Great at everything. You will love the dine in food but take home even more

I picked up ziti for my family today after my father’s family. My brothers first question was, “Is it legit ziti?”. Indeed it was. Everyone loved it. We go to Uncle Nicks multiple times a week but it was so special to be able to share their delicious food with my entire family. Thank you thank you! You are the best!

I must say that I have only tried the bagels. They are good. Coffee can be better. Update: Went back couple of days ago and was very dissapointed. The cream cheese used this time was extremely salty. I did not returned it because I was already home. Not sure if I will return.

It is Never a disappointment every time. Breakfast lunch or take home dinners it is all good stuff. Enjoy

I am an Italian from NY retired to CFL. I searched forever for a genuine NY Italian deli. The bagels are amazing. Breakfast sandwiches are huge, soft and warm. I love the newly expanded store. I buy some of the prepared italian dishes to take home. Love eating outside at the cute cafe tables. You cannot go wrong with any food from Uncle Nicks'!

Super tasty egg everything bagels!

First time visiting after hearing so much about this place from friends. My first impression was "it is hot today". There's no indoor seating it's all outside. Inside it's packed full of so many Italian favorites. There's a full service deli inside. There's a lot of choices for sandwiches and entrees. I opted for the Roc after a friend recommended it. It's on chibatta bread and has prosciutto, capicola, soppresetta, and roasted peppers. It was okay. I'm sorry but that was my initial reaction. It was good but honestly I wouldn't drive out of the way to go there again. Now in fairness I could go again and I'll revise my review. But for now it's just okay. The sandwich, drink, and a piece of cake was about $16.00.

The food is great and good coffee too. It's gets quite busy on the weekend so if you're stopping in make sure you have time. It is worth it.

WOW! This place is awesome! The fresh Mozzarella, the way they slice the Boars Head Cold cuts, the Italian bread and Bagels are stellar. You stand on line and wait your turn to order. The service is great and they work like a well oiled machine. Really good quality products. They have outside dining which at this time isn't good because of the heat!

This is one of the only places near me I can get pastrami and corned beef on rye bread. They expanded the store since the last time I was here and have more grocery items to buy. I would recommend anyone to come here.

First time eating here, and we were very surprised by all the menu options. I have a list of pasta dishes that we will be trying in the near future. Love that they have a little market. Ordered Aunt Phillie and Huckabuck, both of which were delicious, but our favorite was the philly... 😋. Definitely recommend

I usually eat here for lunch and I love the Buffalo Bill with extra buffalo sauce. It’s so tasty. If the rest of their food is as good as this sub you’ll thoroughly enjoy it. Their giant cookies are yum too!

All the bagels I’ve had are delicious!! The service is great and they recently expanded so it no longer feels like you’re ordering in a closet 😅 Eat here!

We visited this place last weekend, and omg, the sandwiches are to die for. I had the Yardbird, and it was so delicious. My boyfriend had The Aunt Phillie and it was packed with meat and delicious. Our friend Moe had The Huckabuck, and he gave us a piece to try and let me tell you it's almost the best sandwich I've had in my life. Everything was so delicious. The sandwiches are big, perfect for sharing. I will be visiting soon to try other things and bring my parents to try the place; it is worth the drive. I absolutely recommend this place.

Thanks to the staff at Uncle Nick's! A small, well run little italian deli and market just south of Lakeland, FL. The lox with cinnamon raisin bagel was delicious with capers. My wife had the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The small 3 aisle market section has many italian products you have heard and loved in addition to imported from Italy. We did not have any bakery items this time because they look dangerously good. My wife and I are glad there is an italian market near us and we hope to return soon to chomp on the sandwiches and cannolis! Keep up the great work!

It was amazing food and service

I’ve been a customer of uncle nicks for many years, but had a very unsatisfactory experience this morning. We had a small mixup with the flavor of cream cheese and were given the wrong one. We called to advise them and were told by a very rude and argumentative owner that we had to return the incorrect cream cheese (which could not be resold) to the store in order to get any type of refund or the correct cream cheese. At the end of our conversation, she hung up on us. We drove again to the store to correct our order and asked for an owner. Once there an argument ensued and one of the owners said “don’t give them the cream cheese, give them their money back”. The other owner came very close to our face, clapping in our face, and told us to get out of the store. They were not concerned with correcting the issue and even stated that they were a family owned business and not corporate owned business. When we told them we were going to write a review the owner stated “do it I don’t care”. This was a minor issue that should have been a simple fix, but the owners escalated the situation into something totally unnecessary.

I have an uncle Nicks down by me and when I say extra schmear they deliver it’s nice to see this location here has the same respect. The food was delicious and the staff were nice I got an iced vanilla coffee to complement my bagel and it was awesome. The place is clean the deli and little Italian NY market reminds me of the north east where I grew up. This place is a must stop if you are passing though

We have never had a bad meal from this place! Everything is delicious! If you are ever on the south side of Lakeland, and it is early enough, this is your best option, hands down! You can get a great meal and feel good about supporting a local small business at the same time!

Please when someone asks for extra toasted, please toast the bagel 😫 everytime I come I ask for toasted and its not so asked for extra toasted and made a point of asking " please extra toasted" and still hardly toasted.

Bought some Italian dishes already together just put in an oven

Well, first time here. I was always looking for New York deli, so I ordered a ham and egg and cheese on a bagel. Told women twice. Get order on the way home, which was 60 mins away. And she gave me Bacon egg and cheese . How can you screw that up sad . That was a waste of my time. You guys blew it.

This place makes my New Yorker heart so happy. Bagels and sandwiches are always on delicious, staff is always lovely and on point. My partner and I recommend it to anyone that will listen. They even have rainbow cookies (that are not dry and done properly). Thankful for this Lakeland staple!

Uncle Nick’s has great breakfast and lunch options. Their bagels are fresh and delicious and their lunch sandwiches and chicken salad is great. They do get busy on the weekends and you can’t order for pickup online. I’ve called ahead for a pick up and then had to stand in a 20 minute line to pick up the order… but I’d do it every weekend for their bagels!

We got and shared the chubby(very good) with a side of slaw (extremely mayonnaise filled), and the italian dressing on the side, (very Herby, if that is a word). I'd have to say overall 2 drinks and one sandwich for $15.98. Not bad for lunch would like to try a few of their other items on the menu or in store next time.

Been stopping here since there first day of opening and I understand it's alot busier now but today was horrrible experience .To come in to buy a few things and have what seems to me like a mother and daughter behind the counter full blown arguing and the person that was suppose to be the adult egging things on only to make matters worse was terrible and to have the young girl slam the door in front of me wasn't called for and cussing up a storm when you have alot of people there is not good for buisness .Please resolve your matters at home and not make your customers feel terrible.

They say they make fresh rolls. I drove 40 miles to try them horrible. I moved here from NJ rolls where cold and hard.

Added them into our weekly dinner rotation with the premade meals! Last week we got 2, meatballs and baked ziti. It was so worth it! It fed my family of 2 and a toddler no problem! Everyone was full and excited to try more next time! Loved the butter Italian cookies around Christmas time, the place really feels like a NY deli!

Uncle Nick's is a must. If your looking for great bagels this is the place. They have a huge variety. Also they have some of the best take home italian dishes in town. Not to mention the staff and owner go out of the way to make your visit a great experience.. Oh and if your lucky you will be able to grab a bagel dog.. Update just discovered Uncle Nick's is at Lakeland Regional.

Good service and plenty of parking. I want excited to see a pork roll sandwich but it was like they microwaved it instead of cooking it on the grill. The next time I go in there I request it and see. It's worth the chance. After going there multiple times now. I have been extremely pleased with the food and service. I highly recommend going to Uncle Nick's!

Had lunch catered for work, pasta and lasagna were great. Went back one time to get a chicken parm sandwich and the chicken cutlet was hard and rubbery.

This has to be the best place for Italians in all of Florida, the food is the best and you get a transport back to NYC. Uncle Nick would be proud!

I’m visiting from out of town and was looking for a good bagel shop. My search brought me to Uncle Nick’s. I don’t wish to be too critical, but the only resemblance to a true bagel is the shape and toppings. The “bagel” was more like bread. Light and airy inside not dense and no outer “shell”. That said, it tasted good for what it was but if looking for authentic bagels, this isn’t the place. I would recommend checking it out though as there is a nice deli and assorted Italian goods.

Place has gone downhill from past. Couldn't even toast a bagel when requested.

If you are looking for authentic food, made by petite who feel like they've been your neighbors all your life, this is the place for you.

This food is not good. Worst meatball sub I've ever had. It was so bad, nasty dogfood tasting meatballs, no exaggeration. Pull a meatball off their sub and taste it solo. Threw 3/4 of the sub in the trash. If you want a good meatball sub, go to Palace Pizza, period. Concerning the Huckabuck...trash. dried out cornbeef and pastrami and while i understand bread can get soggy, this was way too soggy. How do you have sried out meat and soggy bread? Chain restaurant Firehouse subs has a better cornbeef and pastrami sandwich BY FAR. Will not waste money here again.
