Grabbed breakfast with family while in town and the staff was very friendly from the beginning and the service and food was exceptional

Mary’s excellency as our server much appreciated! The rest of the staff were all very busy ,as it was a Sunday, all seemed to work flawlessly together.

Excellent place to eat breakfast! Clean restaurant and restrooms! Delicious food! Great service! We sat down immediately, ordered, and our food came out a few minutes later. Our waitress/the owner- Ms. Rhea was very friendly, outgoing, and went above and beyond to serve us. Ms. Rhea, keep it up! We will be back when we come back to the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area!

The Tiger Point location is on top if things, they get you in fed and out in record timing... turn those seats. However order is rarely wrong, locals call you by name, and with a few exceptions great staff.

Your usual Waffle House. Super chill vibes and very friendly staff. So far we've had Peyton and David and they were great servers. David even kept his cool and added a spice of humor when our 2 year old spilled tea all over during lunch rush. We will be coming back here frequently until we move from the area!

It was so unnecessarily cold there, my food was cold literally in a few minutes. Cooks are working right next to the customer, I get it. But it was miserable. Food was decent and our waitress was nice

Great food for the price. I've been here a number of times in the past year and haven't had any complaints. There usually is very little to no wait before I get served. The food comes out fast and hot. I usually get a hashbrown bowl and waffles, which have always been delicious and cooked well.

Our waiter, David, made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant. The best Waffle House experience ever!

Staff was nice and food was good but I called my order in and was charged $10.50 TO TAKE AN ORDER TO GO…. That is complete bs. I did not take up any tables, I did not have my food delivered to me, I did not get any fancy service other than my food handed to me in a cheap plastic bag that I drove to get. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The food was delicious and the service on point. This is probably one of the cleanest group of people that I have ever seen at a waffle house. The cook, Dylan, changed his gloves often and our waitress, Brittanie, checked on us enough but not over the top. I highly recommend this location.

Everything and everyone has been great but why does the AC need to be set to 60-65F? It is literally unbearable. Be reasonable.

Greeted as soon as we came in the door. They accommodated seating 6 of us. 4 being kids under 10. Mary tended to our kids amazingly. She was top tier. Checked to make sure we were ok. Very attentive. Food was awesome. After driving 11 hours from Texas, this experience by far exceeded any expectations.

Just hanging out with a classmate and decided to go to beautiful Gulf breeze. We got hungry and stopped in the Waffle House. The best service ever. Food was delicious and Peyton was amazing. Keep up the good work.

My over all experience was pretty good I would say. The girl that took our order was so sweet and kind and she was very polite. I think if you try out there 2 egg breakfast you will not be disappointed. It was great.

A bit noisy with the staff talking back forth not calling out orders just kidding around which is fine but my husband and I could talk or hear each other over the noise Upon leaving we parked in handicap we noticed there were rebar sticking up to where if you drove over it that it would ruin your tire my husband went back in to let staff know and nobody seemed concerned. I will leave it at that

Went in to sit and eat with my friends and was rudely confronted by the manager saying that “ I will not be serving yall.”. He then proceeded to tell us that i personally dined and dashed a year ago and flipped him off as i drove away. A YEAR AGO. I have came back numerous times to eat and was never confronted and he also cooked our food before. I asked him the type of car i drive, where we sit because we sit in the same spot every time, asked to give me a date, And asked to pull footage, all which he couldn’t not answer correctly or couldn’t not do. He clearly had no evidence that it was me and probably only remembered that the dude that did do it was black.

Greeted by staff upon arrival. Seated immediately. Waitress was attentive. Quick to serve.

Worst Waffle house in our area. Twice in the last 3 weeks I have had poor service from this location. Today, Waitress greeted me after about 5 minutes then ignored me, greeted a couple by their first names (friends, regulars?). Proceeded to go and clean a table for them and take their order, still ignoring me. 3 groups that came in after me received service and i sat and listened to their orders get called in to the grill. Had enough and got up and left. Don't waste your time here. Go to Proper or Navarre for decent service 🤔

Food is always good. Peyton is an awesome server. There is one older server there that is always complaining loudly and slamming dishes around VERY LOUDLY. She needs to go.
