The best low key bar with the most spectacular view .

Travis Marina Bar is located on Horseshoe Bay in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. It in has live music weekends. There's a dance floor and a full bar with friendly bartenders. The views of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Horseshoe Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, and San Francisco are unsurpassed. Highly recommended.

It’s a great place to hangout with full view of Golden Gate Bridge on front and green hills view at the back. Loved the pizza and sone nice beer options.

The good old days at Travis Marina only the smokers are missing,sometimes they do live music and when they do the dancefloor is full! Beautiful people

Beautiful view of the bridge from here .. and as well one of the best views of Alcatraz and the city of San Francisco! Can be breezy so have a warm layer handy. There is a bar at the wooden building (ssh don't tell anyone!)

Hidden gem, surprised it’s not more busy, great views of the bay and bridge.

Great spot to just chill. Go for a leisurely walk along the water, grab a beer at the marina bar, or explore the battery just above. When the weather is nice, it's one of the best places to view the Golden Gate.

Fun bar at the base of the Golden Gate bridge, on the less busy side too. Great locals are always found here and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun. The bar serves inexpensive drinks, and you can get burgers when the grill is on. The bar has live music and a dance floor, plus there is limited outdoor seating with an amazing view.

Awesome "hidden" spot with a 70s vibe. There's no atm (and nothing nearby) and you can't put tips on your credit card bill, so remember to bring a few extra dollars for tips and a possible cover charge.

My girlfriend and I love the views here. The most famous bridge in the world!! Check out the cool bar upstairs and enjoy a beer or cocktail. The Coast Guard boats are also nearby. There is lots of fun exploring in the surrounding area. If you are military or ex-military you can rent a slip here for your boat.

I started a motorcycle transport in SFO May 2018 and stopped in at Travis Marina Bar after a trek across the bridge and back. This place is legit. $5 beers. Amazing view. Total local dive bar. And I call it “dive” with all the respect that it’s owed! I met a local (I think I was the only “foreigner”) and we hashed out all the world’s problems. The only problem was I wish I had more time to stay that night. The live music was good (but a bit too loud for me... what a shame... so we just moved outside and enjoyed the view!). This is a must visit hole-in-the-wall if that’s your thing.

We so enjoyed the bar upstairs! Great staff & great prices. After a sail (or the Children's Museum) it's a perfect place to stop with a great view. Go - just go, you won't regret it!

Was here for a private event in the evening, great views of the GG bridge and ship traffic, old school boat club interior, reasonable drink prices, a quieter space in the crowded bay scene.

Million dollar view of the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge. Decent wine, bubbly and beer. Not is a full bar but just basic drinks. Staff is friendly.

Love the large expansive room with huge windows looking onto the Golden Gate Bridge. Also, the service is nice and the draft selection is nice.

Best bar in the bay area. Spectacular view of the Gate, easy parking, chill crowd, stiff drinks. Not much by way of food. Music and dancing Thurs, Fri, Sat. Seems to be dog friendly for well-behaved dogs.

Awesome secret spot with a killer view of the city. Good place to throw a surprise birthday party.
