Was was hoping to have the same wonderful experience that most had unfortunately we did not get that, but instead had a lady who ruined our experience. Due to a poor attitude and very condescending way we did not even get to enjoy the tasting/ wines 😪 We had guests in from out of town which we were all disappointed.

As a family of 8 adults and two toddlers, we went to this winery on Memorial Day. The owner presented a lovely tasting. We bought a few bottles and enjoyed one on the veranda. The view of the rolling vineyard is lovely. We purchased four bottles to take home. We will be back and bring friends for a very nice distraction in quiet Hague.

Decided stop into this winery while in the area and we’re glad we did! Beautiful family run establishment. The owner was such a nice man and very informative and eager to explain how the different wines were made. They have some delicious and unique wines! Beautiful outdoor space to sit and enjoy on a nice day as well. You should definitely go check them out.

We just left. What a great place. Cynthia and Steve are people we would like to have for our neighbors.

Was looking around for a winery to visit but most of them in the area were closed. I called Hague Winery and Steve answered the phone. He said they were closed but if we were coming he'd open up. It was great talking with him and tasting the wines! Went home with 3 bottles and my parents bought 2. Can't wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I stopped in this winery for a tasting while in the area. We enjoyed our afternoon here. The property is beautiful! The service and wine was good. They had a nice outdoor patio to relax and enjoy your glass of wine.

We have enjoyed going to The Hague Winery with friends and never have been disappointed. We enjoyed a wine tasting yesterday and oysters on their covered patio! Always a great time!!

My wife and I have wine toured across the vast majority of Virginia. The Hague Winery produces some of the very best whites and reds we've experienced so far (and there are a lot of great ones statewide)! Couple the great wine with the excellent staff - including the owner Steve, the inviting tasting room, and the beautiful backdrop of the vineyard itself, and you have the makings for a fantastic winery experience in Virginia's gorgeous Northern Neck region!

The tasting room is housed in a former barn overlooking the manor home, outbuildings, vineyards and farmland. The tasting fee is $6. we all have our glass & bought a few bottles. Been here twice before & is a must return for all of us. We loved the formality.

My wife and I stayed in the cottage again and took in the Northern Neck while enjoying Steve and Cynthia's wonderful wines. The is our fifth or sixth time back and second time relishing the privacy of the cottage. Best winery in the Chesapeake area!!! Great owners and staff.

Great little winery! Very cosy tasting room, and wines were very pleasant. The owner was wonderfully nice, and we loved hearing his stories and historical perspective on the local area. Worth the trip!

It took awhile to make the trip, but it was well worth the wait. Excellent wines, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a beautiful outside courtyard. Impressive gift shop, also!
