We love Viet Haus, their pork chop is the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It’s flavorful, tender and pairs so well with the nuoc chom sauce and the rice is always cooked perfectly. I also love the crispy pork egg rolls and the tofu avocado banh mi which has the best bread roll I ever had on that sandwich. Definitely check them out!

10/10 Will come back. The pho was amazing. So fresh, so natural. I'm not from Florida so I will be dreaming of this place till I return. Try the lemonade, the owner makes it fresh; Not to sweet, not to sour, just perfect.

Very cute little atmosphere! The food was great and very fairly priced. Service was great as well, highly recommend! We tried the egg rolls, shrimp spring rolls, a beef banh mi and beef pho. All were great!

Heard so much about this place and with such a high rating, gotta try it right?. First off, it's a tiny little cafe. Maybe 6-8 tables? Decorations are simply cute. We only tried the pho dac biet. Menu is limited to sandwiches, pho, rice and 1 noodle dish and 1 vietnamese crepe. First thing I do is taste the broth. Kept on tasting it, to see if the flavors would come out. Sadly it did not! For a $16 bowl, it should have a little more variety of meats/toppings, that's why it's called "dac biet" (special). The toppings are sparse. There's no "pho" aroma or flavors. The broth is very bland, taste like plain water. I did not finish my bowl as I was so disappointed. Really, really disappointed.

I went here with my wife on a weekday night, and was blown away by the freshness of the ingredients. They do not put MSG in their pho, the owner was hauling REAL sugarcane in to make their sugarcane drink. The prices are reasonable and the portions are GENEROUS. Definitely do not pass on this place if you are in the neighborhood.

I just had a really enjoyable meal from this place. This time I had the beef and rice (C3), and the Taro milk tea. The flavors were outstanding- I enjoyed the sautéed pepper and onion with the beef. The tea was not too sweet and very refreshing. It was really nice to see what appeared to be a local family all working hard together behind the counter. They were very polite, and I can’t wait to come back to try the Pho!

It was the most excellent Pho Bo I have tasted in Florida, this place is definitely worth a visit for those who really appreciate and love Vietnamese food ♡(⌒‿⌒)♡

Banh mi was not very good. The roast pork was tough, and the spring rolls had too much lettuce.

Michael and Maisie and Luan are all very friendly and awesome! The food is spectacular -- and affordable! The egg rolls are excellent (and I'm normally not a fan of egg rolls). The pork chop and rice was "delicious," according to my friend. The pho? I was disappointed they didn't offer egg noodle substitution, but it didn't need it -- this was probably the best pho I've had in the Bay! Highly recommended!

Great-little restaurant. Viet Haus on Waters Ave will blow your mind, and your taste buds away, with their mega delicious, fresh foods. We have gone there 6 times in 2 months and every time we go, it is an awesome experience. Viet Haus is a mom-and-pop restaurant, cozy and inviting. Their Phos and Banh Mis are top notch. They also serve smoothies and cold teas. Go pay them a visit and thank me later!!

This place was such a special gem! It is all family run, fresh organic ingredients and tastes so authentic and made with love. ❤️ My boyfriend and I went today to get some pho because we’ve been under the weather. We both got the steak pho and fresh spring rolls. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was homemade and the rolls were made fresh. It was delicious! The pho broth is cooked for 24 hours and was so rich and flavourful! The owner was kind and welcoming and came to our table personally to tell us about the menu and he was there with the entire family, they all worked together wonderfully and gave us amazing service. Only thing to be aware of is that it’s a bit small inside with limited seating so it may be difficult to be seated if you come with more than a group of 4 but if anything they also do takeout! We will definitely be back and soon! 10/10 🥰🙏🏽

Honestly the best Pho I've had in all of Tampa was talking with the owner and he said he uses all whole ingredients no pre-made soup mixes just slow cooking bones for 24 hours which really showed with how dense and rich the broth was compared to most other pho broths that I've had which are very light

After a day at Busch Gardens Park & Zoo, we wanted a fresh-tasting alternative for an early dinner. The quality of the food, and freshness, is SUPERB! It's a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with no fanfare, just the best food ... freshly made by the on-site owners. We dined on-site, and had a very pleasant conversation with the owners & their teen son. I tipped generously b/c the attentiveness was perfect (tuned in but not intrusive) & the pricing was low even before the owner noted I was in the Navy and applied a military discount (without any request for discount). Our family enjoyed sharing our meals that ranged from soup to chicken & beef with rice & vegetables. We were traveling across the state that night & the next day or I would have additionally ordered a large take-out of PHO broth and noodles. This must be a favorite for take-out with USF students at the nearby campus.

This is a hidden gem near historic Tampa area. If you are looking for truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine that won't strain the wallet but tastes better than an expensive themed restaurant, then this is the place! Space is limited though. Takeout is always an option but I recommend dine in for small parties only. I was looking for a Vietnamese spot to eat Pho in Tampa. I am traveling from Chicago and I love discovering new places to eat. This place is small but cute ❤️ great warm hospitality from my server 🥰 I had the P4. Pho on the menu and it is the tastiest broth I've had! Super delicious and filling. I also had the mango smoothie which tasted very fresh, no artificial taste at all. Next time I visit I'll try other items off the menu. I wish them many years of success 🙏

Just a very simple eatery. Nothing fancy but the food was excellent. We loved the fresh rolls. The Bun thit Nuong was wonderful and the Chicken banh mi even please our 4 y.o.

The family that owns this restaurant is SO nice! They are always friendly, polite, and helpful. We LOVE the food, however we usually just get Banh mi and boba drinks which are both amazing! Check them out.

The place is immaculate, but in a sketchy strip mall- but don’t let that scare you!!! I eat Vietnamese food everywhere and this was some of the freshest, tasty I’ve ever had. Call in for take out and you will not be disappointed!! Sorry I ate it all before taking a picture!

Food here was amazing. I ordered the chicken with the rice delicious. My brother ordered the steak and rice with a fried egg, one taste and I definitely went home with that to go for later. Not from the area but will definitely eat here every visit! Owner was very pleasant. Worth every star!

Nice, clean, and friendly family owned and managed restaurant. My tofu and vegetable sandwich was very tasty, though I expected more vegetarian options on the menu. My wife enjoyed her chicken and shrimp sandwich. I highly recommend the mango smoothie. It was delicious.

Cute little spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We both are very experienced with Pho and found the broth here to be spectacular! The boba is freshly cooked to order, the orbs were still slightly warm in the ice cold Ube! The bahn mi here looks fantastic and fresh as well, it will be difficult to not return here and try one!

This family operated restaurant provided us with high quality food and service. The owner greeted us and offered free samples of their fresh, wild-caught shrimp. The pho was a full of flavor and it’s no wonder because the broth is cooked for 24 hours! We even tried their seafood special and devoured 1 pound of mussels for an amazing price. We will definitely be returning guests!

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Viet Haus Taste of Saigon, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the cozy ambiance and the aromatic scents of spices and herbs set the stage for an authentic Vietnamese experience. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the Pho. The broth was rich and flavorful, simmered to perfection with a balance of spices. Each spoonful was a delightful mix of savory, sweet, and a hint of spice. The rice noodles were cooked just right - tender yet firm to the bite. The slices of beef were so tender they practically melted in my mouth. The service was exceptional as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and happy to be present.

Small family owned establishment in Tampa with amazing Pho! Had the Strawberry Boba smoothie 10/10. Had a small selection of appetizers, besides that great spot for a quick in and out if you are craving Pho.

If youre thinking about it, definitely come here. The restaurant is decorated beautifully, the service was amazing. Such friendly people, the owner (I believe) makes sure to talk to everyone. The servers consistently checked on me. The pho felt very clean to eat and the avocado smoothie was delish. I am excited to try the seafood boil and the Bahn mi.

I love the decor of the restaurant. The restaurant is a bit small, but enough for you to sit for lunch. The spring roll tasted fresh and thick with bun. The Pho tasted okay, just need a little more flavoring. The banh mi was salted and plain. I ordered com dat biet, but the rice wasn’t broken rice and it was alright. Overall experience… amazing service, but average food. They have seafood boil on Friday and Saturday.

Got take out and the boba was delicious! We got passion fruit and taro, both are delicious. We also got bahn mi’s and they were yummy too. Will def go back

The bahn mi chay from this restaurant was quite good, and it was unlike any bahn mi chay that I've tried before. They add avocado and a special sauce to give the sandwich flavor. The bread was decent, but other places use better bread. I was not a fan of the taro milk tea. It was way too sweet, and they didn't add boba even though I specifically asked for it.

this place serves authentic viet food!! i recommend ordering the pho tai(P1). the soup base is cooked for 24 hours and is made with clean ingredients. the owner Luan is super friendly and welcoming. we will be coming back!

Ignore the bad reviews, especially by that idiot Humphrey, he’s just trying to tarnish this restaurant’s reputation and doesn’t know anything about Vietnamese food. He’s used to eating at Panda Express. My reviews hold more credence because I’m Vietnamese.

Best Banh Mi in Tampa! Bread is soft and doesn’t cut your tongue and ingredients wre fresh. Family is sweet and kind. Food is authentic, similar to Saigon and Quy Nhon, Vietnam.

Best chicken pho in Tampa, and friendliest service as well. Idk how I missed this place looking for pho over the last year I've been here, but I've tried everything else in the area and I'm sticking with this place from now on. The quality of take out packaging is as it should be. You get a bowl you can actually eat out of, you get a proper pho spoon, and good chopsticks.

We live and Bradenton and received a recommendation for Viet Haus so stopped in while we were in Tampa. So so glad we tried this place as it was fantastic. Food was authentic and ingredients were fresh. We both had Pho and ordered Bahn MI To GO. The Pho broth was very flavorful and I loved the crab meatball which had real crab mixed with pork. We had them put the Bahn MI fixing/codiments on the side and enjoyed these for dinner and were pleasantly surprised how good these were hours later after slightly warming the bread. We moved here from the west coast and it’s been a challenge to find good authentic Vietnamese food and this place definitely met our expectations. The owner was also super friendly and passionate about serving the community good fresh food. Can’t wait to go back when we’re in Tampa again.

Really good Food, the spring rolls are ginormous, and the chicken pho is phenomenal. Also the Com bo luc lac is very tasty. The smooties are made fresh and taste delicious.

Food was amazing here! Service was great. Host and server were very nice, we came in a little before closing & everyone was friendly...except one man. He never served or approached us, but gave us the side eye for coming in so late :( Anyhow, we left right at closing time. I would most likely return due to the server provided by everyone else & the quality & cost of food.

Try this clean place with very fresh ingredients! It’s a hidden gem, serving up delicious pho. I tried the chicken pho and Thai milk tea -a perfect balance. I’ll come back to try the crepe and other dishes. Very friendly service! It is a small place and no tvs if you enjoy a quaint atmosphere.

The meal was delicious. Jasmine Rice was perfect , beef was so flavorful, salad was was fresh with a hint of something I’m not sure what the ingredient is however it was yummy. The chicken meal my friend ordered , I couldn’t resist and tried a piece it was juicy not dry and soft chew. Everything just melted in your mouth. The price for food was priced very reasonable and honestly worth every dollar. The business is family run and the family are here are very very kind and down to earth. The atmosphere here is very relaxing and restaurant is beautiful and restroom very clean. If you want to get a mouth full of flavor and fresh food this is your place. Don’t deprive yourself of a food heaven. Oh if you’re vegetarian there are dishes available.

The chicken pho, beef pho, and bánh mì was delicious. My brother got the shrimp spring roll and he loved it. The taro boba tea was ok, but I’m use to having more condense milk in mine (teehee). They are very hospitable, family orientated and are health concious, they have alkaline water from Japan and no msg in their food.

The place is clean. Nice touch with the Vietnamese music ( no singing.) Staff polite and friendly. Had pho, it was decent. Their banh mi is very good!!! The chair stool was a bit uncomfortable. I would go back and try out other dishes and also get banh mi to go!!!
