Loved the frosty always have. That's specifically why I go to Wendy's. I'm trying to figure out how my phone figures out that I went to Wendy's 4 days ago. My phone was off . sitting on my car seat

I would normally never leave a review for a fast food restaurant, but this Wendy's is so consistently good. The food is always hot & fresh. Inside is clean. Staff is friendly. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Don't ask to substitute fries for a 4 piece nuggets. Forget about it. Will only substitute a baked potato or chili if you don't want fries 4 piece nuggets cost .99 cents Backed potato cost $1.79 Chili cost $1.59 Why wouldn't you sub nuggets for fries. And when you order your food, make sure you check it before you leave. If you get home and realize it is not what you order, don't worry about calling them and letting them know. Cause they don't care. It was an honest mistake. That's what they will tell you. If I order a hamburger I want a hamburger not a chicken sandwich. Suppose I was allergic to chicken. And people in the drive-thru are rude. picked up my order and asked for a cup holder cause I had two drinks. person at the window acted like it was an inconvenience to get one. when I received my order I said thank you. this person shut the window and turned around and walked away. never acknowledged me.

Living in Orlando, you tend to expect bad service. It's always refreshing when you come to smaller Metro areas, such as Lakeland, where you get friendly and attentive customer service! This location seems to always have friendly employees and I usually stop at this location specifically when traveling between Tampa and Orlando for I know I will usually get fast friendly service!! Management at this location seems to have this location in great spirits and I will continue to use it frequently!! Thanks for the good, friendly service!!

The drive thru is usually busy and they are slow but everyone is very polite and the food is good

I came up there for an interview they turned me away told me to come in on the 4th of July and then denied my interview. hiring manager working on Fourth of July which was a women and is very disrespectful!!!!

The lady at drive through was very rude when she asked what my order was I said I wanted one thing and then it was just anything else anything else then when we got to the drive through window she just pretty much threw my bag into my boyfriend hands like here and go away the customer service sucks and needs to be reevaluated cause that is not part of retail customer service and I know cause that is my job as well no matter what u have going on in ur life or work passing you off u don't treat the customer that way and this was on June 29th 2024 at 3:20 pm

I went their as a break while driving uber. I got the meal right away which is cool but it was too fast in a concerning way🤔. An hour and half later I felt pain in my stomach. The pain continued on and off for hours each time getting lower towards the exit. Then when I went home I had light diarrhea. I didn't eat anything 5 hours before and after which indicates that the symptoms was caused by this meal. In addition I had to go home earlier and earn less money due to tommy pain. Ruined some of my day. I still give 3 star because I am not sure is it poisoning or Just because it is a greasy meal. The symptoms wasn't too strong though.

Walked in looked at the menu for a few seconds, had two different employees look at me, and say nothing. Four other employees were there too but huddled together talking by the drive thru. Decided to leave.

Just stopped for burger (better than McD or BK).

Food is good and price is better. Service was very good.

Everything we got was wrong they trying to give Jr Burger's for double dream sickle was orange colored vanilla not good

Food is mediocre at best. Lately not fresh. Switching locations. Bad Attitude from Jared and Bl Manager. Get some new employees in that place who don't give u mouth and side eye.

The women working the drive thru at night are always rude. And don't expect to get crackers for the cold chili or sauce for your cold chicken nuggets. 90% of time it's not correct. Check your bag before you take off. This wendy's is such a joke. It's nothing new, it's been like this for years.

I always get the $5.00 biggie bag. It's great you can share the meal when you want something lite to eat.

The food was very good👍🏼, the atmosphere was super👍🏼, but the service was terrible👎🏼👎🏼.

The store is clean, the service is courteous. The food is goo, taste fresh and served in a timely manner.

Got back to work to eat my lunch only to find that my order was completely messed up. My bacon burger as well as my fiancé's had no bacon, the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers were missing all of their toppings. Someone literally gave us meat, cheese, and a pitiful slice of onion and forgot everything else. That isn't even the worst part. My friend, who went with me to lunch, had a roach crawl out of his bag. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning. I hope that management does something to get this place together.

This store location is always clean and on point with orders. I've never had a wrong order here. The staff are nice. The management keeps up with the place, and they have great customer service. My food is always fresh and hot. The bathrooms, dining room, and exterior are always clean and welcoming. I love the honey butter chicken biscuits! They are so delicious! This is my store of choice for sure. I'd drive across town just for the good experience I get here.

Best burgers and chili I ever had!

2/29/2924 at 3:39 in the afternoon I went inside the restaurant with my kids as I was ordering I notice the Mananger grabbing the French fries with her bare hands to put them in the frier was really disturbing since I just saw her handling money at the restaurant to another customer I really recommend management need a little bit of training to refresh how important is food poisoning food cross contamination and so many other sickness that could be pass to consumers and employees

The service at the drive through was good but the cheese burger and fries tasted artificial or something, didn't taste right.

Great service, manager was sweet. Food was hot and fresh. But, it is Wendy's... typical fast food fare.

This Wendy's reaches out to the community by employing mildly challenged persons. Please tell them thanks for spending the time and effort. Clean, good food. Drink selection is the best.

This store does it right. Quick and accurate service. The food, including fries, was piping hot.

The portion of the fries are very little and the money you pay for the food is not worth it on these Wendy’s I haven’t went to other I have never pay for a portion of fries that not even half way fill in very disappointing about the serving portions of these Wendy’s

Great customer service but sometimes it gets you order wrong

I really don't know what the deal is, I've gone to this Wendy's for years, the last 4 or 5 times I've gone I pull up place my order and when I get to the window to pay they don't say Hello. kiss my butt or nothing, then when I get to the window to get my food they practically throw my food at me. No thank you or nothing. Just chunk the food out to me. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not go back.

Overall ok, although sandwich was over sauced and at $16 and change for everything , it was expensive. Loved the 50 cent Frosty's!!!!! Still a good place to eat!!

Possibly one of those busiest Wendy's I've been at, but the staff is great at getting you in and out. And they still keep everything nice and clean. That's a big plus with me. I love the biggie bag option, especially in this time of not enough money in our pockets. It's a great value so I recommend looking at it. One of my favorite fast food joints

If you go in with an attitude of humility and patience, you'll have an amazing time even at the drive-through. They can be a very good group of people. Also, my regards to the lady from NY! If you know, then you know 😉

The Socrum Loop location in Lakeland has an excellent manager and staff. The drive through is streamlined to move customers in a quick efficient way, Their food is served hot and fresh, with a wait in line time of less than 5-10 minutes even in the rush hours! The staff is always courteous & professional This counts a lot for Seniors! 10+ rating!

While we was eating one of the young men that was cooking in the back came walking out with his pants down below his rear and sat down to eat. He even stopped right beside the manager and the manager didn't say anything this should not happen in a restaurant at all. I blame the management just as much as I do the young man

I was told my order was $7. It wasn't until I checked my receipt a few hours later that I realized I was charged over $10.

Food was fast and hot. Service was okay, manners are free.

The person taking the order in the drive through was abrupt, seeming impatient. I asked what kind of root beer they had and instead as saying, hold on let me check, left me waiting a while then someone else finally came back and answered. The spicy chicken nuggets were dry. The order was fast and accurate.

First time back in this restaurant in a few years. Wow! The renovations are very nice. I was dreading coming and was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant and the one on Highlands rd. (37b) are the nicest in the Lakeland area. I will be a customer again. Also, they were military friendly. Atmosphere could have been a little brighter in the lighting. Altogether a 👍

Had 6 of my 8 grandbabies with me and they got the order right :)

I had a great experience at this location. It was very clean and my food came out correctly.

Went through drive thru and they forgot my condiments and a straw for my drink. Didn't turn around just kept going. Not sure how hard it is to forget a STRAW

This is one of the better Wendy's locations. I don't mind picking up from here.

Great place and staff. My only complaint would be they are bad about leaving the bacon off my hamburger.

Clerk at the counter clearly hates his job. No hello, no thank , personality at all. Food for the breakfast baconater, was too salty, too dry and way over priced.

I went through the to takeout window But the lady was very pleasant smiled and was all & all very nice! Food was hot the only thing is 3 people and we didn't get out rages but it was an easy $30+ for us three and one of us got a $5.00 goody bag alittle pricey but it was hot food and they were nice still$$$

Decent fast food. Service needs improvement. Speed of service is terrible. Take note from Wendy's on Socrum.. they have 2 individuals daily with tablets taking orders before you reach the drive thru speaker. Never a wait. Amazing service. Add some cones around the drive thru. Literally people almost fistfighting because people cut the line.

I normally give Wendy's 5 star but this time they got my order wrong in the drive thru even tho I repeated several times. 🙃 Maybe 5 star next time

This is my favorite fast food restaurant in Lakeland. I haven’t had a bad experience, employees are nice, fast food line goes quickly. I will always continue coming here.

The manager was very abrupt with the employees in front of customers. The order was wrong and it took a lot to get someone’s attention to give me the fries I paid for. It was busy.

I went because I wanted the fish sandwich, I love Wendy's fish sandwich. When I got home and opened my food it was a bacon cheese burger. Very disappointed!!

Boy has the quality gone down here! My wife and I each had Taco salads that were totally gross. And what happened to the lettuce? Those green things you got from the lawn trimmings are a poor substitute. The cashier didn't know what was on the menu and neglected to give me what I asked for.

Staff were friendly. This might seem strange but toilets were immaculate so well done staff.

I have eat in lots of Wendy's and got good service and hot food. However this one is a little slow. The food not exactly anything to jump hoops for. But will do if you are not in a hurry . place was clean but not much eye apeal

Prices are getting ridiculous, combo meals are costing an hour of someone's life (at a meager salary)? This was supposed to be simple, fatty, over-processed, fast food. Not their fault but getting difficult to justify the expense.

Drive thru line was so long, but it was very quick! Food was hit and fresh! So good!

One of the best Wendys we have been for breakfast. Freshly made potatoes. Perfect Baconator. They asked us if we were prefering fresh coffee and they brougth it to our table. Very clean restrooms.

I mean... it's a Wendys. They aight. New peppermint frosty was a nice treat. Better than McDonalds or Burger King, but that ain't sayin much.

Takes a while usually after 8pm

Absolutely no acknowledgement. No thank you. Couldn't make simple change. Couldn't make a simple burger right even after the 2nd time. Thank goodness we were just traveling through. It's sad the younger kids cannot make simple change & follow directions much less conversate with the customer.

This seemed like a well managed Wendy's. We will be visiting this location over a closer one when we are in the mood for a Dave's Single.

Tonite 1/1/23. This is the 5th encounter I have had with the most ruuuuudust managers at this location. Ordered a bacontator meal. Asked for fresh. I said will wait. Got to window and they already the meal. That's a matter of 40 seconds from. Paying at window to pick up window. Explaimed very nicely that's noty order asked for all fresh. For $12.83 better be fresh Young lady says oh it fresh said no it's not . I explained said will wait for fresh Asked me to pull up front. Pulled up front young lady brought meal out 30 seconds later. . Said that not fresh . She said oh yes it is. Looked inbag it's oooooold. Took inside and again this is the 5th time going up against this young manager. Said this isn't fresh yes it is. Went to cash register gave me back $ and told me to leave. I'm a sales manager for over 25 years. I would fired her in a heart beat. Being going to this location for years. And the last year they have the most rudest B************** Any more You need to recheck your management team.

Very good customer service very clean and fresh burgers

One of the best Wendy's I've been to. Everything was hot and fresh, and the drive thru worker was very polite. For it being 1100 at night the drive thru went by fairly quickly. Only complaint was the fries had a little too much salt on them, but I just shook them off a bit and they were fine.

Food was fine, but we were missing straws, dip for chicken, asked for no ice-got ice, asked to sub onion rings got charged the fee but got fries. It's not a big deal at the end of the day, but definitely frustrating.

Food could've came out faster noticing a trend at many wendys locations.

Far from the worst Wendy's I have been to, but not the best. Took quite a while to get the food and it was not really that busy but I would go back without hesitation when I'm in the area.

Cheap on bacon and cheese on the bacon cheese fries. Ordered 2 ranch dips that I never got. Is it really that hard reading an order from a note and putting the correct stuff in the bag? Comforting for Wendy’s is that most other chains can’t either… My tip to humanity is: control the bag before you leave the window on a drive through!. Basically, Assume the persons working are incompetent. Unfortunately I didn’t do it this time
