Fantastic diner tucked away right near the park. Fantastic pancakes and loved Nic's Sammie!

One word sums up my experience: excellent! The food is locally sourced, which I feel strongly about. Cooked to perfection and the server was extremely attentive. If I'm on the NYS thruway again, I will stop in!

Great comfort breakfast foods and excellent prices. Cheaper than McDonald’s but 100x quality.

My wife and I have been there for breakfast and dinner. Definitely need to make it there for lunch. Cozy, friendly atmosphere, great service and nice people. The breakfast food actually much better than most places we've gone to in the area and I don't even want to mention dinner because the place is packed on a Friday night, and I want a chance to eat. They are now our go to place for Friday night dinner. Just had their Sloppy Joe's w/ tater tots, I am not exaggerating, it was like stepping back in time, just like my mom made it. This place is a little gem, they get a top rating from us!

As I sit in the restaurant eating my meal, I am raving about how perfectly cooked my meat lover’s omelette is. The food is AMAZING. The waitress is on the run as it’s busy, but she is also amazing. If I could give this place a trillion stars I sure would!!

Great food, our server was awesome, food was super affordable, and the place made us feel at home. We tried eating somewhere different every day during our trip and should have just stuck with Tucci's, that's definitely what's we'll do next time.

They have great burgers and their fish fry is excellent. It's a small, quiet diner that is sort of hidden. Service is great, also. You must try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Nice place to eat once in a while. A tad on the pricey sidle. For example with tip we paid $41 here for two people to eat. We could’ve gone to Denny’s and paid $28 for us both to eat breakfast. Overall, it was a positive experience eating here.

First visit but it will not be the last! We are working in the area for the summer and love stopping at local restaurants and this one did not disappoint! We met one of the owners and she was absolutely amazing. My husband had the chocolate chip pancake and we’re from the south and they made it the way he likes it, with the chocolate chips in the pancake and not thrown on top after it’s cooked and this was a plate size pancake not a small one! Corn beef hash was delicious, cooked just right, the edges had that crisp but they weren’t over cooked, they also made the over medium eggs perfect! Highly recommend!

Great Diner atmosphere. This was the best fish fry I’ve ever had. The fries are so so but the fish fry just awesome. No grease and so tasty. If it’s Friday get there before it sells out! Going g back today & try the famous burgers.

Absolutely fantastic diner! We decided to try it for breakfast, and we went back for lunch. Nic clearly cares a lot about his food and his customers. He came out and chatted with us both times. Beth was a friendly and attentive server, and the food was outstanding! Pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, fries, and of course, the burger, everything was incredible. This is going to become a frequent spot for us, no doubt!

Quaint diner, with an owner who looks like he is devoted to his business. Friendly, and the food is solid... Price is very reasonable. 1.00 for pure maple syrup. Absolutely a gem on a stop to see the eclipse. I'm glad we stopped, and if we come back this way we will search this out.

Breakfast was delicious. Wait staff was very attentive. Coffee could be a little stronger, that's my preference.

Got there late about. 7 our order took some time to get . My tater tots were over cooked and we couldn't get a fish fry. We kinda felt rushed as they were putting chairs on the empty tables . We have been there before and had a great time. . Guess it depends on the time of day.

We came in with a large party with a toddler, the service was outstanding, so friendly and attentive. Great relaxed atmosphere. Food was served hot and quickly. 10/10 recommendation.

Wow! Our first time getting the fish fry dinner!! It is the best we’ve ever had! Perfect fish, not greasy, not heavily battered, light and fluffy! Amazingly delicious! Definitely going back!

**Edit since I can't respond to her reply.. Venting a box doesn't help grease go away... Proper cooking and food handling helps. I live 5 miles away and as I said- got home, opened my box, was grossed out by my food and left. Never has this issue at Connie's..I blocked the FB page because she still hasn't let it go. Don't go to Tucci's diner... The food is decent most of the time but last night it was a greasy mess (not to mention I have as told pick up at 6 and it was 620 before I left) I FB messaged the owner last night and she was nothing but defensive and even a bit rude. I didn't know want my money back- just for them to know. Her significant other runs the business with her and he was there last night.. he let the food out of the kitchen like it was. Now, this morning my hubby isn't feeling well, likely from the greasy food!! I won't get me some Tucci's any time soon 🤢

We stopped in traveling from Ithaca to Rochester. What an incredible find, it could possibly be the best diner breakfast I have ever had. Pancakes, sausage, bacon, everything was perfect. I hear their burgers are also fantastic. I’ll be back to have one.

Our number one pick for Breakfast! The eggs are always cooked way they are ordered and the crispy bacon is the best in town.

We ended up leaving that diner due to the waitress attitude upon greeting my girlfriend and me. We ended up going to Tucci diner. Overall, excellent experience and home felt. Highly, recommended. A must stop. The best breakfasts and maybe lunch too. We stopped by for breakfast and had to return the next morning. Homey atmosphere, warm friendly staff, and a dedicated local crowd that shows up at 7 every morning when they open.

Not very impressed! I heard it was a great place, best food... I went there on a Friday evening for their "famed" fish dinner($17.00), and of course, they were out of fish. I sat for about 10 minutes before the waitress brought me a menu. After I ordered their version of the trash plate, it took about a half hour to get it to my seat, and it wasn'tvery good! 🤮 I literally threw it up just a few hours later! BTW, while I waited, the waitress offered me nothing to drink, not water, coffee...

Great little diner, with good freshly prepared food, locally sourced. Friendly staff with lots of regulars. Everybody seemed to know each other during our visit. They are testing out new appetizers starting today (5/21/23) with fried cauliflower bits with mild or housemade Buffalo sauce.

Prompt service, great portion size! Everything was made for locally sourced products and you could tell. Everything came out promptly and the coffee kept coming. Highly recommend. Clean too!

They helped us get a 10 person bachelorette party in on short notice and didn’t miss a single thing on our lengthy order. Super friendly, accommodating, and when one of the girls in our party started feeling sick and stepped outside, they brought us orange juice for her and helped make sure she was okay. The loveliest people and great food.

We are on vacation from NJ and stopped by on Wednesday and had an amazing breakfast! We are heading out of town now and had to stop again for a great meal!! Fresh food from local businesses makes it even better! We highly recommend to everyone!!

Tucci's is the kind of local restaurant that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. They have the best fish fry in town and their breakfasts are excellent.

The burgers were superb. Ordered the bloomin burger and it came to me perfectly made. It was a busy Friday night and we were concerned about time bc we had a play to attend... food was out to us within 20 minutes, that included appetizer time... couldn't have been happier.

This place is AMAZING. We are all huge breakfast snobs and none of us had any complaints - other than being sad that they’re not closer to where we actually live (please come to Boston!). EVERYTHING was great, so much flavor. The hash browns are addictive, be warned! I’m craving some now!

Stopped in this morning to have breakfast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. I have to say that they were the best I have had since I moved back from Kentucky. The biscuits were absolutely melt in your mouth. The wait staff make you feel right at home whether you are a first time customer or a long time customer. I am so glad I chose Tucci's to try for my first time eating out at a restaurant since my husband passed, I felt right at home and comfortable.

We were in town for a long weekend getaway and found Tucci's for breakfast and we are couldn't be happier! The food was amazing and the hospitality was second to none!

3 seperate visits: Had goulash... sauce was delicious but pasta was way overcooked. Chicken tenders were hard and extremely dry Ordered decaf tea. Was brought a very large tea bag. It was the nastiest tea I have ever tasted. Could not drink it at all. Asked waitress what brand the tea was or if it was old. Got no response

Had lunch at Tucci's yesterday. The food was really good, the staff were pleasant and welcoming. It had a great atmosphere so I'll definitely be back.

My Husband and I decided to give it a go and try some place new! I had been seeing alot of the food they serve on their FB page and it all looks delicious! We stopped in and were glad we did! Our waitress was so nice! The food was great! I ordered a blooming burger and my husband had pancakes home fries and eggs! Absolutely no complaints from us and we will be coming back! So, I came upon a Border City gem of a diner this afternoon…TUCCI’S FAMIlY DINER (the old Patsy’s Diner back in the day). Being a regular at Patsy’s, to my surprise, TUCCI’s now has a modern, updated look and feel. Let me get to the food…OUTSTANDING! Reasonably priced for the quality! Found myself sharing with my guests. Let me tell you this…tried the angus burger called the “QUICKIE”. Order the QUICKIE! You won’t go wrong and never again will you long for the normal burger elsewhere. The owners are pleasant. They understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. What? True customer service these days is a thing of the past. Come to TUCCI’S Family Diner to be treated like family. I did! TUCCI’S is now my go-to after just (1) visit. This Diner puts the local competition to shame. So what are you waiting for…business hours are Mon - Sat (7 am - 1 pm) and Fri (4 pm - 8 pm). Go ahead, make the short drive to TUCCI’S at 339 Waterloo-Geneva Road (Border City). What are you waiting for…

It was second time there this time was not so good they only had 1 waitress and she was busy with others and ignored us for a while we sat at a table that had a heater over it and made our table The burger I had was and the sausage my boyfriend had was good and the mac salad was good fries were greasy. It was ok.

Tucci's diner is by far my favorite breakfast place, I travel from Rochester for the best! Don't forget to stop in for an early lunch or an occasional evening dinner. The fish fry is the best and town, order early. They sell out fast! The owners Nick and Carrie are the sweetest, Beth is the best server and so attentive.
