Best coffee in Florida! They truly have it all from aesthetic to taste. Cannot wait for a location in West Palm Beach, but until then the 30 minute drive is worth it! I dream about their Pistachio Lattes- counting down the days until they offer it again 🤍

the seed is the best way to start any morning! the coffee and matcha drinks are amazing and the food is really good as well. i love to get a bagel bomb, empanada or chicken cesar salad. it’s a big plus that the staff is always exceedingly nice and friendly!

3 people behind the counter, 2 clients inside and they still manage to mess up the order. For each coffee they used 2 pcs of paper cup and a sleeve - how thoughtful of the environment! Went to the toilet after employee and toilet wasn’t flushed properly 😳 No comfort of seating - few bar stools with broken foot rest and one table. Music blasting that I got headache after few minutes. Disappointing to say the least and it was supposed to be a relaxing moment of coffee enjoyment

First time at the Seed did not disappoint! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere and experience! Can’t wait to be back 😊❤️

I came in here, lord by the side of the açai bowls that people were having in the outdoor patio. The bowls were just as delicious as they looked. I also ordered a warm breakfast sandwich, which was not nearly as good. The coffee was OK. The açai bowls here are nearing $17 while and nearby coffee shop two blocks away from the main street sells the same product just as good for 11. Staff here was very kind, so overall experience was good.

The açaí and smoothie was amazing! Shout out to Aida and Angelo for 5 star service.

This is my go-to coffee shop in the area. The ambiance is so inviting and relaxing. I just love it! Everyone here is so helpful and so friendly and the coffee is just the best! They offer other food and drink items that look fantastic as well!

I live right on the Ave and my husband and I come to the seed multiple times a week! They have the BEST coffee flavors, pastries, and fun pop up drinks monthly to switch things up. BEST coffee shop on the Ave in Delray Beach for sure

Really cool place, enjoyed the matcha chia pudding. Unfortunately got absolutely ran over by 10 middle school girls attempting to order. Took about 30 minutes to get my coffee 😭

This is my favorite coffee spot in Boca Raton. They have a couple of locations but I’ve only visited this one. My order is an iced latte with coconut milk and they are consistently delicious. The barista grinds the beans for each coffee. It’s very fresh and the milk to coffee ratio is on point. I also tried the strawberry cold foam- it’s beautiful and sweet- but not overly so. Also, they have several gluten free and vegan options. My go to is the overnight oats. They are top with dairy free yogurt and diced fruit and have just the right amount of sweetness. They also offer GF pastries and salads. The cafe is pretty small so sometimes it can feel crowded as it is seems to be a popular spot.

Loved my Matcha latte experience with The Seed! Thank you for having a high quality brand of unsweetened Matcha! One request though, please add an organic soy mylk alternative to your menu?! My husband and I would be so grateful for a high protein, seed-free and nut-free mylk alternative. We love your Vegan food options, specifically the Vegan Banana Coconut Loaf, Vegan Pumpkin loaf, and Vegan Zucchini Walnut Loaf! We appreciate these healthy options! We'll be returning here when we're back in Delray Beach! Thanks again.

Food and coffee are both delicious and ambience is adorable. However, if you have an allergy I would say do NOT come here. After careful review of my food intake and coming here twice, I have realized I became extremely ill likely from cross contamination or being given the wrong product. Gave it a second shot hoping it was a fluke. But now, I’m trying to save someone else with true celiac disease/gluten allergy/lactose intolerance from ending up violently ill like I did, twice. As I said earlier, if you DON’T have allergies this place is great. But save yourself from the torture if you have an allergy. Servers thought popcorn had gluten in it but then said everything “should” be fine. I am not confident in the employees ability to understand how devastating it can be to a customer by not following proper allergen protocols. I eat out often and go to other coffee shops without an issue. I mentioned this to the social media page privately and felt like I got brushed off with an “are you sure” and saw another recent review mentioning the same exact symptoms and issues with a lactose allergy. The stars I did give are for flavor and creativity. My friends I have gone with love it here but have no allergies.

No menu until you get up to the register. The food was okay but not $9 okay. Drinks were also expensive, but made up for the price. $37 for two drinks and two warmed up items. very limited seating

We had the dirty chai latte and the strawberries and cream latte. Really good and fun choices! Had the sweetest girl take our order with the best energy, Hailey! Helped us pick what we should get and made it so fun. Great spot for coffee while shopping around

Hailey was so sweet when I ordered my coffee! She had a bright smile and had kind conversation with me. I went up afterwards to also get a bowl and she recommended one that was really good. She is so smiley and has such an inviting countenance.

Came for an advertised Kalita. Got an espresso. Disappointed initially but the barista was right. The espresso is good. Still want my pour over though 😅

My favourite place to start the day! The women at the front are amazing and always have great conversation. Tomas has love for all the dogs & helps keep a great atmosphere. 10/10 recommend Cold Brew with Cold Brew Cubes + Quiche.

Disappointed at the limited amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice selection of baked goods and coffee. The day I was there, we sat outside, and there was an awful smell. Not necessarily the restaurant's fault, but it was a slight turn-off.

I had been relentlessly searching for a place with great smoothies since I moved to Florida years ago. I could never find one that had the perfect smoothie until now! This will be my new ADHD obsession for while now. It’s a nice looking place too. Just the swing is a little dirty and the door/entrance was odd. But definitely going again.

All of the employees at the Atlantic location, especially Angelo and Tomas, make you feel welcome and valued. My ham and cheese croissant was savory and just the right breakfast, and the cinnamon latte was unreal. Will most certainly be back!

Best experience here! I had been dying to try Seed so we drove up from Miami to try their famous strawberries and cream matcha. The hospitality was incredible (thanks Angelo and Aida!) and the drink (and cinnamon cronut) exceeded expectation. Will definitely be back!

Cute little spot, nice atmosphere, very cozy! Tomas was very helpful! He recommended a cafe Miel, which is a Costa Rican variation on a cappuccino with honey and cinnamon. He also suggested the chicken and beef empanadas, which were flavorful and didn't disappoint. It felt like a curated experience. We will be back and I would recommend ☺️👍!!

Coffee rec by Tomas was superb (costa rican inspired, with honey and cinnamon), the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, clean, + the empanadas and blueberry scone were beyond the beyond.
