I had the quesadilla, fries, jambalaya egg rolls and the pineapple lemonade. Our order came out quick. The food was hot and fresh. I met the owners and they were so nice and friendly. This place is absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back!

Let me help you understand . This isn’t your average turn of the mill food truck. Every bite of the food here will literally have you asking WHO DAT? The pineapple lemonade had me asking WHATS DAT? It’s not even over priced either and it QUICK!!! So these are the questions you should ask yourself: Who’s dat Where’s dat When’s dat STOP SLEEPING AND GET SOME NOW !🥪 Ps: I personally recommend the BOUNCE BURGER POBOY. My only complaint is that it didn’t last long enough. Good thing is I can just buy another one .

We have been reading all the glowing reviews and decided to give it a try. I chose the shrimp poboy while my wife went with the oyster basket. I know that there are a lot of people that really like this, but that wasn't our take. First off, when they said my order was ready, I was told that they didn't have enough oysters to fill the order, so I could choose either shrimp or fish to complete the order. No price adjustment, as oysters are always more expensive. The good is that the food wagon appeared to be clean and orderly, and the young man taking the orders was very personable. The bad is the the food is wwwaaayyy overly salty. I'm not sure if they mix their own spices or use a commercial product, but they need to back off the salt as it borders on being uneatable. If you are in a hurry, go some where else or call your order in. I waited 30 minutes for part of my order, then another 10 minutes for the oyster basket complete with shrimp to be served up. They use standard french bread rolls for the po boys, not Leidemiers or Gambino's, so not quite as good as it should be. Maybe they should warn customers about how salty the food is, and give them an option for a less salty spice mix. We had to remove the breading just to get the shrimp and oysters to the point that we could eat them. Needless to say, there are better options, so we won't be back.

This place is just down the street from me. I finally tried it and òmg the quesadilla were to die for. I have gotten it twice in one week. Ànd ìt will not be the ĺast. The fish is fried to perfection. The pineapple lemonade is awesome. I can't say anything bad about this place. The people that work there are great. I will order again. Thanks

Being from Louisiana and a pretty good cook, I’m always in search of a spot where I can enjoy some good food from back home that I don’t have to cook. WHO DAT Truck is more than I could have expected. Portions are large and they don’t skimp on anything all the way to the excellent customer service. Can’t wait until they have their own restaurant but for now it’s a weekly must…you gotta try the egg rolls, quesadillas…everything!!!

My experience is the same every time I go. The great customer service begins when you approach the window. The young man and young lady who takes your order is very polite and professional.Then even when it’s crowded you get your order in a timely manner. Lastly no matter what I order the meal is excellent every time. My last words are the family as a whole are wonderful people and I recommend you try them for yourself.

Man, this place is the spot. Saw they had shrimp & grits on the menu today so had to come down and check it out. First off let me say, customer service was AMAZING. They are welcoming and passionate. Truly great personalities and real professional . Now on to the food. I ordered the shrimp & grits, my fiance got the shrimp poboy and fries. I also ordered this pineapple lemonade and she got a sweet tea. I can't recommend the food enough. It was so good. Easily the best shrimp & grits I've had in town...watch out fish house. The poboy was so good I had a bit and everything was fresh and perfect. Sauces so good, cheese in the grits amazing. This may be one of my new spots. My only regret is how long it took me to go here.

This was my first time stopping by this food truck. To often when someone advertises New Orleans style anything I am often disappointed. NOT this time! I felt like I was back home in New Orleans. The bread was what I was used to from New Orleans crispy on the outside and soft on the inside ( real PoBoy bread). The shrimp were fried up nicely without a ton of breading! And the shrimp were plentiful falling off the bread! Anyone from Louisiana knows what “dressed” means and they didn’t disappoint, even served with a side of hot sauce! I will definitely be stopping in again! I took a photos but only after eating half of it ! So don’t judge by what’s left of my PoBoy! Lol

SO good! The best Po’ Boy in town at the best price! Fries were really good too! Also, everything I’ve ordered is always made fresh. I hope that the hours eventually extend to at least 6PM in the future.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Who Dat! I had the Nawlins Po-Boy with shrimp and oyster. The Who Dat sauce was on point with the right balance of tang and a hint of spice. The lemonade is out of this world!

I'm from Tallahassee and visited Pensacola, great food, great customer service and the pineapple lemonade is the BEST.

We stopped by for a quick meal because I was hungry - this place did not disappoint! We got a 6” who dat poboy and a fish poboy. We added a little Louisiana hot sauce and (chef kiss) enjoyed our amazing meal!

AMAZING 👏🏾 I give good reviews where they're due. I'm not a grouch ppl. This place had me guessing. I didn't know what I was in for. But I know I didn't need any extra sauces. The extra "who dat" sauce (good) took away from the flavorful sauce on it (to me). I do wish ordering was more clear, but it was quick & easy. I just missed out on other stuff I didn't know about & would've ordered. If I can post pictures it'll have your MOUTH WATERing OR DROOLING!! Thick 😋 Yumminess, no freak'n skimp in sight & I appreciate that they care enough for their patrons not to Will Visit again Highly Recommend

Amazing! Food is made fresh. Fries are seasoned well, but the shrimp po'boy is the real star of this meal. Just as a heads up there's no seating area or anything, but I personally don't mind that. I headed home and my food was still hot. Took a bite, and oh my goodness! Seasoning was perfect, the crunch was great, the ratio for the tops was spot on! I know some people who are hesitant with food trucks, but let me tell you some food trucks have some of the best food, and this is one of them. I 100% recommend. Tried the sandwich with hot sauce too, and while it was still great, it didn't need it. P.S. They have deals. For example I got the shrimp po'boy combo today (Wednesday) and it was 9.99.

Absolutely amazing!!!! My husband is from New Orleans and this is just as good as, if not better than the best of the best in New Orleans and the North Shore. This will definitely be a spot we frequent on our way back to New Orleans from now on.

Yall, if you are looking for a great seafood food truck, you have to try this place! The seafood is perfectly seasoned! My favorite was the fish. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Poboy. You even have to try the Who Dat sauce. Please try their pineapple Lemonade. It was absolutely delicious!

Authentic! We moved to Pensacola over 20 years ago and still go home (New Orleans) to get real French Bread, drinks, and more but thankfully we can now get an authentic New Orleans PoBoy. We have been so happy all day today bc we finally got to try this Food Truck! You have to try the cheeseburger PoBoy! Damn its good. Better than good! And i love how careful they are about labeling the food! We spoke to the whole family and they are good people, from New Orleans too. My dad is so excited he will be spending a lot of money here at least 3 times a week! We can't wait to go back and get more!!! Gotta try the entire menu of course. We hope you don't leave like The Big Easy" did!!! Thanks for being here so we can have real great food from home without dad having to cook all day. Ya'll have great food!! Thanks again! Hours are 11-3 Monday - Friday for those who didn't know. Closed on Weekends so we'll get our food for the weekend on Friday lol. Ty!!

Oh! My! This place is amazing! The service was great and the operators so very friendly. We had the shrimp po-boy and the pineapple lemonade slush and will be making a return visit for sure the next time we are in Pensacola. We came to visit from Knoxville, Tennessee. They don't have this kind of food in Tennessee. Don't miss this place, your tastebuds will thank you!
