Sam was such a wonderful server. He was kind and patient, it made our experience there great.

Inconsistent staff, the restaurant was literally empty when we arrived yet our orders were getting messed up. The coffee was really cold and yet they wanted to charge us full price when we didn't even get all of our food. Food was mid. I do not recommend anyone to eat here.

This was the worst Waffle House I ever went to. We had a a party of 7 adults and 3 kids. The restaurant was empty besides a few other people. Two adults only ordered drinks but that didn’t stop them from getting the order wrong multiple times. We were served cold coffee. Two adults never received their order. The rest of the meals were not even completed. We were there for atleast an hour. The waiter seemed to be trying but was very forgetful. The cook didn’t even seem to try. Others got their food before us when they got there later.

Love waffle house in Bwb. When I just dont want to cook breakfast, I go here. Friendly faces, always inviting. It's perfect. Never makes me feel anxious like it does when I go to cracker barrel (too many folks in one place). Great food. Picked up a lunch hamburger the other day. Even that was good

We stopped by as we were leaving to head to the airport. Jennifer was our server and she was really nice and accommodating! Even offered to make a BLT without the bread due to my gluten allergy. We enjoyed our last meal before heading home.Jennifer also gave us all paper hats and took our picture! Thank you Jennifer and to our cook he made the hash browns and bacon perfectly crispy!

I love there fresh cooked food and chicken

My pregnant wife went in there to make a to go order and was greeted with poor attitude and service. When she got to the car I noticed the the hash browns and bacon was burnt, grits had hard clumps of old grits from the old recent grits batched, charged for cheese but no cheese, thank God the waffles wasn’t burnt. We paid 27.89 for half of it to cook in rush as if they wanted us out of the restaurant and clearly seen it was burnt but still packed up for our consumption

The food was fine, it's never great at any waffle house but the food was as I said, fine, however service was awful. Didn't have full menu.

Great food, great people. If you want a quiet place to relax and enjoy some filling food, this is the place.

No gravy :( Jennifer was our server, she was disinterested and annoyed and told me to not use my credits when i went to play a song on the machine. we didn't get butter, knives,spoons, or syrup with my waffle (I received it after I asked, to which i received no response). I also received only one straw with a 2-person party. which was dipped in my drink. The bacon was burned and the hashbrowns uncooked. In total this has been the weakest experience I've had at this establishment.

Leslie waited on me and she did a great job. Very polite and made sure my coffee was always full. The rest of was very respectful, along with Jennifer with her hat. I was there on Christmas and had a great meal. I was surprised to see the District Manager come in while I was there and he started cooking and helping out. Now that's Good Management.

Today on the 16th, of September, 2023 We went to the Waffle House in Niceville, the service is excellent, Teri was our waitress who is very pleasant and fast, has a nice smile. However, the music was loud and our food was wrong. But, we hate it without a fuss. The cook needs to pay attention to the order when the waitress tell them or have it repeat it back again to make sure it was heard. In all very clean restaurant.

Wafflehouse is always reliable to me. The service was fantastic. The 3 for the atmosphere is due to the ridiculous volume on the jukebox. I want a breakfast restaurant, not a dance club.

I went and ordered some food to go. The waitress, after changing trash bags, didn't wash hands and grabbed the to go containers for my bacon and hashbrowns. Hand washing is important in restaurants and should be done often. With my hashbrowns I ordered them to have chili, jalapeños, and cheese. The cheese was barely melted but I could make it past that. The issue was the chili. It was extremely dehydrated and clumpy rather than moist. Unable to be used on the food. The waitress didn't change the ticket and was gonna charge for the chili anyway, she might have forgot or something but still, accidental charges are still no good. I didn't say anything cause the waitress seemed emotional, I could see self inflicted cuts and scars all up her arms. I know people have their own personal problems and ways they deal with things but the company should honestly have a policy against such things being seen on an employee. It promotes bad ideas and adds normalcy to a bad habit. Not to mention potentially open cuts or scabs from them dropping blood or scabs into food. Long sleeves should be worn with stuff like that. But I paid for the ticket for hashbrowns and bacon and didn't even eat the hashbrowns. I only eat it with the chili. Without was a deal breaker in me eating it. Won't be returning. I always love going to Waffle House when I travel because I know what to expect and enjoy the portions and prices. But that doesn't always mean the restaurant it self meets the quality of the former.
