Came here on a whim after dinner. Best idea ever💜 the ice cream was perfect, atmosphere was phenomenal, and the people were sweet 💜 I was a little worried about the cash only, but everything is so reasonably priced to where it wasn’t a problem at all. You get a nice portion too. Even though it’s raining it was still enjoyable! The Q&A on the side of the building was adorable to read while enjoying our treats. Definitely going to be back!

Probably busy because they're ice cream is delish. But when it's really busy there is not much sitting room. A few benches around the small building but it's worth it.

Vicky's Tasty Treats is one of our favorite date night dessert places. They have an extensive menu and also let you customize your dessert item, if you wish. If you head there on a weekend night, there is often a line, but it does move fast. The vibe seems to be eating by your vehicle, as there are no tables or chairs available. The location is convenient. They do take cash only. A delicious place for a sweet treat!!

Lisa always goes above and beyond to make sure each customer experience is unique. Best ice cream shop in town!

Stopped in to get a Sundae for a Sunday treat. I got a large sundae and walked away embarrassed because they give you sooooooo much ice cream! This is not a bad thing! It’s an amazing deal, next time we’ll split one or get a smaller size. Honestly the best value around. The place is always busy so you can tell it’s loved locally! It’s got a cute vibe too compared to some of the other ice cream places in the area. Also open until 10 most nights which is a huge plus! We’ll be back many times and we’ve been telling friends to stop by too! 🍦

My favorite local place to get icecream!

No parking lot etiquette had to telk a lady the entry way is not a parking spot. City is encroaching in got robbed of 20 dollars and then when I go back home grab another 20 come back and my banana split was a bunch of stuff shoved into an egg drop soup cup. I live 5 minutes away it was mush when I got back. Honestly loved this place for 2 years. Make the trip to east wood and go to fifis . better ice cream, more flavors , better quality

Horrible. Ordered a heath bar flurry absolutely no candy in it. My husband ordered an M&M flurry same thing no candy just vanilla ice cream. I did tell them and they said it must be at the bottom, it wasn't. I went ɓack to the counter and asked if she would add candy she did give me a condiment size cup with the heath bar which definitely helped.

Icecream is Icecream, OK I get it. But this is a small sundae and it is plenty big enough for a large man like me. This is a Mexican Sundae. It has whole peanuts, chocolate sauce on soft serve vanilla Icecream with whipped cream on top. The right mix of salty and sweet. And you can't go wrong with peanuts and chocolate. Match made in heaven. Vicky's is always busy for a reason. But they serve the masses efficiently. They are very friendly too.

This is an ages-old stand in Liverpool. Visiting with my kids and was happy they were open for the season. Our cones were expertly crafted and generously portioned. They are cash-only, so come prepared. Recognize that this cash only policy saves you $ too since they don't have merchant fees to pass on. I love it!

Our go to place for some nice ice cream. The staff are extremely friendly and recognize their customers even after closing for a few months.

The owner is vary rude and don't like to speak with the customers at all and scream in there face and slam the window vary vary bad service and I asked to speck with the older Gentlemen, that owns the shop which is her husband and she calls him. And he did the same thing And then they slammed the window and walk away Very poor customer service I do not recommend going there I have came hear plenty off time on open hr and there not hear it's a waste of time and can get better Service for your money

Friendly staff, line moves quickly. They have a wide range of soft serve based treats. Some negatives: They do not sell hard ice cream. They are cash only. I would visit much more often if they took credit card. Business needs to get with the times, Im not going to take cash out just to get ice cream.

There’s no ice cream place in Liverpool like Vicky’s. My family has loved this place for generations. Now that I live out of town, I grab an orange-vanilla twist or a lemon ice whenever I can during visits. Vicky’s is an institution and a must-stop summer destination!

The best ice cream place in Syracuse

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE VICKYS!! It’s usually our first Ice Cream stop of the year. This place is owned and operated by a local family, the owner is usually there and super nice. Most importantly, they have fantastic ice cream, and prices. My favorite thing to get from Vicky’s is there homemade lemon Ice!! It’s the best!!!

I did not get to try their food due to not carrying cash on my person. One day I’ll try out their ice cream. But worth noting they missed out on selling a large shake simply because they don’t have a venmo or PayPal or anything. I’ve been to a spot in Rochester that was a one woman breakfast bar and she had Venmo. It was super convenient in this cashless era

I have been here twice, both had very positive experiences. For my second visit, I couldn’t decide what flavored milkshake to get. The woman who took my order was very kind. She recommended mint with chocolate and vanilla twist so the chocolate doesn’t overpower the mint flavor. She was definitely spot on! Just know that they accept cash only

Coming from out of state, it was suggested we stop here for dessert, and we were not disappointed! It was definitely the cheapest stop on our trip, but the quality was 5 star. Excellent service, a good variety of choices with something for everyone on the menu! I had a salted caramel shake, which was out of this world. Definitely glad we stopped by, and we plan to make this a regular stop on future trips!

It was really good! I got an soft orange cream twist on a cone, the prices were reasonable. Cheaper then most places. They had a good menu on all types is ice cream treats! Want to try the strawberry cheesecake flurry next time.

3 words to summarize- busy, popular, sweet! We stumbled upon this place as we were on our way back to the hotel we were staying in after having dinner at a nearby restaurant. We saw lots of cars and people outside this establishment and decided to grab some sweet treats after going through an unsatisfactory dining experience nearby. From slushes to sundaes to shakes, they have it all. Some unique and Mexican, Tortuga etc. seemed tempting. We tried tortuga, reeses pieces, chocolate covered cherry and chocolate explosion. All were yummy and the small size was more than enough for us. Definitely recommended for a quick sweet treat if you are in town. Staff was friendly and service was fast! The sweet treats definitely improved our mood after the unpleasant dining experience earlier.
