I love this place <3 I go here almost everyday

Expectations vs. Reality is something you're always going to have to go through with choosing a place based on online reviews. We'll this place really met my expectations on atmosphere & esthetics. Place where you can really go to focus on your school work and a small place that really looks like the community really frequencies a lot. The food was really appetizing and of great quality and complimented the drink that I had. The employees we really nice and helpful and kind. Overall, the experience was nice, and I enjoyed the Cuppi Coffee & Tea shop. I will most definitely come back to their shop.

I like this coffee shop. It’s cute and quaint. The customer service is pretty good. Everyone is nice. Service is a little slow. The coffee is kinda inconsistent. Some days it’s strong and others it’s not. The pandan matcha is pretty good but not my cup of tea. The cuppo Jane is currently our favorite drink to get.

Very cute place and the best affogato I have had in a while!

Wonderful, quaint spot with good coffee, polite staff, and a laid-back atmosphere. Perfect for meeting a friend, reading a book, doing some work or schoolwork, or just to drop in and get something to go. Having never been here, I was pleasantly surprised at how "established" it felt. Definitely worth a visit!

Really cute coffee shop & cafe Really enjoyed the Cuppo Jane. The Ube Latte was okay. The avocado toast and turkey bagel were good too. Bought the cutest and softest coffee tshirt there! Atmosphere was super cozy and inviting.

They've got rare flavors! If you find yourself in the area, you should definitely make a stop here. It's a very small location, so large groups would feel crowded. Fast service makes up for the lack of space. The baristas are well trained so the coffee has been properly dialed and brewed on the separate occasions I visited. No need to have a favorite barista, but they're all so nice and know the menu well. There are options here that you can't find anywhere else, not even Chinatown, so try something you haven't. (I suggest the pandan latte.)

Considering there’s a huge power outage and this was 9 dollars and I came here for a cold smoothie bowl it would of been very nice to get a full bowl not just partially full and very little chia seeds :/

My husband told me I needed to try their coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker but to my surprise it was excellent. Creamy, rich and delicious.

Been to this little gem in Jersey Village before but this time around it felt like a brand-new experience. Absolutely love this place and can see this becoming my new favorite coffee shop. Had the iced ube cuppo jane and ginger limeade based on Nathali's and Jasmine’s recommendations, respectively, and they were beyond delicious and perfect for the summer heat of Houston. Also had a blueberry danish to go along with the iced ube and that was a danish that was not only flaky but had just the right amount of filling and blueberries to not feel overwhelming. If you want a great coffee shop and you're in the Jersey Village area Nathali, Jasmine, and the rest of the staff are who you want to see.

I’ve been here many times and they always serve up good food and coffee. I got their lavender latte and their blueberry lemon muffin this time, both very tasty. Atmosphere is calm, enough to do some work and service has never let me down. Awesome spot!

Drinks are expensive if you want non-dairy or syrup added to a basic latte. I paid over 9 dollars for a simple latte.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Houston. I started coming here when I was pregnant with my son to journal and work on my pregnancy workbook - and have an amazing latte and almond croissant! Today, I came with my son and my husband for Father’s Day. It felt like such a full circle moment. Someone was playing the piano and it was such a beautiful morning! They gave out Father’s Day cards which I thought was so thoughtful. Love their coffee, tea, and food. This will always be a special place to my family.

Finding a cozy coffee shop in the suburbs can be challenging. Finding a cozy coffee shop which serves amazing coffee, pastries, and small bites is altogether rare. The cuppo satisfies all the above criteria while serving as a hub for local art. The selection of drinks includes your usual espresso drinks accompanied by some unique options like London Fog, cafe sua da (Vietnamese coffee), and several interesting flavors (lavendar, turmeric milk, etc.). Along with non-coffee drinks, loose leaf teas, the pastry selections complete a wonderful coffee shop nestled in the suburb of Jersey Village - a must visit.

I work next door at the smoke shop and this place has become THE spot. Not just because of convenience, but everything there is true quality and is so delicious. One of the ladies put me on to a pandan matcha coffee and their waffle pastry, my favorites for sure. I still have so much to try and i’m excited for it all. They’re all are are helpful and extremely nice !

Came after I saw a nice review on Instagram, took the ‘gourmet toast’ which was a slice of bread and cream cheese on the side, the Vietnamese coffee was basically sweetened coffee with lots of ice, all in total of a bit less then $10

Great neighborhood place for the quick coffee and breakfast items.

A busy Sunday lunchtime, five people working but can’t deliver coffee or food quickly. Had to wait ten minutes for two take away coffees, then a further fifteen minutes for 2 quiches that simply needed warming up. At this point the coffees had been drunk. At $32 for this you’d expect your quiche to be eaten with your coffee.

Favorite coffee shop in NW Houston. Skilled welcoming baristas. Charming atmosphere with paintings made from coffee. Wonderful pastries. My go-to for a relaxing morning.

This place has the best coffee if anyone's ever down for an authentic cafe! It also gives off a cozy vibe inside. (My personal favorite there is the Cuppo Jane with Ube) Plus, the service are always amazing and friendly, and let alone, they have the most bomb waffles ever! :D

Such a quaint coffee shop. The drinks and food have stayed consistently good. I love the unique latte flavors available. My favorite is lavender. This is one of my favorite weekend breakfast places. The staff is always really nice. It does get busy so you may have to wait a while for your order, but that’s expected when it’s busier.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The food is brilliant!! The ambiance is very relaxing and yet cosmopolitan! The place is decorated with gorgeous paintings made with coffee and other materials!! The front of the building doesn't do it justice. Come and support your local coffee shop!! Staying un here for a while seems to heal your soul... don't al me why. I love this place 💕

We have been going to Cuppo since they opened and have always been very happy with the service and coffee. Especially like the menu items for breakfast or lunch. Extremely nice staff who give us personal service.

The staff was plenty polite and the atmosphere was very calm and pleasant for late morning. Ordered the Cuppo Daisy and the avocado toast both of them were amazing! I think I'll make this my regular coffee spot and I look forward to trying more drinks.

Extremely rude service. Reported that there was a bug in my coffee and the manager( in my face), agreed to remake the drink. I( A middle aged Latina) overheard her tell a coworker that she thinks I put the bug in my drink and that my people will always try to get something free. I told her nevermind and walked out. I repeat do NOT go to this place.

I’ve been going to Cuppo almost daily since the day they opened. I’ve tried coffee shops all over Houston and Cuppo is by far my favorite. The staff is wonderful and very attentive, and my latte is always perfect.

My family and I have been customers of Cuppo for years. Never once have we had problems with our drinks, food, or with the service. We drive from miles away to grab a quick cup because the coffee and service is unlike any other coffee house around.

Staff was so so, not much room inside as far as seating but we made it work.

Loved the atmosphere and it’s definitely one of the more comfortable coffee shops in the area. They have a lot of drink options which is nice. I’m not a fan of the variety of coffee they use but I will be back to try some other drinks! Also, the barista did a wonderful job on my latte

It's a very cute place for a quick bite and a pick me up. The place is cozy and has a lot of options on the menu. Prices are very reasonable. Their ube latte and lavender oat milk latte are really good and not very overpowering. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Are you looking for a beautiful coffee shop with unique flavors you won't find anywhere else? Then this is coffee shop for you! Plenty of free parking in the plaza out front and the shop doesn't look like anything special from the outside but as soon as you open the door and go in you already know that this place is going to be amazing! Plants everywhere, modern design with lots of woods and artwork. Merchandise and tables to study. Delicious pastries to pair with your choice of drink. They have monthly special flavors if you want to try something different every time. Lots of food options if you're hungry while studying. They have non-coffee options like milk teas and teas for those that are not interested in caffeine so anyone in your group can find a drink here. They even have smoothies. Even kids! My recommendation for sweet and unique flavors is the Ube Latte (purple yam) and Matcha Pandan Latte! I've never seen these offered anywhere! Sweet and soso delicious.

Beautiful decor and very cozy feel of the place. Stumbled across this place in the neighborhood and was amazed. Love shopping local and while on a Starbucks strike - this was the perfect alternative. Great place to study or work remotely. Or just enjoy a cup of tea with friends. Tried the Plum Love brewed tea and am hooked!

Needed to come here and adjust my review. I was running late and Cuppo is on my way to work so I decided to give it another try . Starbucks is further down Jones right before 290 but Starbucks just doesn’t do it for me. So again I ventured to Cuppo. I see there are new staff , a few new menu options and my entire experience has changed. It was a pleasant experience, obvi great coffee and lattes. That was never a compliant. Ok Cuppo.. I’m back in rotation. Customer service was amazing and I paid with my card ( and will make in only pay card to avoid previous experience) but overall recommend. Pastries both savory and sweet. I really liked this place and then it started to go down hill a bit for me. The drinks are mostly made correctly .. really depends on WHO is making them. You order one drink one day. And the next it's totally different. When it's made right the drinks are delicious. Everything I have had hear made correctly is delicious. Including the pastries. Today I came in after taking a break from this coffee spot to order a caramel latte. I paid in a $5 bill and $1 since my total was 5.14. well i handed her the $5 and she said she couldn't take it because it had a small ... And by small I mean smaller than a pin small tear in it. She said oh do you have anything else to pay with. I told her I only had a bunch of other ones and she waited there as I paid with that versus the $5 bill. I had the ones for my kids school lunches. That's the only reason I keep ones or cash necessary on me. Well I obviously paid since I wanted my coffee but after that I give her a dime and a nickel for the .14 cents and she says I don't have a penny to give back to you! Looks in the tip jar and just stares at me. I say just forget the penny and I waited for my drink. You don't take my $5 bill because of a tiny tear on the side.. and then you don't have enough to pay me my change. Granted it's only a penny still... A penny adds up here and there . And at this point im done! It was just the way she went about it. Yes, its a small tear ... it's money and worth value. If I turned it into a bank they would process it as MONEY. It just ruined my entire experience and I won't be coming here again. Their ethics are unethical !

Really clean , nice ambiance, artistic, cozy feeling, loved the warm pandan latte and cheese Danish. On cold day, it surely warmed me up. I would recommend this place for quick coffee dates and brunch for the sweet tooth cravings.

The ambience and atmosphere in the store is awesome. There are several varieties of coffee and smoothies available. Its a great place to spend time and do work. The staff and their service is amazing. They have smoothies, loose leaf tea, coffee and other Ice tea available. They have amazing breakfast options available.

Latte was perfect temperature, perfect amount of foam and the vibes are awesome. Plus, the art on the wall is made from coffee beans. Can't get any cooler than that

This place is such a gem. We love the blueberry Danish, but please try one of their quiches. They are all wonderful.

I found this place had good reviews, so I wanted to try it. The bacon, egg and cheese Danish was really good. The ube Latte sounded good, but it wasn't to my liking. Since it's a small space, we had to sit in the back near the restroom because it was crowded. Maybe another time.

Everything is so good , But there’s an Asian lady that never give my change correctly lol , also today I almost swallowed a plastic on my smoothie. they need to have a lil more organization on time because waiting like 15 minutes just for an avocados toast and smoothie that almost make me died 🤣… nop ☹️ and I understand if they have people waiting on line but it was only me.

This place is awesome! Totally worth the 45 min drive. Wish there was an another location somewhere inside the loop. Nonetheless, this place is life changing. The coolest vibes reside here. I’m convinced that this place is where cool vibes were born. I had like 3 epiphanies while chilling here sipping my Ube latte, checking out the merch, conversing with my gf, and checking out the art on the wall. For a moment, it felt like I died and went to heaven. The drinks are so pretty, like attractive pretty😍 like if there was ever such a thing as sexy, but humble coffee, this is where you would find such a thing. Like… if you were a Starbucks cup of coffee (nothing wrong with starbs btw), you would develop insecurities after running into a cup of Cuppo. I’m not a religious person, but if I was, Cuppo would be the religion for me 😌 anyways, shout out to all the staff members here, they’re all super nice and true coffee artists ☕️ I got the Ube latte and a Golden latter to go, my gf got 2 Matcha Pandan Latte (because that’s how tasty they were) soooo, yeah, nothing but good things to say about this place. Will definitely be back. 😎

A quaint and cute spot. Although it is small it does have a good amount of space to sit, drink and talk. I have heard such great things about this spot I had to try it, it didn’t disappoint. I normally order a chai tea with vanilla from Starbucks so I wasn’t sure what to order from here. But the young lady at the counter was so sweet, helpful and patient. She recommended a hot chai tea with this amazing vanilla butter tasting mixture. It was topped with cinnamon and something else sweet. This blend was soooo good, and dare I say, better than my go to Starbucks drink. I ordered my drink to dine in and it was beautifully designed and tasted Amazing. I will definitely be back. I didn’t order a pastry but they looked big and delicious. If you are a coffee drinker, tea drinker, or healthy person they can find you the perfect fit. What an awesome spot.

I'm absolutely biased because The Cuppo is my favorite coffee/tea shop in Houston. Everyone is beyond friendly, and the drinks are amazing. I've yet to dislike anything I've tried, and I've tried the entire menu.

Pros: The coffee is delicious and the service and ambiance is nice! Cons: The pricing is pretty expensive compared to other similar cafes in Houston— prepare to spend at least $1 per drink than what you’re used to (I paid $7.50 for an oat milk lavender latte). Also the WiFi is extremely slow (0.5 mbps download, 1.2mbps upload), so if you need internet to do work here it might be a bit of a struggle.

Instead of going to Starbucks and waiting in line I decided to try a local place to me. This coffee shop has a wonderful ambience with a very friendly staff. They offer a wide range of drinks and food that should satisfy anyone. This is my go to place now for a coffee or snack treat.

The bacon egg quiche was amazing! Very buttery and was delicious. The lavender earl gray and the pumpkin spice latte were also tasty.

Loved this little spot! Nice place to study if its not super busy. The coffee and tea selection is also pretty robust, I reccoment the mango lychee green teaand the fruit parfait, both were tasty

A little cafe with tons of personality. Their staff was the most attentive I’ve met in a while. Surprising me with their Ube latte was such a treat, I feel as though I chugged the whole thing! Delicious. Will definitely swing by again soon!

A hidden gem. From the outside it’s not even noticeable below average. You walk inside and it’s a cozy different world coffee shop. Interior and atmosphere definitely amazing. Coffee was great so was the fruit bowl and the pastries. Just go and see it. Definitely took me by surprise 😀

Thai coffee shop had amazing tasteful items on the menu, the coffee isn’t so bad but for the price you should definitely go elsewhere as a one dollar up charge applies for any add one or swaps. It is not price friendly and you do not get what you pay for as you can see From my picture below. The ginger limeade was delicious though but sadly don’t get filled as expected. Thai is the second time we try the coffee shop and will probably not return. Would not recommend but if wanting to try different then by all means go ahead and try it out.

Great experience having an ice pistachio latte and rose latte with my mom this morning. We split an egg bacon and cheese croissant that was perfectly delicious!

Went in as a first timer, they were very patient and helpful in helping explain their menu. I went with the vanilla latte, wasn’t sweet enough but they were willing to fix it right away and then tasted perfect. I also got their parfait, and to my surprise they made it fresh with fresh strawberries and fresh bananas and honey! The location was small, but decent enough to hang out or read a book. Would definitely come back

I was looking for a cute place to try and I came across this coffee shop. Super nice great customer service and the latte amazing. The pecan pastry was to die for. Totally recommend this place. The vibe in there is incredible and it’s a great place for friends to enjoy a cup off coffee.

I came across this spot while dashing. I just knew I had to try it! Unfortunately I couldn't remember the name so I never made it back. Well 3 weeks later dash brought me back. Luckily it was really slow, so I paused so I could try the coffee. Now I love lavender coffee. I always try it no matter where I go. So I was super excited to see lavender here! There was also rose. I had never heard if rose coffee, but I knew I had to try it!! It did not disappoint! I like this better than past lavender coffees. Coffee alone I'd return hands down. It's the workers that turned me off. My first time here (original dash) no one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help. People looked at me and then turned to do whatever they were doing. I had to say excuse me just to get help. I did want to buy a pasty. So I stood by the pastry display so I could order. No one walked up. I moved to the other side thinking I was in the wrong spot, still no one walked up. Eventually a customer walked up and went to the register. Two more followed suite, so now it's a line. I knew I wouldn't have time to order without delaying my pickup so I just waited for my dash and left. Fast fwd to this visit, one person greeted me, so that's a plus i guess. When ordering, I was asked what's the difference between a rose latte and a rose Jane. Here's where it went downhill.... the interaction was very disheartening... I asked the difference and she literally said and I quote " well one is a rose latte, one is a rose jane" seriously?! So i said no what's the difference? She said well rose is a flower, so it flowery, it has floral notes.... No, what's the difference between the two like what's a Jane? She repeated it has floral notes like the flower. Irritated I said I know what a rose is, I know what a latte is. I'm asking what is Jane, what makes this different from a latte?! She ended up having to ask a worker (the one who greeted me) to explain what Jane is..... all of that to say IT HAS 3 MILKS!!! Geeze Louise! I don't like having my intelligence insulted. Not sure if I'll return. And it sucks because the coffee is so good. And I was so excited to bring my sisters here smh. I love the colors to the coffee. You can't tell, but there's a pretty pink hue. The rose is pronounced enough where you taste rose, but not so overbearing that it taste like soap, as most rose flavors do. The pastry was a little overdone, the outer ring was very hard to eat, but the rest of it was so good! And it's filled with nuts throughout, not just on top. Of all the coffee shops ive been to, this is one of the few pastries that's worth the price. The blueberry Danish is really good too!

Vibe- This is a cozy coffee shop in the Jersey village area. There’s a few tables outside and I counted about 7 tables inside and a bar near the back with some high stools. There’s art all around on the wall and they also have merch for sell. Customer service- Great! The baristas were great and I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in. Food/drinks- I got a hot matcha latte with oatmilk and some vanilla and it was delicious! Parking- There’s about 20 spots in the lot.

Incredible coffee. The espresso itself is smooth but the rose flavor is also unlike anything else I’ve ever had. The pandan latte was also delicious. On top of that, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The staff were all warm and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough
