great ice cream but they dont fill the cups up. some give very little.

Best custard in Northeast Florida!!!

Terrible experience 6/8/24. Ordered 1 scoop vanilla with chocolate syrup 2 go. Are you using hot syrup? Employee put too much of it and my entire custard was melted before I reached home which is 5 minutes away. It dripped all over my car which I just cleaned that morning. Custard is completely unedible as it was all liquid. Waste of $9.

Whenever family and/or friends are out and about with me, we cannot drive by a Whit's. And why should we? Yes, this particular location is marvelous but so are all the other ones. With the variety of treats they have, each and every customer can have fun eating to his/her heart's delight.

This is the worst Whits around. Inconsistent in the quality and size. Employees are hit and miss on being rude. Go to any other location and it's a much better experience.

yummy , the flavor of the day was brown butter . absolutely delicious. It was part two of our birthday celebration for one of my sisters. really enjoyed it was the first time.. thank you team for making the first time great.

Whits has a new flavor of the day to try everyday. The flavor of the day is usually delicious but if you’re not a fan they also have classic vanilla and chocolate frozen custard that you can choose to top the way you want. They also sell quarts of ice cream with previous “flavor of the day” so if you have something you loved before you maybe able to find it in the freezer. I absolutely love their custard!

I had the chocolate malted milkshake and it was excellent. The service was friendly and good so I definitely, recommend this tasty place.

This Whit’s is our go-to place whenever we want some cold and sweet especially on a hot day. We always get one of their quart size to-go. We’ve tried various types of flavors including pistachio, mocha, coffee, Irish cream, cookies and cream and others. Service has been consistently good.

I highly recommend this place. The staff was super friendly. The service was very quick and the product was out of this world. The fact that there isn't one closer to my house maybe a bit of an issue but it makes it more of a treat when I'm able to go.

Love their frozen custard! I usually get their turtle kind, the one with chocolate + caramel syrup, and pecans. This is my go to place for ice cream.

Bought two frozen custards, one chocolate and one shark bite, the shark bite contains macadamia nut (which i intended to eat) but the chocolate should have been plain no nuts, I'm not sure if they mixed it it the same mixer or what happened if there was miscommunication but the chocolate somehow contained a TON of macadamia nuts, thankfully were not allergic to nuts but if things were different that wouldve been a trip to the hospital for somebody! We are avid witz go-ers and will continue to go there but this was just an experience that needed to be shared just in case anyone with allergies may want to go there let them know you have allergies so they don't make the mistake they made with us!!

The staff is always friendly and the Custer is always off. The chain great. The place is usually clean. Unless they've been terribly busy. And they're been no time to wipe off tables. Or what not. I would highly recommend this place. It is absolutely one of our favorite places to go when we want something sweet and we're out.

I had never had Custer before, it tastes just like ice cream 🍦. You get quite a bit for a small. Really enjoyed it.

Workers were a bunch of young girls. They were all friendly and very respectful. Ice cream is fresh and taste great. I definitely will be coming here again when I'm in the area.

My family and I really enjoy Whit's. Everything we've had has been delicious. The service has consistently been friendly, patient (my child can be indecisive), helpful, and kind. One of my favorite things about this location is its cleanliness! Our favorites: Whitties, Fish Bait, and Beach Madness

I've been to all Whit's locations Blanding, Mandarin, Atlantic, Jax Beach, Avondale, St Augustine. All locations have great young ladies working there and all locations are a 5 in my book of reviews. Today we visited South Jax location and may I say I was disappointed at the presentation of the custard. The young lady was so careless at mixing the custard it got all over her hands and all over the cup. She did wash her hands before trying to clean the cup with her hand to wipe it clean, then wiping it with the pink cloth and finally putting a second cup over it to keep it from spilling. But by that time I was disappointed. Needless to say I dumped it out. It's amazing comfort food and amazing locations Let's just say today was not a good custard day and leave it at that.

My go to place for frozen custard. This location is usually busy but the staff is very accommodating and efficient.

The ONLY place I go for cakes! Ice cream, smice cream lol this is so much better. This is the chocolate strawberry. I've also had the saw cake but with chocolate cherry (yum) the other is a caramel with I think Heath bar? I can't remember I've had a lot of cakes from here over the last 2 years and they are ALL amazing!

If you like frozen custard and you're in Mandarin, this is the place to go! For those of you who don't know, custard is very similar to ice cream, but it has eggs in the mix. That's what gives it it's rich and delicious flavor. The chocolate, vanilla and the flavor of the day, are all made fresh daily. They have a new flavor every day, but I'm still waiting, for about a year now, for them to make pistachio custard.
