Always a friendly staff working. Service is always impeccable.

This is my second complaint and honestly. Im over it. This Waffle House was my go to spot for breakfast. I live out in the middle of no where and my husband works overnights. If I ask him to pick up, he'd like to place a to go order, go in and pay and get out as fast as he can. EVERY TIME WE CALL for well over a year now, the line continuously rings, an automated voice says no to go orders or it rings twice and hangs up. Theres instances where it doesnt ring at all. Regardless of the time of night/. Anywhere from 2-7am and everywhere inbetween. Ive even tried calling over the course of 30 minute an hour increments and NOTHING. Ive had managers reach out to me and offer a certificate that I never used and was told that they were sorry and that this shouldnt be what happens and yet its continued. My hashbrowns arent so overcooked that I can almost break my teeth on them. And if you want them "smothered", good luck. I havent seen a tomato in my fiesta omelet in ages. So many jalapeños that they have to be picked out to make it edible. My omelet has been BROWN and overcooked. Old ham. The ingredients piled in ONE spot. The laziness and surely the lack of love or care is awful. Still a better place than Red Top Pit Stop. But definitely going downhill and the convenience does not exist. I understand Waffle House gets busy often, which is why I continue to try and call at different times on different days of the week. And what upsets me more is when I attempt to call and get no answer and my husband drives up there and it's empty. Ive been known to tip my full amount order or more because I understand tips are important and you feel it might up the morale. Nope. I suppose I'll go through the effort of cooking my own and forget about what could be convenient. But I know me no longer going wouldnt change anything. They get plenty of business. But pride and care do not exist here and I just dont believe anyone who works for them even cares at all. "My opinion matters" my a**. Update 8/30: Still subpar. I assumed that they recently got a new cook and kept trying it over the course of 5 months and something was always missing from my omelet (ham, jalapeños, tomatoes or adding things that don't belong in it, like mushrooms.) Luckily, I don't have any food allergies. I can always make my own, but it's never been as good as Wafflehouse. Idk what they put in it that just makes it better than mine no matter what I do. Lol. But definitely disappointed. Portion size has gotten smaller, normally I can't finish the whole meal. Now I eat it and I'm still left hungry. Which is saying a lot considering I hardly eat and can't eat much without feeling ill. I understand orders get messed up, but I can't imagine being a person with allergies, an eating disorder, or any other aversion craving something from any fast food/restaurant and it not being what they were willing to eat that day and it not being correct. I truly believe people in the food industry don't get paid enough, but at some point...it becomes a problem.

WH always has coffee. This place was great. Service was friendly the few times I stopped in. Food hit the spot. This is a great WH. Wild how the chefs can keep up with the orders being shouted, or whispered, to them in a place filled with chatter and on occasion the juke box. This location has EV chargers too, great idea 💡

Biscuits and gravy are always off the chain

Went last night 6/28/24 about 1am and the service was top notch and the food was delicious! I want to thank my server last night for a great experience I don’t remember her name but she was absolutely amazing!!

This is our FAVORITE LATE NIGHT WAFFLE HOUSE!! A must try experience. Always phenomenal food and service that makes feel like family.

Food was good, but flies were everywhere. I watched them swarm over a stack of clean dishes. I told the waitress, but she didn't do anything but move them to where they would be used to serve customers. If you are the manager, spend $5.00 to buy some fly swatters before the health department shuts you down.

Im not a southerner so I have never been to any other waffle house. Turns out they're ok. This place was like a diner. It was clean and the staff was highly pleasant. I had eggs and hash browns. They slice the hash browns like spaghetti - think it's a southern thing. I will be going to waffle houses when possible anytime I'm south of Virginia from now on.

Arrived at 915pm. Not busy. Server NaKia not very pleasant. No cook on shift. A guy from the back came out to cook. His pants sagging to see his underwear. Slamming things around. Messed up our whole order. No attempt to fix any problem. Flaming attitude from every employee in the building

I love getting the porkchop breakfast with an extra chop, seasoned. Just like most every other waffle house, it's great food! Nice servers, and the food comes out quick. If you've never been, I suggest you sit at the bar area and watch them prepare the plates for what food they put on it. Short order cooking is a lost art.

Too crowded and too much noise.

Ordered the sausage egg and cheese grit bowl…. Grits were recooked, watery, multiple bites of egg shells in meal. The coffee was cold.

My breakfast was cold. They cook the food in front of you. But the have sausage and bacon sitting out on plates waiting for the eggs and potatoes. And still my eggs were cold too.

The service was good. The food is good. Waffle House is not a five star restaurant but it is a good place for breakfast.

So on 2 23 24 I went to have lunch.the sour smell by front doors hit you has went into the doors. The order...the patty melt was burned not made rigjt the bacon burnd was too.it was the worst meal I have ever had.waffle irons had encrusted batter was under the irons inch and a half tall.all of them.do they not know how to clean under the irons.I will never eat at a nother waffle house. it was nasty. I am not just saying this the cook looked like old crack head I could smell weed as an employee walked by.he did not know what he was doing.please managment re train him.and clean up this smelly store.how this place has 5 stars is a lie.If I could give a zero I would.

Everything was delicious. The staff were friendly and most importantly my food was hot and fresh.

I went here with my family for valentines day for breakfast 🤗 and the waitress was very helpful and she got us everything we needed and wanted to eat and she kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed ❤️

The cooks there are the best at any Waffle House I have been to. I am a truck driver and have been to a lot! Lucky for me, I live close to this one!!!

I got a sausage,eggs and grits the plate look like it was thrown together and the sausage was burnt idk if I'm going to come back. The wife the the Philly cheesesteak bowl. Meat was well done. She asked for mushrooms to be added and there were 3 mushrooms on the plate.

Loved one of my favorite restaurant chain store. Very good service.

So now there's a 20% upcharge to order to go orders.. that's ridiculous they are forcing you to tip the servers for inputting your order

Me and my family love this place! People are always nice and despite what all the memes say about waffle house, this place is super clean. It was actually the first thing i noticed.

The food and service is good, and the restaurant is clean. It's not five star dining by any means, but it is a great place to get a well made meal at a great price. The servers and cooks are very friendly. The only thing I dislike is that it can be difficult to get out of the lot because of the traffic. I don't blame the restaurant, it's how the Florida department of transportation messed it up. I still enjoy going there regularly and always will.

I only ordered hashbrowns and water, the silverware was clean and the staff was friendly. The bathroom had blood on the floor and was disgusting but the hashbrowns were cooked perfectly crisp 😂

This has been a nostalgic staple my whole life. I have went to this location for years. I moved away & haven’t had Waffle House in 2 years & it was on my list while visiting. I picked up our food & should had checked, but trusted it was right. I got home & found a waffle & gravy was missing. No big deal. I went back & they got it for me. When I got back home, I opened up my ham & cheese to find there was no ham. Disappointing to come all this way to a nostalgic place.

Worse waffle house... Went in sat down an didnt even get acknowledged as if I wasn't even there... The two workers were playing an cutting up not professional at all... I will not go back to this awful place.

Always cold, talk about getting people in and out. What other way then, to freeze your customers. Besides that, I always love a good Waffle from the Waffle House.

The service was really good here, I mean it’s Waffle House, it’s about as simple as it gets. The only thing that makes any Waffle House distinctive is how nice staff is, how quick the food comes out and how clean the restaurant is, and this one pretty much covered all the bases.

Lady was extremely rude. The cook acted like she was to busy to take make the order. It was taken out so of course the order was completely messed up. I definitely won't be going back.

We celebrated a casual graduation at the Waffle. It was fun. Kitchen was slammed after we walked in as 18 ppl. Food was ok. Service was awesome. First time at a waffle house. I will return.

Well, how do I begin. Having worked at a Waffle House through college, I understand that the stores I worked at are the exception to the rule. Most are a little dirty. This, on the other hand, was just comical. Trash and dishes were on every empty table. You couldn't pay the staff enough to want to be there. Our drinks came out 20 minutes after ordering and after our food. I didn't take pictures, but I hope this review is image enough.

We waited well over 30 mins before we decided to just get a refund and leave. They had 4 girls and only one doing the cooking. Instead of seeing how backed up the girl was they just said “you’re doing your best”. Words of affirmation don’t equal team work. A guest could have said that, team work would have helped.

Grits were a little more than room temperature and chunky waitress only took order and brought the check... Food not bad if on a good day

Everything was pretty good, my eggs were under cooked, and I had to Send my hashbrown bowl back. The second time itwad perfect.

I ordered a double order of hash Browns with everything on it except chili I noticed the cook put 2 scoops of something on there then I turned away to speak with someone that came in When I got my order I couldn't see what was On it Because I also added sausage gravy Long story short it only happens that she put on there was jalapenos and ham But the amount wasn't even enough for a single order Let alone a double order I will never go there again!!!!!

Didn't give them a five star on the atmosphere because the wait staff was way to loud made it uncomfortable taking about personal stuff.

This is a great place to stop off for breakfast if you are on your way to Busch Gardens. Ten minutes off the I-4. A litle gem of a place, very friendly staff and great food, cheaper than in the tourist area. Tons of coffee and lots of free parking.

This Waffle House sucks, the lady serving me yesterday got very annoyed when I asked questions about the food. She would mumble stuff under her breath and roll her eyes every time. I do not recommend this Waffle House!

My waitress Taylor was absolutely amazing.

Waffle House is always famous for its waffles and i would end there. I guess the rest of its menu i leave without any comments. But, hush browns looked amazing if you like them.

After a hurricane and still open to the public. Of course it was Waffle House's Emergency Menu, but no complaints! Practically every other restaurant was closed! Kudos to all restaurant staff & to the Waffle House Executive who popped in to tell them what a wonderful job they were doing!

I love this location. Friendly staff and most likely the cleanest waffle house I've been to. I absolutely love breakfast at waffle house and typically choose over all other breakfast places. The wait is always short and the food fresh. Fantastic service!!

Great waitstaff and fantastic cook. They were busy but everyone was still super friendly and on top of everything.

Also doing week days when people are working we don't have time to order in and wait for a take out order! Never have this issue with the south fl ave location.. take out orders over the phone is a must... ZERO STARS UPDATE... per Waffle house request below is to request a call if I would like to speak to someone which I have already done so before writing this review and still to this day no call back! Have been calling all morning to place an order so I decided to pull up to place an order and as you can see in the pic no one is in the restaurant the staff is just standing around talking. This is sooo inconvenient. Last time visiting this location.
