This place is really good! Can't believe I've been eating all around here for several years and have not made it here yet! Had a business lunch and it was not crowded. Caesar salad was excellent. Italian sandwich was just the right size and very tasty. Server was super friendly and nobody had an empty drink. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful experience! We reserve the back room for a birthday lunch with six people. The chef, waitress, bartender and everyone was so incredible. The designed a special menu for us with a cocktail to go with each dish

The best tasting food in the Lake Charles area in my opinion. Chef Paul Fisher created several fabulous plates for us. We sent a round of drinks to the kitchen in thanks. Gary was our waiter, and he is one of the best I've ever had. We will definitely be back.

We came for a wedding anniversary (a little attention like a candle would have been appreciated 😉). As fine French gourmets, we wanted to find real tastes, cooked and avoiding the usual fried foods or permanent fat. The reservation was very attentive (via their site and by exchange of emails). The restaurant located in the city center is easy to access with parking nearby. The decoration is simple but tasteful. Very smiling service. The very good food lacked a little generosity regarding my dish (gnocchi seafood). Only the dessert (but unfortunately this is always the case) was off topic: a tiramisu without coffee, without biscuits, just cream and sugar (yet nothing could be simpler to make!). The prices are, in my opinion, very high for gnocchi or pasta but within the average of the prices charged here… In short, a restaurant which offers real quality cuisine, top service, but expensive. I will nevertheless come back with pleasure!

Pleasant above average atmosphere. Great drinks and food. Nice spot to be able to dress nice and enjoy a night on the town without kids.

Celebrating my daughter in love's 30th bday. Food was delicious. I had the filler cooked perfect. And the fingerling potatoes and zucchini was a pop of delight.

If you're looking for the best shrimp and grits in Lake Charles, this is the place. Honestly, I've been on a quest for the best in this city, and hands downs , this is it. Try the blueberry martinis. Perfection! I wish I could remember our server's name. She waited on us and was on top of everything. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite place for happy hour and food in Lake Charles. Awesome bartender, Johnson, wonderful food and you can't beat the ambiance. Well done, Mr. Mayor!

Love the Villa! We went there tonight for our 30th anniversary! We've been here a few times, and it has never been anything but great! It is a great dress up, date night, restaurant. The drinks, the staff, the ambiance, and most definitely, the food, have always been fantastic!

Easily one of the most charming and memorable spots in town. The menu is thoughtful and impeccably executed, the staff is warm and friendly, and we never leave unfulfilled. 10/10.

Impeccable ambiance, charming location, top-tier tastes. Sunday Brunch is fantastic, but also go for dinner and ask about the specials. Aaaand save room for dessert, they’ve always got some delectable selections to choose from. They always accommodate our large family with a reservation, seriously one of my top spots in town.

Absolutely wonderful place. Having lived in Italy for 2.5 years I won't touch mediocre Italian food! Service was wonderful, building was beautiful done. Simple but classy! Next time I will try the gnocchi. 🫶

Absolutely spot on. The entire experience was top notch. The appetizer of Crab & Crawfish Arancin was excellent. The Gamberetti entree, flawless. Definitely will be back, highly recommend.

What an eclectic taste of different things really wowed my pallet great food, great staff, great chef, and a great location!

The waiter was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, several items were unavailable 😕 The salad dressing was horrible, bitter and unpalatable The portions were hefty, though!

That was by far the best steak I have ever had!! Salad was funky, but the steak seriously made up for it and then some!!

The lasagna and meatballs were delicious, great atmosphere, worth the trip.

Went at lunch. Only one server. Everyone ordered soup to make it faster and we were still there for over 45 minutes. The bisque was good, spicy but very good.

Came with a mid-sized group, no reservation. But they sat us quickly. Service was phenomenal. And all the food was delicious. It is a bit pricey, but we found sharing an entree made things more reasonable. Overall a great experience.

My husband and I have dined here for our anniversary on several occasions. Also for anytime we want something different. We live about 45 minutes to an hour away in Beaumont, Texas. We love this place. Very good food, atmosphere & wait staff!! We have never been disappointed.

Very pleased with this place. Veal meatballs were great. Grilled chibatta was great with them. Wife had veal picatta and I had the lasagna. Both very good dishes. Waitress was prompt. We will be back next time we are in town.
