Fantastic Magical Dining experience at Back Room Steakhouse this past weekend. The food, service, and ambience were excellent - the portions were large and it was a great value for the money. We had amazing service from Nick - super professional, funny, and attentive. The owner checked on us and our food which is always a good sign. The steaks were prepared perfectly - it's a challenge for me to find a place that is able to cook a medium well ribeye well, but they did a great job and I loved my meal. We will definitely be back here soon!

I had the most incredible experience at the Back Room on August 31! The food was incredible but the service was even better! We came for the Magical Dining Month special, but we upgraded to the ribeye with pepper sauce and ordered an extra appetizer, the tuna. I love the free bread and oil that they serve! And the tuna was incredible, like the best sashimi I've ever had! Also, we had the short rib rolls and those were stupendous with the sweet Ginger beer sauce cutting through the fatty meat. The artichoke dip appetizer was not my favorite: I found it a bit bland. The salad should also be served in cold plates but the cracker and the blue cheese dressing took it over the top. Our steaks were perfect and the (fully-loaded) potato was a great choice, although it could use more cheese and bacon 😉. And the earfquake dessert was even better than it looks! I want to wish my waiter Caleb a bon voyage on his European adventure. I also want to give my busser Ava a huge shout-out for always being on top of getting me boxes and refills before I even knew I needed them! Ava you are a rockstar and have a great future in food service!

Great place to unwind after a week

Disappointing experience at backroom steakhouse The advertisement was misleading, as it presented itself as a high-end steak house, but in reality, it felt more like a casual sports bar. The atmosphere was not suitable for special occasions or business events. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown as well. The steak tasted like a bland, mass-produced banquet TV dinner, lacking the quality and flavor one would expect from a reputable steak house. Overall, a disappointing experience that failed to meet expectations.

Food was absolutely terrible and under seasoned. Food was cold and definitely out of a box. Scallops were previously frozen as well as the sea-bass. Overall tasted like a TV dinner. This was our anniversary dinner and we were let down.

🫤 Hv wanted to give this place a try for a long while now & finally thought during Magical Dining to do so. Sadly was rather Unimpressed! 👎🏽 I didn’t expect it to be a ‘Capital Grille’ Level or a Bern’s Steakhouse … but, it didn’t even reach the Level of a Longhorn Steakhouse that serves up a Much Better NY Strip, Baked Potato & Broccoli in comparison. Potato presentation lacked & was Gross…. Broccoli was over cooked & Steak mediocre. Salmon was decent altho Lemon Sauce Topping was very minimal & when I sampled it was tad “old” tasting. Coconut Shrimp was Good … Artichoke Dip tasted like Warm Cream Cheese .. so Nothing Special. Cheesecake was YUCK! Tasted like Smooth Butter & appearance of had me knowing it wouldn’t be good. Hubby did like the Chocolate Cake tho! ☺️ Kudos to the Bar for making a rather Delish Old Fashioned! 🥃 Doubt I’ll return .. if I resided in Apopka would do so for a Drink at the Bar & maybe try a Salad w/Salmon. 🤷🏽‍♀️

You'd never know this amazing steakhouse was here, but don't drive by and miss it! Hidden jem in a strip mall in between a pizza place and a sports bar. From their apps to their tomahawk steaks, this place impresses!

We went yesterday for first time and it was an amazing experience. I had long time that i wouldn't find a steak that was so good. The fillet mignon was tender, almost melting while biting with a great flavor. The service was extraordinary, people that cares you are enjoying your meal, making sure your glass is always full, that your food was properly, and they are also so enjoyable. This will definitely be our spot again soon. Well done 👏 Back room team!

Magic Mike on Saturdays is amazing! I have known him for a while and he never disappoints. His up close magic is unmatched. Your next Saturday should be both Backroom and Magic Mike!!!

Stopped by on the way through. At first I thought it was odd a steakhouse in a strip mall, but wow. Blown away. Service...food... everything was near perfect. The tomahawk is flavored perfectly. Would have preferred the fat more rendered, but that's literally the only thing I can find wrong. Mushrooms a++, smashed potato and crab cakes were excellent too! Schwarzenegger said it best; I'll be back.

I was quite surprised to find such a great restaurant in this area. Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid steak house. The cowboy steak and calamari were amazing 🤩 can't remember the last time I had a streak this good!

Visited for Father's day dinner and everything was perfect

Went this past weekend for dinner and was disappointed after hearing good recommendations. Steaks had good flavor but all 4 steaks we ordered were not cooked to the correct temperatures. The baked potato was only half cooked. The side salad had warm lettuce when it arrived to the table. The bananas foster was just drenched in caramel sauce from a bottle. Definitely not worth the price they are charging and wouldn’t recommend if you are expecting a night of fine dining.

My husband and I love coming here for date night! The food and drinks are always amazing. We recently had a nice tableside show from Magic Mike, the magician. He was so entertaining and really made our experience that much better.

First time at The Backroom and loved and enjoyed everything about it! Food was 100/10! Waitress,cook and staff 100/10! My sister enjoyed her birthday dinner! Highly recommend everyone try this steakhouse ! Prime rib melts and your mouth 🤤🥰🥰definitely will be coming back!

Everything on the menu is great!

Went to celebrate my Mother's birthday. Started with the crispy mozzarella egg rolls and Thai coconut shrimp. The egg rolls were very good, just wish you got more than 2 for $13. The shrimp on the other hand were overcooked and the coconut breading was almost burnt. Ordered the osso buco with risotto and broccoli au gratin for my entree, figured I'd get something I don't make at home. The pork shank lacked seasoning and tasted like Grandma's pot roast. The risotto could've been from a hospital cafeteria, and the broccoli au gratin was laughable resembling lightly microwaved broccoli with 12 strands of cheese and Ritz crackers atop that were so minimally crushed I could've used them to scoop the risotto. For dessert was bananas foster which was good. Service was good not great, but why would it be for 20% of $400? I am not one to complain especially at a family's birthday dinner, so I just take this as a lesson learned of where not to go again.***Magic Mike the table side magician was fantastic, really put a positive ending on our lackluster experience***

Was treated here by a family member who said other family members come here and it’s nice. Well to start we walked in and was greeted stood there for about 3 minutes the guy cleaned a table and sat us completely behind them. So we sat there between 30 minutes to and hour and this young lady asked if we had been helped then she brings us a glass of water. By now I’m ready to go because we were not acknowledged at all. Then a waiter comes and we order once again we wait get our drinks by now we are done with our drinks and wait for the food at this time I realize I will never come back to this place.

It's not a fancy spot but the food was pretty good and the service was top notch. Our server, Janae, was incredible. She made our first time experience great with her impeccable timing and just overall way of speaking with us. It seems like the kind of place where people can come for good food and have a good chat with the staff. We saw what looked like regulars having a good time at the bar with the bartender.

The food was great, service was great (Emma was awesome tonight) portions were good until we ordered cheese cake to take home paid $8. It was a sliver so disappointing! We couldn't even share! I recommend do not order the cheese cake!

Food was Delicious and Service was First Rate!!!

This was our first time attending this restaurant. Nick was AMAZING, AWESOME, KIND AND UNDERSTAND toward our dietary needs. Our food was OUTSTANDING! If you have allergies, we highly recommend you create and print your own allergy card to hand to your server. It makes a huge impact on your foods preparation from the cooks and the manager. My wife had the see bass and I had the ribeye. I had the smoked old fashion as well. Highly recommend. Its definitely high quality food and as such can be more expensive. Coming from a person who doesn't generally eat out often, this place is definitely top notch! Ask for Nick and have a great time.

We enjoyed the petite fillet medium rare; both were cooked to perfection! Aside from being super delicious they were as tender as could be … worth, every penny! One of us enjoyed the lobster tail addition served with brown butter… Simply scrumptious! Service was right on point, was a great experience. Probably our third time here; will definitely return again & again!

We found this little spot by accident and oh! Thank you universe! Chef Tommy should have his own brand. I will follow him until he retires. The food - EVERYTHING - was perfection. My husband and I are foodies and this was the best… best steak, best burger, best sides. Better than Ruth’s Cris, or Shula’s, or Cristner’s. It was every bit as good as Bern’s in Tampa, maybe better. Our server, Sierra, was delightful. Don’t sleep on this place.

Absolutely fabulous The staff is so attentive and friendly The food was excellent especially the Ahi Tuna, we loved how it was prepared and tasted. We will be back!

3 of us went on Thursday night. We had a wonderful server. Ginny was her name I think. My husband had the Blackened Steak Tips Dinner and he said it was the best meal he has ever eaten. We also had the Baked Artichoke Dip appetizer which was delicious. All 3 of us loved our server, the food and the atmosphere.

Ribeye was full of gristle and flavorless. Baked potato was a bland, hard reheated potato. Bananas foster was like soup. You would expect more for a $180 meal. I guess they cook their food at the owners bar next door Beef O’Brady’s. Would still not be worth it at half price.

Nothing but perfection from beginning to end! We were a party of eight that came in at 9pm. Caleb did an amazing job at taking care of each of us. The chef must have put his foot into every dish as not one disappointed! It is rare to find every morsel of each dish so delightfully delectable. How lucky this town is to have the Back Room and unfortunately I don't live here in Apopka, However, every time my family visits, it is definitely one of our favored dining destinations. You MUST visit! Ed Conlan please don't change a thing!

We went there during magical dinning month, the food is great and they have nice cocktails (very fancy old fashion). We understood the place was busy when we arrived, but they took forever to even offer us water or take our drinks order. The manager came and apologize , and we got good service after that. The place is a little out of our way, so I'm not sure I would go back, unless I'm in the area, but if you live near by, I would recommend this place for dinner.

We had heard good things about this restaurant, so visiting out-of-town friends provided an opportunity to check it out. We were seated promptly and given water and bread quickly. The server was having some difficulty with the handheld Toast terminal, which necessitated her interrupting the ordering process on a couple of occasions while taking our drink order, which was just a Cosmo and a bourbon Manhattan. It wasn't clear to my guests why she walked away from the table in the middle of taking the order. The biggest disruption, however, was the seating and order-taking for a 7-top immediately behind us. Our same server was assigned that table, at which time this personable young lady, Jenay (sp), was clearly stretched to the limit. The effect of the large party probably caused the delay in getting our food. It was a long time between appetizers and entrees. I think that it why my guest's halibut was overcooked, as it must have sat in the warming station for a while. Furthermore, there was a delay of several minutes between the arrival of the entrees ordered by my wife and me, and the delivery of entrees for our guests. This hospitality industry no-no reflects an unacceptably blasé attitude toward properly serving a table. The presentation of escargot was not what I have come to expect, which is an escargot plate with the snails cooked in herbed butter and put back in the shells, along with a spring-loaded holder for the shells and a small fork. Instead, it was a bowl in which the snail innards swam in a nondescript sauce. Not very tasty, either. My ribeye was somewhat chewy. Not what I would expect for the price and not prime beef, for sure, unfavorable in comparison with the well-marbled ribeyes at similar prices in many local steakhouses. My wife enjoyed the Boss Burger, though. I'd say staffing is an issue if a party of seven can disrupt the whole room. I would hope that the owners would endeavor to ensure they get better quality meat from their purveyor, as well. We might try again sometime in hopes of a better experience.

I have to say the best steak and lobster I have had in my life. Everything I had was amazing. Food is priced on the high end but worth every penny. I would not expect this because of the area but OMG! Dessert was amazing as well. Kaleb was our server. The service was exceptional. Very attentive to our needs. The drinks were perfect. I'm from Miami, but whenever I come to Apopka I am definitely coming here.

Best dad steak I have had except for my own steaks I grill they are awesome

Location was great! Just off the beaten path, lots of parking, and a very inviting exterior. I tend to frequent the bar seating area, but there are also tables and booths. Bar was very well stocked with lots of spirits, beers, and wines to choose from. The drink menu was quite extensive. I opted for a margarita for my first drink and a Bloody Mary for my second. I ordered the 12oz ribeye and button mushrooms, with vegetable medley. The steak was grilled to order and very tasty, Tender and delicious. Mushrooms and veggies were definitely worth eating. The atmosphere was quiet, yet busy. Bartenders were busy, but answered questions as they walked past. The margarita was good, but not what I am used too. I inquired about the mix and the bartender told me it was made from scratch. I've had margaritas in many different settings and I'm not sure what the difference was here. I just didn't care for it. The Bloody Mary though, I could have drank a couple more of them. No dessert was ordered.

I Just wanted to drop a quick note to say how much We enjoyed our time last night at Back Room Steakhouse . The crabs was delicious and the best, atmosphere was fantastic, and the service by Emma’s] was exceptional. Definitely recommending it to friends.

Went to BRS for dinner last night. My wife and I are big steak eaters and wanted to try something new. We had a 6pm reservation so we had no issue being seated. We were immediately greeted with warm bread and ice water. Drinks came quickly from the bar. For appetizers we had the mozzarella egg rolls and the we also had the short rib egg rolls. We did not care for the mozzarella egg rolls but the short rib egg rolls were amazing. They came with an au jus for dipping. A manager noticed we were not eating the mozzarella egg rolls and he inquired if they were ok. We responded that we didn't care for them and he offered to take them off the bill. For dinner, my wife went with the 8oz filet, risotto and salad. The steak was just a tad undercooked (ordered medium but looked rare) but the filet was butterfly cooked so it wasn't that big of a deal. She said the steak was seasoned very well and was tasty. Overall my wife said she would order this again. I decided to try something different since I saw Chilean seabass on the menu. So I had that and it came with risotto, spinach, and salad. Simply delicious. For dessert I had the creme brulee. I'm a bit of a creme brulee snob and the creme under the sugar crust was a bit too runny for me and the dish it was served in was extremely shallow. I will try a different dessert next time, like maybe the cheesecake. I washed my meal down with an espresso martini. This was delicious. Perfect mix of espresso and alcohol. Our server was awesome. She was around but also left us alone, which I like. Empty dishes were constantly whisked away and food was flying out of the kitchen. The atmosphere was cozy and while they have a lot of tables in a tight space, you still feel like you have privacy with your dinner guests. There is a bar with TVs if that is your thing. Its been years since we had been to BRS, but we will be regulars.

Really nice Old New York 🗽 looking restaurant with a 🗣️ speak easy type if feeling. Parking available, restaurant is nice and clean. Staffing is great and knowledgeable. Seems to be a great local spot to have. Dinner price was reasonable and food taste delish 👍🏼.

Cute little place. I will start by saying that the food might have been better if I chose differently. I went with a NY strip I usually order filets. I was not too impressed the steak was a little tough for me. But again I am used to eating filets so maybe that was it. We ordered the duck fat fries never had them before they weren’t my cup of tea. The truffle was not my favorite either and I love truffle. Overall my husband was happy and it warrants another try. Service was really good.

It was a last minute reservation on New Year's Eve, but definately was worth the hour plus drive from Palm Coast Florida. The food was amazing! JANEL sorry if spelled incorrectly was amazing as well. Thank you for great experience. FYI.. Espresso Martini was Amazing! W/O cream ;)....Definately will be back soon!

New York Strip was fantastic the crème brulzie was perfect but the Risotto could have been better more like cheese rice then a proper risotto.

One of the worst places I have ever eaten a steak, the first time we went there I ordered a ribeye med rare, it came to the table well done. They took it back and cooked another one it was medium and very tough. We had purchased a Groupons so we decided to go back with our best friends to celebrate his 79th birthday however he got sick and couldn't go so we decided to go anyway, we called to check on our reservation for 6:30 and it was not on the log so they told us we would have to wait until 8:00 to be seated but we could sit at the bar and have a few drinks until a table was available. After 8:15 I decided to go ask about our table and we were told one was not available but if we wanted we could at an open booth, so finally we ordered. I ordered a filet and my wife ordered a NY Strip medium rare. The steaks finally arrived. I was served a rideye not a filet, that was well done and my wife's steak was medium. Not medium rare, one of the owners grabbed my steak and took it to the kitchen, then he came back and my told him this was unacceptable that her steak was not cooked correctly and he started yelling at her and told to cut the steak in the middle so she did and it was medium well. Then he told us that we had, had too much to drink at the bar then my wife shoved her plate toward him and he told us to get out that he was calling the police. For what? I had 3 drinks from 6:40 to 8:15. My wife only had one drink. We left the restaurant and will never go back there again. Don't waste your time on this place there are better places to eat. In addition to what I have already said, how can you expect to get a good steak at a place that only serves Choice. Big difference in Prime and Choice. In order to make this review look bad the so called owner has to accuse us of being drunk and not knowing anything about steaks, which is far from the truth. I cook for lots of parties around my local area and people love my steaks because I only cook Prime. I would suggest this supposed owner go next door to and apply for a job at Beef O Brady's. However I don't think he would last long with his abrasive personality.

I saw this on google and being the foodie I am; I had to stop by. You a greeted by a nice quiet but home like dining room. Great decorations and great use of space. Service was quick and friendly. But the food was phenomenal. I’ve had plenty of steaks and this was one of the best. Highly recommend at least once. I certainly will be back.

Edit 11/23- This definitely used to be our Go-To steak joint and we've been coming back every few months for a few years. Unfortunately the last time we went the steaks quality and flavor were all off. Both of our steaks came out looking gray, boiled almost. No sear, no flavor, although they were cooked to temp, they were aweful. The owner came by and we expressed to him that we loved the place but it must be an off night bc both of our steaks were terrible. He pulled out a flashlight, examined them and said he didn't see a problem but will take them off the bill. No replacement was offered, which Is fine but it rubbed us the wrong way that he seemed to be annoyed or didn't believe us that they were terrible and went on a long rant about their top of the line infrared style oven and all the top joints use the same method... idk it was terrible. My husband and I had a lovely dinner here. It was recommended by a coworker and the steak did NOT dissapoint, better than some of the more expensive restaurants we've been to in central FL. The ranch dressing was also amazing. The service was great also!

One of the best restaurants you can find anywhere in Orlando. I travel all over and this place really brings it. If the restaurant was in a major urban area, you would never be able to get a reservation. Don't hesitate for a second to give the Backroom steakhouse a chance! They will deliver!

An absolute gem of a restaurant here in the heart of Apopka. Truly exceptional hospitality, especially by the owner, you can see him greeting every table as you see them sit and making sure everything is perfect.I ordered the tomahawk with the lobster on the side with bacon Brussel sprouts. I can truly say it's one of the best if not the best, cut of steak I've had. Our sever was amazing she recommend a cocktail that really hit the spot the "Mero Mero" a mezcal based cocktail with spicy profile to it, it was truly what I was looking for. I give this place a 10/10 I highly recommend this restaurant 100٪, being in the restaurant business ourselves, we are a little hard to please, and this place excited all of our expectations.

Good place for steaks in Apopka.

We did not have a reservation and they were packed. We still got a table within 5 minutes. The staff was great. The food was so good. This is the Sautéed Escargot so smooth and creamy.

Best steak I've had in a restaurant in 20 yrs. Delicious! Will be returning soon.

A hidden gem in Apopka. Although as a woman I dressed up. I saw a lot of the regulars wearing jeans and a nice shirt. The appetizers and meals are scrumptious and we will definitely be coming back. Management knows how to provide a wonderful night out with friends or family or date night.

I was going to try this restaurant out as a new business owner in Apopka but after the first review, the response from the owner TURNED MY STOMACH. RUDE MUCH!!!! I know that customers are not always right but everyone deserves respect and as a business owner you can kill them with kindness. I would never respond to a customer in that manner. My coworker recommended The Back Room Steakhouse as his favorite place a while back, but with my busy schedule I hadn't made it around to going yet. When I realized they were participating in magical dining we had to get a reservation there! The service was great, from everyone we interacted with...Upon small talk with our neighboring table we discovered their house made pineapple infused vodka, so I ordered a Moscow mule with it & that was probably the best mule I've ever had...& mules are my go to drink! Everything we ordered was fresh & the portions were plentiful. I can't wait to come back and order off the regular menu! I forced myself to stick with the magical dining menu this time, as I often do not, after arriving at the restaurant and reviewing the regular menu.

The food was okay. We tried it for magical dining. I was really excited to try it, after reading reviews. I ended up being a bit disappointed. The baked artichoke dip was very greasy, I couldn’t finish it, it had a pool of oil at the bottom. We got filet steaks, veggies, and mash/baked potato. We ended up just taking our dessert to-go. The chocolate cake was pretty good. The atmosphere is like a combo of older sports bar meets steakhouse.

Went to this obscurely located restaurant for Magical Dining a few weeks ago for the first time. We had Nick as our waiter, wonderful service. So we added to our included gratuity. We chose the braise short rib egg roll, baked artichoke dip, 10oz prime NY steak with vegetables/mushrooms, key lime pie, and chocolate earthquake. All the food and drinks we had were DELICIOUS!! No complaints here. We plan to be back, soon.

The owner of this place is unprofessional. I posted my opinion of our service and his response was very unprofessional. This speaks to and confirms our experience. UPDATE: The most recent response to my review from the owner of this establishment was to call me racist. As a business owner the right thing to do is make the situation right. However, Ed the owner of Back Room Steak House continues to resort to berating, name calling, utter disrespect and unprofessialism. Which again confirms and speaks to his character.

Found this restaurant on the Magical Dining list and decided to visit for my birthday. Made reservations for 6:30 two weeks in advance. When we arrived at 6:25p, the hostess said our table was occupied by others and we would have to wait, which I didn't understand since we had reservations. They were able to seat us at another table. The food was good, they had entertainment "Magic Mike", the magician who was great. Most of the reviews were positive, so I was anticipating ours would be also. I was slightly disappointed at first. It turned out to be okay. I don't have to go back there for dinner. I've been there done that...

Tried this place out because of all the hoopla. Ordered from magical dining menu as it made this place affordable. Couldn’t wait for the food to show up because the bread at the beginning was a great start. The oils could use more seasoning not bad. Our old fashion and blackberry mule were spot on too. After that it started to go downhill. The egg rolls were really good and plentiful. The artichoke dip was good to but the greasy pita bread not a great accompaniment. The wife’s salmon came out looking good but had such a fishy taste that it ruined it. She loved the mixed vegetables and the fattening mashed lacked some seasoning. My strip steak was a nice cut but I couldn’t cut it with the knife. Orders medium but closer to medium rare. The lighting made it look gray. An older gentleman came over and put a light in it and said it was perfect though it wasn’t. It had little flavor and who knows what happened to the cognac butter if any. Mushrooms were good and a large baked potato but again no seasoning. We’re took chocolate cake and key lime pie home. Cake was okay. Pie has good flavor but is more like jello then pie filling. Overall not horrible but nothing to write home about. I see no need to come back here. Lots of fried food choices here. Could use an update to. Nothing really high end except for the prices. Staff attire of yoga pants will support this thought also. Our server Naomi was great as were the bussers, etc.

Did the Magical Dining experience (2023). Once we sat we looked over the menu and noticed that with the magical dining you are automatically charged 20% gratuity (-1). The problem we have is that this limits what we would normally tip (usually more than 20%) and we feel this is an insult to the experience as we where only a party of two. The steak with cooked a little too medium, but we worked it anyhow. The potatoes where to die for. The bread for the table along with the olive oil dip was some of the best we’ve ever had. The Braised short rib egg rolls needs an au jus dip and more seasoning but was tasty. Our waitress started off slow, but got into the grove. We found her pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to engage in small talk even though she was really busy. The old fashioned and long islands where good. We rounded the night out with thin cut cheesecake (-1). The overall experience and atmosphere was good. We wish we would have known about the 20% auto gratuity. Again, it limits what we can tip on principle. Update So, we heard from management on the gratuity and the wait staff being stiffed. We did see the 20% on the menu or handout. That’s too bad people would do such things, but we know there are horrible people in the human race. We will return and hopefully be able to upgrade to five stars.

Great food, friendly staff, and clean facilities. A bit pricey for the area (about 90pp). But the food and service are great.

We went for Magical dining. Excellent! Had the 10 oz NY Strip steak. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. So tender and juicy. Appetizer was 6 perfect coconut shrimp. Service was also excellent! Taylor was our bartender and server. She was friendly and service was on point!

We are foodies so when it comes time for magical dining we are all onboard. The Back Room Steakhouse was first on our list. When you pull into the plaza you don’t imagine it being such amazing quality, but then again it proves we should never judge a book by the cover. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The service was top notch. Our server’s timing was perfect in every way! Now the food! I really have to praise them on their steak! We both chose the NY strip and when they tell you they serve black angus beef it’s no lie. Aged perfectly, with just the right amount of salt and the beef is consistent with every bite. Cooked at medium rare, there is less chewing and more melting of the flavors in your mouth! We loved it. If you enjoy mushrooms, their side dish of mushrooms will not disappoint. The other dishes we chose were satisfactory but the crown jewel was the steak. I suggest to start off with the Capresi Salad as an appetizer. It has a very nice balsamic syrup. You will need some vegetables to go with the large portions of meat. Bonus: I am an old fashion girl and the Brown Butter Old Fashioned was the perfect pairing to a perfect meal.

My family and I went there a few years ago and had horrible service. We have not gone back since. I would not recommend this place. The owner walked around and greeted all tables except ours. We were unattended to and left at our table for more than thirty minutes before we were even provided water. Our food was mediocre and not hot at all. Worst experience ever. I generally don't leave reviews however after seeing and hearing from friends of similar experiences I felt that I needed to provide my feedback.

This is my favorite steakhouse for the price. Great cuts cooked properly ever time!

A flawless meal from start to finish. Every component was excellent, even the service. Highly recommend.

As noted on the Orlando Food Forum today.....the manage here is a not nice...dirty old man, keep your hands off your customers....BACKROOM STEAKHOUSE in APOPKA? FAIL!!! Went here for dinner tonite...Three of us ordering Magical Dining menu, I ordered off the menu...My MEDIUM RARE NY Strip came out medium well...Their manager looked at it, admitted that I was right, and said he would have the steak remade...The OWNER came back and showed me the inside of the MEDIUM WELL steak, and said, "This looks perfect...What's the problem? I think it was the lighting...Do you want this?" I said no, and asked for it to be recooked...I waited TWENTY MINUTES...everyone else at the table finished their meals, but mine was still a no-show. I asked our server and the manager...Both apologized, and said they'd get it out ASAP...Never showed. I finally got up and told the manager to cancel it. The owner came up, put his hands on me, and said that there was nothing wrong with my steak, I said, "TAKE YOUR HANDS OFF OF ME!" He said, "Don't come back...I don't want you in my restaurant"...They comped nothing, AND tried to add a 20% surcharge on the ENTIRE bill, including the bottle of wine and cocktails...They COULD have made this right, but chose not to...I will NEVER go back here. UTTER FAILURE!!!!!!! Here's my dinner...PBJ at home

My husband and I love sharing the big tomahawk ribeye. The risotto never disappoints and the service is always fantastic!
