Hueys has great food! Unfortunately at Winter Springs location our order was prepared incorrectly though, didn't discover we had fried tenders instead of grilled until we were home. Noticed at pickup that fries were missing from 2 of our orders and manager told us he wouldn't do anything, but we could order some if we'd like. They said we ordered toast instead but we had the same amount of toast in our orders which had fries included, no extra. The choice is usually between fries and coleslaw. We've never had a problem like this at any other Hueys location and we've placed the same order many many times as it's our standard. Manager was absolutely ridiculous, I guess their fries are really made of Yukon GOLD potatoes here. Just bread and chicken for us for dinner after spending over $50. Won't be back to Winter Springs location, thank goodness there are other convenient locations because we appreciate the quality of their food normally.

Shouldn't have to sit for 20 minutes waiting for an Uber pick up order

Great atmosphere. I happened to be working near by and the instant I saw it on Google I decided to bring my co-worker for his 1st time & he loved it also. The chicken is always juicy, fries are fresh & service was awesome. Guess who’s going back tomorrow for lunch? (This guy)

I ordered two different dipping sauces some how it checked out as one. I ran all the way back to the restaurant and the girl made me go all the way back to get the other sauce to swap it out.

Food is good. But ordered a 10 piece chicken tender meal with fries and asked for one extra ranch after finishing the one it came with and got charged 64 cents…ridiculous for a 10 count tender meal we already got. Asked for ice because the machine was empty and saw the attitude between the girls. Didn’t get any more ice. Little things like that make a big difference when you’re trying to enjoy a night out spending your money for dinner.

Ordered my food online as I always do and ordered the same thing I always eat (garlic parm sauced) , today somehow an error or mistype happened and sauced sweet heat was on my tenders which I cannot eat anything spicy. I go back to have it fixed and the young lady gave the food to the kid in back preparing food while doing that she gave him the look as if i was asking for to much and they were annoyed he supposedly fixed it gave it to her , she checks the food and hands back to the kid in back cause fries still had sweet heat. Then the kid preparing the food kept looking at me thru the window like he was up to no good and as soon as I leave I open my food and see he drizzled a little sweet heat sauce under the garlic parm sauce thinking I wouldn’t see it just to be spiteful. But I could clearly tell this blond headed boy was up to no good!

Food is good enough I keep coming back, but both me and my wife had awful service from Amanda R. Everytime we have her as our cashier she has an attitude and will cut us off during our order. Several times ignoring wife's order for sauced tenders and just inputting plain breaded then rushing us along.

The food is always good here. Never an issue and so so good.

I feel so unwelcome by the cashiers that I never want to return to this location.

I eat Magoos at least once a week, sometimes more! I LOVE it! It's good & quick - LOVE the ice! Great place to meet friends & Family. Sometimes I eat in - sometimes I take out. 5 STARS!! But, I did have to give a slightly lower number of stars for atmosphere due to the unreal amount of school kids that come in on Wednesday after school - Magoos is not a babysitting establishment. They are so LOUD, disrespectful/rude, make a mess, sleep in the booths, etc. There was even a kid using another company's cup to get his drink filled from the fountain. Apparently he didn't want to pay Magoos for a drink so just stole it instead. Unbelievable! I refuse to come on a Wednesday - especially when school is in session.

My wife and I have spent Thousands here… they have good food (most of the time) they usually give 2 extra sauces … this particular time I put an extra $1 in the tip jar for my cashier before she rang me up… it’s not much but it’s all we have considering we have a newborn. After receiving my order and receipt- I asked for an extra ranch, JENNA C proceeded to try and charge me .85 cents for the sauce after I already paid my whole $23+ lunch order to go AND after she watched me leave a cash tip. lol HONESTLY … it’s only .85 cents WHICH I really can’t afford to pay when they’re actually free when you order a meal… but let’s just say I was way less satisfied by my chicken sandwich without the side of ranch and I think the upper management should tell this cashier to find a smile. 2 ⭐️⭐️

Friendly, clean, quick and delicious. Good place for a meal or a snack and also very good to go.

the girls in front are honestly just rude. no emotion, no type of customer service, unfriendliness. the list goes on. its been multiple occasions they are this way. the food is good but i feel unwelcome here.

I'm not a fast food chicken guy, but my daughter was in town, and she likes Magoo's. I've got to say chicken was hot, moist, and crunchy! I'd ordered a sandwich, and got a wrap delivered to table. I guess my reaction let the Magoo's person know something was wrong and they fixed the problem with no further questions. That's good service! Thank you for a great lunch!

Took my sister from Nebraska to share the deliciousness of both the breaded and grilled chicken. Both absolutely delicious!

Quality has gone way down since they first opened. Cole slaw used to be delicious but now is tasteless and not fresh looking. Chicken tenders are puny compared to the biggins they used to give you. Three piece tenders meal for $9 was not worth it.

Although we rarely dine in, we like to bring their large chicken basket home to share. We do so often.

We order Huey Magoos almost every Friday. The staff is always very friendly and the food is great.

Restaurant wasn’t busy for dinner. The Cashier was very unfriendly and rude. She made rude remarks about customers to other staff, including she didn’t want to work there anymore or deal with customers.

Chicken is good... Very disappointed in the Cole slaw that was extremely dry with no flavor but raw cabbage... Fries were kinda salty.... The bread has a slight garlic taste... I wish they offered more side choices ... I would rank the tenders 5 stars though.... Will go again but maybe just get the tenders nothing else...

We loved the chicken tenders. We wished their was more side items like onion rings,Mac and cheese. The atmosphere their was great,fun place to be at.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. The problem is I always tip in cash. They charged an 18% tip that I did not authorize or know about. So I unknowingly tipped twice. Not cool!

It was alright. We added on the notes to have our fries extra well done, and they delivered soggy fries. The one in Lake Mary is still better. Definitely needs work. And there's room for improvement.

Second time eating at Huey Magoo's, first time at this location and it exceeded our expectations. The employees were friendly and the food was really good. It was a decent amount of food and we were full afterward. Definitely will plan to be back.

First time trying this place with my girlfriend and we were pretty disappointed. We ordered the Magoo’s chicken sandwich and Magoo’s wrap. The chicken sandwich was okay but definitely needed more sauce as it was dry. Also I ordered a side of cheese sauce for my fries and when I got home I noticed they forgot to add it in the bag! My girlfriends wrap came with a side of coleslaw that was bland and we didn’t even eat it. Sadly we will never be back here again.

We asked for light seasoning,and they did give us the perfect amount.

Very good…I mean its chicken tenders! Fries were crinkle cut which are the best.

Everything about this place is excellent!! The tossed chicken tenders are always fresh and good, I personally like the garlic parmesan tossed tenders with crinkle cut fries!! The crinkle cut fries here are excellent!! The only complaint that I have is the rising cost of fast food in general and this place is no different, it costs me about $17 for just myself for a 5 piece breaded chicken tenders meal tossed in garlic parmesan with crinkle cut fries and a large Coke, but this probably because I get it go, my friend tells me if I just eat there and get a smaller drink I can just refill it and save some money, lol

chicken's great. sauce is great. only problem is everytime I order past 7PM for some reason, they only give me ~10-15 fries per order. ordered two 7 pieces and a 3 piece last night, and both 7 pieces and 3 piece all contained ~10-15 fries per order. not sure what's going on with the high schoolers in the back. must be angry they have to work past 7pm. @management

We love this place. The food is very reasonably priced and the service has always been good. Not to mention the food is excellent.

I've been coming here for 12 years now. Me, my friends, my fiancé, and my future in-laws all love the food. This location has always been a cut above the others. The risk is accidentally running into a ton of high schoolers, because Winter Springs High is right there. This Magoo location is always the cleanest, fastest, and freshest of local options. We will drive out of our way to meet to eat here instead of in Altamonte or Alafaya. They've expanded the menu beyond just a few chicken options. I always go for 5 fried tenders with a soda, chips, texas toast, and fries. A hidden gem is the fry menu option. You can sub any side for chips. There's options for grilled chicken, wraps and salads. The weakest part of the restaurant is the lemonade. Overall, a consistently great experience.

First time at this location. Tenders and fries were awesome as usual but the honey mustard was awful. I always get honey mustard at HMagoos because it's soooo freaking good, but what I got there today was just nasty. Management needs to correct this immediately. I will not return. What can I say? I'm a sauce girl.

I haven’t even gotten my food yet but I honestly don’t even care how good or bad it taste. If your customer service is poor, I don’t even wanna imagine the food. Got here right as you all opened, workers didn’t even acknowledge or say hi welcome. Completely ignored those who were waiting for food. Customer service sucks. Didn’t have any ice. Had to wait for ice to get my drink. The workers had an attitude. All around bad vibe. I’ll drive a few extra miles to go to altamonte

I've been coming to Huey Magoo's for years now, and it just keeps getting better and better each time! Tenders are fresh, fries perfectly seasoned. Just want to mention Jill, is wonderful! Every time I see her there she's always smiling, happy to help, and is overall super polite. I work in customer service as well, and I know how people can be, but she's outstanding! I usually have a usual I get "5-piece breaded (tossed in sauce), extra fries, and sweet heat sauce", but I definitely am thinking about trying their chicken sandwich. I know it'll be good! Thank you to all staff, and cooks for what you do, you do it very well and I appreciate it. Definitely recommend this place for family, friends, date, whatever it is, stop here and you wont be disappointed!

Food is good but their service sucks. You could be standing right in front of their face for 5 minutes and they will ignore you completely until you are the one to acknowledge them.

I meant to write this a couple weeks ago but am just now getting around to it, but a couple of weeks ago I was at the Winter Springs location to pick up my order, and Mia came out to let me know they were out of Magoo’s sauce and asked if there was anything else she could get me and went back inside to check or see what she could do but ran out and brought me 2 fresh sauces and was SO friendly and courteous in general! I’ve always gone out of my way to go to Winter Springs because of how good the food is every time and how friendly the staff is, but Mia made it even better and she was so genuinely friendly, polite and professional! I wanted to pass this on to her because she was great and deserves to know. I was a shift lead myself at a restaurant and she showed exactly what every server should be like! Can’t wait to go back soon and see her and the rest of the staff again soon, thank you for always being so great!

Chicken was cooked fresh, crispy outside, juicy inside and full of flavor. Fries were fresh. Sauces were okay.

Yes, the chicken is as good/better than Chick fil a. Your kids may like it more. Just try it. Get their house sauce and their spicy isn’t too spicy.

Living here, Huey Magoo's is always a first destination to not only me, but many residents! Great food and great staff. The addition of this restaurant brings alot of happy residents in the Winter Springs city!

My wife and I both got the Magoo's Favorite Salad, mine with Honey Mustard and hers with the Vinaigrette dressing and we thoroughly enjoyed the them. The serving size was ample for the price and everything tasted fresh

Ordered from here several times. The food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is always great. The Magoo sauce is soooo good. Probably my favorite dipping sauce from any restaurant out there. My only complaint about this location is the parking. I usually have to park pretty far from it because the parking lot is usually packed. There have been times where I thought about ordering but then opted not too because I didn't feel like dealing with the parking situation. Not really something Huey Magoo's can help with but it is a part of the experience unfortunately.

I ordered from pickup on door dash and got the wrong side. They remade my entire order with no hesitation, i didn’t want them too because it wasn’t a big deal to me but they still did it with no problem and I really appreciate them for that. S/o to whoever was working on Christians shifts. Food was on point as always 🔥💪🏽

Hands down the best chicken tenders you will every eat

The Tenders For Two are a great deal: you can get a mix of the fried and grilled tenders, plus Texas Toast, dips and another side. I’m also a fan of the watermelon tea. Good stuff! :)

Had moved in the area and decided to try Huey Magoo's, I was not disappointed in the least. The food was hot and fresh even when delivered and the classic and garlic chicken were awesome. They have plenty of side orders as well especially for a mom with a picky toddler. I've ordered multiple times after and still the same hot and fresh delivery every time.

The customer service at this location was great. But I give this review 4 stars because my chicken tenders were teeny tiny and the sweet tea was not sweet :(. Otherwise the food had good flavor and I will have to come back another time when they haven’t just gone through a rush.

Magoo’s has been a favorite for years. The only complaint I would have is the inconsistency of the tenders’ quality. It’s usually very good.

We love their Magoos wrap and chicken tenders! the staff is very friendly and they make your food so fast! love their Monday special, kids eat for free after 3pm with a purchase of an adult portion.

This review is another long over due, especially for this location. 3 years ago before i went vegan this was my go to spot weekly. Some of the best fried chicken tenders/fry and toast i ever had in my life. To this day it pains me il never be able to enjoy them again as i miss them so much. If you are able to try them out i highly recomend them as the taste of that tender and honey mustard linger on my taste buds to this day..

This place is always really good... actually... I made this review for the wrong place. I meant to write the review about the Lake Mary location, but clicked the wrong place. Winter Springs might also be really good, but I can neither confirm, nor deny. Lake Mary is excellent.

Best kept secret in Florida!!!! Opted to try in honor of my son, the ultimate chicken finger connoisseur.... he would give it "two thumbs up" Winter Springs location: Amazing.... super friendly service, wonderful hot chicken, and ummmm..... what is this amazing Watermelon tea thing ? ❤ #wishBuddyWasHere
