can't rave enough about their amazing bowls but also just kindness and great service!

Good portion size for the price but 2nd time I ordered egg roll w/meal and they've been overdone

I have to say if I hadn't eaten here before I would have given it a 1 star. Usually amazing food, today not even close. Potstickers so overcooked they went in trash. Opened my regular chicken bowl, no veggies and wow. Chicken cooked till honest to goodness black on one side, so dry you can barely chew it. Threw that out and had the rice which needed some type of moisture. No sauce on it just dry fried rice. $45 for lunch for 2 and I expected my usual great meal from here. After this don't think we'll be ordering again.

This was my first time coming here. The food is at best mediocre. The teriyaki sauce could be much better. The prices are a bit outrageous by the time you start adding things on. My wife and I paid 30+ dollars for two bowls. The portion size you get is not that great for the price. The wait time is around 20 minutes and they let you know that after you place your order. The service was decent. The girls working were helpful and respectful. The atmosphere is dull, but they do have sufficient space to sit down and eat. I’m giving 3 stars because the food isn’t terrible like some people say in the reviews but it doesn’t wow me for the price and time to wait. I might give them another try again in 6 months or a year. Perhaps some changes will be made to improve their recipes, cost, and wait time, but for now it’s a one and done for me.

This place is delicious. Great portions and great taste. Appropriately priced.

Super healthy wholesome satiating food with brown rice and noodles and with proteins ranging from steak cubes to teriyaki chicken to salmon with a great portion of grilled vegetables. On Sundays, kids under 10 eat free; they get a junior bowl of either noodles or white or brown rice with teriyaki chicken with an order of an adult meal. It’s 11 minutes away from the Bonnet Springs Park which was convenient for dinner time with the kids. Highly recommend! The entire bill for 2 adults and 2 kids was a little under $40.

Very clean restaurant with great service and excellent food.

The picture below shows the amount of orange chicken that came in my $10 (jr) size bowl- and not a lot more in my daughters $13 one. I expected to have a lot more than that for the price- as far as taste- I’m not sure what all the hype is about- there is nothing out of the ordinary good or bad. It’s just mediocre but with a much smaller serving than you’d receive at a traditional Chinese takeout restaurant. I will not return.

I guess you might be interested to know, you’ll have to be aware of this before ordering, no way to add even moments after placing the original adult order.

I got the teriyaki chicken bowl with fried rice and veggies today. The chicken is really tender and moist! The fried rice is much better than just the regular white rice. I've had both. I'll probably be back real soon. The cashiers are also nice and friendly.

It was ok. Took my wife out for a lunch date. We've been meaning to go here. Food was good. Not anything exciting or new just typical "asian" franchise food. I got the chicken teriyaki with veggies and my wife got the steak with rice. A bit pricey but now we know. The teriyaki sauce on the table was good, we kept adding it to our protein hoping it would add flavor which it did. The hostess talked a million miles an hour, we had no idea what she was saying. Not wheelchair accessible. It's more of a take out rather than dine in, I couldn't see trying to get a stroller in the tight door and maneuver around corners to a table. We did the madness experience...wasn't so maddening. This goes on my one and done list..not for any bad reason, just wasn't exciting.

Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl with a unsweetened tea. No noodles or rice, just chicken and veggies. Recieved chicken bowl with yakisoba noodles and a glass of lukewarm unsweetened tea. No straw. I ordered via uber eats and it was late in my shift. Ordered for my dinner and when I got home I discovered this. Threw away most of my order. Suggest you order in store and be specific. Not ordering anything from them again. 2 stars is for the delivery drivers customer service.
