This is my second time experiencing Walk-On’s and today was in Thibodaux, LA. The atmosphere is really clean and new. The workers are really nice. When we sat down, we were greeted by Kyra P. Kyra was super helpful by helping my table decide on items. She even suggested a few of her favorites. She showed us the new items Walk-Ons offered and we ordered not one but 4 items from each of the menus. The beignet sliders, watermelon margarita, pulled pork waffle fries, and triple play sliders. Everything was absolutely delicious. My chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious (I forgot the name, it was like black jack something lol).’At first I was weary because my first experience at Walk-Ons wasn’t that great but this experience was great ! My food was delicious, it was hot and it came out in a speedy manner. I would drive all the way from New Orleans just to come back to THIS location. Thanks Kyra for making our experience so enjoyable !!!

Paris was one of the best waitresses we've ever had. She was fun and bubbly, attentive, and made great recommendations. We also LOVED that she didnt only recommend drinks and told us all about new specials. We dont drink and we never had to even tell her that because she recommended everything else over the drinks. Great restaurant glad to have it in Thibodeaux. We’ve eaten here many times and brought guests from out of town. It’s been a real delight. We had a large party of baseball players (25) and we're seated quickly. Kyra was our waitress. She delivered exceptional service to us and ensured that our food order was accurate and timely. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our experience! We will be back.

The food always comes out wrong, not once but multiple times in a row. The server orders the right ordered item, and the kitchen throws out either a wrong item or a food missing wanted items and has allergens all over it. And the onion ring came out with shrimp in it. Out of three experiences the food never has been right.

Where to begin?…. The sports bistro was the destination to watch tonight’s sweet sixteen men’s NCAA games. They had zero TV’s out of the 50+ with either game on. They worked to put the game on which was appreciated but was only able to put the CBS game on. They had no access to the other game which was broadcasted on both TBS or TRU TV. Then we ordered an appetizer which was brought to the table 40 mins later (crazy long time to wait) followed right behind that (maybe 2 mins) with our entrees. We had no chance to eat our appetizer which ended up getting cold because we had to eat our dinner right away or that would’ve gone cold. We brought up our issues with our waitress who agreed and we asked that they consider removing the appetizer off the bill or trying to make it right. Nothing was removed and zero explanation was provided as to why. This kitchen has issues and the management team doesn’t want to engage with guests that attempt to share feedback and displeasure. The waitress was either not empowered or under direction not to help solve issues.

First time customer! Lunch was delicious. Highly recommend the bread pudding for dessert. Kyra was an excellent and attentive server.

I have never in my life left a google review for a restaurant. But our server was THAT GOOD! PARIS was absolutely amazing. THE BEST waitress I’ve ever had. We just got home from eating there and I almost called to talked to the manager to let them know how amazing she was. Still might. Ya girl deserves a raise. Top tier 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 If you go to walk ons in Thibodaux, ask for Paris to be your waitress. You won’t be disappointed.

The food here is fine, the service is very good but this has to do with the fact that this Louisiana based restaurant chain serves imported shrimp and DOES NOT support the local shippers and Louisiana economy. The two owners went to LSU and Drew Brees made a fortune as Louisianan's supported him for his entire career. How is it that they cannot do what is right and support the local economy? I implore you to NOT order anything with imported seafood as it hurts the local economy - and you will know as it is labeled IMPORTED on their menu.

Love this place and Kyra.. we come here often!! Only wish they did Happy Hours like in Houma!!

Our server Paris was absolutely amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was great at upselling. I brought my one year old with us and she gave suggestions on what she could eat and even gave her a little stuffed panda! If I had my own restaurant, I would hire her!

Kyra was a great waitress. She even went as far as spending money on a claw machine to win something for our 6 year old. She didn’t think we saw but we noticed. Good service is hard to find but having Kyra was like hitting the jackpot! I highly recommend you ask for her if you ever visit!!

Review by Michelle: I have a severe shrimp, crab, and crawfish food allergy. (Yes, it completely stinks living in South Louisiana with this allergy🤪) I went to celebrate my daughter’s boyfriend’s birthday last night at Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Thibodaux, Louisiana. When I placed my order with the waitress, I informed my waitress of my shellfish allergy and asked her if what I was ordering, which was the Tuscan Chicken, would be safe from any cross contamination. She assured me that it would be safe because they could make it in a separate skillet. She also informed me that she would talk with the kitchen and that a manager would probably also come speak with me. Sure enough, within the next minute, the Front of the House manager came speak with me. He asked me to explain my allergies, and then he asked me what I was ordering. He assured me that it would be a safe dish for me and also told me that he would have them make it in a separate skillet. My food arrives, and I take my first bite. I then go for my second bite of chicken and decide I’m going to add a tomato to my fork. This is when I notice an odd shaped “tomato.” To my complete disbelief, it was a CRAWFISH!! Not a tomato!! I have been living with a seafood allergy for several years now. I have NEVER had anything like this happen before. I’ve had restaurants tell me that they couldn’t guarantee anything would be safe, and I’ve just ordered coffee when this happens. I truly appreciate the honesty versus having my life threatened. I’m not sure how such gross negligence can take place after speaking to both my waitress and the manager. I willl acknowledge that they were both obviously very sorry and overly apologetic. I could tell they honestly felt horrible that this occurred. With that being said, I can’t help but wonder if this was just an oversight on a busy Saturday night or if someone in the kitchen did this as some kind of a sick joke. I don’t understand how out of all of the plates on our table, my entree was the one plate that ended up with a crawfish floating in the same salsa as my chicken. Thankfully, I did not have a reaction. Thank God I did not ingest the actual crawfish itself! This could have ended in a completely different manner. I could have literally died from eating it. It is that serious!

Had a wonderful experience here always a good time especially with Kyra. Wonderful waitress definitely coming again.
