We went for the so-called Woodstock day and really it was nothing but I think trying to get people there just to buy drinks and eat. Absolutely nothing was going on. It was crazy.

I think this is our favorite town square in the villages. Smaller venue is just enjoyable.

Kind of disappointed in that place if you compare it to the other squares. Rather expensive too.

Taking the drive south into Sawgrass Grove reminds me of driving into Hampton Bays, Westhampton Beach, and even a touch of East Hampton. Yes, the Hamptons that reside on Long Island, New York. Very nice, very uplifting,and relaxing I can't wait to see what they'll design there next.

Great variety of foods throughout. Pricey. Beers are small at the bar inside & out. Better off going to McGradys to wet your whistle.

This is a cool venue with a boxcar as the stage backdrop. The musical acts are typically very good; With nightly entertainment you cannot go wrong. Plenty to drink, lots of decent food options, and even dessert! Bring a camp chair as most of the time the place is packed! Don’t forget to dance.

Love going there for music and to have a drink and relax

This place is pretty cool for being a part of The Villages. This is a bit different and more hip place for younger, foodies. Service was excellent and Dylan S. was great with his customers.

Fantastic design with great shops and eateries. Mom is looking to buy here in the Villages and is thrilled to be moving up from North Palm Beach! I'm pushing 50 and my beautiful Italian mother is so much more active than I am. She and my brother, from Virginia, enjoyed having an adult beverage and truly enjoying the live bluegrass music. Plenty of people at the Market dressed with their Kentucky Derby hats on! HAPPY people everywhere. I'm thinking my mom might make some nice and cool friends!

Good selection at decent prices in the marketplace. The entertainment seating is very busy. Usually good bands. Boozy bingo very on Monday nights.

Went to this place for the first time. It's not my type of scene but was realized looks like a small mini mall with like five or six restaurants in a bar. Maybe a golf shop. It's out in the middle of nowhere. You get lost very easily if you don't know the area, especially without GPS, but it's a clean environment over there and it's not too loud

It's a nice place and the little mall is interesting. The burgers were great! The only drawback is that the area isn't big enough for the crowds.

Had early dinner at the McGrady's Pub, then listened to music by Dance Express. Had a really good time.

Stop by to check everything out. Had a live cooking class going on and set at the bar and had a couple of beers while the wife shopped at the pro shop. Very nice young man at the bar. Good conversation overall. Pretty good spot

Some very interesting and unusual food for sale

March 2024: There is a man at Willy's who can really cook a smash burger! His name is Paul. Perfectly cooked, juicy and so good! While he is working is the only time I'll order one. DELICIOUS! Some very good live bands! McGrady's Scottish Pub is there also. Great food there too! Great gathering place, but short on parking when it's super busy.

We sampled kombucha and bought funny Tshirts

Not as busy as other places, cafeteria style inside with a mini square and McGradys on the far side. Food can be hit or miss.

It's open for business and has a variety of vendors. Food is good but very loud inside.

A wonderful market filled with produce grown here in THE VILLAGES GREENHOUSES. It also has quality meats and unique items. In addition a Sports bar Pub and a variety of restaurants serving meals. We loved this place!

A lot of food options. Prices for takeout are high but the outdoors eating area is wonderful. Food is very tasty.

Great fresh produce. My wife loves the kombucha on tap. Friendly staff.

Great new village, Sawgrass Grove. Nice younger vibe (50s/60s). Market is nice w bakery, ☕️, meat 🍖 store etc...Seating inside/out with bandstand and music nightly. Walking trails, pool, Beautiful newer community. No grocery store nearby that I could find though. I heard they will still be adding stuff here. I love TV. Everyone has their opinions but I ❤️ all TVs squares and neighborhoods! Only downfall is bad driving by the Golden oldies & the roundabouts ( you'll see when you buy or visit!)

Very neat place. Like a high end shop and entertainment venue you would find in Napa.

Very nice high quality places that were over priced

Lovely market space with the most amazing produce. Bought a few kinds of preserves and gorgeous peppers and butter lettuce grown in the area hydroponics. Sawgrass has a delightful rec center and square. Really enjoyed this area. Coming back in a few days to play ping pong.

First time there; had a burger and fries @ ??. It was good. I was surprised at the number of businesses there. Everything is on the expensive side

So cool of a place with variety!

This seems like a really neat concept. The star rating, though, is only based upon the fact that all we did was sit down and drink some coffee and water. Next time, we will have to get food and revisit the ranking. It was very clean, and everyone we saw seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves.

As with all the village squares this is a beautiful place. This is definitely the smallest at the moment but they are growing and building a much larger square which if the person in the sales office was accurate, will actually be the largest and best. They still have a stage and music nightly.

We had a great time in the new square in the villages, listening to Double Duo playing great music while hanging out with friends. There is a food court so you can get food and sit outside listening to music or you can go to the pub and get great food and great service.

On December 9, 2023 there was Santa Con 🎅 🧑‍🎄 Parade and it was held in Sawgrass. Great turn out and every restaurants surrounded at Sawgrass was great. It was crowded but organized. The problem is that when there's no Event like Santa Con there's action. For example, I first went to Sawgrass with 2 of my Brooklyn, NY friends on November 27, 2023 few people, no more than 25 people sitting around at Sawgrass listening to a music, but no dancing. What a big difference from November and now, December 2023.

We went to the Showcase Cooking Class. Everything was outstanding! Good. Service. Recipes. Chef. Sous chef. What a wonderful idea. When we went it was raining forks and knives so there were few people there. However, if the normal crowd was there it would have been hard to hear. Maybe an improvement in that area a lot l little would be helpful.

What a cool place! Grab a bite to eat or grab some high end groceries for home including produce grown at The Villages… awesome!

This was the first public "square" type area that we visited in TV. Really nice facility with plenty of food and drink offerings. Will have to stop in again to partake. Looks a little pricey on some items (butcher), but hey you only live once. LOL

Don't order the chicken sandwich ...it comes very crispy next to burnt...but my money was refunded and the service and care was great

Sawgrass is a cool venue. But the burger and chicken joint in the market is way overpriced and food is meh. Service is slow. I won’t waste money there again. 4$ soda small one. 14$ chicken. No sides not even chips.

First time at this location, I have had the opportunity to visit the other three villages as several occasions. It is listed as a Market Place for good reason, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a pleese to meet with your friends and family grab something to eat and drink, entertain yourself and good atmosphere and sometimes if you’re lucky it may receive live entertainment. The evening I want was nothing but fantastic. And I’d like to see some photos.

Prices in the market are inflated

There's a little of everything here. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating options.

Nice to listen to music , need more seating and would be nice to have benches our near sidewalk when you need to wait for pick up etc.

I love the concept of this market. They have a little of something for everyone. It’s a great place for unique entertainment, with several options for food and drink. Unfortunately we chose the wrong place for food. Little Fin’s seafood has a great looking menu but the food was very disappointing. I ordered grilled walleye. It was not grilled at all. It had a vey thick breading and was fried on a flat top grill. My husband’s fish tacos were the same. Also, the food was taking exceptionally long so we inquired as to what was taking so long. Turns out that the young lady who took our order was also the cashier and cook. She was working very hard but had been left alone to do everything by herself. On top of that she was a 15 year old child left alone to run the place by herself. Shame on the management of Little Fin’s seafood.

Nice, new eating/shopping area.

Although on the expensive side it is the closest eatery and market in the area. Convenient.
