Tucci’s Boca Ratons best pizza, Food = excellent, my favorite pizza in the area. Can’t go wrong ordering a classic cheese to go, watch out for time in the box, make sure to have the pizza fresh out the oven. Take a couple bites in the parking lot before you leave and I can ensure satisfaction. Service = trash. A bunch of college kids working the establishment.

Very disappointed because I come in here once a week after picking up my child from daycare. All I asked was to be sat in the corner with my child & it was an issue!!!!!! I actually loved this place & today’s experience was horrible. & lack of care from the manager, shame! (AT NEW LOCATION)

One of the best Pizzas I've had in South Florida. Easily top 3 of all time! Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! I'd give it a 9.2 imho.

We loved this spot when it was at Mizner park. Great food and great vibe. They moved further north and opened a bigger location and to be honest I liked the smaller place. The service was better and you could see the pizza being cooked. At the new location each time I have to look for my server who’s left us unattended for a while to get my check. What really drives me nuts is how close the tables are. If there is only 2 of you, plan to eat with another couple because that’s what it feels like each time I’ve gone. It’s uncomfortably close and I hate hearing about everyone else’s life over my own convo. Additionally we only come for the chump pizza and we always ask for extra sauce up front and we never get it. We always have to ask multiple times. Please stop being stingy with the sauce. This is what makes this pizza phenomenal. I’ll pay extra whatever it is, just give it to me please.

The music was so loud and terrible we literally took our food to go. The pizza was good, but the atmosphere felt like a 13 year old girls birthday party, backstreet boys, taylor swift, beyonce etc. One employee turned it down and another went behind him and cranked it back up.

Way overhyped. Sauce is very acidic and the slices are very small. Will not be going back.

Salads are gigantic. Half of a salad was more than enough for 2 people as a starter. Pizza is great. Light crust, nice char. Excellent toppings.

My favorite pizza! Also love many other items on the menu, for example salads, escarole and beans soup and Tucci's wings. We eat here on a weekly basis and consistently fantastic!

Honestly the bad rating are just fake pizza aficionados desperate to be heard. The place is as good as it gets. A place with this reputation to not be a chain should say it all. The ingredients are superb and the dough quality is far above average. It’s pizza, it’s supposed to be simple. American Italian pizza, not Brazilian, not Wilton manners energies. Grow a pair and bring your woman here for the right slice. Unless you’re worried she’ll leave you for the staff because you are a shadow of a man.

My family has been telling me that this is the best pizza in Boca / Highland Beach / Delray and I was skeptical (I’m a pizza aficionado and snob). They were RIGHT. Tucci’s pizza is definitely one of the top 3 pizzas I’ve had in the world and in my life. HIGHLY recommend.

New to Boca Raton. Read the reviews. Looking for excellent pizza. So happy I came here. The staff were very friendly, informative, and fast. I ordered to go and waited. She let them know I was waiting. So fast. The Tony G was SUPERB! I've never had meatballs on a pizza and the caramelized onions were so yummy! I loved the half Caeser salad! I had a feast and a meal for two days in my hotel room! Delicioso! Magnifique! 10 stars!

Great Pizza with a great crust. Thinner and crispier than Anthony's Coal Fire. We really enjoyed the shaved sausage on our pizza. The wings had a bit too much rosemary but were still very good. We will be back. Updated review for New location! Wings were a bit dry but tasty. Pizza was very great! The broccoli rabe and sausage was excellent!

The food is definitely a 5 but it does feel like 3 star service. We visited in May and our waitress couldn't even fake a smile. Also, they offer no type of delivery option.

Tuccis is a Boca Raton institution serving some of the best pizza in the area. The new location is big so there’s a greater chance f actually getting a table. If you like coal fired pizza look no further. Thin crispy crust and served piping hot. If you eat in you can watch them cook from all tables. Craving great pizza with the freshest ingredients…this is the place.

What a nice cozy restaurant!! Food is fresh, delicious and big portions .Our waiter was so nice, friendly and polite. (He looked like Benson Boone the young musician - I actually told him so ) . We haven't tried their famous pizza yet. Next time for sure.

Pretty good pizza joint with limited menu options. Good for a quick pizza fix and the wings were good. If you require a more extensive menu or gluten free options, then go elsewhere.

Showed up at ten of three and was told they were closed. Sign clearly said 3pm. They then told me the chef left early. Pathetic. This company’s day is over. To many good pizza places in the area to continue to put up with their arrogance. Was hoping that would change when they moved into the new location.

After wanting to go here for a while and hearing great things, I finally got around to trying Tucci’s. I’m not sure if they’ve changed , but the first line in reading their website says, Fire”n Coal pizza….uhm? Not sure it’s a coal fired pizza, seems more like wood, anyways….I ordered a simple Margarita pie which came out looking great and was perfectly cooked. It was a good pizza, however, I was expecting great. The highlight’s: The marinara itself was very good, bright sweet tomato and the basil, fresh and fragrant. However the dough was just ok, lacking flavor, void of any yeast wafting through olfactory senses, none of that. I usually save my crust till last and relish it. I left 90% of the left over crust as when eating it, it was bland, really needed some salt in addition to the aforementioned. Lastly, it did have decent chew, but more of the cracker variety. Wish I liked it more, with so many pizza places out there(however, few use wood, like they do, my favorite place uses coal) I’m not sure I‘ll return.

The pizza here is delicious! Great sauce, crunchy crust and all the food is so fresh! The atmosphere is so clean and inviting and the food all made fresh to order! John, the Manager is amazing! He is so extremely cordial, accommodating, professional and goes above and beyond any imagined expectations to please his guests. His smile is contagious! The old Tucci's was good but this new location is the best! Once you eat pizza here, I doubt you'll be eating pizza anywhere else!

Just had pizza, wings and a meatball app. Wings and meatball were great, pizza is ok. Super expensive. Over $50 for those 3. But hey, Boca is Boca! I won't had back. But they did a great job on the inside. Looks much better than the outside let's on. And the young lady taking the orders was very pleasant 😄👍🏼

What a bad experience! To be honest, we didn’t even test the food and we have been a lot at their previous location and the pizza always been good. It all started with the drinks! The pretty waitress asked us for our drinks and we ordered for the kids and I asked for a bottle of Chianti. First they brought us 3 glasses of wine so I told the guy we ordered a bottle, not glasses. The waitress came back with the bottle but I was a little bit nervous when I saw that the bottle was already opened. Anyway I tried it and knowing my Chianti I can tell you it was not Chianti and nobody liked it. So I told the waitress the wine was not good and her answer was “ but I opened it in front of you “ 😳 I said let me change it so I choose another Italian wine. The waitress insisted for me to taste it before from an opened bottle but I explained to her that I wanted to taste the wine from the bottle I actually ordered. She kept arguing so I said ok but I wanted her to bring my bottle unopened! She replied that every bottles were pre opened! I was like “ you don’t have any bottle not opened?” How???? She said no so I knew for sure they were putting other wine in the bottle! I told her she could not do that but when she told me she had been working in a lot of “fine restaurants” and the bottles were always pre opened I had a good laugh and left the restaurant with all my family! We passed by the manager to whom I said goodbye and he didn’t try to find out what happened! Too bad Now tell me which fine restaurants does that and I will come back to apologize.

The new location is much bigger and nicer! They are my favorite place in Boca for pizza. They have a suitable wine / drink option too! Tuccis never dissolves

We went there and ordered a bottle of Chianti, the waitress came back with an opened bottle and served us some glasses. We tested it and it tested nothing like a Chianti. We asked her why the cork on the bottle was almost out and she insisted, with a bad attitude and told us “I opened it at the table”. We let this one go… We ordered another kind of Italian wine bottle and we (had to) explained to her that the bottle should be intact until she open it at the table to make sure of the wine we buy. She told us “I will make you test it before so we are not wasting another bottle” We explain to her (apparently had to explain because she wasn’t aware) that even if we test it before, the bottle she will serve (unopened!!) should be the one tested at the table. After arguing about why, when we buy a bottle of wine the bottle should NEVER be “pre opened”, she made us laugh by saying “I worked in really fine restaurants and we always preopened the bottle”!!! What a joke!!!!! Her attitude got even worse. At that point we decided to leave, we truly think that the wine in the bottle was NOT Chianti at all. Why preopened the bottles of wine in advance???? And this waitress for sure NEVER worked in a fine restaurant or even a regular restaurant!!! We used to go to Tuccis a lot, we were waiting for the new location and now we will not go back. One : because of the waitress that is definitively not aware of how restaurant industry sell wine (I used to be a manager in a French restaurant and there is no way you can serve a opened bottle at the table), two because the manager just looked at us leaving without asking what happened when obviously something was wrong.

wife and I took family and some friends to Tucci's for pizza and were not dissapointed as the three pizza's we ordered were all great. It is in the crust they say and this was top of the line. We had plain cheese,peperonni,mushroom with black olives. I tried them all and all were great. The crust was crisp on the bottom and soft inside with great sauce and the cheese was great. pleanty of toppings......clean place,true the parking can be a little tough but we always find a nice spot nearby.....service was good and everything came out hot.

The pizza shop's crust lacked the desired crispiness and tasted overly doughy. Additionally, the toppings seemed sparse, leaving each bite unbalanced. Service was slow, diminishing the overall dining experience.

Great thin crusted pizza. We had meatball appetizer(4 half meatballs) which were great and the four of us each had a piece. Ordered a large salad and that was really good also. Waitress took it to the back to mix it for us. She was great! Helped us pick our beers since they didn't have regular brands and we all really loved the beers also. Plain cheese pizza and sausage pizza was made perfect. We will be back!

Not impressed. First, the pizza is just mediocre. It's not as good as what I've had at other places in the area, and although they claim "the char is part of the flavor", much of the pizza just tastes overcooked. The server we had was not very friendly. She actually argued with us and tried to convince us that their generic diet cola is Diet Coke. The restaurant itself is very unimpressive. It sucks that they would open a brand new location like this and not even have any outdoor seating. The main problem with that is that they keep it freezing cold inside the restaurant, to the point where it's uncomfortable to eat if you're not wearing winter clothes. And I just don't understand how the stupid managers here allow the selfish, entitled Boca idiots to bring their dogs into the restaurant. Not only is that just completely inappropriate...it's against the law! Are they so clueless that they somehow don't even know this, or are they so incompetent that they just don't care?

Food here is delicious, truly. Excellent spot for pizza and like no other pizza within the tri-county area. Leaving this review and giving only 1 stars for service because the management and the way in which take out is handled is appalling. I give 1 star because the servers are great. When the restaurant is busy, the employees working the phones do NOT maintain composure nor portray general human decency. They literally hang up the phone after keeping you on hold for 10 minutes and continue to do it when you call back. How about, “Sorry we are no longer accepting take out orders for the evening…”?Perhaps an employee training on basic communication would do the restaurant well.

Went to visit a new location and got disappointed… Waited over 45 min for pizza Margarita, when it came it was very thin and dry. Barely any cheese on top. Service wasn’t great either. Meatballs were ok, but not so tasty, you can tell it’s not freshly made.

Saw this on one bite and wanted to check it out. Apparently they moved locations from Mizner to Yamato Rd. The pizza was just alright nothing special. Reminded me of regular chain pizza place but more pricey. The BBQ chicken pizza barely had any chicken on it and the meatball pizza had super thin slices.

Phenomenal Food and Service. And the bottle of red wine was excellent! Our server Matteo was tremendous…Great customer service skills at age 22!!!

The flavor is in the Char is their moniker. The flavor is everywhere. Their pizza is the best in town. Their meatballs are incredible. Salads hit the spot. A must try is their fabulous chicken wings. Service is great. Tuccis premium dining, but not at a premium.

Food is excellent! Take out operations - not so great. An hour and 15 mins for 1 pie. Kind of ridiculous in this day and age. Definitely need to work on the take out experience.

Terrible I came in to eat. As I am waiting the couple in front of me were seated. Then one guy came out took my name and said 20 minutes and he was rude. he said he would text me. . 5 seconds later another couple walked in and were immediately seated . I couldn't believe it and we walked out. Get a hostess or get organized.

RIP TUCCIS. This used to be my family’s go to pizza place and unfortunately we will never give this restaurant our business ever again and will warn others of our abysmal experience. Extremely disrespectful, hostile service. Please retrain your staff and teach them how to provide appropriate customer service, even if the kitchen is behind. You can still be professional and attentive to your tables, even have a business mindset to ask if your table wants another round during their wait or at the very least offer a round of water. We never saw our original waiter after he delivered our salad. At the very end a female waitress came to our table with the bill and took the ‘blaming the customer approach’ for their complete absence of service. A table next to us who was waiting OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF for a pizza (we were at 50 mins) and them also not being attended to heard the waitresses vicious verbal attack and responded. Your staff is a disaster. You lost long time customers. That was truly an awful experience. RIP TUCCIS.

Best margarita pizza this side of the Atlantic Ocean

Don't get me wrong... the pizza is DELICIOUS, but the service was not up to par. The waitress didn't offer us glasses of water. She brought our beers (one in a bottle and the other in a can) without glasses (and same thing for the 4 tables around us). Who drinks beer from a can in a brand new nice restaurant?!?!? They just opened in this location... maybe a bit more training on service would be a great idea. UPDATE: We will give them another chance for sure. They have great pizza!

The Margarita pizza was delicious, loved the crust, but we waited 45 minutes for it and then it was lukewarm.

I've tried a bunch of their dishes. All of them have been great. From Pupusas, baleadas, and tacos to their flan, queso fundido and ceviche, they have never let me down. They specialize in Honduran food but also have some other latin dishes. Also, it's on Las Ola's and decently priced. The service has been top notch as well. Coming back with friends soon!!

Delicious, fresh pizza with good ingredients although a little greasy at times. One of the best I’ve ever had.

This place has been one of my go to spots for years. Unfortunately the level of unprofessionalism we experienced here tonight will make it so that we won’t be returning. We were told that the wait would be 20 minutes. After an hour and fifteen minutes we received a text message that our table was finally ready. When we approached the hostess she said “oh no sorry that was an error” and couldn’t give us a time on when we would be seated. Ruined a Saturday night date and wasted over 2 hours. Spend your time and money at a place that provides quality service and proper communication and cares about you as a customer.

Top pizza in south Florida. Thin pizza, tomato sauce is delicate, and is not sweet as most pizza places, fresh mozzarella cheese, not shredded! overall it is one of the best pizza (the cheese pizza) you can try compared to other ones out there.

Tastes like burnt crackers. I ordered for pick up and they had it sitting on a counter, not under heat source so it was cold as they handed it to me. Didn’t even finish the $20 cheese pizza 🙄 I don’t understand the reviews. The place is tiny and crazy loud and uncomfortable environment. No parking.

Went on a friend's recommendation, and the Barstool review. Great thing we did. Pizza was ready in 10 min. They were closing until dinner, but Steve and the young lady who's name escaped me welcomed my wife and I, chatted with us the entire time, and let udo a Facebook live of the taste test. Now the pizza...holy cow! Perfection! No flop at all, the sauce was amazing and had a unique taste, the cheese was excellent, and the crust had the perfect crunch. As Steve said, you want pizza from a "dough technician" and he wasn't kidding! Love this place and will be back when we are back in town!

Man oh man, this was one of the BEST pizza's I've tried! We ordered a margarita pizza and added chicken. Wow, delicious! The crust was crunchy and smoky. The sauce and cheese tasted so fresh. They only do take out for certain hours during the day.

Best pizza i've had in Florida. Fresh ingredients, great sauce and crispy crust. The wings and meatballs were also very good. Try the green Foxon Park if you're into soda's. Menu seemed generously priced considering the quality coming out of the kitchen. Space is on the tighter side and hours of operation are short but the effort is worth the flavor in the end. Inside was packed so we were seated outside, I was expecting lackluster service given the seating and how busy it was, but our server was on top of things and she made sure we had what we needed. Will 100% be coming back!

By far the best pizza I have had in years. Right up there with pizza I had in Rome. Every ingredient was fresh and the crust was perfectly charred. Most places burn it but not here. The owner should be proud of their products for they are truly a rarity in this day and age. Had the arugula and mozzarella appetizer with a veggie pizza with mozzarella and meatballs.

Food, that's why I go out for dinner. Pizza with twist is why I visit Tucci's, and so should you.
