This place is fantastic. Live entertainment is amazing, the food is out of this world and the service is unmatched. Can’t wait to go back

Service was amazing, the portions were more than generous. Great atmosphere for kids, date night or just hanging at the bar. Steamed clams were fresh, calamari was lightly battered, and the wings were crisp. Server was super attentive to our table of 6 plus a high chair. Cannoli stuffing was clearly homemade and delicious. 10/10 would recommend. We just moved to the neighborhood and will certainly be back for quick family dinners as 3, dinners with grandparents and date night for sure.

Very nice restaurant/bar in the center of Califon. The waitstaff was excellent; very attentive and friendly, and fast to respond to a request. First, the steak was tender, delicious and cooked perfectly with a very nice pepper sauce. Full marks! The chicken cordon bleu tasted ok, but a bit dry/overcooked, as it had been surprisingly deep fried rather than baked as I would normally expect. The potato and veg sides were identical on both dishes, and somewhat uninspired, as the shredded veg blend was a bit bland and overcooked. That being said, the great waitstaff, atmosphere and moderate prices will bring me back to try some different dishes.

This little gem is out by Voorhees state park. We went for a quick bite to eat and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. We went inside and they had live music that was perfect for the space, meaning it wasn't too loud to have conversation at your table. The food was excellent and the cocktails were tasty. I will be back for sure. The staff even gave us some pointers for other places to try in the area.

This place is a great local place with quick service. The server was very kind and efficient. The food was all very good, including the homemade tiramisu for dessert!!! I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!!

What a great place we came upon. It was a busy saturday about dinner time, We were promptly seated by the owner himself. Moments later we were greeted by our waitress who Took our drink order. Water and hot rolls were brought to our table within moments. Shortly thereafter our drinks arrived, We ordered the Lynchburg lemonade and the Mediterranean mule. Both were very tasty and well made. For our dinner selection, we chose the eggplant parmesan. And chicken parmesan. Both entrees came with a house salad. Or a caesar salad, or you could have soup. We chose the source and they were absolutely delicious. Our meal came and we were pleased with the selections that we chose. The chicken parmesan was excellent. As was the eggplant Parmesan. very tasty. The portions were a decent size for, the price. This is a very well run restaurant with very good employees, Upon leaving we were thanked By numerous employees for eating there tonight. Keep up the good work, We always prefer eating at a local restaurant rather than a national chain.

Stopped by for dinner after my fishing trip nearby. Food was surprisingly good and service is perfect. Will definitely come back next time.

I have ordered takeout from here twice and eaten here twice, and we are now considering this our favorite date night spot close to home. Each time, the food was far above my expectations regarding restaurants in Hunterdon County. You would think from the name of the place that it was simply the standard Italian fare, and you would be mistaken. There are Asian, Mediterranean, and American influences as well, making the selection very well rounded, and everything is prepared and presented with obvious care and attention to detail. The sauces are TO DIE FOR. The owner is a very warm gentleman who makes his rounds not only to greet customers but also to provide support to his staff. Don't miss out on this gem!

Excellent. We have been there twice now and have loved both visits. The food has been fresh and flavorful. The service is top notch. Atmosphere is pleasant. Tony is on top of everything going on. We will certainly be back.

Tony's is absolutely fantastic. This local made such a gem in Califon that all the families love to go to. I love the franchises and the pizzas. Also any other special if i can make myself get something other than that.

We chose Tony's Bistro for my daughter's baby shower. Tony's Bistro did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was perfectly timed around our activities, and I can't forget to mention Tony who is so welcoming and goes out of his way to please every guest. My friends and family are already making plans to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Great food. Had chicken cordon blu and Eddie's rice pudding. Wifey had gnocchi and homemade tiramisu. All yummy. Server was very nice and attentive. Kitchen was well timed. We will be coming back.

My husband and I stopped by for spontaneous dinner. Food was dried, overcooked, over fried . We were there on gorgeous day. Place was dark, with depressing lighting, no music and smells terrible.

We went on Sunday and had an enormous table and we brought a bunch of people semi loud children with us. The food was great, the service was excellent and the drinks were wonderful. We all had a great time!

Tony's Bistro was an amazing find. The decor was cozy and comfortable. The menu was extensive with something for everyone. The service (we had Lauren) was outstanding. The food was superb (we had the Chicken Valdastano and Shrimp Ravioli). Prices were very reasonable.

From the best live music in Califon to the most incredible Italian cuisine in Central Jersey, I can't say enough great things about Tony's Bistro. Phenomenal service, outstanding atmosphere, original cocktail recipes, and an all-around, premium dining experience. Enjoy Tony's Bistro, friends!

We had food catered from Tony's for a party nearby. Tony delivered and setup the trays of food, and then came back and picked up the trays when we were done. The food was amazing! Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and asking if Tony's had an eat-in restaurant as well, which they do. Highly recommend this restaurant and caterer!

Wow, happy surprise to find this little restaurant have such a great food. Tony the owner provides firm class service. For sure we would be back. The drink menu has a little bit for everyone. Every entrée comes with a salad ... The best are the prices !!!!!! This is a hidden restaurant which I highly recommend.

My wife and I came here for the first time because we wanted to try a local place we haven’t tried yet. The restaurant had a lot of character to it and it was clean and cozy. Our food was excellent, hot, and very fresh. Our server Katelin was very welcoming, friendly, and patient, while we struggled to decide what to order because of all of the yummy options on the menu. She was very helpful with her recommendations too. Tony the owner even stopped by to greet us and make sure we were enjoying our experience. We will 100% be back again.

I’ve brought my family here several time since moving to the area. The food is good, the staff is friendly and attentive. Tony is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Tony’s Bistro.

Amazing food and top notch service. Our waitress was amazing they kept bring fresh rolls and you gotta try the tiramisu it was delicious. We went on pasta night and it was great creating your own pasta dish. We can't wait to return.

Great spot in a little town. Food and atmosphere are great. I've normally done take out from here, but did my first dine in and was still great. On weekends this place is packed around the bar, with some easy listening live music that isn't overwhelming.

Pizza was delicious. Bartender, Pat very friendly and efficient.

Probably one of the best and cutest restaurants I’ve been to in a while with amazing prices! I went here for the first time with my cousin and we just had a great time. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and the food was so fresh and delicious. The owner came out to check on each and every table and made sure to wish my cousin a happy birthday. The waitress (Laura) was so so nice and kind and made my cousin feel very special on her birthday! Again, the food and service just does not compare!! I got the chicken parm and then we shared their homemade tiramisu. I could not believe the bill when I saw it. It was so cheap for the amount of food they give you (you also get a side salad with each order). Their bread they give you in the beginning is the best bread I’ve ever had. I will for sure be coming back here and recommending to all in the area.

This was my 6th time here and like the previous 5, the food and service was awesome. Tony and his staff make the dining experience a pleasurable one. My only issue was with the sangria. Too much ice and very little alcohol, if any. I look forward to my next meal at Tony's!

Nice and comfy. Food was good and reasonably priced. My sausage pizza actually had sausage slices and not ground sausage. Makes a world of difference. My daughter’s lasagna was huge Andrew she liked it. Service was friendly and prompt. Definitely going back!

Tony's bistro is great quiet place to eat. They have a nice variety of dishes to choice from as well as a great selection of wines & beer. The staff is very friendly & prompt with the service. If you are looking for a nice evening out I would definitely recommend Tony's Bistro.

Not bad,but not great. Ordered coconut shrimp which was overcooked. The Paella and chicken parm wasn't bad.

Great value, good food, great friendly service, pleasant and friendly neighborhood atmosphere with above average decor. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because the food is not at a 5 star gourmet level but it is very good and consistent. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Utterly delicious, from the char-grilled burgers with a fresh, Smokey flavor; down to the spinach cream soup. We had a wonderful experience with outdoor dining here with some of the most delicious burgers we’ve had in a very long time. Can’t wait to be back.

It was a great night at Tony's eating outside under his tents. In addition he had a great local band, Califon Hellbenders, playing fun music outside with even a few people dancing to the music. The food was fantastic which all made for a great night out in Califon!

Beautiful decor with a cozy well lit European stone feel, Tony's Bistro impressed me. Proper accomadating service with a range of high-low to midH level food options.

Enjoyed a very nice dinner at Tony's! Dinners come with a salad and a yummy one at that, choice of garden or ceasar! Party of 4 and all loved our entrees! Busy bar crowd but there were seats for dinner. The parking lot was packed but no wait for dinner so if you drive by and see lots of cars still stop, you might be able to still get a table. Staff and owner were very nice.

Absolutely wonderful. From the warm greeting when first entering to wonderful staff and the amazing food. It's five stars for me.

Good food, welcoming staff, service was slow and food cold because of a mix up with who was our server.

I've been here on many occasions for over the past 20 years. Tony's is a mainstay in town. His food is consistently delicious. Was there today for a function. Caesar salad with homemade brioche croutons, nice touch. Eggplant rollatine well done; eggplant sliced really thin, just enough ricotta. Marinara not acidic. Tenderchicken francaise had a nice balance of butter and lemon. The atmosphere is comfortably cozy casual. If you haven't been here, you should go. They take all credit cards and can accommodate for allergies.

The menu has a nice selection and the food was delicious. Not one bad thing to say. Service was excellent as well.

Got 2 entrees take out, and they were both amazing. My gf had the eggplant rollotini, and I had the absolute chicken. Soooo good. And 4-5$ cheaper per entree than other places

Had clams scampi (steamers) and Sea bass kabob with chorizo. Very good! Friendly, attentive service.
