Make sure you check your sandwich before you leave. I ordered a chicken sandwich ($13 😵‍💫) and didn't even get enough chicken to cover all the bread. I guess it's easy to hide when you get a bunch of other condiments, but unfortunately, their stinginess was exposed with my order. I may only be one lost customer, but that is how the end of all good things gets started. 😢

It was my first time there at the restaurant, and I was absolutely blown away. Everything was perfect. The customer service was perfect. It saddens me that the restaurant is closing down in October. I wish they can keep it open forever. I love this restaurant. What?

Don't order the BLT because no bacon is fried here...Instead you get prepackaged bacon crumbles loaded with liquid smoke.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to get a sub. Typically I hate getting toasted subs because I feel it gives the meat a weird flavor however here it enhances the flavor. Every time I eat it I’ll be craving it until I get it again. I love how you’re able to customize everything and put your own spin into it, a really neat experience. It is a little pricy imo but well worth it. The only really negative thing I would say is it is a little warm in the shop.

I have been here a few times now, I'm always impressed. From their vegan options to all the other amazing food they have for my carnivore friends it's a top pick for me now. Also, the young man that is there during the day has great customer service skills. He is always happy and helpful, which is so hard to find anymore. Really happy with this addition to Lakeland food options.

Tried going to Which Wich last Saturday only to have them be closed at 4:30 when they were supposed to be opened until 9 or 10 that evening. No sign on the door just some employee shaking her head "no" when we tried to open the locked door. Extremely frustrating and seems to be a trend in the food industry lately.

I had their food today delivered by DD, so it was 15 min before I got my food. The garden party was very messy; it had a good flavor but was messy. I also got a grinder, which wasn't bad (I won't do wheat bread again). The size of the sandwiches was average and not anything special. Would I try it again, probably? The sandwich would probably taste better if it didn't have travel time. If you can eat there, I would say you would have better luck with a messy sandwich.

Seemed like I was interrupting downtime for the two behind the counter..

Food was good and the service was pretty quick. I was halfway through my meal when I realized the wrong bread was used. Still tasted delicious but it wasn't that busy and it was a simple mistake. I'm sure they would have remade it or fixed it if I would have said something but I was hungry and was halfway done. Tables weren't completely cleaned between visitors and there were crumbs and straw wrappers on quite a few of the tables that people still sat at despite the mess. Could have just been right after the lunch rush and the employees could have been trying to catch their breath. -1 star all around but wouldn't stop me coming back.

Food it's great, since it's my first time I got to say I talked to the ladies asking for how is the prep of some foods, meaning what comes inside, she was flat simple, honestly her answer let me with doubt I was only wanting to know if there is salad bowl. We ended up ordering for my husband and one kid. That's it. Food came clean, so I can recommend for the food, is good, but if you are a first timer go somewhere else or come with someone who knows. Place wasn't even busy.

We had eaten at this restaurant before but this time we came back and it was terrible. We both ordered sandwiches and neither one of them had more than one thin slice of meat on them. I guess I had two because I had the club. I had turkey and ham but I see through meat and just not good.

This location is not like the other witch wich Very nice employees but.... the beef being used for the phillys has been chewy both times I have came here. Hope they change what they are doing.

I found this place to be like a Firesub and a Subway, had a baby, and have a modern, new version of what a sandwich place should be. You can pick a bag, select your options, pay, wait for your sandwich that you will see in the line where it stands, then you receive your order and you just start eating. I felt like Michael Keaton in the McDonald's movie when he ordered his burger and a few seconds later his food is served. (it was as fast, but it sure felt fancy like that lol) The prices were a bit pricey but it all depends on how you view it. For the location of this place, I find it pricey. If this place were to be located at the mall, then no prices would be acceptable. But is not. It is a low-income area. Focusing back on the food, if you want to experience something different and try something new, then I recommend this place. FYI: In other reviews from a year ago, I see the same pictures I took. The only difference is the place was cleaner a year ago.

Soo good, for my first time here all the employees were so nice and they let us take our time to order. They also had an amazing way of ordering. They have this sandwich bag with your order and they make your sandwich and they put your sandwich in that bag for you. Such an impressive idea. 10/10 would recommend.

Sandwich was great. I ordered through Bitesquad and it took forever for a driver to be assigned. 40 mins exactly. That’s not the store fault thought. Once my sandwich finally got here it was still warm. I ordered a Philly and this thing is delicious !!!!

Food was good. If people leave money tips behind I would advise another employee to get it. I saw the employee put the $ tip under the counter then go back to making the sandwich and never changed gloves. I mean it's a learning curve it happens 🤷

Being our first time, felt the cashier thought my family to be a bother, instead of being understanding.

Not impressed. Food was ok.the BLT had so much mashed avocado that it just squirted everywhere. Very messy. No staff at front. Another customer had to show us how to order. Manager was pleasant but the other 2 workers seemed like they wanted be elsewhere.

I love their subs the Wicked is my favorite!

Absolutely amazing food second time eating here this week I had a Grinder yummy also I tried the Buffalo Chicken true Buffalo Sauce as I am from Buffalo and I loved it. Clean restaurant and staff are helpful and so friendly. They also have a amazing rewards program the location I went to was 3141 us highway 98 North there in Market Square shopping center by Amscott. Have to try this so good!

my daughter's and I decided to stop by and check out the witch shop, what a cool place! we loved the decor and friendly staff!! I got the cheeseburger witch and oh man was is spectacular! my girls got a grilled cheese kids meal and a pizza witch kids meal and loved it!! hey guys don't forget the frys with witch sauce its to die for!! will definitely be coming back to try that Rubenwitch!!! So so good! The place was spotless and you could tell the lady working took serious pride in her work. The sandwich was put together perfectly and was so delicious! Will definitely be back!
