Delicious food and great prices! Unfortunately, we arrived at the tail end of breakfast time, so they were out of some of the things we wanted to order, like waffles and sausage, but what we had was still very good. We had iced coffee, French toast, tater tots, and the breakfast platter which comes with biscuits and gravy, eggs, and bacon. The servings are pretty good size, especially for the price. We both thought the biscuits and gravy were delicious- definitely tastes homemade. The French toast and the rest of what we had was also very good. We will definitely be returning, but we will try to get there earlier so we can order the items we missed out on.

Solid 4 stars all the way around, and the best breakfast that I've had in Ellijay so far. While they got my egg order wrong, the rest of the food was done well. The service was fast and polite, and the rustic atmosphere fit the simple and delicious food. If you're vacationing in Ellijay, this place is a must for a filling home style breakfast 🍳

The food and coffee are delicious. Also we may have waited 10 minutes before our food arrived. Which is very fast in my opinion. We had the Trash Omelet, Steak Breakfast Burrito, Belgian Waffle, Grits with Cheese and their Cuban coffee. Will be back to try more.

The staff, the service, and the food were all wonderful!! We enjoyed their breakfast and I wish we would have tried it sooner, so that we could have come back for lunch at some point. We will certainly keep it in mind the next time we are up this way!

This place is a must "experience" when in the area. We had breakfast on a Saturday which was very busy, yet service was quick,friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Came to the area for a funeral and were disappointed that our family of 5 had no place to sit and eat here.

Quite possibly the best omelet I have ever eaten! I got the trash can omelet but I got the biscuit and gravy on the side. The biscuit was super soft and tasty. Also got an iced coffee that was very good as well. Everyone was super nice and polite. Overall is was a great experience. Definitely need to visit here if you're in the area!

Excellent place to stop and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. It’s extremely clean and well maintained the staff and owner are very friendly. The food was delicious and they had Cuban coffee. Definitely a hidden gen in the Georgia mountains.

Stopped by on my way through town for breakfast - what an incredible experience! The staff was welcoming and very courteous, the atmosphere was very cozy, but the main star here is the food. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. It's obvious that the chef knows a lot about food, and puts love and attention to detail in every dish. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Do not miss out on this place!!

This is a quaint little spot located next to a Texaco gas station near where we were staying for a weekend getaway. The eating area is small but clean. This area has been kept well, with no major wear and tear on the seats or tables. Always a good first sign! The staff we encountered made us feel at home. Smiles on their faces, conversational. We were made to feel welcome. The food was good. My wife and I both got breakfast plates. The sawmill gravy had a nice flavor. My country fried steak was really good, and I loved the biscuits. My only wish is that they have real eggs on the platter, but I also understand the expenses necessary to keep down costs. Speaking of, the prices were more than reasonable. Make plans to eat here when you come!!!

Was in town for a vacation and found this gem. They have the best French toast I’ve maybe ever had

Out of the way and attached to a gas station, my expectations were squarely focused on getting a sandwich and getting on with my day. I split a Cuban sandwich and tater tots with my dining companion and was blown away at how good the food was! Totally unexpected! Add in the friendly welcoming staff and I will go out of my way again and go back.

Really good breakfast French toast, eggs, coffee, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Affordable prices for a good breakfast. Looks more like a gas station when you arrive, you can get to go or eat inside or outside. Comfortable atmosphere. Good choice for place to eat.

We've been here several times for breakfast and lunch. They have a mixture of Southern/American and Cuban dishes, all of which were very good. Would definitely recommend trying the place. Their café con leche is also top notch.

Just had a delicious Cuban at this restaurant. Fries and onion rings the best. Friends that I was with loved the burgers and hot dog. Great service and the owner was very friendly.

Wow! We couldn't ask for a better lunchtime experience. The menu was full of great selections, but definitely make a plan for the Cuban sandwich. Wow, just like a taste of Tampa/Sabor! Friendly, helpful DR staff and kitchen staff.

Country Corner Kitchen was a great little lunch spot. The women there were so kind and friendly! We sat outside on the porch in the beautiful weather. We all loved our food, especially the loaded fries. Food came quickly, was hot, and fresh. The country fried steak sandwich was delicious with fresh tomatoes and crunch lettuce. The kids LOVED the honey mustard and French fries. There was something on the menu for everyone! They even had dog bowls in case you had a dog.

Wow the fried chicken here is crazy good, and I've eaten a lot of chicken before. It was low key, cheap, and delicious. Not the most friendly staff but we weren't there for smiles, we were there for an amazing breakfast. The gravy is fantastic!!!

We had the Cuban pork platter and asked for some Cuban bread on the side. I had iced tea and Rob had a coke. The food is authentic and delicious. The manager and servers were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed it very much. They have a wide variety of funny and truthful signs decorating the walls which makes your visit enlightening as well. We will be back.

We spent a long weekend in Ellijay and wanted a good breakfast before our group of four headed back home. The Corner Country Kitchen was rated #1 on TripAdvisor and Yelp, so we decided to go there. There were no customers when we arrived, and the welcoming staff handed us the menus and explained their process: Place your order at the register, and they'll bring it to you when it's ready. As we perused the menu, another group arrived, so we got in line. We ordered, paid, and sat back down. Arnette helped me get my tea ready and brought out half and half to top it off and poured more in another cup for refills. I sat back down, and our food already started arriving. Several other groups had arrived and the place was full. Arnette took all of the orders at the register, delivered everyone's meals, charged with everyone, and made sure everyone was happy and satisfied with their meals. All in our group enjoyed what they ordered. When I started to get my second cup of tea, Arnette came back to do it for me. When we left, we were wished well and safe travels. Overall, the smiling staff were very welcoming, the service was EXCELLENT, the food was good and delivered quickly, and the prices were very reasonable. This will definitely be on my list if we happen to be back or near Ellijay again.

The food there is good but, more importantly, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. My dad forgot his coffee when we left and when I went back they offered to make a new one. Can't beat that level of service. Next time I visit Tennessee for vacation I definitely have to have breakfast here every day!

Love, love, love! Their breakfast tacos are incredible, the black bean burger/wrap and the rice and beans wrap are all amazing. We've never been disappointed.

This place is awesome! We were just looking for dinner and this restaurant did not disappoint. We had the special of the day which was salmon today and it was outstanding. I’m so glad we came here, it is small but mighty and the staff were great to talk to.

We have been coming back here every time we visit Ellijay since we found it a few years ago. My husband loves their cafe con leche and the food is always great. Staff and owner are super nice.

We were here 18 months . The food and service were awesome then BUT there is a new owner and they have remodled adding outside seating and some new menu items. What we thought would be hard to improve from was !

Excellent! We are from Miami and Cubans! So started off very skeptical but we were pleasantly surprised! The Cuban sandwich looked almost like our hometown sandwich but instead of sliced pork (pernil) it’s chopped but the taste was exact! Met owner’s kids and all staff very courteous. Restaurant and bathroom clean and conveniently located by the gas station! Definitely a must. Hope to be back soon!

We've been wanting to try this place for awhile but are usually in the area when they're closed. We finally made it while they were open today and were excited to get some takeout and try them out! Unfortunately for us, we had a terrible experience with the cashier Holden and it caused it us to leave. We ordered a Cuban sandwich and Cafe con Leche and were asked if we wanted to make it a "combo," and we said sure. When asked what side and drink, we said we wanted yuca fries and the cafe con leche. When we got the receipt, we realized we had been charged for a coke we didnt order and the "combo" was just the items added rang up at menu price. If you want to upsell, that's fine, but please be clear about what you are doing/adding to the bill and don't add items that aren't asked for. Also, please notice how he didn't refund the tip. I guess we shouldn't really be surprised.

Food was really good. I had the Cuban breakfast platter with con Leche and it was good. The feel of the place was very cozy. The food was served quick and a reasonable price. The host was nice and friendly. A nice stop on our weekend getaway.

This is a family run business by some of the kindest people I have met. The chef/owner spent a good long time encouraging my son to follow his dreams and become a chef. Aside from that the food is phenomenal. I had the Cuban sandwich, my husband the patty melt and tots, and my boys the redneck fries. Everything was great and reasonable prices. We will be back!

Not our first time here, glad Tony's is still open. Ten years open I believe, stumbled upon Tony's shortly after it opened ten years ago. This time we had a Cuban sandwich each and the Redneck loaded fries. Sandwiches' were a little dry, the Redneck fries were really good. Yes, when we pass through the area again at meal time, we will certainly stop by again!

One of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had!

Should first say that the waitress was pretty unpleasant and cold to us. The rice tasted very similar to minute rice, plantains were bananas, and the patatas bravas were made using french fries. We should have probably stuck to the burgers and sandwiches.

Nice little place on the side of a gas station. Deck for outdoor seating, good Cuban food that hit the spot. It's been updated since the picture that was up when we went, but I didn't take a photo while I was there.

While vacationing in Blue Ridge we stopped for lunch on our way to visit some waterfalls. I saw the pictures on line and thought it looked good. WOW the Cuban tacos are amazing!!! Great flavors and plenty of food stuffed into the tortillas. Definitely a place worth coming to. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and seasoned to perfection.

Such a great atmosphere and a perfect place to grab breakfast and sip a coffee. Tony makes breakfast like my mother used to. Tasty omelettes and biscuits that are light and fluffy. Love the reasonable prices, great service and helpings of comfort food.
