A quiet enclave of about 18 buildings sitting in the beautiful town of Gulfport, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay on the intercoastal waterway at the southern tip of St. Petersburg, Florida. The community has around the clock security wonderful clubhouse with Bball courts beautiful clubhouse with the main pool adjacent to it. Otherwise the community has many pools spread out between 18 or more buildings. There is one pool that sits at the northern end of the bay, none the entranceway to the canal which is bordered by beautiful homes and docs with dry dock accommodations throughout.

Expensive /limited handicap parking. Few activities. Best Part is. Proximity to community center. Pickleball bocci

Took me 3 weeks to get wifi that's included in hoa. Only elevator in my building has been broken since Dec 8

I did a drop off and pick up of a friend who was doing a side electrical job in Town Shores, extremely nice complex very well kept ran into several residents up and down the elevator moving our material they were all very pleasant a few were curious as to where we were working it was a pleasurable effortless experience, thank you the residents of town Shores👍👍😎

The condos are nice and large, good facilities. The politics among the people are ridiculous. 95% of the residents there are horribly miserable and entitled human beings. The 2 years living there, every person that moved out only did because of how horrible the residents are. I can honestly say Townshore Shores is a plite on Gulfport. Every local restaurant can't stand dealing with the people from Townshores. The Townshores community will only hold back the growth of Gulfport.

Did some painting with the girls. 👍😁 Lots and lots of nice people. Plenty of activities and clubs. They seem a warm n friendly open minded folk!💛

We own a condo at Town Shores. Best place being right on the Bay. 4 pools. Huge Clubhouse. Marinas. Slips.

We bought a condo here two years ago, love it. The maintenance and organization is quite impressive. A great clubhouse, plenty to do, and walkable to several great restaurants in the Gulfport marine district.

We have stayed at the Kenmore building for 2 winters and we enjoyed every minute there with fantastic people and close to everything. Great place.

I've lived here over six years now. I've owned condos in the Buckingham, Lancaster and Jamison buildings. Although each building has its own governance, the people who own here are very similar in desiring a quality lifestyle, varied activities; and, lasting friendships. I could not be happier with my choice! The only things I would improve would be a much larger workout facility with classes available; and, sound installed throughout the community playing Jimmy Buffet, tropical; and, smooth jazz tunes! LOVE IT HERE!

I have many friends who live in Town Shores! It is nice to go thru and see the Christmas Lights on all the condos during the holidays!

Nice little community has a lot of pools couple bars around the corner Walmart's not very far away Publix is down the street

This is a 55 plus private condo community on Boca Ciega Bay. Four swimming pools and great clubhouse for owners and guests. Owners and guests must have their ID tags with them at the pools and clubhouse as security guards check regularly to make sure people belong there and are not trespassing.

Art walk tonight putting up the tents and selling their Wares a great fun evening stop and eat some of the best restaurants in Pinellas

A beautiful view of the water all around, I plan to enjoy this view one day myself, being on the 10th floor of Windsor condominium never seen anything like it. Something I had vision for me and my family one day, but they left me such a beautiful place.

Fabulous 55+ community with beautiful water views and numerous activities. Also private marina for boats.
