My wife and I enjoyed the food so much I gave them 5 stars. Marie and her husband was so nice to us we were like literally family. By the way, we went all in on the herbs she sells too.

Went here today, loved it! Felt like extended family, the energy made me feel at home and I loved the natural herbal concoctions offered.

My go to for a delicious vegan meal.

WOW!!! I could write a novel about our experience at The Vegan Marie but I’ll keep it short. My husband and I are huge foodies and we have eaten all around the world, and this is easily in the top 10 dining experiences we’ve ever had. Every moment from beginning to end was impeccable. Instantly, when you walk in, you feel like you’re in Haiti. The straw and island decor, the colors, the traditional sculptures and giant mortar & pestles, you feel so calm and relaxed. The vibes in there are fantastic! Emmanuel was a true example of amazing customer service and he made us feel right at home. The food is prepared fresh to order which is amazing, it gave us time to look around the store and more importantly talk and get to know the wonderful owner. We got soursop juices which were unlike anything we’ve ever had. The coconuts were impeccable and refreshing at the perfect ripeness. And then the FOOD!! 🤩 We couldn’t even wait to get home to try it because it looked so good. And it tasted EVEN BETTER! Such unique flavors unlike anything we’ve ever had. A hint of the perfect level of spiciness, sweetness, and flavor upon flavor! All while tasting super fresh, and feeling so great afterwards!! The salad was probably the best salad we ‘ve ever had. And for most restaurant, the salad on the side is an after thought. NOT HERE! The salad here deserves its own review that’s how amazing it is. And the way they pile on the ingredients and the flavors. You won’t find this anywhere else. Truly a GEM in Miami! Please never leave! We will always travel to come back to see you! AMAZING VEGAN FOOD! If you want to feel whole, healthy, and happy come here! Service was superb. Owners are really kind. The soursop/ginger juice and hibiscus tea were heavenly. We ate the garden rice (OMG!) and the hot sandwich. YUMMMM! Thank you 🙏

I love Vegan Marie. They have become family. It's easy to see how so many feel the same. Today I had her Mac & Cheese that comes with a salad. Let me tell you. The salad dressing alone a has taste depth of 20 fresh ingredients. Don't get me started on the pasta. OMG! The crunchy bits on top!! AND she puts seamoss in it 😭😭😭 Wish I knew how to add pictures to this. With that said. She makes everything fresh. So call 20-30 mins ahead for your order.

Delicious homey vegan food! Healthy, clean and very tasty. I had the Mac and cheese and it was a big portion and very nourishing. Also, get the coconut! I'll definitely be back!

I Frequent Vegan Restaurants Everywhere I Can And Everywhere I Go, And Their Food, Drinks, Herbs, Conversation Etc Were Beyond Incredible!!!! This is a great clean place to eat a hot good vegan meal there ia also alot of cool art they is also all kinds of natural drinks and if you is a outside person you can sit in the back yard it is beautiful with a peaceful vibe this is a very beautiful experience I recommend it to everyone

This was my first time trying Vegan Haitian food and it was delicious! Marie herself makes these homestyle wholesome meals. She even hand delivered it straight from the kitchen as if she was cooking for guests in her home. The space is very large with many places to sit indoors or out in the backyard. They have many juices and meals that are alkaline focused. I can't wait to go back and try more and attend their drum circle events.

Found this place on happy cow and had a wonderful experience! I went with my brother and grandmother close to closing on a Friday night. The Vegan Marie was also hosting a movie night so the kitchen was limited, which made our choice thankfully very easy! We got the wrap with fruit salad and coconut water. One wrap was easily enough for the three of us. Incredibly hearty and flavorful! Fruit salad with the sweetest pineapple and blueberries - all around just excellent! Looking forward to coming back again.

I recently dined at The Vegan Marie (TVM) in Little Haiti, and I am thrilled that I chose to go there. The restaurant has a cozy ambiance and a unique history, having been previously a thrift store before transforming into a restaurant a couple of years ago. You can tell that a lot of effort went into decorating the walls, which adds to the charm of the place. I ordered the wild rice salad and a lemonade, and I was not disappointed. The food is made from scratch as ordered, and the portion size was generous for the price of $20 per plate, giving me the feeling of value for money. The wild rice salad was fresh and flavorful, with a variety of veggies which was delightful. I appreciated the simplicity and natural flavors of the dish, which showcased the high quality of the ingredients used. TVM takes pride in creating dishes that are fresh and authentic. The lemonade was a refreshing treat, with a strong and tangy flavor of fresh ginger that added a pleasant kick to the drink. I appreciate that The Vegan Marie puts thought into incorporating health-conscious ingredients into their cultural foods, providing a unique twist to the flavors. One of the highlights of my experience was speaking with one of the owners for a while. Despite having previously injured his foot, he initially tried to serve me, but eventually took it easy as he had someone to help. I sincerely hope his foot gets better soon. It was evident that the owners are passionate about their restaurant and take pride in their food and service, as well as their commitment to the community. TVM goes beyond just serving delicious food by hosting events in their backyard space, including poetry nights and Sunday drum circles, which demonstrate their care for fostering a sense of community. Additionally, I liked that they have herbs on-site for purchase, further showcasing their dedication to providing locally sourced and sustainable options. Overall, I would definitely go back to TVM for their delicious food, friendly service, unique atmosphere, and their genuine care for the community. What vegan food should be. No “fake meats” just delicious, lovingly prepared, plant based dishes. Unbelievably good and huge portion sizes, especially the rice plate. Highly recommend!!

Very Welcoming and Energy There Is Pure. But the most important thing is that the food is superb

The food was good and the price was reasonable for the large amount of food. However, they said it would be a 15 minute wait but it took 45 minutes to receive the food. The location also isn’t set up at all for dine in. There is only one table inside and while we were there the table was dirty and there were people doing some sort of martial arts right next to the table. There were a few outside tables but there is no shade and the tables were hot to the touch. It feels more like a community center or someone’s house than a restaurant.

The food was INCREDIBLE. Felt so replenished after eating. Huge portions, enough to leave satisfied with some to take home for later. Emanuel was kind and provided great service. Looking forward to coming back for more!

The place had a funky smell. The service was bad. I waited roughly 20-30 minute for my order. I ordered the hot sandwich and the blackberry juice. I am not sure I got the blackberry juice because what I got tasted more like raspberry. The hot sandwich was a bit too spicy but otherwise mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend this ghetto place in the middle of nowhere.

came here for lunch- the food is good, and portions are decent. I was overcharged by about $10 and when I asked for clarification on the prices, the man who I believe is the owner told me that the spelt wrap is now $20 and not $16 as the menu listed and the veggie balls are now $15, instead of $10. Thought it was unusual to provide a menu with outdated prices without a disclaimer.

Very interesting home style Haitian restaurant with personable hosts and food that tastes like home wherever you are from. Very cool decoration. You are seated on what looks like a big single table for the whole place, and there are some couches too. Also has a little store.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced for the quality ingredients and its also prepared fresh. I got the wraps and the salad and I was full. The food was very flavorful and clean no fake vegan meats etc. just really good natural flavors. I regret not stopping by sooner!
