First time in forever I'm disappointed Not enough and didn't warn customers I along with 4 other had to have the boba split not happy. I even told the girl and she said oh there is no more boba so I have split it

This boba shop is my favorite place in the area! I always get the milk tea with boba and it tastes amazing.

This place is my favorite tea shop around. I always get the boba shop milk tea with boba and it is delicious! It’s more flavorful than most milk teas and I like that you can order it in a variety of sizes. My kids love the smoothies there, so this place is perfect for my whole family. They have a drive through or you can sit inside their amazing cafe.

I always come here for their boba tea, but today, I decided to try their banh mi sandwiches. Sadly, the chicken was cold... refrigerator cold. I kindly informed the guy at the counter, and he offered to remake it. Then, another girl brought it out, and when she called my order, she blatantly rolled her eyes at me. I'm guessing she wasn't happy she had to remake my sandwich. The second sandwich was hot, but I could tell the chicken was microwaved for too long, which made the chicken super dry.

This place is a favorite spot! Their bahn mi sandwiches and noodle bowls are really good too. 10/10 recommend

The coconut taro milk tea was delicious. However, online it said my order included tapioca balls. My drink didn’t have the tapioca boba or enough ice. I’ll come again, but would be sure they do my order right before leaving.

Amazing boba tea! One sip and I nearly yelled at my husband on how good it was. Had the coconut milk tea with strawberry boba. Husband had the Mango tea with passion fruit boba.

This is best place! The staff is so friendly and professional! The food is delicious and so is everything else! Highly recommend!

It's not the best Boba in the area. It was ok for the price. The staff was somewhat unfriendly, though. I inquired about decaf boba, and they told me it doesn't exist. It's weird considering I get it from other boba places in the area.

Same great tasting drinks! Different employees everytime. Need new board games and toys for the kids. Need decor updates. Overall, still great!

This was my 1st time coming here. I get my nails done down the way and I tried a strawberry kiwi smoothie with tropical boba beads at the bottom, very good. My only concern is that the 2 employees. the 1st one was nice but it was giving extremely fake bc in being nice and engaging and she was more so into just doing her job and getting away from me. The 2nd employee she placed my smoothie on the counter I said thank you and she walked off before I even examined my stuff. It's 2024 and Im tired of these lil young ppl getting jobs in customer service and they half ahh doing they job. If you don't know how to give good all around customer service. Find you something better else to do. Bc they were more concerned about going in the back so they could do absolutely NOTHING

Nice place and delicious drinks

I placed an online order to pick that said it would be ready in 17-25 minutes. Went to pick up the order after 25 minutes and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to actually make the food as they had yet to start the order. Not a single person was in the cafe. The service is is absolutely ridiculous.

Loved the decor and atmosphere of this place and the variety of games to enjoy while we waited for our order to be prepared. The staff was very helpful in helping me choose my beverage for it was only my 2nd time ordering a Boba tea and 1st time visiting.

We stopped by here because of such high rating. Oh boy! The Boba shop milk tea with boba was so not good at all. The milk tea was overly sweet and the boba was hard and chewy like a plastic ball.

Update oct2023: They’ve added new food items since I last came and I have to say the chicken banh mi is ridiculously good especially for the price. I got a whole sandwich and a medium Thai tea for under 10 bucks! And it was all delicious and fast. I love this boba shop. - Friendly and fast, the boba was the perfect texture. Cute and inviting decor inside!

I ordered this as take out but they have some of the best food. The Tuna sandwich was the best I ever had and taiwanese noodles extra spicy was so yummy. To drink I had the delicious strawberry tea. This is a place you must try!

Great owner. The staff is very friendly. The teas, coffee, and other drinks were tasty. The best size to buy.... medium 😉😉 unless you're really thirsty, of course. Will return.

Tea is never bitter, and boba is never tough. The staff is always kind and receptive, and the atmosphere is always laid back, even when they're busy.

The people are friendly, but the flavor changed in the past 9 months for us. I am not sure why, but the change has us going elsewhere. They do seem to have a lot of customers when we drive by though.

Slightly ashamed to admit that we come here so regularly that the staff typically guesses what we are going to order! Our drinks are always great here and their boba is always fresh. The young adults who work here are super hardworking and pleasant!

The boba is very good here the spicy mango is our favorite. My only complaint is I did for a curbside & I pulled in and waited for my curbside delivery. When I called asking, the employee said the curbside doesn’t work. There should be a sign posted or just take the sign down I would have not wasted my time and would have went in instead of waiting so long to be told it doesn’t work.

Great bobas with soy and almond milk substitutes if requested. Really enjoyed my matcha and chai with coffee jelly boba.

Love this place! It's So Cozy! Everything here seems to be pretty good! They even have games you can play while you wait or stay..they have a little book nook also..so it's really nice for someone whose not in a hurry..and just wants to relax!

Boba is a must try for everyone I know boba has become main stream and everyone likes it’s taken over the western market. I still prefer this over any cafe better than Starbucks imo.

I ordered 2 large bobas for pick-up last night and selected 70% sweetness and this is way too sweet than the regular sweetness when I last bought it. And one of bobas lid was not entirely sealed and spilled in my car.

If you have not tried boba ever you should try it for sure. Also if you are gonna try it for the first time then maybe try smoothie 🥤 along with boba in it and you can also try different tea and other beverage. The one you see in the photo is mango and chocolate smoothie and the taste was as good as always. The place is very nice and clean as well as nice tables to sit on as well. There are different options if you like less sugar or no sugar or you want jelly or pudding.

I would’ve rated 5 stars but I feel bad for the 1 worker. I went in to try it for the first time and was so quickly greeted by the sweetest worker. She was a taller girl with wavy hair i think Sarah was her name. She recommended I try the passion tea and I watched her make it herself along with the rest of the orders while the other workers just sat and talked in the back. I felt so bad for her because I could clearly see the workers just conversing every-time the door swung open. She was taking orders AND making orders. She clearly deserves a raise. I will only be returning to visit my new friend! The drink was delicious but her customer service was better!!

Awful first experience. This place was so disappointing. Not only did the two girls take almost ten minutes to notice me out in the front standing there but, the kitchen was closed to. Also, had some hard pieces of boba in my tea. Not sure why the kitchen was closed at 2:00 p.m on a Friday afternoon? But the drinks were over rated. Just being honest . Won’t be returning .

Bad attitude, and bad customer service, there is loud music and you can't hear the employees taking your order and they can't hear you, today is a sunny day and the heater is turned on and it's way too hot inside. Also they ignored when I got in.

Great place on the way to my gf's. I have only gotten boba teas here, but every one has been tasty. They have even swapped soy in for her, so that her allergies did not act up. Their boba is always really well-prepared, just the right sweetness. Always excited to see the friendly staff whenever I make it there.

Best place ever! My husband showed me this place as a surprise! And I absolutely love it. In the picture is Thai Tea w/ Lychee Jelly and Cookies & Cream Smoothie. The flavors were so good. The flavors were blended perfectly. Let's just say it was that good!!

This is a very nice Boba and Vietnamese sandwich shop, close to my home. I got a strawberry matcha cream tea. Wow, I could drink several of these in a row, they are so, so wonderful! The sandwich was also very well seasoned, though it had a few too many shredded carrots on the sandwich for me, and I love carrots. Next time I'll just ask for a little bit less of them; not a deal breaker for me at all. Overall a wonderful shop to go to for a quick and reasonably priced lunch. The staff were very nice and courteous.

The server was quite polite. I got thai tea with tapioca. The tea itself was great! IMO, the tapioca was a bit chewy (didn’t taste fresh) and the ice cubes were a bit too big for the drink, so you really have to fish out the boba.

Im a regular and this is the closest shop for drinks near me but this is the third time where they mess up my order its not a big thing but the worker today i get it she was working by herself but underfilled my drink and gave me ice which is very confusing to me i don't know but it just kinda ruined my experience a bit

It is the perfect melding of decent service, good items on the menu, and a very well put together dining area. The Boba Shop is the exact type of place you come to because they have good boba, and it’s also the place you remember because you made such good memories there.

It tasted great but the person preparing our drink had no face mask on which made me and my family very concerned Espicially since covid has that new variant now!

This is my go to shop. The girls that work here are very nice. The tapioca is made well and has great taste. Sometimes they get a bit busy and I have to wait a bit longer I don’t mind. Will recommend and I always come back!!

The Bobba shop was not busy the atmosphere was laid back and friendly. Wish they had their music volume up just a tiny bit. I asked for samples of their aioli and house sauce, the aoli was a bit light in flavor, but their house special sauce definitely slayed.  I would recommend it on almost anything.They also didn't hesitate to honor my request. When ordering an egg Bahn mi I expect a scrambled and folded egg, they delivered two fried eggs on, what looks like a bolillo, large amount of lightly pickled carrot hardly any cilantro and one tiny sliver of jalapeño right amount of cucumber. All that being said, the sandwich delivers a hearty, cheap rustic street eat feel that can only be made better by adding cilantro and draining the carrots before placing them on the bread. Maybe some duck pate;)  hopefully more cilantro next time.
