Stopped in for lunch on Sunday 9/1. Such friendly, considerate staff and the food was delicious!!!!

Customer service trash, especially management. Food trash Size of food trash Employee didn't wash hands post post with pink hair. Employee Cam kept wiping her face all health issues. Spent 17.00 for what appears to be 2 kids meals. Asked for a medium post paying was told they needed to refund the whole order instead of doing it as an add on. DONT ORDER A SMALL NOT EVEN FOR A CHILD. Plus they assume your taking out if they don't want you to stay. WAIST OF TIME AND ENERGY especially if you just got off a flight like us.

Friendly service good food. Love the free sub with a purchase name game.

I got a fly in food the other day and I’ve heard others complain about this problem as well. When I asked about it they joked around saying they would make me another one not taking it seriously. Back in the day flies in the food used to be looked down upon but I guess not anymore.

Everytime we go is usually always good. This time was spectacular.. I placed my order online and it got sent to a store in Texas, not only did one of the girls working help me figure out how to get a refund, she also included brownies and drinks on my order for the inconvenience that wasn't even her fault. To some, it may just be a brownie and drink, but to me it was an act of kindness and WONDERFUL customer service. I wished I caught her name but I unfortunately did not. Little things matter.

They take FOREVER to make your food.

Medium sized sub fits in the palm of your hand. Prices went up quality of food went down.

Used to be a decent place to eat, not anymore though. Last couple of times there the service was slow and food was bland. Went again this past weekend, and it was just a disaster. Not very busy at all, no greeting or smiles, waited a long time to order and the person that finally took our order acted like he was very annoyed we were there. Ordered our usual hot sandwich, chili, mac and cheese and drinks. Took a VERY long time to get the order up, finally went up to ask about it and the three employees acted like they were unsure we had ordered anything. Then the person that took the order challenged whether or not we had ordered mac and cheese. I held up the receipt and offered to show him but he passed, just said to give it to us. Sandwich meat was very tough and stringy, and the whole sandwich was soaked in a very thin, white sauce that ran everywhere and dripped out of the sandwich and all over us. Chili was very watery and bland, had zero chili taste, more like a brownish soup with hamburger and beans. Mac and cheese was so hot we could not eat it until we had finished everything else. And it too was pretty bland, not rich and creamy as in the past. So after many years of patronizing this business, we are done. Will not return for a very poor meal that we paid over $25 before a generous "round up" contribution. Better deals around with folks that actually want customers in the store.

I just want to give a shout out to the tall guy that works here. He bought my niece a cookie tonight after overhearing her ask if I got her one. It was super sweet. Thank you so much!

This was a very nice Firehouse Subs restaurant(for the most part). Service was very fast and most of the food tasted great! I had never been to a Firehouse Subs, and the kind cashier recommended I get a a spicy Cajun chicken or a steak and cheese sub. I ended up getting a Cajun chicken sub and it was pretty tasty and was served hot(as expected) but did include jalapeños which we asked not to be included. I would also not recommend the grilled cheese sandwich(we got it in a kids meal). The bread was not toasted at all and the bread was almost soggy…the only thing that made it sort of “grilled” was the fact that the cheese was melted onto the bread. Customer service was good, most of the food was awesome, cool atmosphere, and an overall mostly positive experience.

Why in the world would you allow an employee to work the register with a cigarette in his ear and the the employee making food with the most ragid hair with no hair net. This is disgusting.

I went to this location tonight around 8:30pm. When I walked in no staff said “hi” and just had a sad face on like I was ruining their night by being there. After the young girl with short black/brown hair made my sandwich.. she said “here you go”. She didn’t even put it in a bag for me or anything. I had to put my own sandwich, chips, cookie, and coke in a bag for myself. Bad customer service! I’m contacting corporate as well because this is absurd.

Got a steak and cheese sub, steak was cold, like it just came out of the cooler cold. It's kinda gross. Pretty clear whoever put the sandwich together didn't care how it came out. It's a shame to have wasted $10 on a sandwich that amounts to trash.

Its a "Dumpster Fire" House. Use to be a great stop.

took forever to actually get my food and when I did it was wrong. tried calling ahead for a pick up order but I guess they havnt taught them how to answer phones yet. only incorrect sandwiches.

Sandwiches were great here last year, but the Italian I had yesterday was terrible. It was practically just bread and mayo- almost no meat or condiments and was missing the cheese and pickles completely. There was a sign outside saying that they are short staffed, so in that situation I understand if wait times are longer, but the quality of the food should not suffer or you are going to lose customers.

I am a DoorDash driver and get orders from here a lot and always smells delicious! Staff is always super friendly and helpful!

Update: I’ve called multiple times to the niceville location about getting a refund and they keep telling they cannot issue refunds from orders on the app. Offered me a free medium sub when I come back. Like I am going back there….my order was way more than a medium sub. I placed a curbside order through the app at 5:58pm for pick up at 6:10pm. I arrived at the store at 6:14pm and called the number on the window to let them know I arrived. I stated my name and car make/model and that I had a curbside order. The young lady that answered said ok and hung up. I then waited in my car for my order. After 20 minutes I called back. At 6:34pm I called back and said that I had been waiting on my curbside order. A different lady answered this time and said they no longer do curbside orders and that my order had been ready on the rack inside. I told her someone should have told me that the first time I called. I would have walked inside to pick it up. After sitting in my car for 20 minutes, and my food sitting out for 20 minutes, I asked for a refund. She told me she could not do a refund because I placed the order on the app and that I would have to call back at another time to speak to a manager. There would have been no issue if I was notified during the first phone call that there is no longer curbside orders.

This establishment is struggling in all areas of the process and is in need of a total overhaul.

it's probably skip this place. I live firehouse but this was a horrible experience. I actually don't even want to explain but with no one in line the messed up the sandwich 3 times and didn't care about fixing it

What I got was good, but one of the items was missing

I go to this FH at least 2 times a week the food is always great but what would be better is if Cathy was there when I came in she always made me feel welcomed and ran a restaurant very well # comebackcathy the community misses you

One crew member ( I think I heard Max or Matt) touched his hair with his gloved hand. He was also touching his sweaty shirt to wipe his face. When I called him on it he got an attitude with me. The manager said nothing. He finally washed his hands and got new gloves. The third crew member (Sierra) said sorry about it. The whole time I was in there the first kid kept arguing with the manager and had an attitude. Food was great and respect to the female crew member (Sierra) who spoke up. Maybe I will be back when the male learns about hygiene and sanitary conditions.

I worked at this location for about 9 months. It was all going well till the first GM left and the owner asked the assistant manager to become GM, but then fired him a month later all because he wasn't trained properly which is the owners fault. The owner also started cutting everyone's hours there and I always worked 40+ hours because I was a shift lead but the owner didn't care I had a family to take care of. Ken(owner) only cares about the money that's why he keeps the business open when they run out of product or something breaks down. Ken is the worst owner of any business in the area. It doesn't help when your given the company by your daddy. Ken Stange is the worst owner of any business I was in there today and he acted just like a child over this review. I never seen him wash his hands when he came in and just grabbed gloves and started working. He then put his hand in his pocket with said glove still on to get his phone. He then put his phone back and grabbed someones bread for there sandwich. I then seen him scratch his head with the same gloves and then keep making food. You should not own a business in food if you have no idea what your doing. Never give this man your time or money cause he will use you till he sees no use in you anymore.

Great sandwich. Made fresh. Tried the new chicken it was delicious. Nice folks that work behind the counter. One guy had a hoodie on and was back and forth from behind counter to tables, made us feel kinda creepy, but still a fabulous sandwich.

It was a great pleasure to see how much the manager cares about his store. Not only was he very professional with the customers, but also cleaning everything in site. Thank you for all your hard work.

Amazing subs friendly staff quick in and out service. The new Cuban sandwich is a must try. Very good.only reason it isn't 5 stars is the price it can get expensive quick.but we will return for sure.

My kids love to eat here! Great service and the subs were made perfect. Met the assistant manager and gentleman at the register and both were very kind! I hope Firehouse can keep friendly workers like these with the job market the way it is. We will continue to support with our business.

Great sandwich options, helpful employees. My only reason for not going higher than three stars is that the tables were not clean and no other patrons were seated in the restaurant. It seemed that it could have been a simple task to wipe down those tables during a moment with only one customer. But the food was terrific and the girl behind the counter prompt and professional.

Place use to make really good subs. For me now days not so much.

Short staffed. But the subs are awesome worth the wait.

I went to fire house subs with my mom and grandma and we have a lovely experience. It was fast and easy and affordable. Definitely going back next time I'm in the area.

Tried ordering via Grub Hub twice. Order was cancelled both times this week. Food is great, but not ordering delivery again. GrubHub was a great option for my family because we're so busy.

Ordered online, no pickle, very upset because I had been looking forward to enjoying that pickle.

Only issue ive had with this place is i always ask for them to cut large sandwich into 3 piece and 9 times ot of 10 it still only cut in half, which makes it harder to hold and eat on the go

Love the sandwiches.. Limited seating due covid protocols...that being understood they do NOT clean the few table available between customers so your just sitting in someone else's petri dish of viruses and filth. Get it to go.

I prefer Jersey Mike's, but Firehouse carries better hours so you can actually get food past 8pm. Firehouse staff were all super friendly and food is consistently good.

Firehouse is one of my favorite sandwich spots. They're always friendly and I've never had a bad sandwich.

Very clean location and friendly employees. My Sub on a Club was served piping hot with steam still coming off it. I've eaten at a lot of Firehouse locations, but this was the freshest one I've ever had!

Love this place. Absolutely delicious subs. People are always very kind. I do find the size jumps quick from med to large but other than that I have nothing to say else than, they are good at what they do.

Good subs. We got the cheese steak and the brisket subs. Just sandwiches not the meal. Medium-sized. Total for carryout was $16.00. They have sauces you can add at the end. Nice decor, clean establishment, staff was friendly. ♿ accessible, ♿ parking. They have highchairs for children. Tables & chairs, no booths. Many sub options, soups and salads.

Wonderful. Customer service was great. Our family had traveled to this area. We had worked hard all day. We arrived at firehouse within minutes of it closing.. They welcomed us right in. And our food was nice and hot. Excellent. For our family. Thank you from the Pate family. From Texas and Alabama.

Mary Hendry was awesome and on top of everything. Making sure customers were well taken care of and getting great food in a timely manner. The store was very clean and looking great. One of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. I will tell everyone about her and her store. I will visit when I am back in town as long as she is there. Awesome job Mary.

Subs here are always delicious. Also, The general manager went out of her way to get me a pickle bucket so we could brine our Thanksgiving turkey. That kind of customer service is unheard of around here! Thank you!

They are super accommodating and friendly. Kids get free firefighter hats each time which my kids love. The subs are great and the sweet tea is good too. I order a veggie sub with no cheese and it is delicious every time. The staff goes out of their way to give us a great dining experience. It's cute there too with the firehouse theme. Don't skip the hot sauce. It's not super hot but really tasty.

We eat here at leadt every other week or more...great food and great service! The salads are excellent!!
