I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my order. I ordered a Mega burrito and added a Mega taco and these were definitely not Mega. There was hardly any filling in my burrito and hardly anything on my taco. This was NOT worth the $40 I paid for my order and will not recommend this location ever again.

I have to say i was a bit underwhelmed the chips and the hard taco shells did not seem fresh. The salsa was good

I ordered $51 order salad bowls all lettuce brown and they try to hide it in the bottom I have people over b day party this was add on it’s crazy never going back

Quality of food was excellent. Tacos, burritos, quesadilla, chips, queso, and guac were all fresh. Restaurant was clean. Service was fast and friendly.

Horrible place cooks do not share hairnet so hair in food and cane on Mother’s Day and got free entrée when you buy a soda and I was charged for two entrées when I asked the guy at the register he tried to offer me a free soda to walk away. Got a manager never offered me anything for my compensation after sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for my money back only to have my food delivered for here when I ordered it to go check your order I got charged for stuff. I didn’t even order then my food came when I ordered it to go, I had to wait again for them to package it up because they brought it to me as if I was ordering it for there manager had no idea what was going on. He’s working in the kitchen and they have people on the register that are not trained unfortunately the only thing I’m really mad about I cannot give this place a zero star review

Great food options. The service has always been great. Highly recommend.

Empty, dirty, and slow. We placed our to go order and sat down in the dirty dining room, where one other table was occupied and there was waste on the empty tables and beer that remained unstocked and sitting, waiting to be put into the cooler (which no one did). After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask the status of our order, to which he response was, "oh, here it is." It had been sitting on the shelf for an undetermined amount of time. It was cold. Unfortunately, even though the restaurant was not busy, the dining room was a disaster of dirty tables with trays of leftover food, and unstocked boxes of beers. I ordered carry out and had a seat. After 20 minutes of not receiving my order, I asked about the status. I was told, "oh, it's here." Great thanks. I have no idea how long it was ready or was sitting there but the food was ice cold by then. And nothing even had sour cream on it. Good thing I had some at home. I do not recommend this location.

Over the years our family has loved this Tijuana Flats location. It has always been an enjoyable environment, with music, friendly staff, etc. However over the last couple of years, there has been some negative changes. The personality of the store has been scrubbed (cheaper decor, bumper stickers gone, etc.), the staff has no eagerness to help make a good experience and the store itself is just becoming rundown (water dripping, unkept bathrooms, broken sauce dispensers, etc.) With my most recent experience, I am rating a 1-star. Unbeknownst, my online order took longer than someone ordering in store. When asking how much longer, the staff was really defensive. Overall, my actual pickup time was 20 minutes past the time in which pickup was indicated. My drink had no ice, and the food was just thrown in the box with no napkins, straw or anything in the bag. I’m just hoping by me asking how much longer, I don’t “get sick” suddenly. For perspective, this is what $18 will get you. I just hope management will make some changes as I would hate to see this location close. Our family has many memories here, and we do enjoy the food when we are there.

Totally awesome. Had there black beans flats meal. They had a hot sauce bar that was truly delicious.

30 minute wait for dried up meat in flautas, 5 small pieces of chicken on chicken burritos, cold quesadillas etc. terrible just awful. Never ever going back

Ordered the food for curbside pickup. Notified via the app I was there, still had to call 7 minutes after to get food brought out. This happens EVERY time I order from this specific location too.

Had to wait longer than expected for online order. I no longer have the ability to order soft tacos grilled and no longer have wheat and power lite options which is why we don’t go as often anymore.

Music is too loud. Everything else was okay.

So I’ve been to a different location of this restaurant before and I was beyond impressed with the amount of food the taste of the food and everything about it when I sat down and ate at the restaurant. Today, I ate at this location and got it to go, and let’s just say it definitely changed my opinion, there were maybe 10 chips in the box and the quesadilla that I got hardly had any meat at the end of the quesadilla. Now granted the food was fantastic and tasted great but the quesadilla was barely cooked and there definitely wasn’t much love put into it. I was very impressed with the other location, but this location definitely didn’t uphold the same standards… bummed … definitely not worth $12+ Update. Kudos to the management staff I called in and expressed my concern just so that other people wouldn’t go through the same situation and the manager refunded me for the order so I will have to say Customer Service was definitely great following up a bad experience

I ordered from the Winter Springs location on 1/12 and had it delivered to my work. When I opened the box I was taken aback because the tacos had very little meat on them and the queso was extremely runny. I took pictures that I can provide to show the restaurant if you would like. It appears to me that it was just thrown together because of it being a delivery order. For the price I pay for my order I should receive what is advertised by your store. This was one of the worst experiences I've had with this location. It seems like the quality of care when putting orders together has declined. I contacted the location and awaiting a response. Extremely dissatisfied.

I love Tijuan Flats for their hot sauce selection. I typically order out from their website for delivery and more often than not, they forget the hot sauce on at least one order. Today I ordered. The Burrito with extra cheese and charged for it. The burrito was promptly delivered and had no cheese!! I saw on receipt where they double check the order, and I don’t expect the order checker to unravel my burrito to make sure it has extra cheese (or at least cheese on it) but I do expect it to be prepared as ordered. Will think twice before ordering from this location next time.

This place is new to me. $14 bucks for 2 tacos and some chips seems like not a very good value to me. Also, nothing to dip the chips in. Why? I'm not a fan of just plain tortilla chips. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I appreciate the staff. It's just not worth what I pay over there so I likely will not be returning.

I have eaten at Tijuana Flats in winter springs a lot, it’s never been a great experience, but this time was the worst. The place was dirty, the floors were stinky and dirty, the staff wasn’t friendly, in fact they were rude and took a long time to come up and take my order, out of 4 staff members I could see all were busy drinking soda, standing around and no working. I finally was waited on and I ordered two orders of dos tacos and one large queso to go. I waited 20 plus minutes for them to complete my order, and when I got home with my order one of the boxes of tacos literally had nothing in the shells and both boxes had maybe 5 chips total in each box. I immediately called the store and told them abt this, and the manager got on the phone and says “I personally stood there while your order was being made and I know they were made right” then asks me “what do want, a refund, or the tocos made over” so I said “well, I want both since I drove all the way home and can’t even enjoy my food, now I have to drive all the way back “ she proceeded to be rude and just hung up on me. I’ll never eat here again, nor will my family or friends who all go there. keep the money and the tacos, I’ll eat next door at “Hughey Magoo” they always have great service, fresh food and fast getting it out to us. TIJUANA FLATS WINTER SPRINGS IS THE WORST!!!!

First time trying the Flats, and it wasn't bad. The employees were friendly and the nachos were decent. I will have to come back and try some other items for sure.

For the price of the food,lack of manager customer service and the excuses they have why they can't give your money back or remake you food is ridiculous. Then use a black knife to touch your food why you're watching them then flat out lie and say we didn't touch your food is unacceptable. I will never return to this location again. I will drive to Lakemary where I know they rock and roll and take care of their customers. I work in customer service and they all need to be retrained.

Requested curbside pickup. App GPS showed that I was at the location. I hit the button when I arrived. Had to walk in and pick it up from a shelf myself eventually.

Tijuana Flats used to be incredible. Not so much anymore. The shredded chicken is just completely a mistake and should be removed from the menu. It's bland and awful and makes everything soggy.

Food had decent flavor but was cold due to not being served right away. Resturant tables and floors were dirty.

The burrito I ordered was so wet (looked like soupy mayonnaise water in the bottom of my to go box) that it literally fell apart when I took the first bite. Flavors weren't bad, but I was surprised that the chips and salsa don't come with any salsa, you have to pay extra for that. I found that very odd indeed. After all, your establishment has a wonderful variety of hot sauces, why cheap out on the salsa?

Does anyone else remember when Tijuana Flats used to serve good food? I wish restaurants would not sacrifice good quality and quantity to save money. We won't be back

Horrible service. The food was prepared incorrectly AND burnt. Items ordered were missing. When they delivered the food to the table with the burrito burnt to the point where the tortilla was burnt all the way through with a hole exposing the beans. The quesadilla was all wrong. Additionally we ordered salsa to go with the chips.... When we told the employee we were missing items she talked over us, rolled her eyes, told us that is how it is. Worst service ever!

I'm just done with this company. Always something missing from my orders with this place or the quality of the food is weak. Or, it's both at the same time like today. My family likes the food here. I could care less. I tolerate it and order what I need to make the food work for me. I paid $6 to add rice & beans to my order, for my meal. For me, if I don't have these items I won't eat your food because it needs to be smothered with stuff to make it worth your money. Anyone else shocked that it was not included with the order? It's ALL overrated! -Queso? No, it's Velveeta (processed cheese food). -Steak? How do you get away with charging a premium for grissle? -Chicken? More like cartilage & rib meat (that's the hard bits you come across). -Beef? Just whatever. -Carnitas pork? Have fun with that seasoned pork fat! To Tijuana Flats Restaurants LLC, you know that this is 100% accurate. *If you are too busy to verify an order is correct and has all items, you need to hire more people. Or, train as needed to ensure accuracy. It's just a few extra seconds for your customers satisfaction. (Tips to management, if you're unwilling to train and grow with your team, you need to find a different position, you are not cut out to be a leader). **We are not lucky to have Tijuana Flats, Tijuana Flats is lucky to have us. ***Tijuana Flats is a failing company and it's been showing for awhile now. After many trials & errors, I have officially given Tijuana Flats my last dollar. To the company, good luck in your next endeavors, I will continue to enjoy watching as your stores close one by one. To the people, if you work hard for the money you make. I would recommend spending it at a different place that will give you the quality & service that matches the prices. *Note this was an Uber Eats order that was packed and sealed at the restaurant. Uber did their job perfectly wonderful.

I absolutely LOVE TF but this location is always a fail. They are always short staff or have an excuse. If you have to eat from this location strongly consider just doing to go because the in store experience is upsetting. I wish there was a location between my house and this one because I would just go there instead.

Great casual restaurant experience. Generous seating and parking with an option for outdoor seating. Beautiful interiors covered in unique mural art and features hot sauce bar. Queso lovers will be right at home. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Will never go back to this place again. Stood there for 45 minutes waiting for a to go order that apparently “never printed”. Once the ticket magically appeared, they were in the kitchen making fun of my wife’s name. Then when I finally got my food I asked for a side of sour cream and it took 10 minutes for me to get it after asking 3 different people. The first one walked out and looked at me several times. By the time i got home (30 seconds away) my food was cold. My pregnant wife is not happy.

Getting tired of giving Winter Springs location chances. Seriously? This is how you fill your tacos? After 1pm, no rush, and 2 booths with 2. There is NO EXCUSE, absolutely NO EXCUSE!!!!! May 16th 2023.

Dont waste your time lazy, no service standing at the front counter for over 5 minutes while they was in the rear sitting at a booth talking. Had to ask loud for assistance twice and then walked out

Food was good, service good, tried to eat on patio but you had a radio station that was bashing immigrants and women. Bashing immigrants at a Mexican restaurant? Didn't finish our meal, disgusted. Welcome to Florida.

Ordered take out for chicken flautas and all the sides were missing besides the tomatoes. How do you forget to put the cheese? This is not the first time they messed up the order and I haven’t said anything before. I think they’re cutting back on the sides but that ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll come here again.

I ordered take out and upon me getting home and opening up my food there are black jalapeños all over my tacos. I was missing a complete item and barely any chips were in with my meals. Very bad day today to go.

They have so many salsas to try Hot, Sweet, Hot Sweet Their chips and salsa are so good and fresh.. Tacos 🌮 yummy... They even have Beers and Margaritas 🍹 too.... If you are in Winter Springs go over a little more to this place You will love it

Florida’s best Mexican and it’s not even close. There is no sauce bar like the one at Tijuana flats and it’s iconic. The slap my a$$ and call me sally is top tier. They have an all star lineup of sauces + an incredible menu to go with it. The dueling queso is a must and so are their tacos and flautas. I love the bowls and burritos too. Tuesday is the day to go with the specials.

Totally disappointed. Upon entry had to maneuver around boxed supplies, table was sticky and dirty. After requesting it be cleaned, we had to grab a handful of napkins to dry it off. Floors needed sweeping, napkins, chips and grime on floors. Personnel just walked around mess on floor. Makes me wonder the condition of the kitchen. Won't be back for sure.

Used to work there. (I grew so much in customer service with them in the short time I worked there.) I'm glad they helped me come out of my shell to make it easier for me to take orders and converse easily with customers. I hope they will stop speaking badly about me though. I've moved on to another job. They've moved on to another new hire from the new job i just got. So I hope the gossip ends soon. 😔 I will however say for whomever reads these reviews, if you see mine, my favorite two items on their menu are the beef floutas and the garlic lime shrimp bowl. They're really good if you give them a chance. With love, from a former employee.

They are always attentive compared to other locations. I wish they would put new bumper stickers back on the counter. My spouse and I always enjoyed reading them from our table, and often the one by the bathroom is taken, so we often can't see them

What can I say. I ordered a chicken burrito and could not find the chicken at all. I didn’t make a fuss about it. But I should have. I then asked for a few more chips which they would give you In The past, and of course the prices went up but now you can’t get more chips. I like Tijuana flats but with so many more options out there maybe I’ll try someplace else. So sad.

Always great authentic Mexican food! By far the best Mexican food in Winter Springs. However it is pricey, so expect to bring some big money into this restaurant if your eating with your family.

This place used to be awesome but for some reason it changed! The food doesn’t taste fresh anymore especially the stale chips. Also the staff used to greet you when you walked in and checked at you later and refilled your drinks. That’s no longer the case. They are also offering chicken wings which are not great! It’s a shame as I used to like this chain.

Brutal. Was told upon arriving that the order would take at least 15 minutes. There was hardly anyone there at the time as we beat the lunch rush. The rush came about 10 minutes later and 30 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our food and had to inquire. They we unprepared with supplies as well as they didn't have flatware to use either. Then once the food finally showed up, it was a joke. Even the kids were baffled at how few chips they were given. Disappointing experience for a family favorite.

Terrible service. The person working the register was rude. Food was wrong when it was brought out. Staff was rude and not helpful. Restaurant was dirty as were the bathrooms. Worst Tijuana Flats we have ever been to.

I have always liked Tijuana Flats but this location has gone downhill considerably. I have been in for pickup 4 separate times lately and have always waited over an hour for two meals. Always chaos! Plus all the personnel are very very young. This place needs good management and an overhaul before I come back again!

I have been to this location multiple times, on different days over the past year. Every single time the order is wrong but I give them another chance. They are now charging even more for fast food quality food. I ordered and paid for, yet again, a double steak quesadilla. The label also read double steak. When asked for plain other than the meat and cheese, it again came with everything on it except two or three nibbles of steak per piece. $3 for this okay, but not $36 for two basic meals. At this point, I’d rather go out of the way to find and pay the money for Moe’s food before I keep giving this place chances.

The employees were very nice. It was my first time ever eating from there. I ordered the new dish and it was no bad.

Great food as usual. It was nice to feel normal and be out for lunch. The atmosphere is always great there and the food is yummy. I like the Mexican Pizza and the cookie dough Flauta’s.

I often visit Tijuana Flats and work in Winter Spring frequently. I have driven past this locations many times and only realize I missed it after I am past the intersection. This was my first visit to this location and the food was excellent and I had hoped. I got my usual, enchiladas and they were great. I would add the picture but they were gone before I realized it.
