Manor House is a delight, amazing service and delicious tea pastries.

This place was spectacular! All of the individual rooms made it feel so charming. Lots of floral goes a LONG way with this venue so make sure to incorporate it into your budget. So much personality can be an included in your special day; think outside of the box!!!

Great venue, great service. Quality meal

The venue was gorgeous. There needs to be some work done on the house on the outside. It looks a bit tired in areas. The food at the wedding and the appetizers were average. Service was very good. As were the bartenders. Definitely a great place to get married. I would recommend they raise the bar on the food. Also, do not take for granted the natural landscape. Pay attention to the upkeep of the Manor House grounds.

The Tattered band were great! the food was good. Our tour guide Sue Kimball was fabulous, she and her husband are great friends too. Love this property and the history.

What a picturesque location to get married. The mountain view surrounding the venue are refreshing. The building itself has a classic aesthetic appeal to it. Coming to this venue as a wedding guest, I found everything to flow really well. To lay out was functional for the event. The ambiance was just what you would want. If you're thinking about getting married here, I would encourage you to look closer.

The Manor House is just the perfect Colorado venue. The views are breathtaking, the house itself is just beautiful, and the staff is so incredibly professional and helpful. The views in combination with the proximity to Denver is unbeatable. We also got so many compliments on the food and we loved having the guest house as an option for getting ready! Kylie was so sweet and helpful as our coordinator and everything went so smoothly and perfectly with her help. We could not recommend this venue enough and we are so happy with our decision to get married at the Manor House.

The Manor House was an exceptional wedding venue! From the stunning location and breathtaking views to the attentive and professional staff, everything was simply perfect. First and foremost, our wedding coordinator, Katie, was indispensable. She went above and beyond, from helping remove dirt from my dress and fixing our bustling attempt to keeping everything on schedule and ensuring I was enjoying every moment. Her dedication and expertise were truly remarkable. The food and drink offerings were equally outstanding. The tequila horchata was a hit with our guests, and the chefs created an incredible meal that included everything from prime rib to delicious chicken tikka masala. I cannot recommend The Manor House highly enough. Booking with them will be one of the best decisions you make for your special day!

A great place for a reception and the food is great! I am glad we were blessed with good luck🌈⛈☀️rain☔️but they could have had back up umbrellas ready earlier. Just bring your own because there back up plan is to tell you “its good luck” stay on time. Good thing I bought my clear one for us! They didn’t work well with my wedding planner and it could have been arranged better with weather because I wasn’t looking at the radar.

We had our wedding here last weekend and the venue and staff are all incredible!! The staff are all so attentive and work so incredibly hard to make sure the day goes seamlessly! Katie was our coordinator and she was phenomenal! I knew after our walk through that I had nothing to worry about with her in charge! The food and drinks were also incredible! All of my guests have not stopped talking about the food! Everything was honestly just so perfect and it is all because of the staff! You can tell they work extremely hard!! I love working at The Manor House!! The team is always SO easy to work with, and so supportive of the couple and vendors; they make everyone feel like royalty, and the house and views are truly unbeatable, especially for being so close to the city of Denver. I love how you can see the skyline and the foothills at the same time. Also, shout out to the Manor House for being LGBTQIA+ friendly!!

The Manor House was amazing for our wedding! It's a beautiful venue, and their service is fantastic. Katie was our coordinator, and she was super helpful before and during the wedding. She answered so many questions for me, and she kept things running smoothly all day. I didn't have to worry about vendors, set-up, schedules, etc. The food was incredible, and they all made sure we had food and drinks whenever we needed! A lot of my guests told me how much they loved the food and drinks, and they all loved the bartender, who was super nice. (Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name.) My only complaint was that nobody warned me about the renovations that were happening, and I would have liked to have known about them before I signed a contract. That being said, I loved The Manor House and the service, so I wouldn't change anything!

As a wedding photographer, I can say hands down this is one of the best wedding venues in Denver. The ability to find venues with a stunning mountain view without a lengthy drive into the mountains is a difficult task– the Manor House DELIVERS on the views, all within a 30 minute drive to Denver. The staff at the Manor House is incredible. They are so helpful and accomodating to us fellow vendors and my couples RAVE about their experience after the fact. Truly a gem of a venue and I cannot wait to be back! <3

Excellent spot for a wedding about 30 mins outside Denver. The location offers excellent views of the mountains for outdoor photos (or weddings in the warmer months). Bartenders were excellent and the fires in almost every room were a nice touch to this older historic venue. Highly recommend checking it out!

Brides Beware - Food Tasting For the amount of money we are spending to have our wedding here, you would think we’d get to try a handful of items we’d like to have for our menu. That isn’t the case. The Manor House picks the menu and I’m extremely disappointed that out of the 19 items we are trying, only 3 of them are items we want for our menu. Since you have to sign up for a date, it would have been nice if we were asked to provide 6 items we wanted to try (2 appetizers, 2 sides and 2 entrees). Then based off everyone’s answers, they picked the top items to make the menu. However, the food we did try is amazing and the Chef really helped us when making our food selections.

From a wedding photographer's perspective, this is one of THE BEST venues in the front range! You cannot beat the views, historic house, reception hall space, getting ready areas (which have recently been renovated and are STUNNING!). The staff are so wonderful to us and create an incredible experience for the guests. We always LOVE shooting here!

Perfect venue for weddings etc.

Manor House was all we could have ever asked for on our wedding day. Katie (our coordinator) and the whole staff made the entire day run 100% flawlessly -- and put up even with my most annoying requests, like cranking the AC as high as it could go. Our guests raved about the views, the fire pits, and the drinks. It's stunning, but the staff and how smoothly the day went are what really wow'd us. I would highly, highly recommend having your wedding here.

My girlfriend used to clean the Manor House after events in the 80's and I would help occasionally. It was a fun place to be on quiet days up there, just the two of us. 😁

Absolutely magnificent , beautiful, breath taking, elegant, peaceful. Beautiful venue for my granddaughters wedding. The appetizers were grand and the dinner was DELISH. The service was above magnificent. Very attentive to your needs. The VIEW was beyond breathtaking .

We had our wedding there at the end of July 2023. We loved the venue and the views surrounding it. Amber was our coordinator and she was very easy to work with. We ran behind on our schedule but she made sure everything went as smoothly as it could. The only negative thing about the venue was the food service. After talking to our guests after the wedding, half of them didn’t get any appetizers. We had even ordered an extra appetizer to make sure everyone had food during cocktail hour. The mahi mahi entree was also lacking flavors. I’m not sure if it was because we had a large number of guests (180). Overall, we had a great experience minus the food service.

Just photographed a morning wedding here. This is probably now one of my most favorite venues. Theres so many spaces to take photos and so much natural light! The staff here is phenomenal. Everything was completely on time and flowed smoothly. And the food here is incredible! They treated all the guests and vendors just like family. Highly recommend this as a wedding venue.

Wow, what a venue. I'm not sure who managed the details of the venue - like mints in the bathrooms, cold fruit infused iced waters or tea in corners - but the entire event was beautifully choreographed. The venue hosts historic manor houses from the 1800s, sits on top of a scenic overlook in Denver foothills, and it was spectacular! Highly recommend for any event that needs to leave an impression.

This venue is so amazing, especially with its proximity to Denver. As a wedding photographer, it’s so important to us to work with a staff that feels like a well oiled machine, have stellar views, and interesting light. The Manor House has ALL of this and more! Not to mention the food was unbelievable. We cannot wait to shoot here again!

Lovely staff and venue and for what you get I would say this is affordable compared to some packages (ours was on a Thursday) we looked at with other vendors before making our choice to move forward. Few hotels nearby that have shuttle service, great set up and tear down, and our ceremony had a rain storm sweep in and they supplied everyone with umbrellas. Food was also very good, I highly recommend the chicken wellington if they have the option! All my guests were from out of town and were blown away, thank you for the amazing day, great service, and unforgettable memory!

The wedding was great and very organized. Our day of coordinator Katie was on top of everything as was Douglas and the rest of the staff and it went without any hiccups. Food was delicious, bartenders were fast and the venue was perfectly kept, especially with the new renovations. Overall, could not have asked for a better place to get married. Well done!

What a venue and an amazing experience

The Manor house was great! We had the most incredible experience at our wedding at the end of April 2023. Amber was our assigned coordinator and she was on top of it with every answer and made it so didn’t have any worries on my wedding day, even as the planner. It was such an easy planning process with everything very clear and laid out. All of the staff especially our coordinator Amber were so great, accommodating and responsive. All of our guests remarked on how kind everyone was. I was a little worried about a live band fitting in the space, but it went totally fine with 135 guests. The staff were good about breaking down the necessary tables. Not to mention how extraordinarily beautiful the grounds are. It made for great photos and video footage both phone and professional. Our guests loved being able to access different areas of the venue grounds and play games we provided on the lawn. The food was so good, with the late night snacks being another bonus. I highly recommend this venue for anyone’s big day!!

We were lucky enough to book the Manor House for our wedding this past weekend and we are so glad we did. It was the most beautiful space- from the picture perfect background to the updated interior inside the mansion to the many places for our guests to mingle and take pictures, it was truly a dream. Kylie Swan was so great to work with as well. She was so helpful, very responsive, organized, knowledgeable and made sure that we had everything we needed before the big day to ensure everything went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this venue and working with Kylie to plan your wedding!

As a vendor it was awesome the people were great the staff was great just an all-around beautiful place to have an event and when it's a full moon in the dark you can see the mountains and the lights and it's just breathtaking

Dinner was delicious, the scenic views wowed our guests all night long, and overall the day just flowed perfectly! They recommended incredible vendors to us that we are SO happy we went with. Kylie, worked her butt off, answered a million emails from me while in the process of planning our wedding, and helped with many things that I wouldn't expect from a venue (like helping us with our entire wedding day timeline!) If you don't want to be in charge of literally anything on your wedding day and still have it go incredibly smooth, book this venue immediately! They set up and tore down all of our decor, managed all of our other vendors during the day of, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and made sure the day ran on time with nothing needed from us at all. I didn't get a single text the entire day and everything went of without a single hitch! Katie, who was one of our day-of coordinators, made us feel so secure in everything and she and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible. The food was excellent and they were incredibly accommodating for the differing dietary needs of our guests without charging extra. Our bartender, Josh, was the best and made sure in addition to the guests being taken care of, that we were too. It all felt very personal and it was truly more than we could have ever hoped for!

Absolutely stunning location! We went for a wedding today (10/07/22) and the views were beautiful. It was foggy, but the fog over the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. It was slightly chilly for an outdoor wedding, but light fleece blankets were provided. I don’t remember the name of the bartender, but she was adorable. My children asked her for a Shirley Temple. She asked what I would like, I asked her for the adult version (vodka, sprite), but instead of using grenadine, she used the Bordeaux cherry juice which upped the game. She was going to name it after me, but that is a terrible name for a drink 😂. We decided the Bordeaux sounded better or the adult Shirley Temple.

The Manor House is more than just a venue, but a full, well-designed experience. Plan well in advance, as dates book up quickly - but for good reason! We were blown away by the Manor House experience, from our first tour through our wedding day and after. First off, Kylie was simply amazing to work with over the 1.5 years of planning our wedding - kind, funny, attentive, helpful, accommodating, and ridiculously super responsive. On the day, Kylie was always available and continually checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue is the perfect mixture of beauty, privacy, outdoor space, and A/C (clutch for a July wedding). Both the House and the Ballroom are stunning by themselves, and hardly need any decorating. The ceremony view cannot be beat - it gave our wedding planner goosebumps the first time she saw the view of Denver through the Hogbacks. We also loved all the services provided - it made planning so much easier! All the food was delicious - we had a hard time narrowing down our dinner and app choices. The spaces for getting ready were well-stocked and comfy. We heard from our guests well after our wedding what a wonderful time they had and how impressed they were with the Manor House.

Looking for a venue to celebrate a special occasion? This place is great. Wonderful staff. Well trained and attentive. Fantastic views of Denver and the foothills. Easy to get to from the metro area.

The summer Wednesday night event was amazing! Great music, good food trucks, amazing views. Family friendly event, as well.

This is the dreamiest place to get married. The house itself is impeccably decorated with the perfect mix of old school charm and modern day elegance. The outside ceremony site is breathtaking but the venue also provides a gorgeous indoor option in case the weather isn't ideal. Their day of coordinators (which are included in the price) are very hands on and take care of almost everything. The food is amazing and they are so flexible to food preferences (vegan, gluten free, etc.). I cannot say enough good things about this venue, and especially Kylie for making our dream day a stress free reality!

All great except one thing. The front steps of the manor are crumbling and deteriorating badly. Many loose slate stone steps that are a serious hazard/risk of injury for guests tripping and falling. A simple repair that has clearly been overlooked by the Manor for a long time. Very surprising for a very popular venue that attracts many bookings. I guess when you’re the best venue in town, you can overlook serious potential hazards to guests.

We've worked here a few times now as photographers/videographers, and always are excited to go back. The setup is great, the vendor team is always friendly, and the food is some of the best we've had at venues in Colorado. A hard place to beat if you're searching for the right venue for your big day!

I can not stress this enough, this is the best wedding venue in Colorado!! And this is coming from a previous wedding venue coordinator of another wedding venue :) I am going to be leaving quite the review, so to summarize, everything could not have been more perfect. They met and exceeded every expectation I had. They are worth every single penny and I can't recommend them enough. I am going to try to focus on 3 main categories: Investment Value, Planning Process, and Day of Experience. Investment Value: Right behind our photographer, choosing The Manor House as our wedding venue was the 2nd best investment we made on our wedding day! Not only are the grounds SPECTACULAR, with endless views, incredible rooms, the coolest bar, and a beautiful reception space, but the staff is also above and beyond. They made everything absolutely PERFECT. My guests were commenting all night about how accommodating and professional the staff were. Also, The food was SUPERB!!! I have been to a few weddings where the food was good, but Chef Rhett has something special going in his kitchen. Our steak was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes were perfectly flavored and creamy, the vegetables had just enough bite in them and the chicken was juicy and seasoned just right! He also made no fuss about accommodating several vegetarian guests, and vegan guests! We received endless compliments on the food! Planning Process: Kylie was the most EXCELLENT coordinator we could have ever asked for. She was patient, kind, well seasoned and vetted, and simply put wonderfully. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we envisioned. I sent her 50+ emails, with often small or seemingly silly questions, and she was incredibly responsive to them all, taking the time to make sure all details were clear and concise. She was communicative, and helped make sure we stayed on track with payments, guests count, and tastings! She was perfect and exceeded every expectation we had. She made planning a truly stress-free process and it was a HUGE blessing planning a wedding. She made us feel like we were the only couple she had! Day of Experience: The day of was something out of a dream. I know it sounds cliche, but getting married at The Manor house was out of a fairy tale. Staff was attentive the entire day to my husband and me, making sure we had whatever we needed. Our guests were wowed by the grounds and the house itself, as well as the staff. Everything went seamlessly. I have heard of any problems or hiccups that anyone experienced. Choosing The Manor House as your wedding venue is something you will always feel great about and never regret. The Manor House is worth every penny, 10 fold. I can't recommend this venue enough!

It was the easiest and created absolutely no stress throughout the entire wedding planning process. We got paired up with Kylie as our coordinator and she is an absolute dream to work with. From our first tour and then through the entire process, everything was easy and simple. Kylie was on top of any changes I wanted to make or any requests I had without question even on the actual day of the wedding. She’s so good at her job!!! The day of our wedding was so smooth and effortless due to the amazing work of Kylie and the rest of the staff. The guest to staff ration was perfect when having dinner, service was phenomenal, the food was excellent, and everything went perfectly. If you need a venue that is exceptionally beautiful, has a great staff, includes an impeccable day of coordinator, has a great chef connected already to the venue, and staff that actually cares about you personally and your wedding day then this is your venue!! I can’t recommend enough. So many people told me it was the most beautiful venue the had ever been to and I couldn’t agree more. (The Christmas decorations are unbelievable!!!) Amazing building, very well kept and beautiful. The house also has exceptional catering and seamless execution. The ballroom is perfect, great acoustics and astetically slightly rustic and pristine. Very easy to do an event or wedding here, plenty of room and the place just has character. Very recommended.

Gorgeous building and location. I'd host any sort of party or celebration here. I think my favorite part were the personal letters from former US President Theodore Roosevelt on the wall in one of the main gathering rooms. The grand piano added a lovely touch, especially when a talented player sat down to play and a small crowd gathered around. The lights and other decorations were cool too. It was a fun place to spend an evening. All around lovely.

We had our wedding at The Manor House a few weeks ago and it is truly a dream venue. It is so beautiful and elegant on its own, which is what we wanted in a venue. Everyone at the venue was helpful, communicative & accommodating. I am so happy we had our wedding here!
