This place is always great, me and my girlfriend come here all the time. One of the reasons we like coming here is because of the friendliness of their employees. Taniya always greets us with a “Hello” and a big smile. On this particular occasion, I guess her manager came to the front and started scolding her in front of us and other guests. We did not like this. This is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

Taniya was absolutely amazing as always. I always have a great experience when she takes my order. She’s the sweetest girl ever. One thing I didn’t like today was how rude her manager was to her in front of me and other customers. She was very disrespectful and needs to be reprimanded.

$10.00 for a wrap is price gouging……

Customer service here by a specific Individual have been poor the last few times I’ve come. They don’t wear name tags so I have no idea their name but I observe them rolling their eyes and having judgmental conversations of Guests from inside the kitchen area. She also has incredibly long fake nails that shouldn’t be allowed under food and safety standards. If there was a smoothie place closer I’d 100% be going there otherwise I’ll be less inclined to coming here on the regular.

The people were nice but I got a chicken Caesar wrap and it was terrible. It was scalding hot. The lettuce and tomatoes were actually boiling hot. The chicken tasted like frozen Tyson chicken. I’m the least picky eater out there and I couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites. It was so bad. I don’t know if it’s meant to be like that but when I think chicken Caesar wrap, I think cool and fresh. That should be illegal to serve! Also, I’ve never left a google review anywhere when food is bad, that’s how bad this was.

Just go next door to blended. The quality and quantity of product has gone down dramatically. Not sure, it might just be this location.

simply put it was just plain nasty, out of strawberries and nonfat yogurt, roughly 70% of ur smoothies have strawberries so not sure how u let that happen. decided to still do my usual bahama mama and it was boarderline pure liquid and had almost no flavor, forgot to take a pic of it but i got one of the burnt wrap that came close to requiring a dentist appointment. not tryna be that guy but that was a solid waste of money for sure ill stick to the celebration location.

I keep trying to give this location a try because it’s closer to my house. But it takes 30 minutes for a smoothie and I ordered on the app. The smoothie is always watered down and just has no flavor. The food taste regular at best just depends what day you come and who makes it.

They went from ok to being the worse.

Normally I have a good experience at this location. Today I ordered a Baja wrap which I like for the toppings and roasted salsa, but as you can see, there are none. That was not the problem, as I could simply go up and ask for toppings on the side. The cashier was nice, but the lady in the back loudly said (where I and other guests could easily hear) that she did indeed put them and I was lying, even though I was polite and very clearly there are no toppings on the wrap. I was mortified and it took a lot for me to ask for toppings because I didn't want to bother them and the whole situation made me very anxious and almost cry after the lady said I was lying. The worker in the back then kept complaining (about me I'm not sure) after I sat down. Probably won't come back to this location again.

Lubin smoothies are the best he always makes mine perfect

Went here yesterday and was very disappointed. Our total was $32 and I had a $50 bill they refused to take it. This was annoying but was upset me was the attitude of the cashier. Very rude and unapologetic about the situation. Tropical Smoothie was my very first job at 16 so I know the “Tropitude” expectation and they did not meet it. Also a BOH worker had an AirPod in which in my experience is a write up. All in all not very impressed by the staff at this location.

The one takes orders was really nice, the girl who made my flat bread had an attitude problem, she wiped her nose with her bare hands while making my flatbread, added bacon to my chicken pesto, and didn’t give me my side

Gotta say, this is my least favorite location. I hardly ever go here but by chance we were at the loop and I wanted a smoothie. The smoothie was watered down and not full. Every other location fills the cup to the brim. Well worth the $8, but not here. Each time I order here it's never full to the top.

Wilted berries? Would you eat them? No. Please use fresh fruit. These look like they were in the back of a fridge and forgot about.

Manager is amazing. Unfortunately every time i come there’s always a major item missing (Bananas-meats for wraps etc. Which i believe is upper management’s issue. This store doesn’t make the smoothies like other stores which i believe to be the lack of ingredients or lack of training. Overall the young lady holds it down. I would hire older mature teens. Some of the kids there are very immature and can talk more than they work.

All 3 of us received extremely watered down smoothies. I go to tropical smoothie enough to know what my smoothie should taste like. I'll never return to this location.

Every single time I order from this location, my order is wrong. I decided to give it one more chance today. Not only did they forget two items from my order but I couldn't even eat the quesadilla. It was just melted cheese and pineapples. If I wanted that kind of quesadilla, that's what I would have ordered. Never again will I order from this location.

The food is good, but every time I come back I regret coming because of the wait time. If you’re not hungry you might as well go because by the time you’ll get your food you’ll be hungry. 😭

I have been to this location several times and the customer service is not there. It's very disappointing to see as I am a previous tropical smoothie employee. They reply as if they don't want to be there and with no energy. I sat there for 2 mins and everyone was on their phones in the back. Please get it together as this is a country wide franchise!

People make the difference. Farah was the young lady behind the counter, and was very pleasant and prompt and said she could substitute banana for pineapple in the Mango smoothie. Great service, great smoothie, super clean store, very quaint.

Wayyyyyyy over priced. 2 regular sized smoothies 16 dollars and some change. As if that isn't enough...when paying with a credit card it first asks for tip. As if that wasn't enough it defaults to an 18% tip and you have to manually go down two options to hit not tip. So this is designed to purposely add tip accidentally. Not coming back

I came in today and ordered an $8 smoothie and paid. After I paid my 4 year old son said he wanted water, so I asked the cashier for a cup of water. He told me he’d have to charge me .25 cents for a cup of water. My jaw dropped. He said it was the management that made them charge for tap water. Never coming back. It’s the principle of the thing. You don’t charge anyone for a cup of water. That’s hospitality 101.

Friendly manager , hardly and wait time, clean, calm and cool atmosphere. I recommend the Loop location.

They often don't have ingredients for the smoothie you want. You also have to wait long for your order, even if you ordered online.

There is no better way to start the morning. A smoothie before a nice walk around the park is satisfying and refreshing. This location is really busy. It is in a plaza with lots of retail shopping stores.

Ordered online pickup. The order was not ready and could not be filled due to being out of the ingredients to make Island Punch? This was at 230pm yesterday. We tried to cancel on the app since we knew from previous problems at other locations that this is the process. It wouldn't allow it saying asap orders had to be handled in store. The cashier said she couldn't do it and to write my number on the receipt to give to the manager to call me. I asked for a copy of the receipt and was told to take a picture of it instead. I left my info and have not been called or refunded and left with no Island Punch which was unfortunate since we were looking forward to it.

I can’t believe this!!! My flatbread had ONLY two small pieces of chicken! 2 tiny pieces. They made it with spinach when the menu says romaine lettuce! I had never ordered a chipotle chicken club and comes with spinach! No one asked me for the side and when I the flatbread was given to me, If I don’t ask for the side, none if the employees would ask me or even gave it to me.Also one of them did not know how to redeem rewards! The food was handed to me not even 1 minute after I ordered! It was a to go order! And NO WONDER! They did a Horrible job not knowing how to even make a SIMPLE flatbread! Shame! Advise: Talk less! Earn the money working right and learn the menu!

So I stopped going to this tropical smoothie because of the customer service and the wait was always ridiculous. I started going back recently and it's been great. Looks like it's a whole new team. The lady who picks up the phone is always friendly and the food has been on point and fast.

I came in to order a smoothie and asked for a cup of water for my son. The cashier said it was .27 cents which I found ridiculous. I know it’s not much but the cashier has no emotion when i expressed that . Horrible customer service , no empathy.

If I wanted a cheese wrap I would have ordered just that. Please ease up on the cheese. Both of my wraps came the same. I couldn’t even eat it. You can see in the picture provided the big block of cheese. Maybe retraining staff on proper portions could help.

I live about 30 minutes away from the closest tropical smoothie I’ve been calling the whole time, when someone did answer there was no “can I put you on a brief hold” I was just hearing the person in store ordering. Trying to say hello? Hello? And no answer. This isn’t the first time. Have better customer service

I used to love coming here when they first opened up. Now, its just ridiculous. The wait lines are terrible, every time I come here they always say they’re not serving smoothies like what is the point of coming here? The staff isn’t that great either. If you want better service go to the other spot in Landstar! Better staff , shorter wait times and larger space for your comfort!

The Manager was a very awful person would not let me use my coupon on my app even if I came back the next day. Not even will not give me a discount saying she remembering me from the next day saying only one coupon per person. Your company really sucks need batter management on your company and managers.

This is a smaller tropical smoothie. Smoothies have always been well made. The only complaint is inconsistent online ordering. They used to keep them in the cooler but the last time I went they were out in a cube, not refrigerated.

Store closes before close time, don't waste your time. Get there 5 min before close, and guy says they're closing. So I clarify does that mean your actually closed? Do your store hours of service do not actually reflect your time. Short story long, the worker couldn't admit they're closed and was rude since the moment we walked in. Also had to pause and look at clock before answering. Zero hospitality, wouldn't actually say they're closed probably to avoid getting in trouble. But from reading other reviews, looks like they close a good hour before stated times anyways 🤷‍♀️ Don't expect much from here as they're probably going to be closing to avoid service.

I ordered delivery from this location today on their app and it was delivered by someone from doordash who forgot to grab my smoothies and told me he couldn’t go back to get them for some reason. I called the location and they were super friendly and helpful. I was still able to get my smoothies which I really appreciated

Customs service sucks especially on Sundays and let me explained why. If you closed your store at 8pm it means that you close doors at 8pm not 7:50pm and stop serving at 7:45pm because you already clean machine. Your cleaning start when you close the shop.

If i could give no stars i would. Run by a bunch teenagers with no customer service. None of the ones making food had hair nets, most had airpods in that could fall into the food at any time. We waited forever for the food and they got my order wrong twice but claimed it was right the second time. Major attitudes. Find any other location if possible. It's not worth it unless you're desperate.

The last 2 times I have ordered from the app my order has been incorrect. Because I order through the tropical smoothie app for delivery, this location blames my incorrect order on the driver. The last order they didn't send me a smoothie that was ordered and never refunded the $7 I paid. This recent order has the wrong side and no straws for the smoothie. I can't even drink my $7 smoothie. I called and they did not offer to help.Terrible customer service

Hired by Sheron the manager for the assistant manager position but with false pretentious. With already existing management issues was unable to successful learn and train in assistant manager duties. When trying to resolve said management issues and express concerns such as child labor laws not being followed was informed that they were not important and the children should just take breaks as needed. Thankful for finding better placement.

I love tropical smoothie even with prices being high . My husband went to pick up food for ourselves and our daughter and was told they stop serving food at 7 , they close at 8 he got there at 715 whats the point of staying open till 8 . Out of all the stores I've been to I've never been told this. This isn't this first bad expierence at this location. Staff if rude. Guess we all should believe the reviews of this location.

The manager at this location is very rude. I ordered on the app for pickup and waited in the lobby for my order. After about 20 mins, I watched a bunch of people who ordered at the counter after me come and go as they called their names when their orders were ready. When I went to ask about it, she proceeded to lecture me, stating that I should have went to the counter to be updated on my order. Additionally, every time I order a side of the Kale Apple slaw from this location, you only get an amount smaller than the size of a Costco sample. Complete ripoff. I've tried bringing these issues up on your website, but no one has ever gotten back to me. We will never be back to this location.

This location has awful customer service. Upon walking in we were told that it would be a 20 minute wait, even though there were only a few other people in the cafe that had already been served. The workers have zero motivation to be there or serve customers, 0/10.

I came here today (03/17/22) at 8am just opening because my 3 y/o niece couldn’t wait longer in the car, so I know it was too early I know the employees might not have the best mood, but come on… the girl that took my order… you can tell she didn’t want to work.. I didn’t want to bother her so I could read the menu fast, so I just asked her for the avocado cheese grill sandwich to my niece because I didn’t see the kids menu, and I told her “it’s for my niece, just take off the avocado” and she was “but it’s not for kids it’s big” and I said “that’s fine, just need a grill cheese for her, take off the avocado” and instead of offered me the kids menu she just took my order and left to seat in a table… like… what??? I literally didn’t have where to seat because they were still opening… so I saw couple seats in the back and asked her “are those the seats that go here in this table?” Hoping she help me moving the two chairs, she said “yes” and keep seating watching her phone…. So I guess I have to do it myself, took the chairs one by one (the cutiest thing is that my niece tried to help me) and we sat to wait. When other (nice) lady brought me the food.. HAS AVOCADO! I said omg the one thing I asked 🤦🏻‍♀️ and she apologized and brought me another, she said the cashier girl didn’t tell her anything! The food was ok.. just the attention, like what is going on? I really hope the manager read this and see the cameras because that was absolutely ridiculous

I have to wait 50 minutes for the online order of three smoothies and three meals unacceptable.

The cashier was absolutely rude, she not only yelled at me but yelled at a costumer for asking for a pen. She let my order sit there versus handing it to me and was just all around a lousy worker. i wish she was wearing a name tag so that she could be held accountable for her actions.

This location on Osceola Parkway in the Loop is the worst location I've been too.. Worst customer service and the lady manager that I did not get her name is horrible. Always has an attitude. Been there twice while she was working and I will never go again.

Smoothie is good but the way they set up your payment option it makes you give them 10% tip it has no choice but to give them that 10% so did not like that I asked the lady she said press the green button when I looked at my account they charged me some change but it the idea of them making you give them a tip did not enjoy my experience
