So calm and relaxing. Great assortment

Who I’m guessing is the owner came off as rude and lost out on hundreds of dollars and any future business. I had multiple cigars on me and was barely even getting started, they have the best selection I’ve seen but that means nothing to me if I have a poor customer experience. I guess he was watching me on camera because I was kneeling down on my phone looking up different cigars and he walks in to look over my shoulder to tell me no photos and I showed him my phone so he could see I was looking up the cigars and not taking photos. He says I know and walks out without even offering any help he just wanted to say no photos because he thought I was taking photos. Does he have something to hide, why no photos? Maybe try greeting your guest when they come into your store and make that clear you don’t want photos taken or whatever rules you have. Maybe even offer a hand when you see a customer looking up your cigars on their phones so you can help them find what they’re looking for and maybe even offer a hand when you see their hand is full of cigars. Nope, just says no photos and leaves. I gladly put those back in their original boxes and left.

This place has become my second home. I travel a lot for business and I can confidently say what Tim has is special. That humidor is impeccable. Don’t think about going, go. You will not be disappointed.

Just moved to the area and needed a cigar shop. The lady upfront was very knowledgeable and even taught me some new things. I was upset to hear they don't have a points system like my other cigar store and their prices were higher than most shops. However the service was great, the lounge was nice, and the humidor is a pretty nice size.

Don't be fooled by the strip mall location, The Cigar Shoppe has an excellent selection of premium cigars and accessories. The humidor is expansive, and the staff is extremely helpful. Whether you are looking for My Father, Arturo Fuente, Perdomo, Drew Estate, J. C. Newman, Ashton, or anything in between, The Cigar Shoppe has you covered. They are one of the few tobacco shops in the area that I have found that carry pipe tobacco. There is a large lounge area that has comfortable chairs and couches, a pool table, several TVs, and a bar that serves a wide variety of beer and wine. Update: On my last visit, I was told that they will soon be expanding into a third suite and that the humidor would be expanded during that process.

Great selection, very friendly staff

The gentleman I spoke with was very short with me. I ask about a brand of pipe tobacco. I was to go to Ingles it was cheaper. I turned to try and look what kinda the had he said Ingles is cheaper his was over $5.00 an ounce. Made me feel like some kind of stupid loser. Well I have you know I can buy anything for my father I want. Iwell never come back to this store.

The lounge is neat! I have visited several times and finally went in the lounge and it was nice. They have drinks and a great atmosphere. I may play pool next time. The workers are kind and helpful and don't judge me for taking 20 minutes staring at the pipe tobacco just to get something similar to what I usually get lol All in all this place is great! Great atmosphere, it's a little awkward at first but the people are kind and the prices are great.

Their selection of top-shelf cigars beats any other I have found yet in Georgia. Fuentes for days, including the Opus Rare Pinks. I think they carry nearly every Davidoff as well. I scored several of my favorites and a few new ones to try. The shop has a nice place for patrons to sit, smoke, and sip with their attached, well-venelated cigar lounge. There is a small bar and even a private area for members. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If only I lived a little closer.

We were ready and excited to purchase several Liga Privadas because it was Christmas and that’s what we do. 😊 We were greeted by the owner who told us the limits for buying. He also mentioned that his Cigar Indians were not for sale, and that he was one on the only distributors in Ga with the amount of Liga’s he had. He came across as very arrogant and off putting considering his type of store and these limits. We went to the Cigar House in Lawrenceville, where Sal (the owner) is always kind and most appreciative of his Customers. His cigars are fresh with no limits to what we bought. (A box of 24 Ligas) Do yourself a favor and visit The Cigar House in Lawrenceville, it will be worth the drive. Tell Sal hi.

First, I'm a cigar amateur having only gotten into the swing of things about 6 months ago after years of enjoying stogie maybe once or twice a year. Anyway, I stopped in for a few recommendations and to check out their humidor. The woman at the front was very nice to work with and patient with a beginner like myself. I believe she introduced herself, but I am terrible with names so I'm sad to say I can't recall it. I very much appreciate they ask several questions before any recommendations. I've encountered shops while working on the road that immediately pointed me to a display case of $25 apiece Cohibas. After a couple pointed questions including budget, I came away with a Fuente Cuban corona, a My Father La Promesa robusto grande, and a Rocky Patel LB1 robusto, to try. These have all been excellent cigars that I wouldn't have looked into otherwise. I'll definitely be back.

I went in looking for a specific cigar, but, didn't know the name other than 'encore'. The young lady recognized the shape, box, and the 'encore' name. Then found the cigar, a Perez Carrillo. She also suggested one of their cigars that was a number 1 choice at one time. I LOVED her choice. This would be my store if I lived there. Now I need to find a store in NY who has these great smokes. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP, PATIENCE AND FRIENDLINESS!!!!!

Very nice selection. Only draw back is I felt like I was pigged for a shoplifter before walking into the humidor. They stood at the glass watching every step I made. I even took off my jacket halfway through shopping hoping that would releave their concerns, it did not! I planned to purchase 30 sticks but only bou3. Their loss and will only return as a last option

What a complete waste of time on our way to a North Georgia winery. My husband and I saw the sign and although we had cigars with us to smoke, decided to see the selection at this store. When walking in the door we weren’t greeted by the middle age blonde woman working there who was talking to another customer in front of the humidor door. No problem. So we waited and then went to step beside them to go inside. The woman working has a palpably rude energy and told us to “give her a second, she needed to see ID’s”. Being 30 and 40 years old neither of us had them with us so I walked out to the car and returned with them. This woman was standing in front of the humidor as if she were guarding it like we were criminals. She checked our id’s and still proceeded to act as if we couldn’t go in the humidor asking if we “knew what we wanted” in a tone that should have made us go ahead and leave. She finally understood that we just wanted to see the humidor selection and make a choice. After walking through we decided to go about our way. The humidor has a decent selection but we prefer to buy from businesses who treat people well. From the looks of other reviews her name could have been Jessica but for now just know that apparently you have to be a local somebody to get good service from the Karen at the front gate.

Jess and Ashton are amazing and extremely helpful. As a new member of the cigar community it’s really nice to have people as knowledgeable as they are with me in the humidor when I’m trying a new stick.

I love this place! Huge humidor with so many cigars to choose from. Opus, Liga, Plensea, Davidoff to just name a few hard to find cigars. They have a lounge to sit smoke the cigars you purchase there. A bar with a large selection of beer and they also serve wine. The staff is always willing to help and are friendly.

The ABSOLUTE worse shop I've ever been in! The rude sales clerk over charged me because she cannot add. Not remmonened to anyone.

Signs say come on in and no one will answer door or phone. Been left in the cold for an hour. Do not go here they hate their customers despite what they say

I visit cigar stores all over when traveling. This is one of the best in the country. Great homey vibe. Nice selection of high quality craft beers. Unbelievable wine selection (incl. Screaming Eagle, Caymus, Groth & more). And then there’s the cigars- Davidoff, LFD, Padron, and Opus X in all the rings & wrappers. If you’re in North Georgia, swing by and grab some sticks & have a beer. Ask for Sue or Jessica- super lovely and high level of knowledge about the products.

Beautiful facility, helpful staff and good selection of cigars

I went in to get a box set for my boss for Christmas. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to have a stick and enjoy countless beers and wines.

I was visiting from out of town and was greeted by a very snobby employee named Jessica. She was quick to snap at me for bringing in outside cigars even though I told her I was ready to make a box purchase. They have a good selection including a few hard-to-find cigars, but my interaction with her immediately made me reconsider a box purchase, so I grabbed a couple and smoked one while waiting twenty minutes before I was even asked what I wanted to drink. This is not the type of experience I want when walking into a new shop. A cutting fee is understandable for outside smokes but a strict "no outside smokes" policy is a no go for me. Go to Smitty's in Gainesville for a better experience and employees who treat you like you belong.

Best shop I've been to in Georgia. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, staff is helpful. Great selection in the humidor. Lots of good beer to choose from, including local and craft brews. I'm not a wine drinker, but I see wine drinkers all the time, and the owner is always chatting it up talking with them about wine stuff I don't really understand.

Outstanding shoppe and even better service. I'm new to the cigar scene and was pleasently surprised how helpful everyone is. Jessica is so kind and knowledgeable, she spent about a half hour explaining everything to me and picked out a perfect cigar for me. Myself and a friend went the other night and enjoyed a cigar and a couple of beers in the lounge. I am definately sold on this place and will be a frequent flyer. Great place and amazing service

The staff is so gracious with their time. I had took up cigar smoking a couple years ago and was clueless about the hobby. The owner (retired LEO) took almost 45 minutes educating me and was helpful in my first purchase. On each subsequent visit I tried different cigars based on my research and staff suggestions. Huge selection and a nice bar area to sit and enjoy your purchase.

Great shop with a decent selection and nice staff. Beautiful area to sit and enjoy a cigar watch the game or the race or whatever they have on. A nice little bar no bourbon but a good selection of wines and beers. My only dislike was the price, they seems pretty expensive. I usually buy in South Florida and compared to those prices it seem like they were about 30% higher at least

I stopped by the shop today to get a cigar for a friends birthday. Unfortunately I was quickly met with a rude man who clearly was bothered by me coming in to his store. He became even more rude when I asked him to suggest a cigar for my friend since I have zero experience with cigars. I made a purchase anyway since I don't have time to shop around, but I will not be returning to this store. It seemed like a cool place, but in my humble opinion, if you have a public facing retail store, customer service is highly important. Only reason for 2 stars is because the place was nice inside, otherwise I would have gone with 1 star.

Awesome awesome place and the service was impeccable. Also it was my first time.

At first as I came in the person attending was very rude. Did not greet us just stated, make sure you put sanitizer on your hands. I had my humidor which I always have my cigars, lighter and cutter. She saw it and stated you have cigars in there, because you can’t smoke cigar that are not bought here. I always have additional cigar just in case. I replied yes I do have cigars but I can buy some here. This is not a big deal. The place had smoke just floating around and there was only about 10 people in the lounge smoking. I just stunt like old smoke. I’m not new to cigar been smoking them for more than 25 years. Been to Dozens of cigar lounges and very few had smoke the way this place did. My cloths stunt big time. The lady attending finally did come around and her attitude was better I guess the wine made her more friendly. Nice place since it’s a Crown lounge but MAN I need to feel like I’m wanted in your business. Will not go back to this place. There’s plenty of other places to enjoy a cigar and be treated in a good manner.

Within moments of lighting a cigar, I immediately felt comfortable with the owner and guys sitting around the lounge, smoking their own cigars. Selection is great, pricing is fantastic, and the establishment is more than inviting with nice seating options, a pool table, and a man-cave-style-bar that would make any basement jealous. One of the few TAA shops around in Georgia. I think there may be 1 more somewhere? As far as the selection goes, it's fantastic. Almost all of the cigars here are premium/super premium with some boutiques sprinkled in. The owner is very kind as well. He's willing to barter/negotiate some deals every time I come in and pick up some of the cigar swag. Definitely a place worth looking at. I'll be posting up photos in the future to show the quality of this place.

Stopped there on my way to camping. Anthony hooked me up with some nice cigars. Inside looked comfortable and also had a bar. I'll be back.

This was our first time here and what an awesome place! Fantastic selection of cigars, Davidoff to Tatuaje to Opus and everything in between. Definitely worth a stop and I will be going back in the future. The staff, particularly Johnny, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Pesters the hell out of me evertime I walk in the humidor. After done pestering, will stare at me through the window. Entire store smells like an ashtray and the all products in and out of humidor stink of stale smoke.
