Ceylor (our server) was so sweet, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home! We LOVED how her fun energy added to the experience. We especially loved the cheesecake and steak rolls. Our server made us feel super special on my husband's birthday, and made the night a success.

We are on vacation from New Jersey and My husband wanted to have a nice dinner as we enjoy fine dinning as a couple. He selected Ambrosia, not knowing much about the place, based solely on menu. From the doors being held open for us to just a wonderful greeting by all staff members was by far a great start! As we were seated our waiter was very polite and outgoing. Dinner was wonderful we will come back again!! Entire staff and management were above standards!! The team work was very recognized from start to finish we felt taken care of and well fed❤️❤️ A must try place if your looking for top notch service and food!!

We are on vacation and came to relax, but we were very rushed. Our apps and dinner came out at the same time. They ended up taking our dinner back while we ate our apps, but once my husband finished his, they brought out the main and then my plate sat at the other end of the table while I finished my soup. As soon as my husband ate his last bite of food, they came and took our plates and brought the check. We weren’t asked if we wanted coffee or dessert and there were still other people eating and the restaurant was open for another hour. Just felt very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre

The whole experience was wonderful. The restaurant was beautiful and the vibe was amazing. The server, Terraine, was really awesome. I appreciate her professionalism and her attention to detail and her attentiveness. I love when a server avoids using sex appeal to “get a better tip”. I think it probably was the most positive experience I’ve had with a server ever. She was positive cheerful and very helpful. She told us about the menu she told us about the special and she made sure that we got everything we needed in a timely manner. The food was so delicious. We had the 30a fish platter, and we had the sautéed mushrooms. We also indulged in the coconut cream pie. I’m thinking maybe it was homemade because I’ve never had anything like it before in my life. It was great! It was a wonderful night, celebrating our relationship, and trying a new place!!! I would give this place 10 out of 10 if I could. I highly recommend.

Just cocktails but very good experience

Wife and I decided to celebrate our 20 year anniversary at the restaurant. What a great experience we had with the ambiance, customer service and the amazing and delicious food. We are from Miami and we found the prices extremely reasonable compared to the ones in Miami. I think we would like to retire here in Panama beach or Rosemary. So many nice people and places our top choice was this restaurant. Tomorrow we leave for the rat race in Miami.

We celebrated two Birthdays at Ambrosia and could not have had a better evening! A high 5 to the Chef!! The menu was delectable- the BEST crab cake I’ve ever eaten! Our server, Ceylor, gave us wonderful suggestions (Lobster Bisque, Wagyu Bread and scallops) and service! The restaurant is beautiful, especially the lounge!

Food was good but the service was slow. Dozen oysters got delivered 20 minutes apart for each half dozen. Bisque got delivered one person at a time. Food runners couldn’t identify entree’s. Our corner was hot. We were all sweating. Waiter was friendly but dinner took 2 hours.

My first time in this restaurant and it was amazing! I am spending the whole week in Destin, Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach enjoying vacation. This restaurant is by far the BEST we went during all my stay here. Everything is great. Food, service, place, dessert, etc. We were lucky to have Christa as our server. She is AMAZING and made our experience unforgettable. The manager (Kevin) was also very helpful and gave us all the attention we needed. We ordered fish 🐟 and it was delicious. My wife ordered the trio (fish) and she was delighted with such flavors. All fresh! Dessert were delicious 🤤! We will definitely return! I strongly recommend this restaurant. It is about the whole experience! Just amazing…!

This was by far the BEST restaurant we ate at during our whole beach trip. The service, the food, and the atmosphere were amazing. But most of all, the service was the highlight. Our server Greyson truly made our whole night. He recommended us his favorites - the wagyu filet, loaded mashed potatoe, and crab cakes. And he did NOT disappoint!!! He made us feel so welcome and did not miss a beat. We will definitely be back at Ambrosia for our next vacation!

One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The filet melted like butter and the red snapper was very fresh. Cocktails were also well made. The atmosphere was also very upscale and our server was amazing. We will 100% be back.

Our meal at Ambrosia was great. The food tasted amazing. Plan to pay a pretty penny for the meal. I would say the atmosphere inside is nice but not amazing. I do recommend eating here.

Perfect Dining Experience WOW...we had an amazing dining experience at Ambrosia on Thursday June 27th!!! Kevin and his entire team delivered a friendly and highly attentive environment from the welcome we received as we walked in the door, to the fabulous service provided by our server Anna, to the personal attention from the rest of the staff, we were highly impressed above our expectations!!! The whole Ambrosia staff went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect dinner. The Butcher's Back Rack appetizer was mouth-watering delicious as were the Pineapple Sweet Rolls. The BLT Wedge salads were scrumptious and our main entrees of Pan-Seared Grouper, Petite Filet Mignon steaks, and Joyce Farms Heritage Chicken were perfectly prepared. Our favorite side dish was the Sweet Potato Casserole, followed by Loaded Mashed Potatoes and these were a tasty compliment to our main dishes. We finished our wonderful dining experience with a New York Style Cheesecake and Seven Layer Chocolate Cake that more than satisfied my family's sweet tooth. We rank Ambrosia as our # 1 restaurant in the area displacing Cafe Thirty-A! This is our third visit to Ambrosia in the past 12 months and our family looks forward to our next experience.

Great food and friendly service!!!

Siobhan was AMAZING!! She was such a beautiful woman with amazing service and she made us feel so comfortable! We had a bottle of Prosecco and they made sure our glasses were always full until it was gone. We also had the Taste of 30a which you should also have if it's still on the menu. My husband got the Robin Leach Scallops which had delicious broccoloni and an awesome parsnip puree. Got the mushrooms as a side and they did not disappoint. So you should definitely go and sit with Siobhan for an experience that will not disappoint! She also recommended a great bakery nearby that we'll have to try on our way home. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIOBHAN, YOU MADE OUR DATE NIGHT PERFECT!

We had a fantastic experience at Ambrosia! My boyfriend loved the taste of 30A, and my ribeye was delicious. Our server, Quinton, provided exceptional service, and when there was a delay with our oysters, manager Courtney personally delivered them with a sincere apology and even removed them from our bill. The crab cake, though pricey, was absolutely worth it — one of the best I've ever had! And don't miss out on their incredible key lime pie! The drinks were also fantastic!

Amazing discovery while on a getaway in the area. Everything was perfect from the food (-beef tartare: melt in you mouth small chunks of beef perfectly seasoned,- lobster bisque: very flavorful and not watered down/using fillers like many places do, -30a fish trio: very generous portions,fishes couldn't taste any fresher with perfect pairings, -scallops: perfectly cooked.That champagne and caviar sauce was to die for, make sure you use every drip of it as you don't want to leave any caviar uneaten :p. And to end it all -perfectly crafted dessert martinis big props to the bartender.) the service by Quentin, and atmosphere/decor. 100% recommend!.

During our vacation, we celebrated a birthday dinner at Ambrosia, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The evening began with refreshing cocktails and appetizers that included oysters, (amazing mignonette), pineapple rolls, she-crab soup, and lobster bisque. We loved them all but the lobster bisque was watered down and lacked the richness we anticipated. For dinner, we shared a bottle of wine and an outstanding caesar salad. Our entrees were all very impressive: jumbo crab cake, scallops, and filets. The scallops were some of the best I've ever had. We concluded our meal with the crème brulee and coconut cream pie and both were out of this world! Dessert is a must! The service throughout the evening was excellent, with attentive and plentiful staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We will be back!

Celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary here. Experience was amazing- greeted by name, Champagne toast for our celebration and crème brûlée compliments of the restaurant topped it off. Food was perfect- especially the lump crab cake. All staff was attentive and helpful- especially Marissa H. Highly recommended!

5 stars simply for Krista. Her kindness and hospitality was unmatched. We waited quite a bit for our food and had to send one item back, and she was very gracious and honest. For a restaurant that was struggling to keep up with orders and a very large table across from us sent several dishes back, Krista was able to save the situation from being a total bust and kept us from leaving totally disappointed. Be good to Krista, she’s a gem!!

Ambrosia exceeded all expectations for an exquisite dining experience! We were visiting for the second time, one year prior, and I was looking for a top-notch steak, and I hit the jackpot here. I chose the NY strip and it was fantastic. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just as requested! My wife had the stuffed flounder and it was great to get high quality fish along with tremendous steaks. Kevin, the managing partner was available and he personally saw to it that my wife and I had a great meal and a textbook experience on a 30-A beach trip. Highly recommend, great bar selections, a good and varied wine list and of course an awesome chef prepared meal is what I received at Ambrosia.

Best Seafood and Steakhouse on 30A!! Phenomenal service!!

Me and my partner had an amazing time. I have eaten at a lot of fine dining restaurants and this one is up there in terms of quality of service, food, and ambiance. The restaurant atmosphere and booths are spacious, comfortable and private. I don’t know what else I could have asked for. Our waiter Kent was new to the area, but he was an absolute natural. He was so easy to speak to and get to know. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I feel like he was always one step ahead in what I needed and I genuinely appreciate the thought he took in our experience. We told Kent that we weren’t celebrating anything special this evening but by the end of the night things went so well we decided to call it an early anniversary dinner. It was just that good!! :) I don’t say that lightly. The food was amazing, the duke lake cocktail (butterscotch version) was perfectly balanced for me. She crab soup, pineapple bread, and red snapper was just all better than I imagined it would. My partner’s steak was tender and cooked to temp perfectly. Just an amazing experience through and through and I can’t wait to go back soon.

Guess who’s coming to dinner ???

My husband and I were visiting alys beach at end of April and decided to venture (less than) 5 minutes down the road to ambrosia. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and wow we were so blown away by the service and food! We tried the crab claws, raw oysters, sweet potato casserole, and unbelievably tender and perfectly cooked medium rare steak. Do not sleep on this hidden gem. DELICIOUS and we will 1000% be returning on our next beach trip. Thank you Wesley you were amazing as our server!

The evening was magical for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner. The food was Devine, the service was to die for. Lynn, our server was on time, never missing a beat. Kevin, our maitre D' was always there to keep things moving.

This place is a must! I recently moved to the area and have fallen in love with the food scene, but Ambrosia definitely left an impression. My family and I got an appetizer to share, 3 entrees, and a dessert to end the experience. Our server Juan Carlos was very attentive, and made for a fun night. Although it’s not pictured, we ordered the Angel Eggs and let me tell you- order them. The bacon marmalade is the perfect amount of Smokey and sweet, the shrimp is battered and fried to golden perfection, and the eggs themselves tie it all together. We ordered the Surf and Turf, Lobster Agnolotti, and Crab Stuffed Flounder. Everything was delicious. We ended up just sharing our plates because we all wanted a piece of everything. I would say the Surf and Turf is a great bang for your buck, the Lobster Agnolotti filling was subtle and paired nicely with the red sauce, and the Crab Stuffed Flounder was so fresh and unlike anything I’ve had in the area. The Crème Brûlée was comfortably shared between the three of us. The sugar was torched perfectly, and not too thick when it leaves that sticky residue on your teeth. Overall definitely stop by! I’m excited to see what comes of Ambrosia. EDIT: You can’t leave multiple reviews on an establishment, but I wanted to share my latest experience! My family and I were the first customers for their new brunch service, and while there’s a few things that can be workshopped we walked away happy and with a full belly. We ordered the 30A Breakfast, it’s the perfect spread if you love a little bit of everything. I opted for the pancakes, they were fluffy but a touch too brown. The eggs were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the sausages were juicy and so flavorful. The only thing that I felt needed some possible workshopping were the garnishes/finishes and mini hashbrowns. The plate comes out being the same color, between the pancakes and the hash it’s all muted; I think some berries, a compote, maybe a bit of mascarpone would do wonders for the flavor and visual appeal. As for the hashbrowns they’re essentially tater tots- but for what they are I will say they are delicious. The staff are always so friendly and attentive, Grayson and Mitch were truly great!

We had the absolute BEST service ever!! We are travelers from Iowa and came to this restaurant after our reservation was cancelled and they were so amazing. Our waiter Hayden was so great as well as all the other staff! They went above and beyond and I felt SO special as a bride! The food was to die for!

I’m a local and have eaten here 4 times now. Their filet is one of the top filets on 30A. The happy hour is super fun and their managers are some of the most attentive in the area.

We were in the area and decided to drop in about a half hour before they began serving. They had a nice bar to get you warmed up and we hung out there for a little bit. The food and service was as close to perfect as you can get. We came in with no expectations, and left completely satisfied. Well will definitely be back.

Really great! The ambiance is great, total steakhouse vibes with a coastal feel. Service was exceptional. Our server was friendly and attentive without being too much. They have a great wine selection. Our food was wonderful! We ordered the deviled “Angel” eggs with bacon marmalade & fried shrimp. These are a MUST!!! The bacon marmalade needs to be jarred and sold. So good. We also each ordered the NY strip. It was cooked to order and seasoned well. We got all of the classic sides - Ceasar salads, sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes. All delicious. My son has a gluten allergy and they prepared him a beautiful chicken breast and veggies. It was good. Highly recommend this restaurant. We’ll be back!

Ambrosia is a wonderful restaurant. Although at the time it opened (roughly two years ago) there were too many glitches and many people including myself paused going there. Over the past year though, it has changed drastically, become consistently delicious and one of my favorites. The staff is excellent, the food is too, and the ambience is very nice. The chef at Ambrosia has been there now for more than a year and he made drastic improvements. Kevin, the general manager, is top notch. If you have not given Ambrosia a try in the past twelve months, I hope you will soon. I always enjoy the filet, but the crab stuffed flounder is my new seafood favorite. The loaded mashed potatoes are so good they are addictive (I crave them weekly), and the pineapple rolls are oh so good! The drinks are always good too!

It was my mom’s 70th birthday while on vacation for spring break, the original place we booked was too far so we found Ambrosia the day of and made a reservation with ease. Kent was our server and he provided exceptional service from start to finish. Everyone works as a team here and it shows. Lastly, I want to thank Kevin who is the managing partner, you put the cherry on top of our experience. Our little boys loved you! What a wonderful job you are doing with this restaurant and your team. We are still raving about this place and can’t wait to come back!!

The BEST restaurant at the beach! You can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients, all executed to perfection. Highly recommend the Angel eggs (creamy devil egg topped with a juicy, crunchy, freshly fried shrimp and sweet and savory bacon marmalade, it was heavenly…crab cake was divine, and the bacon rack appetizer is everything! The Wagyu filet and scallops melted in my mouth. Even then cheesecake was one of the best I’d tasted. Excellent service and relaxing ambiance. Very excited to go back!!!

Our favorite place for delicious drinks and amazing food!! We tried many restaurants in the last 3 weeks in the PCB and Rosemary Area!!! Bravo! I had a lovely evening and met so many lovely people, the food was amazing, I'm typically the type of person to cook my steak and not go buy a steak because nowhere can make it as good as mine well Ambroisa's chef officially makes better steaks than me. Trust me my steaks are good but Ambrosia has such incredible steaks it blew me away. If you get the chance to meet Kevin, Rebecka, Jessica, or Mr Graham then you are in for a treat trust me. The dessert list was prime just like ambrosia's everything else especially hospitality. I guess that's why they call it Ambrosia Prime Seafood & Steaks!! 10/10 would recommend!

Had an exceptional dining experience at Ambrosia! The steak tartare, rich lobster bisque and salted pineapple butter rolls were the perfect start. Then we dined on lobster mac & cheese, scallops and the most tender & flavorful filet Oscar. The sweet, creamy crème brûlée was the perfect end to our experience. We had a wonderful experience at Ambrosia for Happy Hour! White tablecloth service in a laid back atmosphere. We really enjoyed the Wagyu Bread, Stone Crab Claw, and Raw Oyster appetizers. And the Japanese Wagyu Steak melts in your mouth! Our server, Breanna, was very attentive and made sure we had a 5 star experience!

The food is out of this world decadent and delicious, the service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is calm, clean, and chic. The lobster bisque is the best I have had! I also recommend the brussels sprouts, bacon rack, and of course any of the wagyu steaks.

If you appreciate a 5 star experience, Ambrosia is the answer. Nothing compares within a 200 mile radius of Inlet Beach. If you are not 1000 % satisfied, the managing partner is typically seconds away to ensure you are accommodated. The staff is the game changer here. I once heard that you can judge dining experience by your water glass. If it remains full and you haven't noticed it filled, that's Ambrosia. EVERYONE that interacts with your experience, starting at the door when you are greeted by a cheery professional host, gets it. You truly feel you have entered your own personal experience. It's that attentive. And for food, it matches in quality. The Signature filet is on a different planet than all local fare. It's top shelf meat rivaling anything in the country. But not surprising as everything here has the touches of a standard that is over the top. As we locals have found, it starts with management. Let's hope Kevin is in it for the long haul, as Ambrosia is the long overdue standard our community deserves. Keep it coming Kevin! And let's hope there's another Yestaurant in the works.....

The owner and master genius Kevin knows what he is creating and definitely has thee BEST ESTABLISHMENT IN THE AREA! Also if you end up with COURTNEY AS YOUR WAITRESS BE READY FOR GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS, great customer service, and a great genuine personality that will not steer you wrong. Please don’t hesitate to enter this great wonderful place! It’s worth all you can think of! My wife and I will definitely be back!

My sister-in-law ushered us into Ambrosia and requested that we sit in the bar. What a beautiful bar area! Jaiden was our server—her timing and service were impeccable. We started with some drinks, and were treated with bleu cheese olives for the dirty martini. We ordered the flounder with gnocchi, grouper with couscous and a small filet mignon with sweet potato and fried okra as sides. Everything was outstanding. We tried a white Pinot at Jaiden’s suggestion, and it was delicious. We finished off with a top notch crème brulee. We will be back!

service was brutal. Our server was very nice, but dishes arrived haphazardly (or not at all), and manager never rescued the server. While i appreciated a few things being removed from the bill, truffle butter and a margarita doesn’t amount to much. Manager should have spoken to us. tough to justify ever coming here again. i’m only posting thai to be helpful to the business.

Over priced for the taste. Food was moderate at best. Service was great. Atmosphere we felt like it was set up like a cruise ship. 2.5 stars overall for me.

Christmas brunch with wife and stepdaughter was a wonderful fine dining experience. The exceptional professional server Terraine R did everything above and beyond to make out experience one to remember. Definitely a 5 * experience that we highly recommend the excellent food, service and ambiance.
