This place is such a lovely gem! 💎 The owner Grace is beautiful inside and out and her personality comes through in the ambiance and offerings of her quaint cafe. Everything is perfect, pastries, delectable Venezuelan and Hispanic cuisine, and culinary treasures to go.

If you're on a tight schedule, don't go here without pre-ordering your food. We were getting a bit antsy to leave since we had to be other places, and we expressed some questions about the timing on when will we see the food, Kept getting "2 more minutes" from the owner, every 10 minutes, Eventually, the owner started to argue about the time it took to make our food, among other things. We have a time stamp and it took 45 mins, but their claim was no more than 20 minutes. Anyway, feels a bit like we were gaslit for no reason. I get it takes some time to get the best result, but we didn't expect it to take this long, and definitely didn't expect to get into an argument about it instead of understanding and support. Not the best service, although the food is pretty good.

Great venezuelan arepas, which are difficult to find east of Pittsburgh. I ordered 2 thinking they would be somewhat empty, but I was wrong - they will serve you very stuffed empanadas, packed with savory meat, so careful when ordering 😜 Great environment also, cozy and peaceful.

Really cute little Cafe. Extremely kind employees, and delicious coffee. I have only had a ham and cheese arepa, and a dulce de leche cookie, but both were excellent and I look forward to trying more of their menu. Super hooked on their cortaditos. 👌 *update* Still as lovely as ever. Iced versions of the drinks are phenomenal.

Outstanding food- I got the Arepa Sifrina and it was incredible. Also got the chicha latte which was surprisingly frothy and delightful. The staff is also super sweet.

The Arepas are absolutely delicious! I loved the Sifrina one filled with amazingly flavorful shredded chicken! The coffee was also very tasty! And the Cafe is very homey and cute too 😍

They were super sweet and the music was too loud where I couldn't hear my friend talking across the table and she kindly turned down the music. I would highly recommend this little café!

I was there today with a friend and my 2 year old. The staff were friendly and explained the menu items I was unfamiliar with. It was a great atmosphere and had plenty of seating. The food was delicious and they even had a play area which kept my toddler entertained while my friend and I caught up

Everything about this cafe is warm and inviting, from the food to the owners and atmosphere. I highly recommend the arepas, and if you’re unsure what to order, the order, Grace, will be happy to help with recommendations.

A favorite place for a quick coffee (Cortadita!), a light lunch, or a meeting with a friend. The team there is super friendly and helpful, and the coffee is excellent.

Wow. Made an order here online, came in 15 min later and a staff member said the chef was out so they hadn't confirmed the order, and they didn't know when they'd be back. I said fine, cancel the order, no problem. 15 min later I get a charge to my credit card, I call them, and the chef (now back) says I have to pay for the order, even though I already got food elsewhere. I told them what I had told their staff, but she didn't budge, and pretended this didn't happen. I disputed with the cc company and the owner lied about the whole thing. Over a sandwich!!!

Fui a desayunar un domingo con mi esposo y nos tomamos un cafecito rico acompañado de unas arepas que estaban muy buenas. También comimos empanadas y compramos productos para llevar. El lugar está bastante agradable y Los dueños se esfuerzan en atender y hacer sentir bien a los clientes. Volvería.

Visiting from Cleveland, this is the first place my partner and I stopped at. It was an excellent choice! This place has a cozy atmosphere and the staff are super kind. We had the Empanadas, the Tamarind juice, Yucca fries, and the Tres Leches cake. All of it was absolutely delicious. After a long drive, I’m glad we stopped at this place first. As a Brazilian, I felt very much at home.

Really enjoyed everything here! Their cortado is far superior to any other one I have ever had. There are snacks and desserts, some of which are a little pricey but are very good and freshly made. It is a cozy spot, a very inviting space. A family run business wise staff is beyond friendly. They are a real gem and I will occasionally take the tell out there just because I like them so much.

The best cortado coffee in the greater Pittsburgh area. Period. The owner is a wonderful lady who cares a lot about her products and the quality of the service she provides. I am always greeted with a smile and we chat about our day, that’s the great thing about neighborhood cafes. Definitely worth a visit when your are in the hood. Also, great place to buy treats from South America.

Absolutely love this place. The Americanos are so rich and strong, and the cortadito is a lovely sweet sip when that's what you're in the mood for. So far we've tried the Cuban sandwich, empanadas, Americana and sofrina arepas, and the alfajores con chocolate....all of it delicious. The service is always on point, kind and helpful, and I like the relaxed vibe a lot. A place where I can bring a book and relax for a bit without feeling like they wish I would move on.

A total gem if you're in the Fox Chapel area. Genuine hospitality and the most delicious cortado I've had. Truly an immersive experience. Raina is wonderful. A great space to chill out and knock out some emails.

Popped in one morning looking for a quick bite. So glad we did! The cafe is adorably decorated, the staff is exceptionally friendly and the food, oh the food... Homemade empanadas and arepas. We cannot wait to stop by again!!!

This place is a beautiful blend of South American baked and fried specialties and a small grocery store for S.A. goods. We LOVE the Cortaditos and have been working through the menu - starting with empanadas.

This is a great place. They have a lot of venezuelan treats. I love the polvorosa cookies. My boyfriend gets the toddy all the time (this is venezuelan chocolate milk). The arepas are good and coffee. Recommend!!

I really liked my cortadito coffee, and the music while I was waiting was really good too. The mozzarella arepa was delicious. The alfajores looked so beautiful, and I'll have to try them next time.

Empeñadas are absolutely amazing, the alfajores are to die for, and the cortaditos are a must if you like a dessert coffee treat! Everything I’ve had there has been great and the people who run it are delightful!

Sweet little place off the beaten path with Venezuelan foods (Arepas and Empanadas) plus coffee. Come support our local businesses and enjoy the exploration of new flavors! We had the llanero arepa and the Sifrina arepa. Highly recommend. Plan to come back with the grandkids because they have a cute kid play corner too

Beautifully decorated, immediate and friendly service, and both the drinks and pastries were delicious. Dining room was bright and fun, with tables, a couch, and done high-tops. They even have a little kids play area with a mini kitchen and some puzzles. They also sell some pantry-style goods (coffee beans, Mexican hot chocolate, South American biscuits/ingredients) and some cute mugs/t-shirts and such.
