Service was excellent with a relaxing atmosphere. My wife had the BBQ chicken, which was good. I had the ribs. They had a fabulous flavor but almost no meat on them.

Whether Dine In...or Take Out...The Food, Service, Atmosphere Is First Rate. The Creole Okra w/Crispy-Skinned Baked Chicken Is Divine. The Tacos are Incredible and The Pasta, Fish, Mouth-Watering "Greens" ...and That Light-as-a-Feather-Texture, Corn Bread Are ALL Superb. You Really Won't Be Disappointed, Whatever You Order.

We popped in here on our Spring Break vacation with the kids after visiting Evangeline’s Tree. What a beautiful place to get the most fabulous food cooked from the soul. We enjoyed everything about our experience. The food is so so good. Only downfall is that we didn’t get a picture with Summer. She is amazing!

What a gem!!! The food! the atmosphere! This is a must stop for good home cooking food. We are from out of town, but we will make this stop from now on. Thank you Summer... You are our "Tiana"... "You know the thing about good food? It brings folks together from all walks of life. It warms them right up and it puts little smiles on their faces. And when I open up my own restaurant, I tell you, people are going to line up for miles around just to get a taste of my food" and that's what you and your momma did! Love it!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I WOULD! The chicken wings were perfectly cooked, crispy without being dry. Full of flavor!! They have the best Red Beans and Rice that I've had in LA. I wish I was in town longer so I could try everything on their menu. Summer was attentive, and detail oriented. She was sweet and gave great service! I WILL be back the next time I'm in St. Martinville.

I would say this is a hidden gem in Saint Martinville only because I’m new to the area and always thought it was a regular house on Main Street. Just a fair warning to people sensitive to spices, ask for a different spice level, but for me everything is perfect! full of flavor, and always beautifully presented. 10/10. And I almost forgot to mention this is one of the few places left where you get what you pay for (portions will fill you up twice)

My wife and I had the pork chop with cornbread and okra and also the fried chicken with red beans and rice. Food and service were great! Glad we stopped in!

Called right after she posted on da gram then she said she out of almost everything no rice , no fish, not potato salad , no red beans , no burgers , wait on chicken a fries mane that’s half the menu

The okra is way too salty 😒 but the inside looks up to date .

I had an uber pickup there yesterday and the food smelled so good I came back and got food for myself. I got the red beans with a fried porkchop and it's just to die for. You get so much food I ate twice. That cornbread is so good me and my girl were fighting over it! Sommer is very friendly and outstanding cook. Will be going back

Where do I start! A couple of friends and I visited long branch cafe and everything was delicious. The tacos are AMAZINGGGGGGGG and that corn bread omggggggg 😩😭 so sweet yet so good. The atmosphere and vibes of the place truly adds to how great the food is and the owner was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend!

Fantastic moist sweet cornbread! The catfish was spiced perfectly! Waitress was daughter of owner and as sweet as could be... A model too beautiful!
