The ice pops from this place are amazing. They only use natural ingredients, which in this day an age is practically unheard of. Some of their pops are water based, while in others they use milk. I ordered both types: peanut butter pie (milk based) and watermelon/hibiscus (water based), and they tasted equally fresh and delicious. I also had a chance to try mango and blueberry/grapefruit, which I strongly recommend if you like the sweet and tart profile. The attendant behind the counter was very knowledgeable and attentive, and while the place only had two tables and just a handful of chairs, it suffices for the little time you really get to spend devouring the pops. A plus for this particular place is the fact that some of the pops have alcohol in it🫡.

Cute shop. Really like the flavor combinations of the pops, something for everyone including yer chirren. Tasty, sweet treats without being cloying. Nice serviceperson.

This apparently includes The Hyppo, a gourmet ice pop shop in the downtown area. I stumbled upon this place after eating with some friends. The flavor was outstanding! The black raspberry gave a tart but sweet flavor and the goat cheese was subtle but made this frozen pop so creamy. So many amazing flavors! We went every day while we were visiting Gainesville. We had Ginger Plum, Strawberry Basil, Blueberry Açaí, Cinnamon Blueberry, Key Lime, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
